리스본 마지막 만찬을 즐 긴 곳입니다. 코메르시우 광장과 바다를 바라보면서 식사 하 실 수 있습니다. 저녁노을 질 적에 방문했는데 식당 앞 풍경이 너무 예뻤습니다 ! 사이드메뉴로 연어샐러드를 시켰고 메인으로 새우 토마토 블랙파스타, 상그리아 화이트 주문했는데 연어샐러드 정말 맛있습니다. 생연어가 나오고 샐러드 소스가 뿌려져 나오는데 상콤하니 좋습니다. 여기에 허브가 하나 들어가는 거같은데 고수, 허브 못 먹는 저지만 그렇게 거부감은 들지 않았습니다. 파스타도 짜지않고 입맛에 딱 맞았습니다. 상그리아는 다른 곳보다 단맛이 강해서 정말 쥬스같이 마셨습니다.

很棒的用餐體驗！餐廳的位置能看到美麗的廣場和河景，服務員MARIANA很親切的為我們安排了可以看景的好位子，SUMI的餐桌服務也很專業。我們點了海鮮飯，價錢合理而且美味！

Bellissima posizione in piazza del commercio, personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Difetti: prezzi non proprio convenienti, cibo non eccellente, almeno per noi italiani (risotto e pasta scotti, piatti a base di pesce che non sanno molto di pesce...).

Looks good in great location. We were there on a busy Sunday afternoon. The service was timely enough but the cheese/ham/sausage platter was awful. There was no style or panache to the layout. The cheese and ham looked as if it had been around a few times all of which looked very tired. No effort had been put into this food and it certainly had not been prepared to order. It's not cheap either. Very dissapointed given the previous reviews.

I went here from my hotel recommendation, they said if we book from the hotel there will be a discount. but when we pay, the staff didnt put in the discount. we notice about this quite too late and we leave lisbon already. I find them very disshonest.

Extremely rude staff!
I was refused entry in the pub because the staff just asumed i was only going to use the toilet (?!)
The man was very rude and made me feel embarassed.
Ended up having a great atmosphere and tasty drinks in the next door restaurant Can Can where staff was amazing.

Une catastrophe le service! Aucun accueil! Le service veritable à chier ! 45 min d’attente pour un sandwich, pour recevoir un plat qu’on a même pas commandé. Je ne recommande absolument pas ... nous étions plusieurs tables effarées d’une telle attitude.

El café es una porquería. No tienen "garoto" que en Portugal es cortado. Te dicen que tienen macchiato que en Italia es cortado y te traen un café con leche enorme. El peor café que no he podido tomar en Lisboa! Eso sí buenas vistas.

Had a lovely evening on a Sunday night in February in Populi. Had the scallops,lovely flavours and the steak which was beautifully cooked with a lovely sauce. Staff were very attentive and helpful with the wine and menu choices.

Restaurant agréable.
La nourriture y était très bonne avec une mention spéciale pour l'assiette de morue ! De plus le dressage était très beau et moderne.
Le personnel est au petit soin et le serveur à fait l'effort de parler français ce qui est agréable lorsque l'on parle pas portugais et très peu anglais.

Une très bonne expérience. Un accueil et un service très attentionné et chaleureux. Nos entrées et plats à base de poissons (soupe de poissons, morue à la tomate) étaient délicieux et très bien présentés, les desserts étaient succulents aussi (découvrez le cericaia!). Très bon vin rouge au verre. Liqueur à la cerise offerte pour patienter en attendant l'addition.

Total disgrace for the Portuguese food. Stay away! Cooking seafood fro frozen. Sauces are from a tomato can. Prices are accordingly high for the location and tourist clientele. No wonder there are NO Portuguese people eating there. Just be warned it does not worth the price or the view!!!

Total tourist trap. Do not even go for a beer. Food is tragic. Ordered the seafood casserole for two. That’s 58euro where you are served seafood that’s frozen cooked with a canes tomato and some veggies. 6 mussels 6 prawns and a softy empty lobster with no pinces. Total scam. Cheese and cured meats board is so sorry for it self that just another scam. Simply stay away!

Wonderful dining experience! Arguably our best meal in Lisbon and priced well right in historic Commercio Square. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, excellent service and the masterfully delicious food! Had the veal tartar (balenced, rich dish) and the grouper and shrimp for two (excellent fresh seafood cooked with a rich complex tomato sauce and rice)- truly delicious and satisfying! Highly recommend!

Trio de morue magnifique, et le poulpe est magique, le cadre est super agréable, sur la place du commerce et le service parfait normament avec Filip qui nous a servi tout au long du repas, et qui a su nous conseiller un bon vin avec nos plats, de plus son français était fort appréciable !

Super restaurant ! Le serveur (Daniel) a fait l'effort de parler dans une autre langue que la sienne pour qu'on puisse comprendre et il nous a beaucoup parlé en riant comme nous et toujours avec le sourire aux lèvres. La focaccia était délicieuse et les salades césar au poulet ou crevettes étaient aussi délicieuses. Le dessert était juste parfait ! Un vrai régal !

On a passé une très belle soirée, pour notre premier jour à Lisbonne. Attirés par une carte traduite en français, on s'est laissés tenter et on n'a pas regretté !
Séduits par des plats fins et bien présentés, servis par Rico et Ikbal, des serveurs très agréables,et parlant français ☺️.On a pris un ragout de morue aux palourdes, et en dessert un sericaia, un dessert typique du sud du Portugal, une explosion de saveur!On a également apprécié les serviettes en tissu et la décoration de ce restaurant, moderne et cosy.

리스본 도착하자마자 어떤 블로그에서 정보를 얻어 저녁 먹으러 간 곳이예요. 메뉴 이름은 모르겠고, 랍스터 새우 관자 그리고 홍합 바지락 맛조개를 넣은 스튜 같은건데 맛은 둘째고 해산물의 상태가 싱싱하지 않았어요... 바지락 홍합 알맹이는 쪼그라들어 사라지기 일보 직전 그리고 맛조개는 모래가 자꾸 씹혀 결국 못먹고 뱉어냈네요. ㅠㅠ 여러 후기를 잘 읽어보고 참고해야겠어요.음료는 레모네이드와 물 시켰고 저 요리 가격은 둘이 먹는 양으로 58유로였습니다. 직원들은 참 침절하더군요..

I've traveled solo many times, but one time of the year I avoided had always been during the New Year, as it can get crowded and just overwhelming everywhere you go. I decided to go to Lisbon just to try it out and found this restaurant that was offering a NYE dinner set. Joana was very informative and helped me with the process of booking every step of the way. I arrived to find a nice organized table just for me. The staffs and owner of the restaurant were amazing and lovely and just absolutely the sweetest people. I couldn't be more grateful to have such people around me while welcoming in the New Year. The food was great and the unlimited wine that was going around was obviously the best too and the live music, LOVE. I absolutely would love to visit again and just want to say a big thank you for the great night you all had shown me!

O Restaurante Populi é uma ótima opção para quem gosta de serviço à lá carte.
Com ótima localização o restaurante é totalmente acessível, e possui uma decoração moderna.
No cardápio possuí ótimas opções que agradam todos os gostos.
Eu provei um Ossobuco de vitela com risoto de açafrão e achei fantástico.
Vale a pena conhecer... Se tiver oportunidade de voltar aqui certamente o farei.

Restaurant pour touriste les prix sont dans la moyenne, la salade césar avec des crevettes c'est 100gr de salade avec quelques crevettes coupé en deux pour réduire la quantité et quatre mini bout d'avocats et deux mini croutons, bref vous payez 15,50€ pour avoir encore faim comme si vous n'aviez pas manger à éviter !!!

Relación calidad, precio y ubicación no es caro. Aunque es verdad que si caminas un poco más puedes cenar los mismo por algo menos de dinero.
La cena fue riquísima y la atención muy buena y amables RICO Y IKBAL son lo más!... Encima escuchando jazz suave ... Me gusto mucho el lugar. recomiendo 100 x 100.

É um privilégio jantar no Terreiro do Paço, nunca o tinha feito, e por sua vez, também foi a minha primeira refeição no Populi. Não será a última... O jantar foi servido com muito requinte e a simpatia dos empregados foi uma constante. Adorei a decoração e o ambiente, mas a qualidade da comida foi o mais impressionante. Pratos bem servidos e deliciosos. Recomendo a sopa de peixe e as entradas com manteiga de trufa. Não deixe de provar o ossobuco, a perna de pato ou o frango recheado, mas guarde espaço para as sobremesas, com especial destaque para a sericaia com ameixa de Elvas. Restaurante de excelência!

O arroz estava bom, apesar de picante e de tal não ter indicação prévia no menu, mas para tudo o resto a nota é muito fraca. Ser atendida por um estrangeiro que apesar de falar português torna a comunicação mais complicada, estando numa zona turística, deveria atender exclusivamente estrangeiros. Fiz o pedido do vinho a copo e o natural seria o mesmo vir vazio e com a garrafa à mesa ser então servido, mas tal não aconteceu, o copo chegou já com vinho vindo da cozinha..... para finalizar não gostei da música e tive o azar de estar um grupo na mezanine que significa que o jantar foi muitíssimo barulhento e super desagradável..... para salvação de tudo isto fica então o arroz que estava saboroso.

Nous avons très bien mangé dans ce restaurant. Les plats sont plus "classes" que ce qu'on trouve généralement à Lisbonne, ce qui explique que le restaurant est un rien plus cher que la moyenne à Lisbonne. Je trouve la majorité des prix corrects à l'exception du petits apéros : du pain avec des tappenades. C'était excellent mais cher. Cela fait une étoile de moins.
La deuxième étoile en moins parce que le service a été médiocre : temps d'attente très long! Nous avions également demandé pour rentrer à l'intérieur (je précise que nous n'avions même pas encore passer les commandes), cela nous a été refusé alors qu'il y avait de la place à l'intérieur du restaurant. Le personnel était très gentil mais semblait complètement dépassé par deux grandes tables présentes ce soir-là.

Was a little wary trying here as being on one of the main tourist areas I thought the food might not be that good. Surprisingly it was far better than expected. The salt cod dish was very good and the wine was very reasonably priced. Service was ok,not the friendliest we had in Lisbon

We had lunch here on recommendation from our hotel. We sat outside, it was nice and warm out. The place next door was playing loud club music, which was unpleasant. It's the kind of place they try to get people to stop in and eat at (common). The food was pretty good - we got entrees of scallops on mashed parsnips and prawns with squid ink linguine. I probably would explore somewhere else because I like variety in new places, but it was a decent lunch experience.

The dinner at this restaurant tonight was a nightmare. Canned food was served out in dishes without salt or spices (and without shame)- it was so bland and tasteless that we were unable to eat and we were still hungry at the end. I WOULD NOT FEED MY DOG WITH THIS FOOD. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR GOOD.

El restaurante tiene buena presencia y te tratan muy bien al llegar. Pero luego fue todo a peor... La camarera se olvido de traer una de las cosas que pedimos y la carta no es real, pone que el risotto lleva cebollino pero es cilantro realmente. La gamba no estaba bien hecha y el azafrán en realidad es colorante amarillo.

Nous avons très bien mangé . Les serveurs sont très gentils , accueillant et à l’écoute des clients . Ils proposaient même des plaids aux clients extérieurs pour pas qu’ils n’aient froid . Les seuls hics étaient le délai d’attente pour la commande de nos plats , l’arrive de nos plats et trop de citron dans le cheescake fruits rouges .

Fui na happy hour tomar uma bebida. Quando cheguei e o empregado se apercebeu que era portuguesa, a simpatia desvaneceu-se na hora. Fui completamente ignorada e não deixei de reparar no excesso de simpatia com estrangeiros.

We dined at Populi twice during our four-day stay in Lisbon. We had a quick lunch upon arriving and checking into the Pousada de Lisboa nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, great view of the river and the Praça do Comércio. We had a glass of wine and the cod trio plate and the chicken Caesar salad. Both were fresh and well prepared. We don’t usually dine twice at the same place when traveling but the next day was a busy one. When we returned to the hotel we didn’t feel like a big meal, so we headed over to Populi for dinner and enjoyed some delicious braised cod along with some cool jazz from a trio of musicians playing nearby. A lovely evening.

Foi-nos servida comida estragada. Há que dizer a verdade! Ficámos doentes e fomos assistidos por um médico. O esparguete ou algum ingrediente usando na confecção estava estragado. Passámos um resto de noite e o dia seguinte muito doentes. Não posso dizer diferente, foi o que se passou. Só quem comeu esparguete é que passou mal.

Avoid unless you want poor service and overpriced food.
- I asked for 3 different meals from the menu, and was told they were all out of stock.
- When I asked a waiter where my food was, he replied "I don't know, ask the other guy."
- When the meal I ended up ordering arrived, they had given me something else entirely, and seemed to blame me for the mistake.
- I eventually got a meal 30 minutes after the rest of my party. It was okay, but not worth the asking price. It cost four times what a much better meal had in Faro a few days earlier.
- Nice location, but dine at your peril!

We went to Populi on the advice of our hotel and we weren’t disappointed! Given the very nice location, near the Tage, we were afraid to discover a tourist trap, but not all: this place is a very good restaurant. We liked it that much we went back twice after our first dinner, once for a meal, once for cocktails, a couple hours before the end of our Portuguese holidays. The staff is very attentive and very friendly. All the waiters we met the first time recognized us and warmly welcomed us back. The food is delicious, so are the cocktails, besides being cheap if you come for the happy hour. They have tasty vegetarian options (I personally recommend the Populi salad and the vegetarian hamburger). The location is perfect on a sunny day (the terrasse is the closest to the river).

I had breaky here and ordered the ‘Special Breakfast’ with a side of scrambled eggs. Meh. It was the most boring breakfast I’ve had. The sweet potatoes, which usually gives me life, disappointed me.
(Lol, side note to self - this is where Sanaa and I made up again due to the guy behind us. The audacity of him. Hahaa fun times.)

Fantastic restaurant with incredibly good food. It can be quiet inside at times and recommend sitting outside if possible. The food is incredible value for money and I can personally recommend the veal. Cocktails were 5 euros each when we were there and they were made with a lot of care.

Un restaurante muy agradable, multinacional, pues abarca tres espacios diferentes: terraza y dos comedores situados en diferentes niveles. Ofrece una cocina netamente portuguesa con toques modernos. Tiene una excelente terraza justo al frente de la Plaza del Comercio. Mi plato recomendado es el bacalao estilo alentejano, unas almejas de chuparse los dedos. El postre, muy casero de muy buena preparación. ¡Volveré!

Restaurante ubicado justo en la Plaza del comercio. La terraza invita a una comida menos formal pero con una gran vista hacía la plaza. Si lo prefieres, puedes comer dentro del restaurante, cuyo ambiente es un poco formal. La carta de platos recoge una selección de cocina portuguesa con toques de alta cocina. Mi recomendado es el bacalao, una exquisitez. Cualquier plato, es magia en tu paladar. La atención, muy buena, son encantadores. ¡Volveré!

La cocina típica portuguesa buenísima. nosotros probamos el pulpo y los platos de los demás tenían una pinta exquisita. los quesos y embutidos no merece la pena ( los de España son mejores, jeje). no es muy económico si es lo que buscas. una cena para dos ronda entre los 50 y 60 euros.

Happy hour cocktails were terrible, we had a mojito and rum and coke. Both were flat and we could taste no alcohol, the coke tasted like those freeze pops. 5 euros was way too much to pay for these let alone the normal 9 euros. When we finally got the waitresses attention she could not have cared less. Nice view was the only good point.

Um excelente atendimento, uma coisa que é difícil de se encontrar em Portugal. Com pessoas bem humoradas e que te tratam como se estivéssemos em casa.
Não recomendo para um jantar porém para uma boa taboa de queijos e uma seleção e vinhos medianos o lugar é excelente por um preço não tão caro pela sua localização.
Quanto a localização, fica bem na Praça do Comércio que é um ponto turístico de Lisboa e tem mesas internas e externas o que pode aumentar uma bela vista da praça e do mar em frente.

Este é aquele tipo restaurante em Portugal que não gosta de ter os próprios portugueses nas suas mesas. Visto que nos sentamos hoje para poder tomar uma bebida atenção nos perguntamos se era possível sentar-nos para beber café ou outra bebida onde a resposta foi nos foi dada foi um "sim", estávamos prontas para fazer o nosso pedido e um dos vossos funcionários disse que não estavam aceitar pedidos para bebidas! O que nos deixou mesmo triste porque logo à frente da nossa mesa estava um casal a beber o seu café e a sua água (eles estavam a falar inglês) aí mostra o quanto eles têm respeito por pessoas que estão a passar férias no próprio país!

Nach deutschen Verhältnissen normalpreisig, für portugiesische Verhältnisse sind die Preise hoch. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Rita die Chefkellnerin mit ihrer höflichen und zuvorkommenden Art. My mother and I ended up in this restaurant almost by chance during our first night in Lisbon. It turned out to be our best food experience in the city, and we came back after a couple of days. The couvert is delicious, both the bread and the other delicacies. Among the dishes we tried, we particularly enjoyed the squid ink risotto, the three types of bacalao, and the different plates of cheeses and sausages. The waiters are also very efficient and speak good English, Ruben in particular is a delight, fun but also very responsive and kind! In sum, we highly recommend this place.

Sehr nette, engagierte Bedienung. Sehr gutes Essen - auch was wir bei unseren Tischnachbarn gesehen haben. Tolle Lage direkt am Hauptplatz! Man spricht englisch, französisch, spanisch. Und ein schweizerdeutsches "Grüezi" haben wir auch gehört. Nicht davon abschrecken lassen, dass man "hergelockt" wird ;-) Nachtrag: Inzwischen vier Mal hintereinander Mittag gegessen. Was ich neben den bereits erwähnten Stärken schätze: Ein schnelles WLAN!

-It was way overpriced
-Ended up feeling ripped off. We ordered a jug of Sangria for EUR35. It was full of ice and fruit. The wine could not be tasted and the total liquid content was no more than one cup.

vous voulez profiter du soleil et dejeuner sur une terrasse de la place du Commerce à Lisbonne, alors allez-y les yeux fermes ! Excellents plats de pâtes, les poissons et gambas sont frais, trés bons petit vin blanc bien frais et serieuse attention des serveurs et l addition reste limitee.
Bref, ça ressemble a ces restos "attrape touristes" mais ça n en est pas un.

Hemos visitado el café Pópuli, en la maravillosa Praça do Comércio de Lisboa, tres días de nuestra estancia de cinco, por el buen servicio, la buena gastronomía, que con cuidada presentación, se dejaba comer gustosamente, en un ambiente relajado, con un precio muy interesante; la terraza al sol y los amables y guapos camareros, tanto masculinos, como féminas, han hecho el resto para atraer nuestro interés y disfrutar, celebrando la salida y entrada del Nuevo Año, ..... en POPULI. No te lo pierdas!!!!!!!
