We turned up to the office situated on one the squares and busy streets and met with our very friendly tour guides (2 gents). They went through a good safety briefing and provided all 4 of us with safety gear. Got the Segways calibrated and off we went. Did a good trip around the surrounding areas and the guides were really cool and friendly throughout. Few drops and falls (as expected) but well worth it especially in the sun. Finished off back in the office with some cold beers from next door. Must visit with this group and they have a host of other great activities to do also. THANK YOU

The folks were very helpful and spoke great English to cover for my non-existent Portuguese. Online booking was simple even on mobile, and the bike was ready when we showed up. Just have a passport and driver’s license, and you’re good to go. I ride at home and the Triumph Bonneville I rented ran flawlessly. Rode up to Sintas, through some twisty mountain roads to the coast and along the coast back to Lisbon. Great trip overall and the shop was open a bit late for returns. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Fantastic experience. My girlfriend and I cycled to Belém and beyond with ordinary bikes - the staff didn’t take the opportunity to up-sell and told us we didn’t need electric bikes if we weren’t cycling in the city. Very helpful and great day out, good solid bikes. Highly recommended.

We stumbled upon Lisbon Point office while walking around Alfama. Booked the 1.5 hour segway tour - it ended up being private, just the two of us, with Carolina as our guide. She was very friendly and helpful, and it was lots of fun. We were mostly riding on the bike path along the Tagus river, to Ponte 25 de Abril bridge and back - very safe and enjoyable. We then booked a day trip to Obidos, Alcobaca, and Nazare - this tour is not advertised on their website; It was again, just us, with Sergio - he promptly picked us up in the morning, and we spent the whole day touring these beautiful and very different places. He is extremely friendly, we learned a lot about those places and Portuguese history, past and present. He took us to the local market in Alcobaca, and we ended up having a nice authentic Portuguese meal with him in Restaurante António Padeiro (also highly recommended); we ended up sampling authentic Portuguese dishes we would probably not have risked to order on our own:). At the end of the very long day, Sergio offered to take us to the train station on another day in a sidecar - that ended up being a short tour of Alfama and not just a ride, and was super fun. Highly recommend Lisbon Point tours for all your sightseeing needs in and around Lisbon!

Great service ! Wonderful people with all great gear for outside activites. We rented two great bikes an they were very helpful. Renting a bike from them is a great way to see Lisbon in another way!

Un loueur à l'écoute des clients qui ne cherche pas systématiquement à placé un tour ou du matériel plus cher. En plus de bon conseils pour des balades. Les vélos sont en très bon état et le scooters toujours propres. N'hésitez pas à prendre un vélo électrique, Lisbonne, ça grimpe ! Une équipe très sympa. Je recommande sans problème.

Location de vélos au top. Accueil au top. Prix très intéressants. Très bien situé pour un départ de ballade à vélos. Les vélos sont de très bonne qualité et très confortables ( grande roue, 6 vitesses). Nous sommes allés, à la journée, jusqu'à la plage de Carcavelos, pour piquer une tête ( magnifique piste cyclable le long de l'eau sauf un petit bout à faire sur le trottoir) Belem est alors tout proche. L'aquarium et le parc des nations unies de l'autre côté, toujours en pistes cyclables. Je recommande pour une virée en vélo qui sort de la ville et aère la tête! Novembre 2017.
