BE AWARE and DON'T GO! Believe in me that place is one of the worst around world.Not kidding. Planning to get connect with official municipality services for their non-tax income. They've got no response, no return and they can easily cancel your book without any contact. Therefore we lost whole one day to find a new place that we can use.Wish I can give zero star.

Had the worst service ever. No reply to phone calls, they canceled our reservation on the day we arrived. And they kept us waiting at the door for hours. Never go there if you don't want to be treated like you don't exist.

Terrible service and impolite personality of employee. They saw all the messages, whatsapp, phone contact or email but choose to not answer you simply because they don't want to.
The filling form for check in online says that it's possible to arrive from 6 to 23h but at place, they played by their rule (14h for check in,10h for check out and late pennalties fee). AND THE MOST ANNOYING THING IS THEY DON'T WANT TELL YOU THAT.
Result of all: waiting for 6 hours in front of the appartement to have the key to enter your rented house

Had A poor experience earlier this month. Normally, I don't like to write negative reviews and would much rather have direct correspondence with the company, however - BmyGuest didn't bother to return the two emails I sent them regarding my disappointment at one of their apartments (Santos Glamour in Lisbon). I'm writing a negative review:
Poor and late checkin
Terrible sewage smell and backup of water
Bug bites
Lack of response from the company

La estancia en el apartamento fue muy desagradable, las imágenes son engañosas y el apartamento estaba muy sucio (el suelo, las sábanas, el sofá, las sillas roñosas... todo fatal). Aparte, cuando intentas ponerte en contacto con ellos es imposible, no te cogen el teléfono y te ignoran durante todo el viaje, y después. Me siguen debiendo 100€ de la fianza y no tiene pinta de que me los vayan a desbloquear de la tarjeta... les he llamado mil veces y me dicen que ya los han desbloqueado pero es todo mentira. Son una gentuza de verdad, no vayáis a sus apartamentos porque no merece NADA la pena. HORRIBLE.

Muito boas experiências, apartamentos excelentes. Serviço de chek-in muito bom, sempre com uma amabilidade e cortesia 5 estrelas, além de uma desponibilidade imediata para resolver qualquer questão. Recomendo a quem pretenda ter uma estadia de qualidade, sem surpresas desagradáveis.

netter Kontakt, bis ich die Reise absagen musste und von meiner Anzahlung nie wieder etwas sah...
Leider hatte ich Herzrhythmusstörungen in der Nacht, in der die Frist für eine kostenfreie Absage endete, bekommen und habe am nächsten Tag um die Mittagszeit herum angefragt, ob ich auf Kulanz zumindest einen Teil zurückerstattet bekommen könne.
Auch nach mehrfachen Erinnerungen bekam ich zwar immer eine nette Antwort, wie überlastet man sei, aber bis heute - immerhin viele Wochen später - habe ich nichts mehr von dem Mitarbeiter gehört. Klares Abraten, hier zu buchen!

Fantastic!! Amazing service and experience. The apartment was everything you could ask for. Extremely clean, modern and comfortable. The team at BmyGuest was wonderful, they were expectational on my arrival and very helpful. They provided me with knowledge of the local area and showed me the best restaurants and pubs in town. They checked in on me during my stay and made me feel welcome. I will definitely come back. Thanks!
