This place is a complete rip-off. The bar personal is very rude and discriminates people. We asked to order a few drinks and were told the place is closed. 2 minutes later we see two people coming out of the same bar with drinks served. I won't recommend this place.

Es un restaurante con platos típicos con muy buena cocina, y lo mejor su personal son muy agradables y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden por ser turista. Hablan perfectamente español y son lo mejor del restaurante. Volvería sin duda alguna.

Das Essen war gut, natürlich etwas teuer, wegen der Aussicht. Aber ich kann nicht behaupten, dass die Preise unangemessen sind oder wie manchmal behauptet das Essen schlecht wäre.

Jedná velká tragédie! Obsluha pomalá, nepříjemná než jsme si vubec stačili objednat tak jsme odešli. Našli jsme si pěkný stůl u výhledu na město a vyloženě nás vyhodili od stolu, že si máme sednout na kraj a být gentlmani a pustit jiný. Sem už nikdy...

Un lugar muy agradable, confortable con una excelente atencion del personal que labora aquí, el servicio en la mesa es excelente, los tiempos para atender, servir los platillos y las bebidas inigualable. la calidad de los alimentos de primer nivel, muy ricos, con buena textura y excelente sabor, cuando visiten Casa de Leao sabran que estan en un excelente lugar.

Très joli restaurant, carreaux, cheminée et très belle vue, on y mange bien et le service est correct, j'ai remarqué une préférence pour le service aux hommes, quand au curry de légumes, à revoir malheureusement!

Restaurante quase vazio quando entramos para almoçar no domingo. O empregado foi fantástico, a comida fantástica. Comi a cataplana e a minha mulher o polvo. A entrada de queijos e presunto também fez uma boa caminha. Comida tão boa, dose mais que suficiente, nem conseguimos escolher nada do carrinho de doces, que tinha tudo um óptimo aspecto, mas já estávamos demasiado cheios. Ao todo um local excelente onde iremos certamente regressar. No verão deve ser fabuloso comer na rua com uma vista privilegiada para a cidade. Recomendo vivamente.

Bu juste un verre en terrasse. Il a fallu attendre 15 mn afin que le serveur vienne prendre la commande. Et le pompon nous a même pas rendu la monnaie. La vue est jolie sinon.

Restaurant très agréable avec une vue superbe et le menu est abordable. Nous conseillons un verre de rouge à déguster en terrasse.

Burger came cold. Staff was not very attentive. Place appears to be infested with some kind of insect. I am not at all impressed with the value provided for the price.

Disaster. Extremely rude, unpleasant, unprofessional staff and over priced food.This restaurant seemed like the perfect place to enjoy lunch with a beautiful view, despite being horrendously over priced my friend and I decided the setting was worth it. We were bitterly mistaken. The waiter was rude to us the minute it became clear we only wanted a small meal. After ordering, a better table became free so we moved, at which point the waiter became angry and aggressive towards us, shouting that there is a reservation at the table we had moved to. We therefore moved tables again, and not only did the hostility did not stop but nobody came to sit down at the table either (obviously only those ordering expensive meals get to sit at nice tables). Staff continued to rudely point towards us and made it quite clear how deeply we had inconvenienced them by loudly discussing the situation. When we attempted to ask what was wrong, we were repeatedly told "one moment" in a very abrasive tone until our food arrived. €12.50 for four tiny arancini croquettes with a side of incompetent and rude staff - nightmare.

Right under the castle there is this ace with windows to the top of the city and the bay. We went there right at sunset, and the view, the lights were beautiful. The enterieur is really special, local, but well adjusted to the structure of the place. One rather feels that they eat in the castle. It may even have a bit better prices than some of the restaurants in the city centre. The food was tasty, with local materials, but with a twist, the serving is excellent. The steak we ate was rather medium than medium rare, but it was the same everywhere in Lisbon. The duck was exquisite though, melting like butter. I really recommend to check this place out, if you want to take a rest after the tour in the castle, especially that it is large, so even if a whole group marches in, you will still have your space.

First rate food & service. Previous visit was in 2000. Just as good recently as then. Menu perhaps more exotic now. Esp. enjoyed caipirinha cocktail. Forget what hors-d'oeuvres were, but octopus main course excellent, as was wine (though forget that too). Never mind!

Had lunch al fresco overlooking the city.
Waiters were great.
The sardines breaded and deep fried were good... a little bland.
Great dessert.
We did not realize until we got there that it was INSIDE Castelo St Jorge. Therefore you have to buy tickets at the entrance to get in. If you have reservations to the restaurant, there is 15% discount on the tickets.

Having an almost-empty terrace they didn’t allow us to have some drinks without lunch. Really rude waiter, shame on them. I can’t understand a business where they prefer empty tables than serving some drinks.

Service très nul, on attend 30min pour que les gens à côté qui venaient d’arriver soient servis avant nous, aucune attention des serveurs qui passent à côté pour servir d’autres personnes, arrivées après nous. Si je pouvais je mettrais 0 étoiles...

Boa gastronomia com pratos bem montados e deliciosos. Boa carta de vinhos e preço compatível. Fomos bem atendidos. O garçon nos explicou o porque da diferença do atendimento dentro e fora do restaurante. Foram muito atenciosos

Fui super bem atendida. Os 3 tipos de vinhos que provei eram excelentes e foram sugeridos pelo staff. Entradas deliciosas. Comi um gnochi até bom, mas nada de extraordinário pelo preço que se paga! Reservei e a entrada pro Castelo saiu gratuita! Recomendado com 4 estrelas pela vista pra Lisboa!

Terrible, I didn’t last more than 5 min in this place. The waitress kicked us out because we only wanted drinks. Extremely rude service. Not worth it! They should close this place and open some quality restaurant with hospitality and kindness. And of course quality food, which from the reviews I see here, seems they don’t have.

Although the service was ok, the food was not good at all. A €30 steak was almost too salty to eat and unfortunately I was woken at 2am that night being violently ill for the next 12 hours. We hadn't eaten much of anything else that day so I knew the culprit could only have been the restaurant meal. After my boyfriend phoned the restaurant back the next day, they were extremely unhelpful and told us we would have to call back another day to talk to a director. I was really disappointed by how little they did to help out and to fix the problem. The view is beautiful there but that is no doubt all you are paying for.

Restaurant avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. Les prix sont raisonnable et la nourriture très bonne. Le seul point noir est la lenteur du service ! 20 minutes avant d'avoir la carte, 20 minutes encore pour avoir le plat et encore 15 minutes pour la note ! C'est dommage.

El mejor restaurante donde he comido en Lisboa.
Tiene una terraza con unas vistas envidiables de toda la ciudad.
Un menú que no es para nada caro y una calidad excelente.
Nosotros comimos dentro, en el restaurante, y la verdad es que el trato fue exquisito.
Si tenemos la ocasión de volver a esta bella ciudad, ya sabemos adónde venir a disfrutar.

Unfortunately my experience here was terrible, I was mistreated and disrespected by the staff and would not recommend it to anyone.
I arrived here with my wife and son and asked the waiter for a table, he briskly answered that I could choose any table outside except the one that was reserved.
The patio was almost full, so out of consideration for the other guests I chose a small table where us three could have a meal, as the waiter was passing by my wife asked him if we could have this table and he replied that it was ok.
Ten seconds later he returns saying that he was sorry but this table was actually reserved (there was no sign indicating this) and that we would have to wait for another table, turned his back on us and asked for other guests, that arrived after us, to take their seats.
It was very impolite, to a point that the other guests were clearly in discomfort about the situation, even though it was not their fault.
My 5yo kept asking me why he couldn't have his meal there since he was hungry after taking the tour in the castle.
Total lack of respect for the customer, I would never expect this from a restaurant in such a beautiful location.
