Positiva: La tranquilidad, piscina, playa a 2 minutos andando. La zona de copas cerca a 5 minutos andando auqnue no se escuchaba nada en el apartamento. La amabilidad de la casera. El trato de las personas de Albufeira y hay de todo.. Negativa: No me gustó que no había fregasuelo, champú, gel de baño y la bañera se hidromasaje no funcionaba y por donde debería salir los chorros estaban muy sucios. Albufeira es caro..

De beheerder was etg vriendelijk en behulpzaaam. Dit appartement is een aanradervoor een rustige strandvakantie ( in maart). Negatief: De inrichting van de keuken is wat minimaal. Prima voor een ontbijt en lichte lunch, maar beperkt voor andere maaltijden..

Apartment options really give you loads more space and comfort than hotels I find.With it being self catering a nice touch was cleaning stuff being included, including some washing detergent and dishwasher tabs.Easy walking to the Strip but far enough away not to hear anything, old town walkable but not something youd want to do daily.

Positiva: El apartamento es tal y como ves en las fotos. Muy nuevo, limpio y con todo lo necesario para la estancia tanto en la cocina con el menaje, en el baño champú y otros detalles, toallas de baño y piscina. Muy cerca de la playa a pie y muy céntrico para moverte en coche a cualquiera de las maravillosas playas de Algarve. La piscina no está masificada y con suficientes hamacas. Nos recibió Taci, que es un encanto y aunque llegamos antes de lo previsto, no nos pusieron ningún problema para adelantar el check-in..

A nice quiet place, 3 minutes walk to the beach. The beach is lovely and clean. The apartments are very clean with an elevator and a swimming pool. A few shops are reachable on foot and 'the strip' is just 5 minutes away on foot. There are several restaurants to choose from around. Recommended for families with little children.

Pozitív: Szuper elhelyezkedés, közel a part, és tűrhető távolságban a város kp. is. A 2 km hosszú tengerparti strand nagyon szép. Kényelmes, tágas világos elég jól felszerelt apartman. Kellemes kültéri medence. Zárt parkoló.. Negatív: A nappaliban lévő ágy alkalmatlan arra hogy azon bárki is kényelmesen aludjon! Kicsit hiányzott a mosogatógép, örültünk volna ha ugyanaz a kényelem meg lett volna mint otthon!.

Świetne miejsce na wakacje dla rodziny, bardzo dobra lokalizacja w stosunku do dwóch plaż. Wyposażenie apartamentu zawierało wszystko co konieczne a nawet więcej. Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

Il gestore la gentilissima Taci mi ha accolto facendomi arrivare alle 10.00 quando avevo il check in alle 15.00, dandomi la possibilità di usare la piscina! Sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione e richiesta. Ristoranti vicini alla struttura buonissimi soprattutto quello subito uscendo sulla destra dove fanno un ottimo pesce! E una caletta bellissima PRAIA DOS AVEIROS a 2 minuti a piedi, centro storico raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata di 20 minuti. Mentre a 5 minuti a piedi avete THE STRIP la via con tutti i locali della movida di Albufeira. L'appartamento era pulito , moderno e con tutti i comfort necessari !!! Quando sono arrivato mi hanno fatto trovare l'acqua fresca e una bottiglia di vino nel frigo....cosa chiedere di più?! VOTO 10 !!!. Negazione: PERSONALMENTE NIENTE !!!.

The apartment we stayed in A12 had absolutely EVERYTHING you could need! It faces the sunset so perfect to sit in balcony and eat dinner whilst watching the sun set.

We stayed in Apt 31 on 3rd floor overlooking pool atend June for 10 nights it was fabulous didn't want to leave it was like home from home it was immaculate and had all the mod cons including washing machine and dryer very well kitted out and decorated. We booked through Maria Douglas via email and got a transfer from and to Airport and the lovely Kevin was at the Apt to show us the ropes so it was a very simple process to book it. The apt was only 5 mins walk to beach 10 min to Strip which we avoided for the entire holiday and 20 mins to Old Town. Would really recommend it.

Positief: Taci stond ons reeds op te wachten bij aankomst,heeft meteen Een nauwkeurige rondleiding gegeven met ruimte om vragen te stellen. Gaf ons ook de nodige tips en regelde een huurauto voor ons.Maakte duidelijke afspraken in verband met ons vertrek en regelde transfer naar de luchthaven.Heel correct en vriendelijk persoon.Alles tiptop geregeld.. Negatief: Spijtig dat er geen openbaar vervoer was dichtbij accommodatie en de taxichauffeurs niet altijd even eerlijk waren.....

Positif: L’appartement est très bien équipée et très propre. Le balcon est exposé à l’Est, petit déjeuner au soleil. Piscine ensoleillée toute la journée, et propre, Accès direct à la plage en moins de 5 min à pied. Taci, notre hôte a été adorable, accueillante et très réactive.

Positive: The location was perfect.. 5 mins to the beach.. 5 mins to the strip.. 15 mins along the beach to old town.. Taci, the host, was so nice and easy to contact when necessary.. Couldnt fault anything at all.. it was amazing, more then we could of expected. Negative: Nothing to fault.

Fabulous apartment. Gated entrance. Just home after spending a week there. Really nice pool with separate kids pool. Lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. A few walk to new town and 20 min walk to old town. Beach less then 5 min from back gate of complex. Maria who does the bookings online was so helpful when trying to decide which apartment to book. Kevin met us when we arrived at the complex and explained everything about the apartment. A great experience overall.

Quiet. We have a 1 bed apartment on the second floor (C22) and it gets the morning sun. Hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Full bath and hand shower, sink, wc and bidet. 2 tv's, a stereo, 2 single beds, thin bedding and extra blankets and duvets and plenty of pillows, a large hanging and drawer wardrobe, pull out sofa bed and easy chair, dining table and 4 chairs and on the balcony a small table and 4 seats. Pool on level O with large and small pools with changing rooms, wc facilities, sunloungers and parasols. It as has a gate that leads you down to the beach which is alternately sandy and gritty. Loungers and parasols are set up and there is a beach bar. You can walk along to the town centre. Entrance on -1 with ample parking and the rubbish is left in a big green bin on the main road. The driveway is private with locked gates which open automatically as you drive out. Nearby is Chilli Pepper a fab restaurant, a 5 minute walk up the main road is a Spar shop and the town 'Strip' is easily walkable.

Beautifull appartments. All what you need available. Comfortible, nice balcon, very nice swimming pool and very close to the beach, just a view minutes.

Lovely apartament, very clean, modern design, all the necesary appliances and owners keen to help. Lovely pool area and 3 minutes walking distance to the huge sandy beach. Secured, quiet area and free car park. Shops very close by with bigger shopping center 6 min drive away. Lots od clubs and restaurants near by but within safe distance away from the noise and crowds. Great for families and for people who like to party.

Great service, fantastic place as well. Accommodation of very modern, great equipments, everything what you need and more, all area is very well taken care off, walking distance to all restaurants and shops.2 minute walk to the beach. Overall I would be happy to recomamd it.

Espectacular y un trato maravilloso

Positive: We stayed here for 5 nights which I booked months ago. Our host Felipe was very helpful. Before we arrived he stayed contact right up until our stay and even helped book our transfers to and from Faro Airport. On the day of arrival our transfer was late (not his fault) but on contacting him, he got us an update immediately and we were met shortly afterwards. As out transfer arrived at the apartment, he was there to greet us and show us around apartment B01. The apartment was beautifully decorated to a high finish, with a sea view. It exceeded my expectations. There is a large lounge area which doubles nicely as a second bedroom. The TV has satellite with a good selection of English language channels. There is also 4 person dining table and access to the spacious balcony which over looks the pool. The large double bedroom (with possibly a Queen or King size bed) has a fitted wardrobe and access to the balcony too. The kitchen is very modern and has all you could ask for. Plenty of crockery and cooking equipment. The bathroom is a good size with an over the bath shower and jacuzzi style bath (which I kept forgetting to use). After a complimentary beer, we ventured out. It became quickly apparent how great the location was. 5 minute walk from the nightlife, with some amazing restaurants on the way (you must try Donaldo’s and the Monkfish & Prawn kebab). The picturesque Old Town is walkable but we found it easier to get a taxi (about 5€ each way). The beach is a couple of minutes down the hill which you can access from the back gate by the pool. It’s quite sandy and spacious. A good tip is to exit the apartment at front, turn right and follow the road round until you come to an narrow path which takes you down to a smaller enclosed beach which has a bar (the other doesn’t). We spent many happy hour there. I will definitely stay here again, it’s the best apartment I’ve stayed at in a long time and definitely the nicest one in Albufeira. 10/10 HONESTLY!

Positiva: El apartamento está muy equipado y limpio con una ubicacion excelente a la vez que muy tranquila . Las vistas que tiene el jardin y las piscinas es preciosa y nos gusto mucho que el coche se queda dentro del edificio y solo puedes acceder a el con la llave del portal.

Positive: The apartment was lovely and to a very high standard. The hosts were brilliant and communicated well, Felipe couldn't have done any more for us before and during the trip and we loved the welcome gift! The apartment is in a secure gated environment and had an amazing view and fornus was in a great location.

Positive: Considering we had an entire week of rain, we cannot fault our stay here. Myself and my boyfriend booked a 4 night stay and was met at the property by Felipe. Very clean, spacious property with everything we needed! The property looks right out towards the pool and the most amazing view of the beach in the distance. Felipe was so helpful and even brought us a bottle of wine as a way to say sorry for the bad weather! The beach is literally a 3 minute walk, there’s a supermarket just up the road and the old town (which we preferred to eat in) was around a 20 minute walk or €4-5 taxi ride away! We would definitely return to the property!

La vraie plus-value et la rapidité d'action de Felipe et la gentillesse de Carla. Séjour parfait!. Négatif: changer les ampoules led blanc froid en blanc chaud :-)

Cadre et environnement exceptionnels personnel plus que sympathique et dévoué je recommande vivement

This apartment is extremely well furnished and equipped with all the fittings you require. It is freshly decorated and very clean. The patio doors extend on to a large balcony overlooking the sea which benefits from partial sun for most of the day. The pool is clean and tidy with plenty sunbeds and umbrellas. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach . The area is secluded and quiet and very secure. You could not fail to enjoy a holiday here.

An enjoyable experience with my wife and 18 month old son. Complex is well maintained with adult and baby pool facilities. Adequate loungers for the complex which is located very close to beach and ideally located between old and new town. Accommodation is secure and great facilities in the apartment rented, washing machine, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, iron, gas hob and oven with balcony looking on to the pool complex.

Aconchegante, moderno e de fácil acesso a Praia. Tudo muito limpo e organizado.

Pozytywna: Wszystko na bardzo dobrym poziomie. Supermiły i pomocny gospodarz. Świetne położenie blisko pięknej plaży nad oceanem, w zacisznej okolicy, ale jednocześnie niedaleko centrum Albufeiry. Parking pod samym obiektem, na ogrodzonym terenie. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystkie konieczne sprzęty łącznie z pralką automatyczną i centralnym odkurzaczem, kuchenką mikrofalową, dużą lodówką z zamrażarką. Klimatyzacja. W łazience dodatkowo bidet i wanna z jakuzzi, oczywiście także z funkcją prysznica. Duży 20 metrowy otwarty basen i mnóstwo wygodnych leżaków wokół. Butelka dobrego portugalskiego wina na powitanie. Trzeba pamiętać, że jest to aparthotel, a więc wynajmuje się mieszkanie, które trzeba samodzielnie sprzątać. Super miejsce!!!. Negatywna: Drobiazgi: brak dużego noża do krojenia chleba, przydałby się jakiś mop do mycia podłogi. może jakiś polski program w telewizji.
