The Art Gate means perfection in many ways.
From the amazing welcoming to the room, everything was perfect.
Staff is amazing, extremely polite and with a maximum attention for details.
The art gallery is a must and the staff will explain you everything about the artists and the exhibitions.
The bedroom is amazing. Probably the best that I’ve ever spend the night. Big divisions and super comfortable furniture.
The bathroom is a peace of heaven and the breakfast is served in the room. We chose the time and select from a range of options what to eat. Simply delicious.
Located in the city center, so perfect location for any type of visit. We had dinner in Oficio, a restaurant in the same street and I strongly recommend it.
From now on, every time that I go to Lisbon for sure that I will stay in The Art Gate.

Não o faças. Só não gastes o teu dinheiro aqui. O serviço ao cliente é uma piada. Não consegues que ninguém atenda o telefone ou responda a chamadas. É 100% verdade, assim que eles tiverem o teu dinheiro, acabam contigo. Se você fizer uma compra com eles, é melhor esperar que não tenha problemas. Eles não vão resolvê-los.
Que experiência maravilhosa que tivemos com Debbi e Rhiannon com a compra do nosso fogão a gás. Muito amigável, profissional, gentil e prestativo. Tivemos que devolver o original, devido à diferença de potência. O Rhiannon foi muito além do dever de fazer as coisas certas. A gerência estava pronta e prestativa. Todos os funcionários que encontrámos também foram úteis. Muito obrigado. Susie Hicks.
George foi muito profissional e trabalhou em torno de sua agenda ocupada para poder ainda hoje nos ajudar no último minuto. Obrigado pelo seu serviço rápido e educado!
