I visit this place weekly when I'm working from Lisbon and it never disappoints. I'll just advise you to get there early, as usually from 12.30pm it tends to get a very long queue. Staff is nice but a bit uncoordinated I'd say, you've to repeat your order 10x until you pay. Also, they have a different layout in some other stores that I believe could work better (with several cashiers rather than one at end of the order). Still, if you work in the surroundings it's a nice, cheap and quick option to have lunch!

Good value burger plates, unfriendly servicing if you’re a tourist ....10 euro delicious burger w topping, rice, salad and lemonade. Forget if you want to pay with an international card. ONLY place in food court that doesn’t cater to tourists. Sad.

Only took 2 sips of my drink and my "chicken" dish was ready. No amount of sauce could hide the fact that the cold and squishy substance served was actually a cheap soy/protein hybrid, which is actually offensive to vegan chicken. Never left an eatery so quickly. Friendly staff and wifi works, at least.
