Magnifique vue sur le parque Eduardo VII. Service 5*. Gastronomie de haut niveau. La préparation de la sopa de pedra est un spectacle à ne pas raté.
Le prix à la carte reste cher. Je conseille plutôt le midi le business menu à 35€.

Wow! Freundlich wurden wir bereits beim Eingang empfangen und zum Tisch begleitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen ist top. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Die Brotauswahl hat uns beeindruckt. Der Besuch war perfekt vom Betreten des Gebäudes bis zur Verabschiedung. Das Geschenk, welches wir mitnehmen durften, hat uns am Morgen danach den Start in den Tag versüsst.

Servizio, impiattamento e cibo ottimi. Siamo stati a pranzo in settimana, il menù business lunch Costa 35 euro persona più 5 per un bicchiere di vino. Prevede la scelta tra 2 antipasti, tra 2 primi, formaggio o caffe. Il rapporto qualità prezzo ci è sembrato buono.

A really disappointing experience. 4 of us dined together, we found the service to be incredibly slow, staff were not attentive. We were rarely approached throughout the meal, had to ask for more water, never asked to see if we wanted more wine - so had empty glasses almost throughout the experience. None of us really enjoyed the food, some of the plates lacked flavour - especially the dessert. All dishes were not the perfection you would expect from a restaurant of this standard. I just simply could not recommend this restaurant. Location is nice, but the decor feels outdated. Many other great dining experiences in Lisbon.

Два раза были в этом мишленовском ресторане,с годами качество еды заметно ухудшилось.Даже жена удивилась,почему еще не отобрали звезду.Медленный сервис,в зале на ланче кроме нас был занят всего один столик,тем не менее странный пафос персонала.Главное здесь-месторасположение в парке и панорамные окна с видами.Но кухня стала просто никакая.Заказывали в этот раз сет Атлантическое меню по 95 евро с человека.Креветки и фуа гра были вкусные.Десерт с фисташками совсем невнятный.Даже ягнятину не смогли нормально приготовить.При том что Йоаким Корпер-известный немецкий повар,открывал свои мишленовские рестораны в Испании.Но его кстати на кухне не было.

Pratos bem feitos e saborosos. Voltando a ele novamente não pedirei o menu degustação (Atlantico no caso): a multiplicidade de sabores e vinhos (essa é talvez a finalidade do menu) faz com q se perca o “DNA” do prato principal.
Atendimento de bom nível.
Uma ressalva apenas para justificar a nota “4”: merece um tratamento acústico para deixar o ambiente mais intimista. Quando fui haviam pessoas q falavam muito alto (talvez para se mostrarem q estavam lá) o q tira parte da sofisticação do lugar.

Impresionante lugar, con unas vistas inmejorables.
Pedimos el menú degustación de langosta y fue exquisito. Todo estaba delicioso, los vinos eran de una calidad excelente y casaban a la perfección con cada plato.
El servicio es muy atento y explican todo muy bien.
Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.

Saw one or two negative reviews about this place and everyone is entitled to their opinion but we thought it was superb and everything you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant. it is of course pricey but worth every penny

Although I’ve eaten in quite a few Michelin star restaurants this one was quite expensive.
However the food the view and the wines were perfect! Especially liked the dessert with popcorn in it .

Ein Restaurant - ein Traum
wir haben das Restaurant von ein paar Tagen besucht.
Wir hatten uns für ein Fisch- und Fleischmenü entschieden.
Beide Menüs waren sehr fein und im Detail optimal ausgewogen.
Der Sommelier hat sich auf die Gerichte eingelassen und sehr gute Auswahl an Weinen zusammengestellt.
PS: liebes Eleven-Team, wo kann ich den Joachim Koerper Venninger Doktor Scheurebe Auslese/ Weißwein kaufen?

One Michelin star restaurant on the hill overlooking Lisbon walking distance from the Intercontinental and Four Season’s Hotels. An impressive entrance with a quirky chandelier but you have to sit by the reception area before they’ll take you to your table. Innovative cuisine, I’ve never seen an old Cona coffee maker put to such good use making a stock that is infused with herbs.

Delicious. We enjoyed a tasting menu, and the chef easily—and deliciously—accommodated the two pescatarians in our group. There was a slight hiccup with the wine—we were brought a different bottle than what I thought I had ordered—but it proved to be both quite good and less expensive, so I count that as a win.

o Eleven começa por surpreender logo à chegada. Apesar de ser um restaurante bastante amplo foi engenhosamente pensado e decorado de forma a tornar alguns espaços bastante acolhedores. Com uma grande parte das suas generosas mesas (90cmX90cm) junto das imensas janelas, sentimos que estamos prester a receber um serviço minuciosamente orquestrado. A qualidade de cada prato é inquestionável. Somos sempre surpreendidos, seja pelos sabores intensos dos seus ingredientes premium, ora seja pelas apresentações incríveis que possam executar.
Um restaurante de uma estrela michelin que não é demasiado pretensioso. Para quem não está disposto a gastar entre 100-200€ por pessoa numa refeição tem sempre a possibilidade de ficar a conhecer este espaço num dos seus business lunches por 28€ ou 35€. Ainda que a experiência seja completamente diferente de um serviço a la carte ao jantar.

Incredible meal, really enjoyable experience for a Michelin rated place. Beautifully paced meal, excellent sommelier and extremely accommodating of dietary requirements. Would go back in a heartbeat (and I am very spoiled and have been lucky enough to go to some super places)

Pros: Beautiful restaurant, interesting menu and the plating of the food is artistic.
Cons: Food is only ok, nothing special or memorable about the taste. Everything had a low flavour profile. I tried the cod soup (bland and cold), crawfish (nothing special) and lamb (again just ok). The service was also just ok, had to wait 20min for a bill. For what the food cost, it's simple not worth it.

It is a great place for either lunch or dinner. The views from the restaurant are amazing, both during the day or the night, but I prefer during the night. The food here is really good, one Michelin star restaurants are usually good and this is no exception. The service is also very nice. Of course it is not cheap, but the food is definitely worth it.

My best experience so far in Lisbon, I highly appreciated the lobster and a bottle of wine from the Dao region. Service is perfect and I've nothing to complain about. If I have to look for a defect the oil served at the beginning may not be up to the job but it is not a problem.

Hemos hecho el menú Tasting con maridaje, sin sorpresas y excesivamente caro para lo que es. La atención del personal de sala y las vistas lo mejor, pero la comida (que para mi es lo más importante cuando pagas 115+66€ por persona como mínimo) deja mucho que desear, se repiten salsas y gels, elementos decorativos, etc. El maridaje bastante justito. Si pides un té de menta te traen agua con menta hervida y te cobran 5€ por persona. En general me sentido engañada.

Restaurant distingit amb una estrella Michelin amb una situació òptima que et permet tenir una vista privilegiada sobre Lisboa. El menjar és bo i la presentació, exquisida. El punt més fluix és el servei, que està una mica per sota del que s'espera d'un establiment d'aquesta categoria. Vam fer el menú Atlàntic amb maridatge. Tot era apte per tot tipus de clients tret del darrer postres, un agosarat gelat de mostassa. Un gust especial molt ben aconseguit però difícil per a estòmacs no avesats a l'alta cuina.

After reading other reviews, we were expecting issues with service - but there were none. Only once over 4 hours and 5 courses we started thinking next course should already come in, otherwise everything was working perfectly.
Food was what would be expected for 1-star Michelin restaurant - not spectacular, but enjoyable, well made and well presented. During the evening views to garden were non-existent, but views towards Lisbon centrum were something worth having a table next to a window.

Restaurante (1 Estrela Michelin) lindíssimo, localizado numa parte alta da cidade, que lhe confere
uma vista invejável de todo o Parque Eduardo VII e de parte da cidade de Lisboa, com o Castelo de São Jorge ao fundo. Escolhi o Menu Degustação Atlântico (são 3 opções), no valor de €95, e um vinho branco (a carta de vinhos é enorme e os valores das garrafas começam de €30, tendo também opção de taça por aprox €15) que foram ambos excepcionais. É realmente uma experiência gastronômica, em que se podemos experimentar sabores novos, criados pelo chef, e com uma precisão para fazer a comida saborosa que mostra que cozinha é realmente uma arte. Mesmo para quem faz questão de comer em quantidade, não vai sair com fome do Menu Degustação. O atendimento é muito bom, mas achei um pouco confuso, por isso não coloquei as 5 estrelas.

Lo mejor de este restaurante es, sin duda, el espacio en el que está y el entorno y vistas que lo rodean. La comida está a un nivel alto, pero sin nada que le haga destacar sobre otros restaurantes del tipo que pretende ser, o que al menos sorprenda con alguna receta / presentación muy diferente. El servicio es correcto sin más, pero bastante lento. Da la sensación que el equipo de este local se ha dormido en los laureles después de la fama que ha logrado.

Very nice dinner. The atlantic menue was quite filling. I went for the fish option and red mullet (one of the three fish served ober risotto) was very impressive. Overall a great experience, as one would expect from michelin star restaurant. The staff was attentive and service was well timed. Some fo the dishes shined while some just hit the mark but overall I would reccomend trying this restaurant out!

必须同桌所有人点同一种套餐 点了开胃酒之后直接强制上了两道开胃菜 期间并没有任何提醒这是除了已点套餐之外另外一个需另付费用的套餐 有欺骗性的强迫消费 餐食并没什么特色 很一般 晚上也看不到什么风景 大多是游客来吃 服务员人数似乎有点不够 无法很好照顾每桌客人

경치도 좋고, 내부에 걸려있는 작품들도 좋고, 음식과 와인이 맛있었다. 하지만 직원들의 서비스는 실망스러웠다.
음식을 서빙할 때 조심성이없어 그릇이나 와인잔에 부딪히고, 물을 채워주거나 그릇을 치워줄 때도 테이블에 갑자기 훅 들어와 무표정으로 본인들 할것만 하고 감. 또 홀에 직원이 자주없어 뭔가 필요할때 기다려야하기에 인내심이 필요함.
리스본에있는 보통의 식당들 보다도 서비스가 수준 이하라고 생각하면됨. 직원중 웃는 사람이 아무도 없었음.

Le Picnic d’Eleven est un exemple du désarroi des restaurants après Covid. Difficile de se réinventer.
On attend l’expérience d’un picnic Etoilé...le résultat est très décevant tant sur la forme que sur le fond et tout cela pour une somme pas modique ! Portion congrue, assaisonnement grossiers, salade cuite, choix du menu discutable, présentation déplorable.
A éviter surtout par les inspecteurs du Michelin.

Spontaan besloten hier uitgebreid te gaan eten. Vriendelijk ontvangst en een nette bediening. Wij kozen voor de vegetarische en de Eleven menu met een wijnarrangement. De gerechten zijn zeer smaakvol en de geselecteerde wijnen zijn van uitstekende kwaliteit! Enige tegenvaller was de kaasplank, welke niet bijzonder was. Toch een aanrader als je in het centrum op Michelin niveau wilt eten.

With a magnificent view that reaches the sea and goes straight through the city center, Eleven is one of the jewals in Portuguese couisine, an elegant space with remarkable attention to detail and a table service that is highly proficient and nice. Não é a minha primeira vez no restaurante, almocei/jantei aqui algumas vezes. O atendimento sempre impecável e sempre menus memoráveis. Fui provar os menus com trufas pretas e mais uma vez o Eleven não recepcionou.
Desde a entrada até o prato principal, estava tudo delicioso.

뷰가 너무나 훌륭하다. 뷰를 바라보면서 와인을 마셔도 만족할 수 있는 정도. 런치 35유로, 디너 49유로 코스가 있어서 훌륭한 가성비. 맛은 미슐랭치고 엄청 훌륭하다고 생각되진 않으나, 와인이 저렴한 편인데 맛있고, 뷰와 가격이 모든걸 용서해주는 곳.

We went to Eleven in New Year’s Eve and had a terrible experience overall. While the food was ok (nothing worthy of a Michelin star), the service was absolutely horrendous. Two of the three people in the group do not drink alcohol, when we asked if they had any non alcoholic options they said they didn't have any but then I asked if they had ginger beer and they said yes. The waiter never came back to refill water...We had to ask for it each time. The dessert was served at 11:59, by the time we cheered to the new year and watched a couple of fireworks the ice cream was fully melted turning our desserts into a soupy mess. We never got our last course. When we mentioned it to the manager as we were paying our bill he didn't even apologize. He acted surprised and said he'll bring it us.
In addition, the audio system didn't work so there was no music of any kind.
This restaurant should not have a Michellen star, they don't even come close to deserving it. Lots of better restaurants in Lisbon.

Excelentes vistas a la ciudad y espacio minimalista y elegante. Restaurante de estrella Michelín pero que a mediodía ofrece un menú de.35€ , que me dejo una agradable sensación , sin llegar a tirar cohetes .
Los menús degustación de la noche mas acordes con el universo Michelín tienen su correspondiente precio bastante mas elevado.

First and foremost, the food was great, perfectly cooked, artistically plated, inventive but yet excelling in continuity of the great culinary traditions of the past; the distinguished Chef Joachim Koerper doesn't require recommendations. However, every dining experience is not limited to food only, but is judged by a combination of factors. In our case, allas, the service wasn't worthy not just of a Michelin establishment but would be considered poor in a chain restaurant.
Starting from the hosting. One of us was asked if we wanted to keep our coats. After our "no", a second and third time the same question was repeated alleging that the air-conditioning could be too cold for an evening gown. Three times? Not a kindergarten here, one time is more than enough and "no" means no.
The server never inquired whether we wanted more bread. Yet, the empty butter and olive oil containers were left on the table throughout the entire duration of our dinner.
The sommelier was the worst though. Next set of wine pairing was brought to the table yet the dirty glasses from the previous one were left on the table. When asked about the specific wine he just poured 2 minutes ago, the individual replied that he didn't remember. Really? The wine pairing that accompanied the cheese course wasn't named neither explained. Even the wonderful plating got ruined, for the negligent serving caused edible flowers fall off the top of the dishes.
Does any of the above sound like nitpicking? By far not. A Michelin-star-studded restaurant implies perfection in everything. Instead of a perfection it was a sorry excuse for a proper service.
Other than that, great pricing, 185€ pp for an extensive "Eleven Menu", of about 10 courses (counting in 2 amuse-bouches, 1 pre-dessert and 1 service of gourmandises) including wine pairing. Attractively designed dining area, generously spaced tables, no unwanted fellow diners rubbing elbows with you, creative modern interior.
Quick ride from the old Lisbon, took us about 10 minutes' from Hotel Avenida Palace.

Excellent service and food. Suitable for the rating they have. They seem to be going for a second star based on the whole experience but the small gaps that prevent them from getting it were visible.
The ambiance was very minimalistic and not as pleasant as I’d like from a place like this.
Either way, very happy with the experience but likely wouldn’t go back over another Michelin dinner if I were in town again.

Certainly the best restaurant I visited in Lisbon! (January 2017). Very efficient and friendly service of a very fine and excellently prepared tasting menu served with a flight of very well chosen wines. Although it was the most expensive restaurant I visited on my 3 month trip through Europe, the outstanding quality of the whole experience justified the cost!

Eleven is an excellent restaurant. The arugula rissoto with tempura vegetables is superb. I was seat in a private room for an event. Most others ordered the pork and everyone seemed to love it. The lemon tart was especially fresh. There is a fantastic view of the city. The wine chosen for the meal was excellent.

This was incredible. Decided to push the boat out for a celebration and this was the first time we’d taken part in a tasting menu, let alone eaten at a Michelin star restaurant. The service from the very start was excellent - rapid, polite, excellent English - and the food was the best we’ve ever had. We had 10 dishes of one form or another and all but one was excellent (they have a very inventive “stone soup” which uses half a chemistry set to infuse but had a bit of a weird texture) - the Parmesan foam and beetroot jelly set the tone, the bream was spectacular and the pre-dessert (orange sherbet with raspberry sorbet) was one of the loveliest dishes I’ve ever eaten.
My nut allergy was not an issue at all - a custom dessert made rather than the obligatory fruit salad, all with the minimum of fuss - and the wine pairing option was excellent (with a sommelier explaining why certain options were chosen). É um restaurante de luxo com vista panorâmica sobre Lisboa. Tem um menu razoável de carne, peixe e sobremesas. Os preços são acima da média mas valem a pena. O serviço costuma ser bom. O estacionamento nem sempre é fácil mas há parques de estacionamento nas imediações.

Not wowed, soup luke warm, tomatoes tasteless, brownie texture not the best and bread average. However, the sea bass and pork were perfect. Every dish should have been nearly perfect for that price.

An amazing venue with a fantastic view of Lisbon. It's guaranteed to make you inspired to visit more of Portugal. The food is very very nice and you notice the small details in the preparation. I recommend this for a nice dinner out or business function.

This is a very nice Michelin star restaurant, the food was excellent and the presentation of the different courses was wonderful. Staff was very kind and very service minded, the wine sommelier was very interested in his job, that was the only minus point for the evening. But in general great experience.

Amazing experience. Food was expertly prepared and the service flawless. We went for the tasting menu and had a four hour gastronomic adventure. Dover sole, caviar, stone soup, suckling pig, it was incredible. Go with an open mind and an empty stomach.

J'ai passé avec ma femme un superbe moment au restaurant eleven à Lisbonne. Le lieu est chaleureux, le personnel accueillant et sympathique et la restauration est top. Je recommande ce lieu aux valeureux de la bonne table et le bon service.

We went to Eleven for dinner. We were not impressed. The food was good. The service was poor. The view was nothing special. And, 30 percent surcharge on dishes you would like to share is in our opinion impolite. We’ve been to many Michelin restaurants, this one did not stood out in any way. We are not going to return.

Decidimos aproveitar a Restaurant Week com menu a 40€ para restaurantes com estrela Michelin para irmos ao Eleven (pela primeira vez). O espaço é muito agradável e a vista é linda. O atendimento foi excelente, o menu maravilhoso, cheio de pequenos detalhes, e o vinho a copo tinto que nos recomendaram (Vicentino) muito bom e a um preço super acessível considerando que estávamos no Eleven (4€, foi uma surpresa!).Valeu mesmo muito a pena!

O restaurante tem uma vista incrível ainda que o tempo tenha estado meio nublado ontem. Apesar do refinamento tem um clima à vontade. O atendimento é simpático. Bons vinhos; comida criativa, boa de se comer também com os olhos.

Way over priced! They offered a 5 course tasting menu that included a cheese plate (!!!) for ~€150, whereas two days earlier we stopped by the 3 Michelin star ABaC in Barcelona and had a 13 course tasting menu for only €190. Eleven's dishes were nothing to marvel at. It's the same thing you'd get at any other decent international restaurant in major cities all over the world.

Fuimos invitadas por un amigo y fue una gran sorpresa!! Está en lo alto de la ciudad y una gran cristalera así tienes unas vistas maravillosas durante la comida.
No gay muchas mesas con lo que es recomendable reservar.
Si quieres comer en un restaurante de estrella Michelín este es posible ya que el menú ejecutivo cuesta unos 30/35€ y es buenísimo! Lo único es que te aconsejo que no vayas con prisas porque el proceso es lento.

This restaurant is one of the best I've ever eaten at. The service is exceptional with the most amazing staff ever. If I ever go back to Lisbon I will definitely have to visit this place. The food is interesting and delicious and made with passion and the love of food. You have to give this Michelin star rated tests a try if you're nearby.

Not at the level of a starred restaurant !
Food was descent thanks to good quality of the ingredients but nothing surprising. Deserts felt totally flat. The Granny Smith désert or the lychee one had no interest.
So for this price I definitely don't recommend

Vista espetacular sobre o parque Eduardo VII e rio Tejo. O serviço foi demorado estando o restaurante quase vazio à hora de almoço num dia de semana. Fui com a minha filha que é vegetariana e havia poucas opções para ela e que se ficou por um prato de sopa. Não gostei da comida talvez não tenha escolhido bem. Os preços são elevados. Não irei voltar.

Let me start off saying that the mediocre revisions of the restaurant I do not understand; in short, the restaurant serves really great food, no doubt about it; some of the reviewers argue the Michelin star awarded restaurant serves somewhat "uninspired" dishes; I would not call them uninspired I would call them blunt (again, we are talking about a Michelin star restaurant). I mean to serve a lobster menu for about 180.-€/person plus wine for another 120.-€ is not very innovative, fits more to the US market and: this raises your expectations dramatically; which is the general problem these kind of restaurants deal with (i.e. increasing prices raise expectations considerably). So we (my wife) and myself omitted the wine recommendations for about 60.- €/person and asked the sommelier for his recommendations (we chose the Atlantic fish menu); he concisely pointed out the most expensive wines on the wine card, although there were reasonably priced ones on the list; again, it is expected that waiters "sell" the most expensive food and wine (the lobster menue was recommended as well..), but I would expect a more sophisticated guidance in selection of wines. As far as the food is concerned: not much to criticize I guess, although I did not understand the - I guess you call it "deconstructed" in these days ;-) - Portuguese Stew, I am afraid so that you have to eat the real one first to understand what the chef intended...
Outstanding the fish selection, with three different kinds of fish in - homeopathic portions- even considering a Michelin restaurant- with the St. Peters fish significantly overcooked (the other two superbly done).The dessert (in three stages) well done but again, I would call it uninspired at best.., i.e . sweet , very sweet and highly sweet chocolate, without anything to counteract...I mean if you pay about 300.-€ for two people you should definitely remember outstanding dishes , which in this case I only partially will do (I refer here again to expectations raised by a Michelin star and the price you pay). So would I recommend the restaurant: well, basically yes, my wife really liked it a lot because of the superb view to Lissabon; so I guess you have to look at the whole "package": view, the restaurant itself with its great architecture and the food.. and the price...; for the prices you pay here, the restaurant lacks at least one to two more Michelin stars, which I am currently very sceptical it will receive with a kitchen like the one in place right now; but then again: maybe I do not understand enough of cooking on a Michelin star level ...;-) (however, if you want to go to a "down to earth" fish restaurant try the Monte Mar down at the ferry station in Lisbon, I especially recommend the octopus salad for 7,80,-€, Mr Koerper might want to include this one in his lobster menu for slightly more money...;-)

Very nice and fancy place. The food was good, specially the fish dishes.
The wine recommendations were spot on with Portuguese wine, topped with the German ice wine which was splendid nectar.
It's high price mainly but the business lunch makes it more affordable.

Beautiful location and views. Monday night so somewhat quiet. Formal but extremely welcoming and friendly. Chef easily adapted starters for vegetarians/ no crustaceans. Exquisite presentation, every mouthful a discovery. Sommelier excellent. Bit pricey, but memorable and very pleasant experience.

Had dinner at Eleven, Lisbon, last evening (24 March) with a group. The entree - cod - was supposedly fresh. It was not. None of us would eat the fish because it was far too salty. The wait service was bad. The upstairs glass-enclosed room was full with other customers. The noise from other customers was so loud that those in our group were only able to speak to those sitting next to us. Michelin needs to promptly remove any stars this restaurant has. "Eleven" is not able to consistently provide edible - never mind exceptionally good - food.

Chef Joachim Koepfer shows all his passion for food and for the flavor in his restaurants in Lisboa and Rio de Janeiro. Its a pleasure for the soul for those who love gastronomy to attend the tasting menu! Wines served from his special selection were an outstanding view of Portuguese wines!

A well-known place of refined cooking. Definitely the mood is high-class but not snobbish at all, and the staff was friendly and very professional at the same time. Went for a full-course menu with wine selection in charge of the staff and was pleasantly surprised it was good and not presumptious. Too bad you have to pay above the hundreds per person, so it is definitely for those who are willing to afford such an expense. Perhaps best saved for a special occasion.

Très bonne cuisine, service agréable et non compassé. Un seul bémol : les couteaux. Nous avons mangé un carré d'agneau excellent et avions des couteaux inappropriés qui ne coupaient pas. Le chef devrait proposer des couteaux à viande style Laguiole.
Nous avons dîné le 27 juin 2016 et pouvons conseillé ce restaurant.

Masslos überteuert, Michelinstern nicht Wert.
Sehr laut auch wenn das Restaurant nicht komplett voll ist. Man kann sich dann wegen der Geräuschkulisse nur schwer unterhalten. Das Personal kommentierte das damit, dass man so viele Gäste angenommen hätte, auch wenn die meisten nicht reserviert hätten?
Am Beginn, obwohl die 2. Gästegruppe, nur 4 Menükarten für uns 5? Nicht informiert, dass die Gruppe das gleiche Menü wählen muss, sondern erst bei der Bestellung, nachdem verschiedene Menüs ausgesucht waren. Dann auf Hummermenue geeinigt. War wohl ein Fehler. Es kam etwa ein halber Hummer pro Person in 5 teilen mit verschiedenen Beilagen die meistens grünlich waren aber keine bleibenden Eindrücke hinterließen. Farblich gut kombiniert und auch ansprechend angerichtet aber zum Beispiel eine am Tisch zum Gang dazu gegossene Soße überschwemmte eine gut angerichtetes Schäumchen.
Wein und Karte Ok, aber auf zu hohem Preisniveau.
Zusammengefasst für 170 Euro pro Menü eine grosse Enttäuschung. Andere Restaurants, nicht nur die 1. Sterne Restaurants in Lissabon sind deutlich besser und preiswerter.

This is the best place I ate at in Lisbon is up there with the best places I've ever been to. The service was impeccable and the food was pretty amazing. They staff was very accommodating to my 9 person group and were even fine with a last minute addition. I don't usually give 5 star reviews but this is how you do a Michelin Star Restaurant.

Conheci esse restaurante, pelo ponto da localização e do projeto arquitetônico. Gostei muito do estilo desse prédio. Diferente, único, mas não é visualmente cansativo como possa parecer na primeira visualização. A vista da cidade de quem está no interior desse restaurante é algo marcante, de que não esqueci.

The good part: The food was really excellent when it comes to execution and taste and the view from the restaurant is probably the best in Lisbon.
The bad part: The service was erratic at best - especially for Michelin Star-standard. Glasses and silverware were often not polished at all. We were served a course without explanation of what we are going to eat twice, had to beg for attention in between and were left waiting for the bill for around twenty minutes (note: the restaurant was half empty, otherwise I would not mention this). That is a pity as the chefs did their best to make this a great experience. The only critique towards the kitchen would be that the dishes were slightly uninspired and very me-too when it comes to fine dining.
A slightly more inventive cuisine and completely new service staff would probably benefit this place as the kitchen crew clearly have talent and the location and interior are excellent. However, when it comes to our dining experience, we felt that other Michelin star-restaurants (especially Belcanto) in Lisbon deserve the merits and your visit more. The large selection of Guide Michelin books (on the way to the bathroom), including some antique pieces, is worth checking out, but also testament that the star might be more geared towards attracting foodie tourists rather than advance the local cuisine and provide an outstanding experience to guests.

Increible restaurante, fue el lugar donde pedí a mi futura esposa que se casase conmigo y todos los detalles acompañaron a la ocasión, teniendo en cuenta que yo era muy exigente en una cita tan importante.
El menú degustación era buenisimo en todos sus platos, el trato muy amabale y eduacado desde que te abren la puerta para entrar hasta quete la abren para salir, sin descuidarte en ningún momento. Las vistas son espectaculares, aunque mejores de día que de noche.
Si vuelvo a Lisboa volveré al restaurante eleven sin lugar a dudas.
