Today I caught the bus to go to work and I sat down it was ok. but when I got up to get off the bus I noticed that my pants were wet I noticed that the ceiling of the bus was dripping water from the rain from the morning. people pay good money to use the bus to go wherever they need to go. We deserve better buses and the drivers deserve them too..

Last friday (22nd of May) I've been waiting with my 4y old daughter for over 70 minutes for the bus 167 that was supposed to bring us from Estr. Vale de Mourelos to Costa de Caparica, but it didn't show up at all! It was 30 degrees hot and according to schedule there should have been at least 3 buses during that time. I understand that we have a pandemic, but come on: all the shops and beaches are already open and you can at least send ONE bus per hour. That would be a start!!! Very bad service.

I get to cacilhas at 9.45 to get the 10 am bus to fonte da telha. No way to get a ticket but at the tram station (the only thing open open on sunday) they tell me it's possible to get a ticket on the bus. I wait 45 MINUTES for the bus just for the driver to tell me they don't give out tickets on the bus. One of the worst transport services I've ever experienced, I sincerely hope you all go bankrupt.
