As Festas de Lisboa alusivas ao seu padroeiro - Santo António, são motivo mais que suficiente para que a população da cidade venha para a rua, bem como os turistas que a visitam nesta altura, para celebrar e conviver entre amigos. A sardinha, pescada nesta altura do ano é o preto quente por excelência, em cima de uma fatia de pão ou no prato, acompanhada de uma salada mista e batata cozida com a pele. Se ainda se adicionar a característico caldo verde com uma rodela de chouriço, a refeição está completa, porque a bebida está sempre presente. A noite de dia 12 de Junho é um " banho de multidão" nos bairros mais típicos da cidade dos quaos se destaca Alfama.
É ainda a noite de despique entre os bairros num desfile colorido e cantado pela Avenida da Liberdade, momento de espetáculo por excelência que atrai também os lisboetas e turistas antes do passeio nocturno.
Atrevam-se a sair de casa e dos hoteis e o nascer do sol pode ser um brinde antes do merecido descanso.

Wir waren heute zum Essen hier, unsere Wohnung ist um die Ecke. Das Restaurant macht einen netten Eindruck. Bestellt wurde 1x ein Fisch mit Beilagen für meine Frau und für mich "Apfel Strudel mit Vanilleeis", ein Wasser, ein Bier und später einen halben Liter Rose'. Das ganze für für sportliche 40€.
Warum nur 1 Stern? Nach "90 Minuten" fragte ich mal an ob es ein Problem mit der Bestellung gäbe, alle anderen Gäste waren schon längst bedient nur wir hatten noch nichts. Nein, hieß es, kein Problem. Dann plötzlich irgend eine unverständliche Erklärung und die Ankündigung das die Bestellung in 10 Minuten käme. Nach weiteren "30 Minuten" also nach 2 Stunden! Bekamen wir unser Essen dann tatsächlich.
Ich würde erwarten, das es mindestens dann einen Schnaps ect. als Entschuldigung gibt, nichts dergleichen. Der Fisch war gut, aber 40€ ist auch ein stolzer Preis.
Ein ärgerlicher Abend, schade

A very quiet restaurant in one of the most turistic hotspots of Lisbon. Food is good. Service on the slow side, but then again we were a group of ten people. Prices are not cheap althought is doesn't stand out compared to other restaurants of the zone. The calm is worth it.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo cenato in questo locale durante la nostra permanenza a Lisbona e ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Locale accogliente e molto carino, anche con posti all’esterno.
Ci siamo divisi un’ insalata di polipo come antipasto per poi proseguire con un salmone e un’ orata; torta al cioccolato da dividerci come dolce. Tutto buonissimo, porzioni molto abbondanti e personale gentile.
Prezzo onesto, forse un po sopra la media ma comunque non eccessivo : abbiamo speso circa 60€ con 2 bottiglie d’acqua, 1 birra e il coperto (nel coperto è compreso quello che ti portano a tavola prima dell’ordinazione).
Consiglio la prenotazione in tutti i locali di Lisbona viste le dimensioni ridotte degli spazi

Pour un restaurant référencé dans le guide Michelin 2019, l’avis est plutôt très mitigé.
Nous avons été mal accueilli et le service a été très long à table.
Sachant qu’il est coutume au Portugal d’avoir des amuses bouches payants, ici les serveurs ont été un peu trop insistants vu l’attente.
Cependant, le lieu est très charmant car niché au cœur du quartier d’Alfama. La nourriture est correcte surtout pour la viande et le poisson grillé. Nous avons été également agréablement surpris par un vin rouge portugais. Rapport qualité prix très faible (100 euros pour 2).

Qualité de la nourriture correcte, mais largement meilleur pour moins cher !
Mais surtout serveurs totalement désagréables ! Même pas installés qu’ils installent olives et pain, gentil me direz vous, mais facturés 2.5e par personne sans avoir demandé quoi que ce soit!
Extrêmement déçu du manque de courtoisie de ces messieurs. Je déconseille vivement, Lisbonne est une ville merveilleuse qui regorge de petits restos incroyables, ne perdez pas votre temps ici.

Went early for evening meal. It was OK, but I felt overpriced. the Sea Bass was overcooked. Once the head and bones were removed, there wasn’t much left. The Salted Cod was average. I wouldn’t recommend it, there are much better (and better value) alternatives in the immediate surrounding area.

I was pleasantly suprised by the amazing cod fish & golden bream, terrific appetizers and delicious house wine. On top of that the atmosphere was super warm and the waiters super charming. It's a totally must-go-to restaurant in Lisabon!!!!

I went looking for a good meal at a quiet spot with my daughter (19yo) and found this on Google maps. I desired octopus dinner, bit settled for octopus salad which was very good. The portions were larger than expected for a salad with fruit and appetizer octopus salad. I ordered an additional cheese plate which I didn't end up eating. I was recommend this quiet quaint location. The service was good.

Malisimo no, lo siguiente, estuvimos 1h para que nos sirvieran, los platos que vimos no teanian mala pinta pero como en toda la zona, lo que vimos en la carta nos parecio caro, no bajaba cada plato de los 20 euros, asi que como esperamos y esperamos y solo eramos 4 mesas en todo el restaurante, sin musica y sin nadie, nos fuimos.

Wnętrze lokalu przytulne. Obsługa na pierwszy rzut oka w porządku, jednak po chwili orientujemy się, że raczej unika kontaktu z gośćmi. Trzeba było długo czekać na obsługę i serwis dań. Jedzenie przeciętne. Duże porcje. Uwaga! Doliczają do rachunku chleb i oliwki, które stawiają na stole bez uprzedniego zamówienia.

The dinner was amazing! Delicious fettuccini, salmon was cooked to perfection, great duck and prawn soup. Desserts were surprising and excelent! Least, but not last, staff was fun, talkative and helpful. Food came quickly and everything was fresh. To sum up, dinner left us happy and full.

Friendly staff and it is in between the beautiful architecture of Alfama. A great place to go in the evenings as you can dine alfresco if you like in the summers or indoors where there is a lovely cosy feeling too.

Dinner was just ok. Salmon was not the really best.. the plates missed some love and creativity..
Atmosphere was quit cosy.

A cosy place in the historical part the kitchen is always open it seems we came at 15.30 but no worries. The menu is mainly fish butbhas some meat options. Simple menu , friendly hosts. Good food, so overall a pleasant experience.

My husband and I went here around 10:00 pm and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the golden bream entree and he ordered the rabbit entree, and both were absolutely delicious. I was served the whole fish, which may be off putting to some, I find it to be indicative of an authentic and freshly prepared meal. The waitstaff were very friendly, and even went out of their way to converse with us. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a good dinner! Wasn’t the cheapest meal, but with entrees and drinks for two, we were still around 50€. Would highly recommend this little restaurant hidden among the small streets of Lisbon, and if we return to Lisbon we will without a doubt return to this restaurant. Waitstaff also spoke English which was hugely helpful for us, as we do not speak Portuguese. They even gave advise on other things to see and navigating Lisbon.

先に出されたパンやオリーブやフライドポテトも美味しくて大満足でした。

Good for maintaining my weight. The prawns where terribly overcooked and lacked any taste. The tuna from the salad came straight out of a can. White wine of the house was good.

Not great, not terrible. Beautiful location in Alfama which is lovely, although the service is subpar. The food is mediocre as Portugal has many tasca’s that have just as good food for way better prices. My fish with herbs was really good & fresh, however the vegetables seemed to be from the freezer and my potato just had a smack of mayonnaise.

We had a rather poor experience at this restaurant for the following reasons:
- Staff wasn’t very friendly nor helpful.
- Asked for a medium steak but it was past medium.
- Prices were quite high in comparison with the delivered quality.
The interior was rather cosy & they have a nice outside area (which is why I rate it 3) but there are far nicer places in Lisbon, certainly in this price range.

Don't waste your money. First of all, they gonna bring you bread olives and chips even without asking you, and you need to pay it. Don't get me wrong, the price is ok for it, but I never asked for !
As you can see on the picture, we just ordered stuff mushrooms and it ran us 11 €, without drinks. And the staff is very unfriendly.
Walk few meters away and you will get better bang for buck.

Es un sitio pintoresco muy orientado al turista donde ni la comida ni el servicio están a la altura. Intentan cobrarte extras incluso aunque los hayas rechazado cuando te los traen a la mesa. Nos los incluyeron en la cuenta y tuvimos que reclamar para que los quitasen.
La comida pasable pero no está a la altura del nivel medio de Lisboa que es muy alto.

El lugar esta ubicado en la zona turistica donde era el barrio musulman, es agrabable y tranquilo, si pretendes cenar reserva antes ya que despues de las 7 el lugar esta muy ocupado y puedes tardar mas de media hora en tener mesa, la comida es buena el pato es lo mejor, costos medio-alto cobran cubiertos y el pan aparte de tu cuenta, los meseros son amables y bilingües solo que ha la hora pico si se encuentran muy apurados. Tavolo per 7, il coperto comprende un piccolo entrée. Abbiamo mangiato perlopiù secondi buonissimi come il maialino nero con puré di mele, unica pecca il primo completamente pieno d'aglio che copriva completamente il sapore del PIATTO. Buon flex da parte della cameriera ma si può sempre migliorare.

Il luogo è incantevole, con questo vitigno a copertura dei tavoli davvero romantico, ma il servizio è pessimo e non per mancanza di cordialità, anzi, è che sono veramente disorganizzati. Il cibo è una tipica offerta per turisti, di tutto un po’ : dalle fettuccine al pesce grigliato. Cucina carente e senz’anima

Excellent place in Alfama! Wonderful food and nice and romantic atmosphere. Kind of demanded, so try to book in advance. Nice terrace outside! Somehow overpriced (20€+/person) when compared to Lisbon in general or the area, but it's pretty high quality cuisine. Recommended!

I was left a little cold after our meal here. The location is right at the heart of the old historical centre, but the food was surprisingly expensive for what we ordered (3 dishes, 2 beers and a bottle of water for 50€) and no specially good either. Not bad, but nothing outstanding either.

Puede ser una buena opción si buscas algo diferente en Lisboa. Está en pleno barrio de Alfama, escondido, como el resto de restaurantes de esa zona. Con una decoración de cine, literal, las paredes están rodeadas de fotos en blanco y negro de estrellas de cine.
La comida está bien, es un italiano con materia prima de la zona. El servicio es atento y los precios pueden que sean algo altos para lo que es Lisboa.

Noisy terrace with people yelling around you from nearby homes, filled with pigeons flying over your neck. The cod salad was filled with bones and the taste of all the dishes was very mediocre for the price (it is very expensive compared to other nearby places). Would not recommend it.

We chose this place for its setting in a lovely courtyard and it was worth the wait. They even gave us some free tasty potato skins while we waited for a table. We chose a few appetizers as tapas. Great portions and the octopus salad was a definite highlight along with the aubergine. Highly recommend!

Pourtant conseillé par le guide Michelin sur Lisbonne ce restaurant est un vrai "attrape touristes". Des tarifs très élevés pour des plats quelconques et pas terribles (pâtes trop salées ....) Le service est lent, et on essayera de vous faire grimper l'addition. Le pire resto que j'ai testé à Lisbonne !

Ce restaurant n'est pas terrible ! La cuisine n'est pas bonne mais en plus on attend des plombes pour les plats ! Ils sont allés chassés le veau avant de le servir ! Les frites sont flasques et indignes d'un restaurant !!!

Highly Recommend Restaurant in Alfama!
If you're having a good time getting lost within the streets of Alfama, this is a delight and gem to be found!
Delicious food (the fish and pasta are amazing). Decor is truly cozy as well its got a million black & white photos of celebrities and overall gives off a slight jazz / funk vibe to the atmosphere.

Restaurant sans grand intérêt. Le cadre est très agréable mais la nourriture très en deçà de tout ce que nous avons pu goûter à Lisbonne pour le même prix voire moins cher. Les tapas sont médiocres, sans aucun travail de cuisine ou d'esthétisme. On le déconseille.

Plats bien cuisinés, cadre sympathique et soigné mais prix proches de ce qu'on peut trouver en France (province). Donc cher par rapport à d'autres restaurants de l'alfama plus typiques. Ceci explique les 3 étoiles.

A bit more pricey then expected, however the attention to detail and the proportion sizes make it a bit easier to bare. The octopus salad was not only generous in size but so fresh and had a wonderful modern take. Thoroughly enjoyed the crunchy carrot/vinegar element. Still talking about it to this day. If want to have a more modern experience when in the area i would totally recomend.

5 stars for what it is; a homey eatery with excellently cooked, well made dishes that are generously proportioned. There is also a great ambience about the place; eating outside in the summer was truly relaxing. Definitely worth coming here after Castello S. Jorge, which is a short walk away.

Geschmacklich ist das Essen OK bis gut. Hätte ich davor bereits das peteo13 entdeckt, wäre ich hier nicht hingegangen. Preislich liegt das Restaurant etwas zu hoch im Vergleich.

Schönes, romantisch gelegenes Restaurant. Mein freund sagt dass er noch nie so gutes fritiertes Hähnchen hatte. Mein Fisch War auch sehr lecker.

Un très bon restaurant au coeur du quartier de l'Alfama. Plus cher que la moyenne mais plats savoureux dans un cadre soigné à l'intérieur et une grande terrasse au calme pour l'extérieur. Je recommande.

Recommandé sur notre guide on a été déçu et ça principalement a cause du début du service.
Dès notre arrivé et avant que nous commandions on nous a posé du pain, 4 barquettes de beurre individuel (type hotel ibis) et 15 olives sèches sortie d'un bocal premier prix et ça sans dire que ça allait être facturé 10€ pour 4.
En voyant ca sur le menu nous les avons refusé et cet amuse bouche n'a pas été compté... OUF !
Du coup nous sommes resté très prudent sur nos choix : Pas d'entrée, Plat Pâtes et Poisson Grillé, des choses simple pour ne pas risqué de déconvenues ! Résultat: C’était plutôt bon !
Nous n'avons pas prit de dessert...
Au final, il est possible que la carte soit bien plus intéressante que ce que nous avons gouté mais les mauvaises olive avec le beurre ibis a 10€ a tout gâché !!
Pas de fado ce soir là (19-2hh30)
Dommage le lieu était plutôt bien (il faut manger a l’extérieur)

We ordered a few local specialties, including a salad, fish and garbanzo beans, fried eggplant and potatoes. All were very simple, fresh and nice. We also tried green wine for the first time here, which was a success.
Overall, the food was good and authentic and the setting was very nice. Plus as an added bonus, there's an older woman who lives next door who apparently makes an appearance on most nights, as she screams at her senile dog to get in the house - for a little touch of local colour and entertainment!

Un cadre exceptionnel face à l'église Sao Miguel de Alfama pour aller écouter du fado. Vous bénéficiez d'un concert de fado durant votre repas. Les plats sont excellents et très bien cuisinés, je vous recommande le poisson qui est extrêmement goûteux.. plongés dans une ambiance purement lisboète inoubliable

Même en plein mois de janvier la terrasse reste agréable même si la vigne vierge à disparu. Les plats sortent du traditionnel, le cadre intérieur est agréable. Un petit perdu dans les ruelles... mais on finit par le trouver. Je recommande.

Sehr gutes Essen und freundliche Bedienung. Es liegt etwas versteckt aber es lohnt sich um die Ecke zu schauen. Man sitz sowohl drinnen als auch draussen bannig gut.

Ordered the steak for 20€ per person. We asked for a medium steak but both of them were well done and extremly hard to chew. The waitress came with a new one...nothing better. "Vegetables" = two small carrot-slices. And the family next to us got there meals seperated from each other,the first three people had already finished their foof as the fourth one arrived. No good time-managemente!

Tourist trap. Brought me bread and olives the minute I sat down. Potato skins came soon after. None of this was ordered. But if you even touch it, €2.5 is added to the bill per person on the table. Regardless of whether you eat or no. Regardless of whether you ordered or no. Shame on such cheap tactics.

Cher pour ce que c'est, on en a d'avantage pour son argent dans le centre. Cuisine correcte et produits frais mais des prix parisiens. Attention à l'habituel coup des "couverts", a refuser d'entrée de jeu (olives et pain à payer en supplément). Je ne dis pas merci à TripAdvisor qui m'a induit en erreur sur ce restaurant.

It's been a while since I was there, but I remember the food was great, as was the location.
I've never had fried potato peels before, but I tried them here I would dare say it's even better then french fries.

Situado en uno de los barrios más emblemáticos de Lisboa, La Alfama, muy cerca de la Iglesia de San Miguel. El interior está decorado con fotografías de artistas de cine. La cocina muy buena, tanto el bacalao como el lomo de cerdo. El precio rondó los 30€ por persona con varias cervezas y cafés.

A lovely restaurant under a roof of grapes. Very cosy with a nice view on the church. You can hear the Fado music through the small streets of the Alfama. You'll have to wait to be seated, but with this atmosphere and a glass of wine it's worth waiting for.
