Clean guest house, staffs are friendly, supermarket is nearby, quiet place, easy take bus or metro to everywhere. Only the bed is too soft.

Good hostel. The staff are super helpful and very friendly, made me feel very welcome. Facilities were good, nothing to complain about from me. WiFi was a little average. Beds were pretty comfortable

Buen sitio para alojarse, tiene variedad de habitaciones ya sean compartidas como individuales. La cocina y las habitaciones muy correctas y con mucho espacio. Si buscas un viaje económico en Lisboa es un buen sitio dónde pueded conocer otros viajeros!

Un hébergement bien agréable. Confortable. On peut y faire sa cuisine et c'est est au calme.

Location: Not great - About 2+ km away from city centre and places of interest 4-bed Dorm: Not great - No fan or air conditioner. Too warm during warm nights - Noisy street below. Have to fully close shutter and windows to cut out noise. But it means no ventilation! Too warm, during warm nights. Kitchen: OK - Microwave oven and Oven - No stove for cooking - Free tea and coffee I personally would not stay here again, due to noise from street, lack of fan and air con, and distance from city centre.

Cleanliness is great and the toilet/bathroom are all quite spacy. Not far from metro station and bus stops. Mostly quiet in the hostel so not good for party animals. (I guess because there aren't lots dorms room)

Budget accommodation, good location. Shared bathrooms and poor lighting are negatives. No AC. Common area has a kettle, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Can be noisy early mornings when the garbage collection truck comes.

Worst customer service ever you'll have. Book online otherwise you'll be cheated. They had moved us in different room without informing that the rate is different, upon check out we charged higher rate. No breakfast served no one can cook, you have to pay extra then you are allowed to cook. Legal entry charges 20€, other hostel charge only 15€. No privacy at all, staff always in the satting area/dinning area you can not eat in the room, pay extra money might give you this opportunity. When asked the hostel owner contact number wrong number was provided.

The hostel is close to a metro and a huge Park. It was quiet and clean...perfect for me. The elevator is so tiny...funny. Cool area of Lisbon to walk around.
