Infelizmente à 6 meses tive conhecimento desta Pensão, planeei a 1ª viagem do meu filho para que ele pudesse ver as principais atrações turisticas de Lisboa, nomeadamente Oceanário e Jardim Zoológico. Este era um esforço financeiro que valia a pena visto ser a primeira viagem em Familia. Tentei economizar na viagem e estadia visto as entradas para os lugares acima mencionados já serem elevados, paguei tudo. Agora a 3 semanas da viagem contacto a pensão não tenho qualquer tipo de resposta, mando um email para onde tinha enviado o comprovativo de pagamento e a senhora responde que a pensão tinha sido alvo de um incêndio e que não poderiamos ficar lá.Ainda tentámos que nos indicasse outro sitio onde ficar e que nos devolvesse o dinheiro. Até hoje nunca mais nos respondeu.

The view of Rossio Square and Castle is gorgeous, enough reason to book a room with view! Small, simple room under the roof, clean enough, but our "en-suite bathroom" was literally a tiny toilet+shower+sink added into the room. Write an e-mail to get a cheaper price. It's a cheap pension, not a hotel or a hostel, and the price is just for the location. Did not try breakfast because it's full of cafés and bakeries around.

Fiz reserva pela internet com 4 meses de antecedência, recebi a confirmação , me cobraram no cartão de crédito, é um mês antes da viagem , recebo e-mail dizendo que cancelaram a reserva, estou aguardando o reembolso. E ainda tendo que me preocupar em encontrar outro quarto na região por um preço razoável. Em cima da hora. Me prejudicaram e não tem preço isto.

Not a luxury hotel but for the price it was cosy and comfortable and just what I needed. Nice and quiet at night which was important to me and staff were friendly and helpful.

We been there and staff says its not been paid so it takes ages to sort that out and we have paid them directly but still they charge my agents card as well so its like double payments and nobody was there helpfull!!

This hotel was very old, and equivalently down at heel but we liked it as it was excellent value for money and very convenient. We had a basin and bidet in our room and had a short corridor to the very clean communal bathroom, I think only two or three rooms shared this. The view of the castle was fabulous. The owners dont speak english and werent especially welcoming but we had a good time there.

Hotel schwer zu finden, Hausnummer verdeckt, da Eingang Teil eines anderen Restaurantes, keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel, Parken nur in teuren Tiefgaragen möglich, Hausaufgang (bis in die dritte Etage) stark renovierungsbedürftig und nicht einladend, zu dunkel und sehr steile Treppen, roch muffig;

Schon der Treppenaufgang spricht für sich: Wenn man sich mit dem Koffer durch das dunkle, steile Treppenhaus nach oben gearbeitet hat, erwartet man wahrlich nicht mehr viel. Immerhin wird man freundlich empfangen und das Zimmer war erträglich. Das gleiche kann man von den sanitären Einrichtungen nur schwer behaupten. Auch wenn die Lage am Rossio wirklich ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Erkundungen ist, es gibt auch in dieser Preisklasse angenehmere Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten.

Hôtel magnifiquement situé dans le centre de Lisbonne. Très bon accueil, personnel très sympathique. En revanche chambres au 3ème ou 4ème étage sans ascenseur. Dans mon cas, chambre basique, petite télé avec seulement 5 chaînes, toilettes et douche sur le palier.

Room was clean. Nice location. Big negative for the four flights of stairs. Lisbon is hilly enough without an extra hike to your room after sightseeing all day. I would have chosen something else if I knew about the stairs.

Our room was covered in mold, the bathroom had a puddle in the middle of the floor when we checked in and came back when we wiped it up. Thankfully we were out exploring the whole time and didnt stay in the room very long, it was dark and dirty.

il faut savoir quil y a 74 marches pour accéder à la chambre sans possibilité dascenseur; mais bon accueil par une dame qui parle très bien français et par le veilleur de nuit capverdien; le fait de donner sur le cœur de Lisbonne est un atout appréciable...

Einzelzimmer mit Bad auf dem Flur. Sauberkeit des Bads katastrophal, überall Schimmel und Stockflecken. Zimmer war etwa sauberer, aber extrem klein mit winzigem Fenster. Personal war aber nett.

La wifi ne fonctionne absolument pas, il faut faire comme si il ny en avait pas. Le lit est extrêmement désagréable, les ressorts créent des bosses sur le matelas. Il y a de la moisissure et de la rouille dans la salle de bain, et la douche nayant pas de rideau il est difficile de ne pas mouiller toute la pièce. Il y a de la poussière dans le reste de la chambre. Les draps et les serviettes de bains (blanches) sont pratiquement toutes tachées.

Only for one night to sleep is OK. Excellent location in middle of downtown and walkking distance to all main historical sights. It is worth 20 Euros for only one night. There is a sink in the room but the bathroom and toilet is outside the room (shared).

I want to be fair in my reviews so I'll list both the positives and negatives of this 'hotel' Positives: The price (very cheap) The location (very central) Negatives: The location (up five flights of dark dirty stairs) The upkeep (would make some slum dwellings seem luxurious) The bathroom (shared with the rest of the floor, dodgy plumbing, smelly and dirty) The room (a musty, windowless cell on the top floor) The other guests (in the form of an infestation of ants in my room) The noise (a building site outside my window that started work each day at 7) The after effects (in the form of 30+ bites over my body the morning after) When I informed them of the problem they didn't even apologise. Other than that I think it was fine... So if you want to lie awake itching all night before being woken by a pneumatic drill then go ahead and book (and don't forget your bite cream). Alternatively you could sleep rough outside and you'll probably sleep better... Or you could get yourself arrested for a minor crime and spend the night in the police cells which will probably be of a much higher quality and should also be free.

Prime location; terrific staff, who all spoke English. Unfortunately, it was a very steep climb to the hotel. The bathroom was the worst. Being seated on the toilet meant having your feet in the shower. The shower had no curtain and was TINY. It was difficult to get the right mix of cold and hot to get a proper temperature shower. Despite the price and location, I would not stay here again.

Auberge avec emplacement très central, à proximité des points touristiques et des transports en commun. Très accueillante, avec un confort minimal mais suffisant. Très propre et avec un personnel particulièrement aimable, agréable et serviable. Idéale pour des courts séjours.

Nous sommes restés dans cette auberge 3 nuits. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le gérant qui nous a de suite mis à laise et conseillé sur un planning de visite et les alentours. Le confort de la chambre était sommaire mais tout à fait acceptable. Bien que cela nétait pas précisé, nous avons bénéficé de toilettes dans la salle de bain de la chambre. La salle de bain est très basique (leau envahit rapidement le sol de la salle deau). Le menage était fait et les serviettes changées tous les jours. Notre chambre donnait sur la reception donc de nombreux bruits le matin.Très bon rapport qualité/prix, à conseiller pour un séjour de 2-3 nuits!

Hotel muy céntrico y vista excelente, y aunque al ver la escalera de acceso parece que va a estar muy viejo, luego la habitación (individual en mi caso) está bastante bien.El aseo (ducha y taza) está fuera de la habitación pero en ella hay una pileta para poder asearse .

Petit hôtel qui ne paye pas de mine. Très bon emplacement au centre de Lisbonne.Points négatifs : chambre mal isolée( prévoir boule kies ) et toilettes sur le palier ( mais il existe des chambres avec toilettes dans la chambre ).Personnel très accueillant et serviable.prix attractif.

Trés bon accueil, hotel bien situé, par contre environnement bruyant,le confort est spartiate: lit jumeaux, WC en dehors de la chambre.Si vous voulez profitez du centre ville de Lisbonne cet hôtel est idéal, par contre, il ne faut pas chercher du confort!!
