Great view, disappointing food. The view is fantastic if you are fortunate enough to sit at the front row, the other tables also have a nice view. ***seating is based on time of arrival*** The food did not live up to the view. Short rib was tough (didn’t finish it), cod was ok. Enjoy the view from the nearby elevator, save your money for an Avillez restaurant.

Absolutely loved and enjoyed this place, highly recommend. Great food, perfect attentive service and ridiculous prices for Michelin restaurant. The view is amazing and I was lucky enough to enjoy the restaurant at the time when it wasn’t packed. If you are nearby, come and visit it, believe me you won’t regret.

Fiel à fama que tem, oferece pratos requitados e muito bem confeccionados. Preços "à la carte" refletem o requinte posto em cada realização, assim como a carta de vinhos. Mas o menu de almoço mantém a qualidade a um preço muito interessante. A não perder! Nao se esqueça de reservar e peça uma mesa na varanda (fechada no inverno) para desfrutar de uma magnifica vista sobre a linda Lisboa e o seu castelo.

An excellent restaurant that we stumbled across on our way back to our hotel from Baxia-Chiado. As it was midweek there was no need to book so we returned that evening. The food and service were excellent. We shared four different Tapas between the two of us and it was ample. The waiter was very knowledgeable both with the food and wine. He recommended a lovely Vino Verde at a reasonable price. We had a lovely table with beautiful views over the city at dusk. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant. Relaxing and cosy.

Despite a mix up as to whether we had booked the Tagine Restaurant or the Tagine Tapas bar this was a very good experience and they did a good job of fitting us into a busy Monday in the restaurant. Perfect service and wonderful views coupled with some extraordinary food. Suggest the Tagine tasting menu which is worth every penny you pay. Highly recommended and would go again. There are Michelin starred restaurants that do not measure up the Tagione restaurant.

Réservation préférable même pour un déjeuner.

Such a lovely view of Lisbon. The windows where open and the sounds of the city could be heard in the distance. The weather was perfect and you could see the ships in the sailing past. The food was tremendous too. Really tasty and really interesting food. It was well worth the walk up the hill to get there. Honestly anywhere you go in Lisbon means your going up hill. At least there tastiness at the top of this hill.

Place looks posh inside. Food amazing even with the menu of the day ...and the price is amazing for what they presented! Waiter very friendly and good conversationalist given that he worked for one of the award winning airline before. Overall 9 out of 10. Sad to note atmosphere lacking as the restaurant was not booked out . Perhaps winter? Or perhapa not central enough? My hope is it will be here when I return to Lisbon!

Great night at the tapas bar beside the restaurant. A cheaper way to access the great food and also get in without a reservation. Buy the wine by the bottle as it will work out cheaper than having just 2 glasses.

I AM BRAZILIAN, IMMIGRANT, I am here to get better things for my life. If it were to be robbed or passed the leg would be in Brazil. When passing the door of this establishment remember this true story. Please do not compromise on this, it could be your son, daughter, nephew, friend, husband. That he is in another country trying to give a better life to those he loves. If you are human, put yourself in my place and do not go to that place! TRABALHO ESCRAVO!!!! Trabalhei neste restaurante no mês de maio, duas semanas praticamente. Acabei de receber uma ligação deles dizendo que não vão me pagar. Um absurdo. SOU BRASILEIRO, IMIGRANTE, estou aqui para buscar coisas melhores para minha vida. Se fosse pra ser roubado ou passado a perna ficaria no Brasil. I bought the Tagide tasting menu (around 250 Euros/2 person) Restaurant, Service and Food are good, however not really worth the price, there are several cheaper and better alternatives in Lisbon. I bought a voucher for my parents. After receiving the voucher I realised that the voucher expires in only 6 months, this practise is after my knowledge illegal in the most countries of Europe, but I assumed that this might be okay, due to the changing menu and therefore the flexible prices. However, when redeeming the voucher the price suddenly was 16 Euros higher than originally planned. Therefore the voucher changes its price and has an expiry date. Interesting. In the end, I can recommend any tourist not to visit this place, since Portuguese people avoid this restaurant, after my knowledge anyway.

We were very disapointed with their attitude towards guests. We came here to pair a good vine with algedly Best Lisboa petiscos food. The food was average. We ordered a special bottle of vintage 2014 douro from vine list and they opened us a 2015 one. When we asked for the manneger she did not even try to apologise about the mistake made. She even claimed that this was the same vine. And yes... you have another options as well.. vine serving machine...almost like Coca-cola machine except it spits vine allover when bottle gets empty and than you have to beg waiter to top up the glass they have just charged you for on card. We expected much more ...

My Fiancé and I have been here twice, the first time was 4 years ago and The second just last summer. The service was much better 4 years ago but the food remains great! Yes, a bit pricey but in my opinion worth it. The tables near the windows have a great view. Overall has always been a lovely experience. Will visit again!

En fantastisk restaurang i centrala Lissabon. Om det är vackert väder kan man sitta ute på terrassen med en strålande utsikt över floden Tejo och över den sagolika hamnen. Man ser på färjorna som går över floden. Köket är kontinentalt och med många goda rätter. Beställ in eller ut lite olika rätter som ni delar med varandra och smakar på.

Este restaurante es un fraude. Solo puedes pedir el menú del día aunque pedimos uno mucho más caro. El nuestro consistió en crema de zanahorias auchán refrigerada 1.45€ en dicho supermercado, Pato de bote con puré de castañas 4.50€ del mismo súper los 5 zancos ( aquí sòlo pusieron uno)con una reducción de salsa de soja y garbanzos de bote, y unas natillas de bote de postre. El precio 20,50€ . Las vistas eran preciosas pero enfrente tenéis un mirador gratis y se ve lo mismo y no os roban. Por lo menos no saldréis del sitio con cara de haber sido ESTAFADOS

Great gourmet food and extremely attentive staff. All the food we were served was excellent and so full of flavors. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. The waiter helped us choose a wine that was an excellent pairing for our food as well. As a bonus, the view is spectacular!

Ótima opção para almoço! O local dispõe de dois ambientes: na parte de baixo tem tapas (tira gosto) e algumas poucas opções de almoço, porém muito boas e preços bons. Durante a semana tem menu executivo no valor de €10 a €15. A parte de cima é apenas restaurante, já é mais sofisticado e mais caro. Ambos os ambientes dispõe de boa vista da cidade. Vale a visita.

Un local elegante y tranquilo, con buenas vistas y personal amable y atento. La carta tiene una cuidada selección de platos, pero son un poco caros. Como alternativa, si vas a comer, puedes disfrutar del menú del día por 18 euros. Está menos elaborado, pero disfrutas del lugar y la cartera se resiente menos.

Buona materia prima, ottimo servizio, ma il livello non è adeguato alle aspettative. A 1 stella Michelin si chiede 1 livello qualitativo superiore, maggiore ricercatezza nel gusto ed elaborazione più creativa. Prezzo alto.

New Year Dinner was 195 € + wine pairing 34 €. Food was very god, tasty, innovative but quality on plates were rather non-standardized (as you observed what fellow guest had on their plates). I even missed yuzu sorbet from my dessert plate and my spuse had to request for it! The waiter couldn’t understand what was wrong with my plate. Together with foie gras no wine was served, only when I asked whether there should have been wine, we got it AFTERWARDS! Water was not filled, not without asking for it. Perhaps it was, because we were two males having dinner together, I don’t know. Everybody else around seemed to receive their glasses filled. Our water bottles were emptied by guest in the next table... You couldn’t make a reservation unless you sent a banktransfer for 50 % of the dinner first. But after 55 minutes of waiting for the check this prepayment was not withdrawn from your bill. Eventually the restaurant Tagide owner had decided that the unfortunate staff had to try to do a successfull profit from the evening The dining room was UNDERSTAFFED - -definitely, as the dining room was fully occupied. All the guest seemed to have troubles with their dinner or checks. VERY unfortunate that the owner did not show up - she most certainly thought she could sip hee champagne rlsewhere and leave her staff in trouble. Which was the case!

Great view if you can reserve in advance a table close to the big window. Food quality not constant (is decreased, in my experience and opinion, over the 5 times I was there). However the standard is above average and it is anyhow a pleasant experience.

Sensationelle Aussicht auf Lissabon und Tejo, schönes Ambiente. Stolzes Preisniveau. Bedienung teils unprofessionell. Essen wird dem Anspruch nicht gerecht. Sieht gut aus, ist aber geschmacklich dem Aussehen nicht entsprechend. Eher langweilig. Am Schlechtesten der enttäuschende Nachtisch. Wein wird zu warm serviert. Sehr langsame Küche, obwohl nur 2 Tische belegt waren. Wir hatten mehr erwartet. Die Aussicht haben wir trotz dessen genossen. Wer besser essen will geht zu einem der Restaurants von Avillez, die Aussicht kann man an vielen Stellen umsonst genießen.

Visitei este restaurante pela primeira vez num jantar de família e adorei. Tem um óptimo ambiente e é um local de excelência para um dia mais especial. Para entrada aconselho a terrina de foie gras e para prato principal o carré de borrego. Quanto à sobremesa, fiquei deliciada com o trio de chocolates. Aconselho e voltarei a repetir sempre que possível.

Um restaurante que ganhou muito com o novo chefe e a nova carta. Os pratos são irreverentes e deliciosos, os vinhos de qualidade e a vista soberba. O Tágide é certamente um dos restaurantes em Lisboa que não me canso de repetir!

Um restaurante que soube manter os padrões de qualidade a que nos têm habituado. O nível de excelência do Tágide está presente em cada etapa da refeição, sendo a comida o ponto alto desta experiência. Aconselho o carré de borrego alentejano que é divinal!

Lieu remarquable, avec une vue agréable sur le Tage. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le restaurant propose un bon choix de vin. Les plats sont typiques et de qualité.

Vale pela vista. (You're paying the view, food is not impressive.) Nenhum a das entradas, pratos principais ou sobremesa estava realmente interessante (a sobremesa talvez fosse a melhor), desde pontos de cozedura a sabor. A sopa estava ok, o meu prato de peixe acompanhava com húmus que parecia estar empratado há bem mais tempo do que o bacalhau. Os lollipops de ave de caça são razoáveis mas a "sopa" em que vêm consegue ser enjoativa sem ter sabor, o outro prato de peixe podia ter sido cozinhado mais tempo, não é um peixe que agrade vir com sangue para a mesa. O atendimento foi bom (comparado com algumas críticas aqui não temos nada a dizer), sugestão de vinho também. A nossa opinião é de que é pretensioso para a qualidade da comida e a única coisa que realmente impressiona é a vista, ainda que cara.

Sem dúvida, experiência a repetir. Com uma vista fantástica e o melhor Chef.

We can tell that is a restaurant with just a view, that's why I give a star. Food is awful. Trying to be modern but is just visual. I can say that any restaurant in Lisbon does better food. A very presumptuous restaurant with just a view.

Costuma-se dizer que os olhos também comem e o Tágide é um excelente exemplo disso. O Tágide é localizado num edifício histórico da época pombalina (era o antigo convento de São Francisco), mesmo no centro de Lisboa. Em 1973 foi completamente remodelado e decorado por Duarte Pinto Coelho e recentemente em 2007, o espaço foi modernizado. É um restaurante que já teve vários prémios atribuídos, inclusive uma estrela no guia Michelin. Para além do belíssimo espaço, a sua grande mais valia é a vista magnifica que tem para o Castelo de São Jorge, para o Terreiro do paço, o Rio Tejo e a baixa de Lisboa. Tudo isto criou grande curiosidade e decidi visita-lo durante o almoço e assim aproveitar o menu executivo que sempre torna a refeição mais em conta que um jantar à carta (e a vista até é melhor durante o dia). Ao entrar no Tágide, dá a sensação que estamos a entrar num clube exclusivo, pois é necessário tocar à campainha para abrirem a porta. Ao entrarmos somos acompanhados gentilmente até ao restaurante. O espaço é amplo, com uma decoração simples mas elegante e é separado em duas salas, uma mais clássica com janelas antigas e uma mais moderna, com um grande vidro que abre criando quase um pequeno terraço e com uma vista completamente desimpedida. O menu almoço é composto por couvert + entrada + prato do dia + sobremesa + café + bebida. O couvert é constituído por um cesto de pão (bem variado), azeitonas e azeite. Para entrada havia uma salada e sopa de legumes. A salada era mista com requeijão e estava bem saborosa, com um agradável molho de tempero. A sopa estava deliciosa, com uma textura rica e sabor intenso. Os pratos disponíveis eram arroz de polvo e arroz de pato. O Arroz de pato vinha bem tostado e estava saboroso, com uma boa variedade de enchidos. O Arroz de polvo estava cremoso, húmido mas sem grande novidades, não surpreendeu. As quantidades das doses deixaram um pouco a desejar, mas como era um menu de almoço (completo) acabei por achar suficientes (se fossem pratos à carta eram muito reduzidas) Para sobremesa veio uma salada de fruta e um pão de ló. A salada de frutas era muito fresca, com fruta muito diversificada. O corte da mesma era muito elegante, um prato bastante bonito. O pão de ló estava excelente. Fofo, doce e delicioso! O serviço foi eficiente mas um pouco atrapalhado e demasiado impessoal. Esperava mais e melhor. Só pela vista vale a pena uma visita ao Tágide. Almoçar num belo dia de sol enquanto vislumbramos a linda cidade de Lisboa é uma experiência maravilhosa. Tudo isto aliado a boa comida e um simpático menu de almoço, temos aqui uma receita de sucesso. Fiquei muito curioso com uma refeição à carta, algo que pretendo fazer em breve, desta vez ao jantar.

Tous les plats étaient vraiment réussis: viande tendre et sauce très gouteuse, poulpe parfaitement grillé et tendre, croustillants de bacalao avec riz, légumes et sauce légère. L'accueil est charmant, la salle calme et agréable avec une magnifique vue sur les toits de Lisbonne. Les prix sont au-dessus de la moyenne mais cela vaut le coup.

We had been looking for a place to organize our wedding dinner in Lisbon and we came across with Tagide. It was a great decision. The welcome cocktail served on the closed balcony with view of the city opened the ceremony. The food was served professionally and was very good. The highlight for us goes for the service. Waiters and event manager were both extremely helpful, nice and made the experience smooth and relaxed. They accommodated to our requests and made it a perfect dinner! If you are looking for a place for a special event, I would definitely recommend Tagide.

Really fine cuisine : the chef recommandation was really tasty, and we followed the waiter recommandations regarding wines - very good choices of portugese wines ! We can only recommand it : the place is very nice, nice music also, we spent a very good moment.

Medioka on every left. Average service, poor quality of food. We had a six course tasting menu. Course one was an acceptably good soup. Course two was a classic chef's mass-catering cheat: essentially cold meat on toast. Obviously plated up an hour or more before in a batch of twenty, the toast was soggy. Unacceptable. Otherwise the dish was bland and disappointing. Course three was an enjoyable snapper dish, well cooked, but heavy. Course four was incredibly bland suckling pig, quite frankly tasting of nothing, under seasoned and in dire need of a well prepared jus. Five was 'apple foam' - waste of time and with a severe flavour deficit. Six was a tiny square of some sort of warm sweet pie, with ice cream. My wife had stated when she ordered that she did not like ice cream. So they left it off. So she had one square inch of this pie, sitting sadly all alone on the plate. The matched wines were drinkable cheap local varieties, but a rip off in cost. I am astonished this place is in the Michelin guide. Maybe the owner changed? And all the positive reviews - they sound like a different restaurant. The view is, however, very good.

we were there for lunch, quite place with a great view. really delicious food, recommended by local friends and not disappointed. portions are not big, but as the quality is excellent you don't really mind. Delicious and cheap lunch menu around 9,5 and 13,5€ including a glass of wine, coffee and desert. probably the best address in Lisbon so far!

Possibly the biggest waste of time I've ever endured. I saw that this place had a fair few good reviews and one really bad one. How it has such a good rating I have no idea because everything was terrible. DO NOT GO HERE. I'll be pleased if I can save just one person from going to this god foresaken place. -if you're with less than 5 people you won't get a table with a view -the food isn't worth the price - I'm surprised the staff are able to dress themselves in the morning considering their inability to do anything... Anything at all. - once staff mustered the mental capacity to provide service they forgot our order. Leaving us waiting for 45 minutes to receive nothing. I could go on. But the reason I discarded the other bad review is because it was too long and I couldn't be bothered to read the whole thing.... I wish I had listened.

Great view, lunch is not expensive and better than good, but portions are small. Slow but pleasant service. In general very mixed feelings.

Awful experience. Nothing good but the view, we were at the lower part, less formal. Tapas were bland and unexpressive, the self-service wine machine was constantly missing 1 or 2 kinds of wine, no one cared to switch the bottles (how do they want to return their investment, if they dont sell wine with it....), service was EXTREMELY slow, only two waiters for the room full of people (there was a manager though, he wasn't helping his staff, just chatted to the DJ - who needs a DJ when there are not enough waiters!!!!). They managed to forget my husband's main course, I've been waiting for it so mine got cold, I ate it, then we managed to summon the waiter, reminded him of the other main, he brought it cold (turns out the kitchen provided, but the service just overlooked it, forgot to bring!!!), he knew he ***ked it up but never apologised, never asked a standard question if everything was good while we were paynig, and once again soooo slow to proceed with the bill... Have I mentioned the prices? No? OOOOverpriced, for a reasonably cheap Lisbon this is just unacceptable! A place full of ambitions and no grounds for them! No go from me for sure! And one more thing: preferential service - just next to us there was a group of 6 or 8 people FROM PORTUGAL, and guess what - they were served nicely, everything on time, warm, pleasant chats from the waiter etc. I know, I know - we are tourists, what do we expect, my husband is a bloody Brit, I myself am from only EU aspiring Ukraine, but does this all mean we have to be discriminated? Especially when we pay good money? I see from the reviews here that Portuguese or Portuguese-speaking people are much more satisfied with the venue than the rest, just makes me wonder if we were really no good for this "upmarket restaurant"? P.S. We were on the 13th or 14th of Feb 2016 and I still remeber it as bad even in April

The view is fantastic, the decor is beautiful and the service is great but the food let it down. I was expecting much more from the food based on what I had read. Nonetheless had a great evening.

Food: some things are very good, some are just ok. We had a great starter with avocado ice-cream and crab meat. Service OK, too slow for me.

Overpriced bland food. We had the tasting menu for €45 and wine package for an additional €18. Not bad, just not nearly good enough to motivate the prices. Ok service but nothing out of the ordinary.

Localização fantastica, com uma sala classica lindissima e uma vista recompensante. Serviço atencioso e de qualidade. Vale a pena retornar.

Fui a Tagide wine & tapas esperando una buena cocina de autor, dadas las criticas, y fue un autentico desastre. Cocina mal elaborada, por no decir carente de elaboración, basada en latas de conservas. La decoración de las tapas inexistente, por no decir del mal servicio de sala, sin experiencia alguna y lo que es peor, sin ganas de trabajar. Tardaron más de 20 minutos en tomar nota de la bebida...no hay más que decir. Decepcionante!

Só posso falar do que comi e, a melhor bochecha de porco que provei até hoje e um skrei (bacalhau) com risoto de chocos em que o risoto era divinal. O leite creme estava excelente.

moi qui suis habitué à la cuisine "de grand-mère", j'ai voulu tester un restaurant de fine cuisine ^portugaise. J'ai été très content de ce restaurant. Présentation, service, et qualité de la nourriture étaient au rendez-vous. De plus, nous avons une vue magnifique sur Lisbonne depuis les nombreuses fenêtres ouvertes, le restaurant étant quelque peu situé en hauteur...
