It's beautiful! Just don't judge the place by its outside appearance. It's really close to the city center (the area were you go out at night time) but still calm and quiet. Get in and climb up a few really steep stairs and you'll find beautiful little apartments and rooms with a fantastic view over lisboa. I had the "romantic" apartment. Breakfast is included and placed in the refrigerator (ham, cheese, yogurt, marlmelade , butter, milk, juice and water). Some fresh fruits, bread, tee, coffee, a toaster and a microwave are given too. Everything is very clean and the staff is just top. I was let in early and loved that place.

This lovely guest house was situated very centrally, and especially of note, close to the time out market, which had a great variety of excellent food choices. The owners were very hospitable and made a note to introduce themselves when they were around. The room itself (classic) was on the top floor so there are quite steep steps to climb within the house in order to reach the room but despite this and the small size of the room and washroom (only to be expected in Europe), there was definitely a certain charm and authenticity that exuded from the room. The breakfast was delivered in a basket and certain items like cheese, ham, yogurt, and juices kept in the fridge each day. Overall, excellent quality/price!

Clean and Friendly. The bed wasn't very comfortable,and the room needs a bit of maintence (painting, some broken things).

É um AL interessante para quem gosta de casas de traça antiga. As suítes são muito asseadas. Tem pequeno almoço continental. Fica perto de restaurantes e transportes. Aconselho a quem goste de subir escadas

Pas de fenêtre, chaleur étouffante a cause de l'humidité qui règne et fait craqueler les murs ... Aucune isolation phonique qui donne l'impression de passer les quelques instants passé dans la pièce avec les voisins. A fuir !!!!

Mooie, leuk ingerichte kamer op de bovenste verdieping van Bica Inn. Kamer was netjes en schoon en Joāo was zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het zijn wel veel steile trappen, maar de locatie t.o.v. de artistieke wijk en de metrohalte was gunstig. Het ontbijt laat wel wat te wensen over, beetje karig.

La struttura è appena fuori dal centro, comunque raggiungibile a piedi e vicina a fermate di metro e tram. La struttura è un po' datata e in un quartiere fuori dal caos, ma mal frequentato. La colazione è stata pressoché inesistente, per niente sufficiente per 4 giorni e per due persone. La stanza comunque è stata pulita e sistemata tutti i giorni. Ok, ma non penso torneremo.

Ubicado en una zona excelente, el barrio tiene mucha vidilla y queda a un paso de muchísimos puntos de interés. La habitación era pequeña y sencilla, pero agradable. El check-in se retrasó en exceso y tuvimos que solicitarlo dos veces. La entrada a las habitaciones no es nada accesible, varios pisos de escaleras muy estrechas y sobre todo empinadas, toda una aventura subir cargados. Las almohadas nos resultaron un poco incómodas por ser muy blanditas.

My stay at Lisbon Inn Bica Suites started really badly. I called to say I had arrived and could I get keys to the apartment only to be told that I had the wrong number. None of the numbers I was given from this guy answered, eventually the guy took my number and got them to call me. They said they would be with me in 10 minutes which ended up being 30, and I tried to call and text them because my phone was dying and they rejected my calls. At this stage I had been waiting an hour outside the apartment. When I got to the room they said I needed to pay a cleaning fee which was never mentioned on my booking. After 25 minutes of the guy calling his office and reading the emails I received he accepted that I would not be paying it. The guy was actually really friendly and done his best to help me. Perhaps it was a once off and I hope they have now updated the contact information on bookings. But I would advise anyone staying here to ensure they have all up to date contact details and arrangements made before going and read the fine print carefully. I hope that communication improves as this apartment was nice for the price paid.The apartment was exactly what Id wanted, a budget-friendly but private room. I was not troubled at all during my stay. The location is perfect and within walking distance of everything. The room itself was quite old but clean and comfortable. Be prepared for steep/dangerous steps lol. The breakfast was very cheap. Overall a decent place to stay.

Soggiorno di 3 notti presso la struttura, ci è stata assegnata la stanza all'ultimo piano che in sé non era neanche così male se non fosse stato per le scale infinite e ripide da fare ogni giorno per salire e scendere. La colazione in pratica è una presa in giro... c'é un frighetto in cui mettono succhi e diverse cose da mangiare come formaggio, prosciutto e marmellata il tutto di scarica qualità. Se andate a vedere al supermercato è il prodotto che costa meno.... addirittura a noi è stato messo in camera del pane bauletto scaduto. La struttura inoltre all'esterno risulta fatiscente. Assolutamente da rivedere. Le foto che vedete delle stanze sono mezze photoshoppate.... di sicuro non ci ritorneremo più...

Check in is not convenient as there is no front desk so you have to have a set arrival time or go to a somewhat inconvenient off site location. Was told when I got my key that there is a city tax due which I knew about. But was also told there is a required 20 Euro cleaning fee (I stayed for 1 night) which is NOT listed anywhere on the Hotels.com website. However it does list that housekeeping is included. Keep this in mind when booking. I would have gladly paid another 20 Euro...to stay in a different hotel. I refused to pay the cleaning fee.

Sinceramente lo sconsiglio per vari motivi,la camera al piano terra è impregnata di muffa soprattutto nella zona notte,è impossibile riposare per il cattivo odore ,il rumore che proviene dalle viuzze circostanti,scomode le finestre e porta senza dubbio poco sicura... bocciato!

Horrivel. Barulhento. Cheiro a mofo. Inseguro e sem ar condicionado. Nao recomendo.

B&B ricavato in un vecchio palazzo in una stretta via nei pressi del Mercato di Ribeira. Comoda per la vicinanza della fermata della metro di Cais do Sondre. In una via tranquilla, eccetto nel periodo di giugno per i festeggiamenti sparsi per Lisbona. La nostra stanza con bagno privato era all'ultimo piano, ben illuminata, ampia e con vista sui tetti. La colazione la troverete in camera nel frigo in camera e la comporrete da soli. Molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Abbiamo alloggiato una notte in questo b&b al centro di Lisbona, scomodo per arrivarci con le valigie, bisogna salire delle scale poi appena arrivati davanti se si è sfortunati di avere la camera in mansarda bisogna fare tante altre scale scomode per arrivare in una camera piccola poco areata e con un bagno minuscolo, se si vuole riposare evitate questo posto adatto a chi vive la notte nei locali vicini, la colazione viene lasciata fuori la porta dentro un cestino non il massimo della qualità

Pessima esperienza. Camera in mandarda senza aria condizionata, con una piccolissima finestra da dove NON entrava aria. Nelle vie circostanti era pieno di gente che faceva rumore tutta la notte ubriaca con schiamazzi. Impossibile dormire fino alle 5/6 del mattino. La proprietaria non si è vista tutti i tre giorni. La colazione veniva servita fuori dalla porta con: caffè freddo, frutta marcia e scaduta. Incredibile come si possa considerare un alloggio questo posto orribile

Bardzo ciekawe miejsce, mega strome schody na klatce z dużą walizka może być kłopot, sympatyczne krzywizny i super właściciel skory do pomocy i podpowiedzi w kwestii zagospodarowania czasy w Lizbonie i okolicy. Polecił np Sintrę i to jest świetny pomysł

Lovely wooden house, very steep and narrow stairs inside. Good taste of Portuguese living. Nice view outside windows.

Had a bit of a miscommunication with the owners about the arrival -- therefore we had to go to a restaurant to eat and wait for a response to an email. We stayed on the very top floor -- the stairs are super steep - if you are over 1.85cm / 6ft tall -- do not stay in this room. Ceilings are SUPER low and virtually impossible to take a shower. Other than the aforementioned, the room was clean and nice. Good for a 1 night stay!
