Uma empresa que fizemos contato pelo Whatsapp aqui no Brasil e fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Sr. Carlos, que gentilmente nos passou todos os detalhes para reservamos uma autocaravana para nossas férias em Portugal. Sr. Carlos nos buscou no aeroporto de Lisboa e nos levou até a empresa para pegarmos a autocaravana , tudo como havia sido combinado ainda aqui no Brasil. Super recomendo esta empresa, pela seriedade , honestidade, pelas condições das autocaravanas, todas em ótimo estado , os preços são muito bons, comparados com outras empresas e a assistência foi excelente, sempre que tínhamos alguma dúvida, o Sr. Carlos sempre nos atendia prontamente. Valeu a pena e a aventura foi incrível, pois com a autocaravana, você pode conhecer muito mais lugares, e cada dia, é uma nova aventura!!!

I will definitely repeat this experience again. Antonio and his team were very helpful and professional. The efficiency of Antonio in giving me all the information and answers to my emails were vital for us to choose Campervan. We rented a 5 sleeper for 3 people which was awesome, plenty of room and space. The van was very economical and drove very well. From all providers and competitors that we got quotes from, Campervan was by far the best and the fastest in providing the information needed. The only turn down was the washing of van before delivering, which should be inclusive, but I guess that is why they have the best price range on the market.

Worst experience in my life, bad contact, did not pick up the phone and only arrived HALF AN HOUR BEFORE THE AIRPLANE DEPARTED to pick up the camper at the airport. A scrap for anyone who wants to take a stress-free vacation. = Slechtste ervaring uit m'n leven, slecht contact, nemen de telefoon niet op en kwamen pas EEN HALF UUR VOORDAT HET VLIEGTUIG VERTROK de camper ophalen op het vliegveld. Een afrader voor iedereen die rustig op vakantie wilt gaan.

Antonio and his team were kind, professional and fast in emailing. They picked my up and dropped me off at the airport as agreed. The camper was exactly as expected and though it was not one of the newest campers (it has some cosmetic damage) everything worked and it was a pleasure to drive. The company has pretty strict rules about how to return the camper (to what extent it should be cleaned etc) and they say that they give fines if you do not meet these requirement. I returned the camper the way they asked and there was no trouble at all. I can recommend this company and would rent from them again.

Experiencia incrível, ficamos 13 dias a bordo de uma Autocaravana e visitamos mais de 18 cidades de Portugal, visitando lugares onde as paisagens eram sensacionais, a um preço muito mais acessível que qualquer Hotel.

We had a great holiday in the campervan hired from Campervan Portugal. Very good communication and service from Antonio and his colleagues, a good price and they were so flexible in terms of when and where we could get the van delivered, which made big difference to our holiday. The van was in perfect condition and worked well for a family of 5. We would highly recommend and would use again next time in Portugal!

We hired a Confort Eco from Antonio and enjoyed our tour of Portugal greatly. The van was small enough to negotiate some fairly tight streets and fit into normal parking spaces, yet had enough room for four of us. Antonio was very accommodating and patient when we were picking up and dropping off the van when we were a little tardy! The van was great, the service was great, Portugal is amazing. 10/10 would hire from Antonio again.

Alugamos a autocaravana por 6 dias e tudo correu bem! Os problemas vieram depois... Nos primeiros minutos em que pegamos na autocaravana, um botão de plástico que serve para ligar a circulação da água ficou encravado para dentro (apesar de continuar a funcionar) e informamos imediatamente a empresa. Foi uma situação que aconteceu pela normal utilização do equipamento e nem sequer temos forma de saber se o dano não estava já provocado previamente. Quando devolvemos a autocaravana foi-nos dito que à partida não haveria nenhum custo com esse dano pois seria só uma questão de desencravar. Ora, cerca de 15 dias após a entrega da autocaravana (já fora do prazo estipulado no contrato para atribuir custos de reparações) recebemos um email informando que nos seriam cobrados cerca de 375 euros pela reparação do botão (com uma fatura pro-forma passada por uma empresa de reparações, com o nome desta empresa de aluguer, com o meu nome e com a data desse dia), informando que teria de ser substituído todo o painel eletrónico dos botões. Após alguns contactos percebi que essa fatura-proforma era falsificada pois o próprio dono me garantiu que nao a tinha passado e que nao tinha contactos com esta empresa de aluguer à cerca de 1 ano. Percebi também que o valor estava completamente fora da realidade pois contactando outras empresas de reparação obtive de todas orçamentos para o dito painel no valor de 65/70 euros. Informei a Campervan Portugal / Coast 2 Coast que não autorizava qualquer movimento da minha conta, mas aconteceu que, sem que eu saiba ao certo como, foram-me buscar à conta bancária o valor anteriormente anunciado... Apresentamos denúncias em várias entidades (incluindo Ministério Público) uma vez que são várias as provas que temos de conduta incorreta. Após vários meses e várias queixas, o banco obrigou esta empresa a devolver o valor retirado da conta. Mais tarde, recebemos uma carta desta empresa pedindo desculpas pelas condutas incorretas que tinham tido para connosco, e garantindo que estavam já a trabalhar no sentido de corrigir os seus procedimentos de forma a não lesar os clientes. Espero sinceramente que assim seja.

Excellent service, comfortable vans, clean and great to drive long distances. I rented one for 3 weeks to go surfing with friends and it was perfect. Plenty of space for 10 surfboards and 3 people. Vans are unbranded which helps you blend in. Antonio is very friendly, kind, helpful and understanding. Best van at the best price, highly recommend you use them.

If you need a camper go with Antonio and you won't regret it. For us everything worked perfectly and we had no problems. Antonio was really helpful and trustworthy. I had my doubts in the beginning as we had to pay in advance but it turned out well so no blaming for that. I will rent again.

Autocaravana nova, limpa e em perfeito estado. Antônio e Marisa foram extremamente gentis e prestativos, e tudo correu da melhor forma possível. Recomendo a Campervan Portugal, e acredito que não haja melhor forma de conhecer este lindo país do que rodando em uma autocaravana!

Just came back from 10 awesome days by van in Portugal. Antonio made our trip perfect, he was very welcoming, helpful and flexible on our rental dates + punctual on our flight arrival and departure. The Van we rented was brand new, plenty of space for 2, just perfect for a couple travelling with a lot of surf equipement :) Thanks to the interior that was very functional (Beds, kitchen & real fridge, outside shower, ...) everything is perfectly designed. The campervans aren't customized on the outside (completely white), really a winning point as it makes you more discreet when camping near surf spots :) Our trip started in Peniche and finished in Lagos, there is so much to see and everything is so close (15min to 1h) of driving every day or two days to discover new amazing places. We definetly recommend Campervan Portugal and Antonio for your next road trip ! Best rental near Lisbon (i've tested another company on my first trip, not as good as Campervan Portugal) We will be back soon, thanks again :)

Alugamos uma autocaravana por 15 dias. Rodamos 2.400 km dentro de Portugal. Foi nossa primeira experiência. O veículo é fácil de manobrar e bem estreito em relação as outras que vimos pelo caminho. Andamos por estradas não pedagiadas e algumas muito estreitas com precipícios e onde a via era de mão dupla. Lugares encantadores como Manteigas e Linhares, na Serra da Estrela. Várias pequenas aldeias como Marvão, Óbidos, Elvas, a Costa Vicentina e o Algarve. O colchão é muito bom e dormimos muito bem. Optamos por ficar em campings porque achamos que o custo/benefício valia a pena. Em média gastamos entre 15 e 24 euros por noite inclusos os balneários (banhos e sanitários sempre limpos e bons)e a eletricidade 220. Os campings sempre tem restaurantes, bares e muitos têm piscina e outros equipamentos de lazer. Apreciamos muito a experiência e recomendamos a todos. Nos foi dado como cortesia as roupas de cama , banho e travesseiros. Todo o equipamento de cozinha, varal e prende dores, etc.Nos campings também tem máquinas de lavar e secar a roupa. Obrigada Antônio pelo apoio principalmente no início da jornada , pois o incomodava pelo whatsapp cada vez que encontrava um desafio. Foi tudo muito bom. Nos vemos no próximo ano com certeza!!!

We had an awesome time and a great trip with Antonio's van. Vans are brand new, fully equipped and very comfortable! Especially all the extras you can add are a perk. Antonio was very kind and helpfull with everyting we needed. Picked and dropped us off in midtown lisbon and responded right away if we had any questions. Definitly reconmendable!

Antonio is a very nice and friendly person! The campervan was great, more than we expected! We had no problems with the fridge, because Antonio explained it very well. It was a clean van, there was a map (Version 2016) with the campsides in Portugal and the transfer from Lisboa and to the Airport worked fine. We can recommend "Campervan Portugal" and would travel with his Campers everytime again!

We hired the campervan to travel in Portugal and to attend a festival. The vehicle was fine to drive, and we were very excited about our trip ahead, being able to take our home with us on the road! Unfortunately the problems started arising very quickly into the trip. We had constant problems with the fridge, that not only does not work at all if the vehicle is in motion, but takes up to 12hours to even slightly cool down. We lost 100 euros in food that we had purchased to sustain us throughout our week long festival because of this. The daily temperatures did not exceed 35 degrees where we were located (most days the temparture was between 27 and 32 degrees) and we were lucky to get one small bottle of cold water in the morning after a whole night of the fridge operating. We also had problems with the water pump and my husband could not even fit in the bed, so had huge trouble to get any sleep. The toilet was also just a tiny plastic camping toilet, that if used, would have to be emptied every two days and I could not even fit in the tiny space that was called a bathroom. I also cut my leg quite badly numerous times because there were so many faulty finishings on corners and structural cabinetry inside the van. It was really falling apart in many areas, and seemed to have no basic maintenance. The tiny kitchen tap also did not work properly and most of the time we could barely get a proper flow of water, seemingly a problem with the pump. Also the gas bottle which we were told to last for months, died 4 days before our trip was finished (from making one stovetop coffee a day and that's it) , so again, even if our food didn't go off because of the faulty fridge, we wouldn't have been able to cook anyway. The gas cooking and the fridge were the main reasons we hired this vehicle, so we wouldn't have to rely on expensive festival food. Unfortunately, we lost 100 euros and all the extra costs of buying overpriced food inside the festival. Plus the $2500 just to get the vehicle in the first place- just so overpriced for what it is. Looking back we would have been so much better off with a regular car and a tent considering almost all the features were either malfunctioning or not what were made to believe/advertised. We were charged 36 euros to hire a thin sheet of material and two poles, as not even the awning was included. Although we did like Antonio and appreciated that he listened to all our concerns, unfortunately there was no interest to make things right after being so obviously fed misinformation and made to believe that it was a fully functioning four person motorhome (could barely manage to fit the two of us). Antonio did not charge us for the tolls we had accumulated, but there was absolutely no care or sympathy to reimburse us for what was so obviously not our fault. Once we had returned the vehicle and expressed all these concerns, it took a week to receive a response from Antonio, which was very frustrating, stating that he believed everything to be perfect and in perfect functioning condition, and that he wouldn't be reimbursing us for anything. We were told that it was our fault because the weather was too hot where we were. I would have thought if you had this type business in portugal, that your vehicles could withstand 30-35degree temperatures. We feel very taken advantage of and have wasted so much money on this. And we even had to spend over 15 euro to return the vehicle in a perfectly clean condition, with a pressure wash on the outside, vaccuum inside and spotless, because that is the problem of the client, and they won't even clean the vehicle for you. Not even that is included in the huge hire expense. I don't like writing bad reviews for any business, and there's nothing personal, but unfortunately it is very wrong and unethical on the part of this company and it's owner. We will be attempting to take this issue up with some form of fair trading or consumer affairs as there is no interest from this company to truthfully address the issues presented.

We would highly recommend this website. Antonio was extremely helpful from beginning to end. We had a fantastic holiday in Portugal and loved the campervan. We rented the Comfort Eco van and it had everything we needed. It was great to be picked up from the airport and dropped back again. We were also very pleased with the rental price and the fuel efficiency of the van. We are already talking about when we will go back and will defiantly be renting from Antonio again!

O António nos deu um atendimento irrepreensível. Viajamos em 6 (três adultos, uma adolescente e duas crianças) e a caravana nos atendeu perfeitamente bem. Veículos novos e extremamente confiáveis. We had a wonderful time with this campervan, travelling 3 weeks through whole Portugal. The bus was very well equipped and almost brand new. Antonio was very friendly and helpful and the pick-up and drop-of worked very well. We had just to tell him where we want to be dropped of.

Antonio was very helpful and thorough - he was happy to meet us at convenient locations for pick up and drop off, called or messaged every couple of days to check everything was ok, and provided maps and great advice on where to stay. Highly recommended! We had a great time in our campervan! It was new, clean and well-equipped! Antonio was perfectly looking after us all the time. He picked us up from the airport (very punctual as we Germans like it;-)) and dropped us in the city centre after we returned the van. We could always reach him whenever we had a question. Venho expressar o meu completo desagrado pelos serviços prestados por esta empresa! Aluguei uma caravana por uma semana, por um preço acordado e paguei uma caução . Usufrui da caravana até ficar parado na autoestrada devido a problemas no radiador . Tive que esperar 1 dia até que chegasse auxilio e ainda nos foram retirados 500 euros por um suposto problema no chão da carrinha, que na minha sincera opinião acho que já lá estava! Este negócio não é fidedigno, tenho atenção ao utilizar estes serviços! Não se deixem enganar ..
