services are so unprofessional. they are so rude with clients and such a money lover, they charge extra money for thing which are done without asking, like blow dry and etc.. The products they use are so cheap and date over, which makes my hair so rough and bad qualities, so better be careful for these people. Thier first expression and last expression are totally different once they're not satisfied with payment. The WORST WORST salon ever in Lisbon. Its too expensive compare to thier work, they treat our hair so roughly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO NOT TO GO THERE!!!!!!!!

Had the worst experience in my life. Not professional at all. All they want is to steal money from the customers. They charge extra for the blow dry 35€. So be careful. I don’t recommend this place at all. Never seen such hair salon. The result of my hair color was bad too. I asked for light gray and it was light green.

Very bad and unproffesional service. In the end they tried to make me pay a double price than was an official written price for a hair cut (which was already expensive). Do not recomend this place.

Expensive, very very overpriced for the result.. I normally don't review badly but this was daylight robbery for a job badly done. The hair wash was rough (water in ears, almost all over my forehead), and my "waves" fell FLAT in one hour because the stylist decided it was a great idea to use the iron on my hair first...sometimes it's best to rely on your instinct and not on a professional opinion IMHO

Schlechtes Friseur überhaupt! Haarschnitt zu teuer und schief! Der Föhn ist viel zu heiß gewesen. Sie hat die Haare verbrannt! Und das für 75€ - ja nur für den Schnitt und Haare verbrennen. Und das bei der schlechten Qualität. Und ich habe 3 mal gesagt ich will nur geschnitten haben. Resultat die Haare sind lediglich trocken ohne jede Form. Darüber hinaus wurde der Schnitt trocken gemacht! Was davon zeugt dass die Dame keine Ahnung hat! Niemals wieder! Bitte gehen sie dort nicht hin! When a customers says he only wants a hair cut "just please only cut the tips" (these were the words i used) and the hair dresser is not able to make a hair cut without drying the hair (like it was in this case and you say it is a common practice) than not the customer pays for the fact that your employees are not able to provide services the customer ordered. So I payed additional 35 € only because she is not able to make a hair cut with wet hair. And yes she only dryed the hair no curves no volume nothing. You say the price is because of the quality, but that service quality you provide to me was much less than 75€.It seems like she was a really beginner in her job. Because the hairdryer was so hot that I had see the steam. That are facts, even if you say something different. And for the truth this format is.

Posto belllo, tranquillo. La ragazza professionale egentile. Prezzi assurdamente alti, 35 € per jna piega non si spiega ( Jean Louis David 12.95€). Ero contenta ma poi mi sono sentita presa alla gola, anche perche il listino prezai ( scritto piccolissimo) era incomprensibile. Mi chiedo quanto abbia pagato l'altra cliente che ha fatto piega e piastra per piumdi un' ora. Da evitare.

I went there very last minute, asking if I could get curls. The staff was very nice and said they could curl my hair. However, when I sat down the lady didn't even wash my hair, even though you could clearly see that it was straighten and full of products from the day before. Then she started curling my hair without using any heating protection. As I still had the products in my hair from the day before it obviously endet up looking super cheap so I had to wash my hair again and basically wasted 35 Euros on something that took the hair dresser 10 minutes. Next time they should maybe just send people away if they know they don`t have the time to make it actually look nice.

Sono passata x caso , mi è piaciuto il salone e sono entrata x uno shampoo La ragazza molto gentile , l’ambiente confortevole , ma pagare x una piega 35,00 è una cosa esagerata ! Ancor di più se si considera che non ti danno uno straccio di ricevuta x capire come si arrivi a tale prezzo È chiaro che sono stata trattata da “turista” alias “pollo da spennare “ evidentemente ! Mi rammarico di non aver chiesto chiarimenti! X chiarezza ho fatto uno shampoo normale e messo alla fine due goccine ... 35,00 euro non si giustificano proprio ! Se vi capita di andarci , chiedete prima il prezzo !

The cape she put on me was full of hairs from the previous customer. When she washed my hairs she splashed several times water on me and then blamed me that I should hold the noise upper. Also in the sink where still hairs from the previous customer. Too bad because hair cut is acutally good.
