The staff were more than friendly and accommodating, helping you with anything you needed. There was also a lot to do at the resort with tennis, cycling, 2 pools etc all very close together. The apartment we had was perfect with our own bit of garden which had both sun and shade throughout the day. The only issue we had was that as our apartment was new to the rental market they hadn’t put a safe in it yet which we would have preferred.

Our sixth stay in the haven of Pinhal da Marina. We are almost hesitant in our recommendation as we would like this holiday all to ourselves. So many guests return to this idyllic, welcoming and relaxing complex.The staff are like old friends and take pride in ensuring you have an enjoyable stay. Located with a good 20 minute walk to the Marina, a car is useful if you would like to fill the larder, or just enjoy the lovely on site restaurant which includes take-away.

Another lovely week’s stay here with our toddler. Spacious, clean 1-bed apartment with lovely views over the pool. Friendly staff, apt regularly cleaned, lovely gardens in a quiet setting, nice restaurant on site.

Quiet, secure location in garden grounds. Large apartment. About a 20 minute walk down to the Marina. 10 minutes walk to church and supermarket, and Chicos restaurant (excellent local food).For me, I didnt find the bed very comfortable. Also, unseasonally cold and rainy when we were there, and difficult to warm the apartment.First-rate staff at reception desk, very friendly, helpful and efficient. Overall, good, and value for money. Id recommend.

Appartement is ruim en schoon.airco. Op het park Is het rustig en niet zo veel te doen.Zwembaden zijn niet verwarmt.Nu erg koud om te zwemmen.

Van 23 feb. Tot 15 maart gebruik gemaakt van deze mooi gelegen locatie in Vilamoura. Ruim appartement met groot balkon en keuken met koelkast en vaatwasser en alle andere gebruiksvoorwerpen. Prima bedden. Receptie en dagelijkse schoonmaak/ verzorging is uitstekend. We hebben echt genoten van een fijne vakantie en het is prima uitvalspunt voor verkenning van de omgeving. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

El lugar no está nada mal, pero los apartamentos dejan mucho que desear, estuve alojado en dos, uno en la planta baja que me gustó más pero tuvimos el inconveniente de que se nos inundó con el agua que cayó del piso superior, nos cambiaron al de arriba, este era idéntico pero prefería el bajo, tenían los dos la misma distribución, dicen que son para cuatro personas, aunque a dos de ellas les tocará dormir en los sofás, no se si volvería

Really enjoyed our weekend away here...the room was large with a great terrace where we could enjoy the afternoon sunshine with a G&T!

We had a great time. I feel a bit mean mentioning these things but am only offering as suggestions of something that could be improved: I would question the use of noisy leaf blowers to clear tree debris from paths and so on. I also think it is expected these days to have room internet at no additional cost and it would have been better to have an oven in the kitchen, in addition to the gas rings and microwave, though I recall that electric ovens could be requested for a returnable deposit. I also think that the computer made available in reception should be more safe to sit at as the stairs are to close to the back of the seat.

La ubicación es muy buena y son muy tranquilos. Les hace falta una pequeña reforma. El armario costaba mucho abrirlo y cerrarlo.

Hemos estado 3 días de viernes a Lunes , las toallas te la cambian cada 3 días por lo que no te la cambian , tampoco limpian los domingos.....El check in es a las 15 horas mientras que el check out es a las 11, si te descuidas un poco de hora mientras que cargas las maletas te desactivan las llaves y tienes que ir a recepción para que te abran. Cuando nos veníamos no llamaron a la puerta para entrar a limpiar. Se nota que los apartamentos son antiguos aunque bastante limpios. Solo podrás ver en Español la primera cadena internacional , el canal 24 horas , Real Madrid televisión y TV Galicia. Las habitaciones tienen caja fuerte. No hay wifi en los apartamentos a no ser que alquiles un router en recepción, si que hay en recepción y en el restaurante.

Just back from a week in pinhal da marina .This is our second year and we cannot praise you enough Wonderful staff ,Beautiful apartment so relaxing and peaceful .Everything so clean and well cared for .we stayed in 7003 and loved it .Pinhal da marina is a little piece of paradise can't wait to return

I cannot envisage how this place was ever awarded 4 stars. The apartment we had was old and v dated, the kitchen looked like the original from the 1970s, the drawers and cupboard were falling apart. The electrics were dodgy and several sockets gave us a shock when we used them. The furniture was atrocious, the twin beds had the worst mattresses; dare you roll over and risk being thrown on to the floor. The dining table chairs lacked any sort of padding, you were evidently sitting on the wooden frames. The sofas were mattresses, very springy and uncomfortable. The hotel claims to have WiFi, this is true for the reception and restaurant only, for the apartments themselves you need to pay for a router to be installed for your stay. They claim to have an adult pool yet they do nothing to enforce this policy and you find children in all pools with no sort of peace and quiet. House keeping forgot us twice so we were without toilet roll and clean towels. Bedding is changed once a week, unpleasant in the heat when there is no air con in the bedrooms. The apartments were clearly never built as a holiday resort, it is set in a residential development surrounded by bungalows, the apartments all have individual postboxes which makes me further believe that these were designed for residents and not tourist. The distance to the marina is fine but please dont waste your money here you can get a villa for the same price

We were here for a week and couldn't fault it. Lovely setting, good facilities, very helpful staff (particularly in the restaurant Alex Paola and Francisco) and a really good menu. We found a great cafe/bakery 10 minutes walk away opposite the McDonalds so quite near the Marina

J'ai séjourné à ce charmant hôtel, j'ai adoré mon séjour. Les appartements sont bien équipée et très propres. Ils ont des grandes galleries extérieures l'ont peut relaxer. Il est situé dans un beau quartier résidentiel à 20 min à pied de la plage. Les déjeuners sont biens. Le restaurant à la carte en soirée est très super bon, j'y ai soupé 2 fois . Le mercredi, ils offrent un spectacle de Fado, le chanteur est sublime, je suis conquise. Les employés sont vraiment géniaux, ils sont tellement gentils. Le site est magnifique, remplit de belle fleurs. Il y a 2 belles piscines.

Nice quiet location just a short walk from the main town. Rooms generally clean, although damp coming through in the bathroom. Nice pool areas.

Our 4th time staying here, every single time it’s exceeded our expectations. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and the location is beautiful. We always request the same apartment and they give it to us every time! Hopefully be back soon for another holiday! Thanks

Pinball de Marina self catering was very good and safe with a nice balcony. The unit had all facilities except a washing machine. It was clean, comfortable and serviced daily. When there in mid September it was quiet with plenty room in the pool and restaurant. Shops and marina are 15 mins walk. It was pleasant and ideal for a quiet break.

I was there with my 24 yr old and 15yrold daughters. We had a lovely, spacious, clean apartment overlooking the pool. Great facilities, including a pool more suitable for those just looking to have a swim and a separate family pool for kids. The setting was also very pretty with plenty of trees and shrubbery on the grounds. The nearest shop for light groceries is a pleasant 10min walk, with an incline on the way back. The central marina etc is 15/20 mins walk away. Would definitely recommend.

If you dont a room next to the pool area & restaurant area it is very dimly lit and not in my opinion a 3 star hotel. If your lucky enough to get a room over-looking the pool it makes the hotel a different proposition.

Our apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The complex is beautifully maintained, peaceful and spacious. The swimming pools are good with plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas if you prefer. Overall, we had a great stay.

Apartamentos turísticos muito interessantes, confortáveis, com piscina grande e muito engraçada, staff simpático, ambiente muito agradável.

O local é simpático, com sombras e muitos espaços verdes. As casas são espaçosas e muitas delas remodeladas desde a sua construção nos anos 80 do século passado. Com uma piscina grande, chegando a 2,70m de profundidade, perto desta uma piscina para crianças com 0,60m. Numa parte recentemente construída, com uma piscina de pequenas dimensões, chegando a uma profundidade de 1,50m. Todos os espaços públicos têm WC pública, com boas condições e sempre limpa. Tem espaços para os mais pequenos brincarem, como um jardim com baloiços e um escorrega. O restaurante tem um bom atendimento, com staff simpático, para além disso, numa sala à parte existem mesas para jogos de cartas, televisão e sofás.

Superbe complexe entouré de verdure, de fleurs, personnel souriant, à l écoute et désireux de satisfaire vos moindres souhaits. Équipé de 2 piscines + 1 enfant, vous avez également la possibilité de dîner au restaurant. Choix varié de poissons, et d autres plats même pour enfant Petit dej Continental complet et copieux. A 15 voire 20 mns de la marina, le complexe est idéalement situé. Si tard vous souhaitez partir de la marina, vous avez des taxis à votre disposition pour ce trajet marina-pinhal da marina vous n aurez que 5 , 6 euros à débourser.

Lovely location with 2 sizeable adult pools and one children’s pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food in Pinmar restaurant is good, and cheap, but I’d recommend eating at the marina some nights. It’s perfectly located less than 10 mins from the marina where shops and restaurants are in abundance and varied throughout. Located close to 2 lovely beaches. Also had 2 very close shopping markets - Jaffers and Spar.

Great apartment, could do with a little up dating but great for our stay (4 nights). Garden areas well maintained, and pool areas quiet and clean. Didn’t try the restaurant so cannot comment. Reception not open 24/7 so choose your times. Felt reception staff could benefit from some customer service training. However, the stay overall was lovely. We hired a WiFi router which was well worth it and also pool towels. 10 minute walk to the local Spar which was well stocked. 20 minute walk to Vilamoura marina.

É um local reservado com muitas moradias, bem localizado em Vilamoura. A partir daqui vamos a pé até à marina onde tem muitos restaurantes, lojas e bares, demoramos certo de 25 min. Em Vilamoura podemos fazer alguns desportos ao ar livre, pois tem eco pistas que podemos usar para correr, andar a pé ou de bicicleta. Tem também aparelhos gratuitos para fazermos ginástica. Muito seguro para a andar a pé à qualquer hora do dia ou da noite.

O Hotel é uma delícia, quarto espaçoso, limpo, o atendimento excelente , as recepcionistas muito solicitas e o lugar muito agradável.

Second time at this resort. Low rise comfortable accommodation in very nice landscaped grounds with pine trees and cacti. Fifteen minutes walk to marina. Twenty to Quarteira. Two pools. Wil probably return again.

Very poor experience. Asking a family with a small baby to haul a buggy up flights of stairs. Poor access in general for buggies and wheelchairs with lots of small elevation changes. Located in a decent place though close to shops and the marina.

Beautiful surroundings and only 10 minute walk from marina, location is great and its a pleasant walk. There is a great spar within 5 minutes. Grounds are absolutely beautiful and pool, restaurant and playground etc. are all great however our 1 bedroom apartment was very disappointing, it was extremely dated, the bed settee in the living room was disgusting and definitely needs replaced, tiles are cracked and also very dated, there was a basement with a staircase in our room which belonged to someone else and we were told not to go down which made me feel very insecure. The bathroom was functional but dirty,very strong smell of urine and someone elses hair on the walls of the shower. I would imagine their are more updated rooms but we had asked for a ground floor which was great, thankfully we didnt stay long in the apartment as we were out doing things most of the time. To top it all of we came home on the last night to find that someone else had parked outside our apartment and the carpark was full, we had 2 sleeping children in the car as well as shopping and we asked the guy to move, he refused so we had pulled the car behind his so we could lift the children out and then move the car somewhere else well we ended up getting intimidated and threatened with the police by 2 men who own an apartment in the complex because they had said they had been there 35 years and we had only been there a matter of days, the man was just a bully and would not listen to me at all!!!!

Ganska gammalt ställe 15-20 minuter från centrum. Det ligger i ett lugnt villaområde. Väldigt grönt och fint kring lägenheterna.

Everything was perfect. Poolside apartment, lovely restaurant, beautiful gardens but to top it off, some of the friendliest, most professional staff i have ever met. Highly recommend as the only place to start in Villamoura!

Es un sitio muy bonito, cómodo y muy "peliculero" en el sentido que parece que vives en beverly hills. Muchas zonas verdes, juegos variados, piscinas.. En definitiva, muy para familias con niños pero carece de actividades o servicios para otro tipo de personas. Las instalaciones son algo antiguas, aunque se nota que renuevan ciertas cosas. Esta un poco lejos de la playa y de la marina. En general todo el entorno es algo caro, tanto para comer como para tomar unas copas. Eso sí, Quarteira esta al lado y es más barato, pero es más pueblo

excellent accueil, appartement spatieux, équipement comme neuf en parfait état de fonctionnement, lingerie propre, le cadre avec piscine est magnifique, un vrai havre de paix.

Good location, walking dostance to nearby Spar and Marina. There are 2 swimming pools and one smaller for kids. The restaurant serves food till 3pm and then from 7pm. Unfortunately the apartment we were in is a big let down...really needs some new decor especially kitchen and bathroom. No cleaning products in the kitchen only two dishwasher tablets for the whole stay. The terrace was large with two sun loungers.

Complex is quite large and secure with closed gates in the evening. Accommodation is clean and although ours was small , quite adequate for the price. Fine if you like to walk as some 20 mins from the marina and slightly uphill on the return. The Wifi was good and freely available at Reception or the pool area. You can hire a router if needed .

Les appartements sont très propres ; les pièces sont vastes et bien pensées; le ménage est fait tous les jours.Les abords sont nettoyés et entretenus. Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées. Il y a beaucoup de vaisselle et dappareils ménagers.

Perfect place to spend vacations in Portugal. Not in the center of the confusion / touristy stuff but close enough to everything. The swimming pools are big, mostly all apartments are nice and a 10min walk takes you to the marina with plenty of options for food and entertainment. Beach is close as well.

Ich habe ein paar Tage für Strandurlaub im Hotel verbracht und hatte ein Appartment inkl Küche und Terasse/Balkon. Optimal zur Eigenverpflegung. Ausstattung meines Appartments war älter, aber sehr sauber und hat trotzdem alle Anforderungen voll erfüllt. Service war sehr freundlich und Lage ist gut. Gerne wieder!
