The location of the property was really good, just outside the centre of the city, so easy accessible with public transport or by walking.The staff was very helpful and friendly and willing to do its best for the guests.The fact that the pension was not offering any breakfast was perhaps a little less ok, but there are many possibilities closeby to go to.

Complicado! Não me posso queixar da limpeza mas as instalações são muito antigas. É preciso ter em mente que fica no centro de Lisboa onde existem muitos edifícios velhos. Este é um deles. A luz do corredor entra pelas frinchas da porta, o barulho até as tantas na rua também não deixa dormir. Infelizmente, basta dar um pequeno passeio pelas redondezas para perceber da grande quantidade de sem abrigos na zona, com algumas zonas com um cheiro intenso a urina. O estacionamento na zona é super complicado e a pagar até as 19. Depois disso, existe o arrumador em tronco nu. A limpeza é boa e é o que interessa.

Si lo que pretendes es descansar... este no es tu hotel. Ruidoso como no me he encontrado otro. Timbre de la calle al lado de la habitación, obras a las 9 de la mañana en el pasillo con martillo, serrucho y taladro... Todo lo que se habla en el pasillo o escalera se escucha como si estuviera en la misma habitación. Las toallas raspaaaan. El agua caliente sólo a ratos. He viajado por tres continentes... De lo peor.

Péssimo! Não tem nada que funcione na hora que se quer, não tem nem sanita!!! Sujo, escuro, roupas de cama velha e rasgada, mal cheiro... melhor esquecer dou uma estrela porque tem que dar ao menos uma.

Nada bom. A avaliação apresentada pelo booking não corresponde em nada com a realidade. Localização estranha, cheiro ruim no quarto e pior no banheiro. Ar que não aquece, pontos de mofo no teto e cama solteirão disfarçada de casal. A TV é d tubo e com um palmo e meio de tela. A porta passa uma impressão de hiper insegura. Não recomendo para famílias. Parece com aqueles hotéis vizinhos de rodoviárias no Brasil.

L'unica cosa positiva è la vicinanza al centro città, pulito, ma in condizioni disastrose. Avrebbe bisogno di un restyling, il bagno ha un lavandino piccolissimo, da prenotare solo se non si trova altro. Molto gentili le signore alla reception.

Довольно дорогой для своей категории. В ванной комнате нет смесителей, пробок для раковин тоже нет, так что или умываетесь или горячей водой (с которой были перебои) или холодной. Уборка хорошая, каждый день.

El sitio esta céntrico y esta limpio. Eso es lo mejor que tiene. Si vas en coche que sepas que es todo zona de pago. A nosotros nos dieron una habitación abuhardillada donde dos de las camas estaban en la parte de la habitación mas baja y te das en la cabeza. No tiene ascensor.
Es cómodo y, aunque hacia calor, con el aire acondicionado se estaba muy bien.
De precio muy bien.

This is more a guesthouse than a hotel. Its strength, especially for women travellers alone in Lisbon, is the fact that Estrela dos Anjos is managed mainly by an excellent and hard-working all-women team. However, the guesthouse should advise guests clearly to approach it NOT by walking up Rua dos Anjos (which is not the most pleasant street), but by taking the much shorter/wider/brighter R. Alvaro Coutinho, and then turning left where R. Alvaro Coutinho meets Rua dos Anjos. The guesthouse will then be the 2nd door on the left. This approach felt much safer.

La dame qui travaille ici est adorable. La chambre est propre, la salle de bain rutilante. On avait pris un autre hôtel au centre mais c'était des arnaqueurs. Le quartier n'est pas touristique mais on peut prendre son petit déjeuner à la boulangerie pour 2,70 euros, manger de la cuisine portugaise dans les cervejarias sans être trop loin des quartiers touristiques. Je recommande

Non sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. In primis la zona non è una delle migliori di Lisbona, cioè piena di gente "strana" , ubriachi, barboni ecc. non è stato particolarmente piacevole usare asciugamani consumati, con buchi e macchie. L edificio, compreso la camera aveva un odore particolare. La maniglia della finestra della camera era rotta, si faceva fatica a chiuderla mentre quella del bagno non si riusciva ad la tapparella, era bloccata. Mancava il telecomando del climatizzatore. Non ho gradito l'escamotage per pagare meno tasse, cioè farci pagare in contanti una trentina di euro in meno rispetto alla somma totale per poi trovarmeli addebitati sulla carta senza essere avvisata. E infine ricevere una ricevuta del solo 15% del totale che abbiamo pagato. per il resto la reception e la donna delle pulizie molto gentili e il prezzo competitivo.

Расположен отель очень замечательно по отношению ко всем достопримечательностям и центру. Хоть и 3 звезды, но тянет на 2. Нет завтраков, но есть кухня, где можно разогреть то что купишь в магазине в 10 минутах от отеля. Шумоизоляции никакой. Нам повезло в санузле окно, но унитаз это прям аттракцион

Oferece pouco para o valor cobrado, tem escadas e não dizem nada, mesmo vc dizendo que não pode subi-las, a proprietária eh grosseira, O local eh antigo, os quartos são pequenos, O local eh bem longe do centro e tem muitas pessoas que transitam por ali que parecem alienadas, não fazem nada, apenas parecem zumbis. O ponto positivo eh a limpeza.

Ottima e strategica posizione.non fatevi imbrogliare dall'aspetto esterno dell'edificio perché l'interno è stato quasi completamente restaurato.la stanza e il bagno sono piccoli ma funzionali.
Proprio di fianco all'entrata c'è un piccolo bar dove poter fare colazione ed eventualmente mangiare a pranzo "alla buona".frequentato (soprattutto a pranzo) dai portoghesi del posto.

Small room with double bed of 1,20m width and reduced length. Too small for two Dutch adults. When we entered the room, there was a strong smell of sewage coming from the hastily constructed bathroom that did not disappear despite the active fan and the open window. One spot on the floor is big enough to lay down a small suitcase and open it. Put it anywhere else and you trip over it.
The location of this pension is a short walk from the city center which is nice, but the immediate neighborhood of the hotel is run down and grimey.

Whilst the accomodation wasnt bad value for money, the room was only just big enough for the double bed in it and the bathroom was extremely small, meaning it was difficult to use the toilet with the door closed. Staff were nice enough but we were not informed of the existence of a kitchen until the final evening when I asked for a bottle opener (and the bottle opener was broken when I went to get it).The location was close to public transport and so very easy to get around, there was a small shop close by for necessities.There could have been some bad timing in our visit too as there seemed to be some renovations going on during our stay, meaning that there was extremely loud banging and people talking from the early hours (around 7ish).Possibly would stay again if the price was right but overall, not ideal.

The hotel has been renovated and is modern and clean. Most remarkably the bathrooms. However, there are 4 floors and NO ELEVATOR. And a couple too old to help with luggage at the desk. Additionally, it is unbelievably noisy. Not just street traffic, but machinery, banging, screaming yelling. Terrible to sleep.

We enjoyed our stay - close to the metro, 10-15 min from Rossio and city centre. Nice and helpful staff. The room weve got was at the last floor with slopping roof, but was fine as we came only to sleep. But what is important - it was clean. An only drawback - no handle for the shower - have to keep it with hands.

About the location, no complains. Close to subway, walking distance to center of the city(downtown).Friendly people, room was cleaned every day. At this price, we had the privileged to have a private bathroom, which is making a huge difference all the time. The room was small but it was finally ok.A little complain about hot water, they are boiling to obtain hot water and sometimes we waited too much for this hot water to take the shower.

Clean and nice place, with very polite service. Take warm pajamas if you are not going in the summer season - here is not heating and nights are cold. I am not giving five stars because of noise of cleaning and renovation at 8 AM. Although I have good experience with this place.

We get that it is cheap accommodation but heres what to expect: waking up several times during the night because of the rocky pillows. And they provide one with 3 of them how generous. On the other hand, first thing to do every morning for me is traveling to Iceland (bathroom) and taking a shower with water temperature altering in line with the stock exchange. Other than that its fine. Bonus point is helpful staff and A/C in the room. Good location with metro station nearby giving easy access to the centre of Lisbon.

Durch die zentrale Lage alles gut erreichbar, jedoch winzig, Bad nur ein abgetrennter Teil des Zimmers, Schrank so schmal, dass die Sachen schäg eingehängt werden müssen. Wasser nur selten warm. Sauberkeit in Ordnung, sehr, sehr hellhörig.

It s an old building, with some room renovated. We were 2 COUPLES, one room had just the bathroom new, the other one everything old and lot of mould in the wall. What I can not understand it is why to spend money for a luxury bathroom and leave the other things in very bad condition. The worst thing was spot a cockroach on the floor. The position is not bad close the metro. Just the owner should understand the right way to work in the tourism.

The smallest room I imagined I could ever accommodate my family of four. We barely had any space to turn around once our luggage was in. And we didnt have a lot of luggage. A small TV, perhaps 25 years old with broken remote control, same for the aircos one ...

Hostal correcto. Habitaciones pequeñas pero limpias, al igual que el baño. Todo muy limpio. No tiene ascensor. Nosotros tuvimos mala suerte y el segundo día empezaron las obras en la calle, pero si no, es tranquilo. En el bar de abajo se desayuna y se come muy bien. Buena relación calidad / Precio

6 notti passate su camera 303 al terzo piano senza ascensore. Camera piccolina ma accogliente e pulita. Bagno molto piccolo ma fornito di tutto (doccia bidet water lavandino). In conclusione, pro: camera, pulita, letto comodo, economica, vicinanza a metro, zona tranquilla; contro: no ascensore, scale per salire al terzo piano molto strette, bagno molto piccolo (non ci si entra in due). Consiglio a chi non ha troppe pretese e cerca un posto per dormire e lavarsi.

Unterkunft liegt etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum. Ist zu Fuss aber problemlos zu erreichen. Alles sehr sauber und freundlich. Zimmer und Bad zwar sehr klein, aber absolut ausreichend.

Ужасная слышимость, матрас жуткий - все пружины наружу. Под простыней была постелена старая клеенка. Одну ночь провести можно, если вы очень нетребовательны. Персонал гостеприимный и дружелюбный.

No es un hotel, más bien un hostal. Precio correcto. Habitación asignada, muy estrecha. Tenía baño privado, pero era pequeño y tenía un vidrio que se veía la silueta. Solo dan 1 champú y 1 jabón para toda la estancia. Si te levantas después de las 8:00 el agua sale fría, ya que al parecer tienen una caldera para varias duchas. Limpio, pero un día no hicieron limpieza del baño. Las dependientas muy amables. Sin embargo, quería irme luego de ahí. Me quedé 4 noches, yo recomiendo quedarse menos. El barrio, muy bien. Puedes ir caminando al centro. Transporte cerca. Muy buenos lugares para tomar desayuno.

Quiet street not too far from the city centre. Nice restaurants on the main road. Metro station only 5 minutes away. Staff were very friendly and polite. The room was not so clean but the bed linen and pillows were very good. The room was not too big but it doesnt matter if you are sightseeing all day. The shower was not good. There was nowhere to hang the shower head.Fast wifi connection.I would definitely stay there again.

La verdad bien ubicado pero si está un poco deteriorado las ventanas no cerraban bien y era muy frío la habitación no había calefacción si agua caliente otra cosa q m paso deje 100€ en la habitación y desaparecieron ellos dicen q no se hacían cargo de nada pero había una especie de caja fuerte pero no te daban la llave el personal no gusta

Das Hotel liegt nicht in der unmittelbaren Stadtmitte, aber nur 2-3 Metro Stationen davon entfernt. Die nächste Haltestelle (Anjos oder Indendente) liegen an der Hauptstraße um die Ecke. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Café, um die Ecke einen kleinen Laden. Die Gegend ist nicht gerade toll, aber auch nicht schlimm und wirkt auch nachts sicher. Wer zu Fuß anreist, sollte bedenken, dass das Hotel am Berg liegt.Mein Einzelzimmer war zwar äußerst klein, aber sauber und hell eingerichtet, hatte ein eigenes Bad, TV, WLAN und Klimaanlage. Check-In und -Out sowie Bezahlung liefen unproblematisch. Tagsüber wurde das Bett gemacht und den Boden gereinigt. Ab 20 Uhr ist die Eingangstür geschlossen, danach wird man nach Klingeln eingelassen. Mein Preis: 30 € pro Nacht.Fazit: Wer nur einen günstigen Platz zum schlafen sucht, ist hier richtig.

Really small room and bathroom. You hardly have space to move and no place for two suitcases. Shower hard to adjust and would go from cold to very hot to cold again in seconds. Very convenient spot, but rooms are not the best.

Nous sommes restés 1 semaine dans la chambre 301 au dernier étage sans ascenseur malheureusement.
Donc pas pratique avec 2 valises.
En venant le 1er jour, nous étions surpris par l'accueil car elle est à l'étage et non pas directement à l'entrée.
La chambre était très propre, moderne mais petite.
Nous avons eu une chambre mansardée avec salle de bains privative, correct.
Dommage que la chambre n'est pas insonorisé.
L'accueil était très bien.
L'hôtel est bien desservis car il y a le métro station Anjos de la ligne verte. Et à quelques pas il y a le centre-ville qui est la station Rossio.
Très agréable séjour, bon temps et beau paysage.
Préparez vos chaussures de marche car là-bas il n'y a que des pentes et montées.
Un mode de vie agréable et magnifique.
Je vous conseille cet hôtel et aussi Lisbonne.

Too noisy to fall asleep. I can hear staff talking, laughing and walking in the corridor; I can hear other residents walking, talking and opening the door of their rooms; I can hear the door bell ringing every time people want to come into the hotel and it is very loud. I can smell smoke in the room because staff are smoking outside the room. Bathroom is so tiny that you feel like you are in a cell. Not a good experience staying in this hotel.

Wir verbrachten nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, daher lagen wir nicht viel Wert auf Ausstattung etc. sondern auf den Preis. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Betten sind eher unbequem. Das Bad war klein aber ausreichend. Und etwas in die Jahres gekommen.Das Zimmer an sich war sauber, dass bald allerdings nicht so ganz. Für eine Nacht jeder Zeit wieder, für länger nicht.

Zum Sightseeing in Lissabon sehr gut geeignet, da nur 2 Minuten von der Metro Anjos entfernt!Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt!Kleines Manko sind die für mich mit 1,95m Körpergröße doch zu kleinen Betten, aber ein paar Tage kann man auch mal seine Füße überhangen lassen ;-)Sonst ist noch zu sagen das unser Zimmer sehr klein war und mit unseren beiden Koffer sehr gefüllt!

Also man darf echt nicht viel erwarten ! Immerhin hatten wir eine Toilette im Zimmer und keine Gemeinschaftstoilette ;) Das Zimmer ist wirklich mega klein aber ausreichend , wer mehr zahlen will bekommt mehr aber für den Preis einfach TOP , mit nur 3 Bahn stationen ist man in der innen Stadt vieles auch zu Fuß erreichbar da das Hotel so zentral ist . Also wirklich erste Klasse .

Ce fût très agréable , pour une première expérience à Lisbonne .La chambre correspondait à la description faite sur expédia , mobilier typiquement portugais , insonorisation moyenne , personnel charmant ( surtout la dame qui faisait les nuits ) , facile daccès et prix de la ch démocratique ... Check-In war bereits um 10 Uhr möglich (sehr kulant). Bezahlung leider nur in Bar möglich. Das Zimmer (wir hatten leider das Eckzimmer bekommen und damit ein besonders kleines) wurde täglich gereinigt, frische Handtücher gab es auch täglich. Mitarbeiter alle freundlich, jedoch überwiegend schlechte bis gar keine Englischkenntnisse.

Wir waren 2 Tage in Lisabon (vor allem) um uns die Architektur anzusehen. Wir kamen mit einem Mietwagen aus dem Norden Portugals. 1. Überraschung ist, dass das Hotel anders als im Suchfilter auf Hotels.com angegeben keine kostenlosen Parkplätze hat. Das Hotel liegt in einer Stadtzone, in der es nur Plätze mit Parkuhren gibt. Es ist nicht sonderlich teuer, aber man kann nur max. 4 Std im voraus bezahlen. Nicht gut wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs sein will ohne zurückkommen zu wollen. Man muss allerdings nur von 9-19 (das 19 ist nicht so sicher) bezahlen, also übernacht kein Problem. Freie Plätze gab es zur Genüge.Die Gegend ist nicht super, schien uns aber auch nicht gefährlich. Insgesamt gibt es ja in LIS kaum Gegenden, die wirklich rundherum modern/sauber sind, was für viele ja auch einen Reiz darstellt...Die Lage ist gut. Recht zentral. Zu Fuss ist man in 15-20 min im Barrio Alto oder unter der Burg.Meine Bewertungen für den Gasthof berücksichtigen, dass es sehr sehr billig war> 56EUR für 2 Nächte. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und unser Zimmer roch etwas miefig, es ist sicher schwierig Zimmer mit einer integrierten Badkabine vollkommen trocken zu halten. Sauber war es allerdings und es gibt auch AC was im Sommer wichtig sein mag. Service war super. Die Rezeption ist 24 bestetzt. Es gibt auch eine Küche mit Kochmöglichkeit und Kühlschrank. Wenn man den ganzen Tag in LIS unterwegs ist und nur zum Schlafen heimkommt, und nicht viel Geld ausgeben will, dann ist es gut.

das Hotel liegt 3 Minuten Fußweg von der Metro Station Intendente entfernt. Man fährt zwei Stationen und befindet sich mitten im Zentrum Lissabons. Das Hotel ist nicht auf den ersten Blick als solches zu erkennen, man muss erstmal in den ersten Stock gehen um zur Rezption zu gelangen. Das Einchecken ging sehr schnell und die freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat uns direkt ins Zimmer begleitet. Diese sind sehr klein, aber mit dem Nötigesten ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Schrank, einen kleinen Schreibtisch, TV und Bad. Das Bad ist leider nur durch einen dünne Tür mit Fenster vom Raum getrennt und daher nicht unbedingt sehr privat. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es aber ok. Es war auch nicht klinisch rein, aber für einen derartigen Preis haben wir auch keine Perfektion erwartet. Das Haus ist relativ alt und einige Mängel sind auch eher provisorisch behoben, aber es war alles auszuhalten. Leider gab es keine Heizung und bei kühleren Temperaturen wurde das etwas unangenehm...

Für 1 Person reicht völlig. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Ein großes Plus für den Preis. Lage ist auch super, nicht weit von Zentrum ( ca. 6 Min mit ÖPNV oder 15 Min zu Fuß). in Umgebung gibts genug Restaurants und Cafes

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer und Bad wurde täglich äußerst sauber geputzt und wir bekamen üppig täglich frische Handtücher. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist super!! Natürlich ist bei dem Preis das Zimmer nicht riesig. Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer - ein großes und ein schmales Bett - Matratzen waren gut!! wir waren sehr, sehr zufrieden!

Fuimos 4, nuestra habitación tenía baño dentro. Incluso nos sorprendió que hubiera un cuarto como cocina, no se podía cocinar, pero había microondas, calentador de agua y menaje de cocina. Donde desayunamos y cenamos. En general bien y económico.

Das Hotel hat sehr freundliches Personal, welches sich auch bei der Deko der Zimmer viel Mühe gibt.Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich die Metro Anjos oder auch die Sightseeing Straßenbahnlinie 28.Wer gerne frühstücken möchte, kann die kleine Küche nutzen, in der das wichtigste vorhanden ist.Gleich in der Nähe befindet sich ein Lidl, in dem man auch Wasser mit Kohlensäure kaufen kann. ;-)Kleiner Minuspunkt sind die engen Zimmer.
