Professional service. We rented an house for 3 months. The house was perfect as in the description, the service was professional and the communication with the stuffs was really clear and fast. I really raccomand it.

its all nice and well until you have a complaint! we had not been informed about construction work right behind our beds from 7 am onward (2 meters from our bed). When we told this on the spot, we did not receive any reaction. When we emailed later on that we did not feel heard, we got a annoyed email, and nothing close to an apology. When emailed again with the responses to questions they asked after our first email we never heard from them again.. I would not recommend booking with homing. I've never been so disappointed when booking an apartment; horrible customer service.

We were going to do a tour on the last day in Lisbon, dropping our cases at the office. The person arriving to open up forgot the keys so we’re still waiting outside 15 minutes later and have missed the tour...

Cheap rabbit warren at extotionate prices. Pokey and definitely super-overpriced. Uncomfortable sofa bed and unable to sit on toilet without doing the splits. Avoid!

Empresa amadora e despreparada para atender os clientes. Ficamos sabendo no dia do check-in dos apartamentos que o mesmo não estava disponível. Nos deram a "opção" de nos transferir para outro apartamento que era menor e mais barato para nossa família. Quando entramos no apartamento fomos surpreendidos pela má qualidade e o cheiro de mofo do lugar.
Tudo isto indica a falta de empatia com os clientes e staff incompetente.
Parabéns pelo empenho em conseguir estragar toda nossa viagem (não foi necessário muito esforço pelo jeito).

I will give them Zero star if i could. We stayed in the apartment between 20-23 of Feb, on the 26 th we received an email from Airbusbnb resolution centre saying homing is saying we have burnt the duvet, which is news to us. I wrote and called to say that we did not use light or matches but they are not interested in listening, insisted going through airbnb and get us to pay 50 euro. which is completely unacceptable, the cleaner didn't notice the duvet was burnt before and only noticed it now. I requested them to contact the previous guests since they said the duvet is only one month old, it can't be many people have stayed. also checkwith cleaner that who has used this duvet from the cupboard before us. unfortunately the person in charge of this is not interested in investigating. so if you are staying at their apartment, be warned, check everything, you never know what is going to happen after you leave.

Entrei hoje na loja no Rato, e falei com uma pessoa que foi indicado para mim como responsável. Não me senti bem atendido. Me senti como se a pessoa que estava a falar comigo me fizesse um favor falar comigo. A pessoa interrompeu a nossa conversa várias vezes para falar com outras pessoas. Perguntei sobre aconselhamento fiscal (é mencionado no foletim da Homing), mas obtive uma resposta que não me disse nada. Mesma coisa quando perguntei sobre ajuda para pôr o apartamento em condicões (também é mencionado no foletim do Homing): não senti vontade de aconselhar-me ou de se mostrar prestativo, mas bem pelo contrário. Se o primeiro contato já corre tão mal, não vejo como os servicos da Homing podem ser melhores.

4 étage sans ascenseur pour mes grands parents de 78 ans :/

nous avons ete tres mal accueilli par l'agence homing, aucune indication pour se rendre a l'appartement qui etait sois disant a côté, nous avons du marcher 30 minutes avec tous nos bagages. Arrivé à l'appartement nous avons constaté qu'il était tres sal. Ma fille a due dormir dans le canapé lit qui etait très sale, il y avait des miettes partout et une odeur insupportable. Dans la nuit et au petit matin nous avons vu plusieurs cafards dans la cuisine, la vaisselle et la salle de bain, mon mari a d'ailleurs pris une douche avec un cafard... Le seul point positif pouvait etre la terrasse mais non, elle etait dégoûtante mouchoirs usagés par terre, mégots de cigarettes, odeur des égouts et de la friture du restaurant d'à côté, il y avait aussi une fuite du voisin du dessus qui nous obligeait a nous placer a un endroit précis de la terrasse. Et pour finir l'appartement est au centre de Lisbonne mais si vous comptez dormir oubliez !!! il y a du bruit toute la nuit !!!!

CHARMING INTENDENTE LISBONNE : Tu appelles quand tu arrives à LIsbonne :Il faut aller chercher les clefs dans un autre quartier et lorsque vous ne connaissez pas la ville c est un peu la galère. N arrivez surtout pas de nuit .
Pas de verres dans les placards :2 verres à vin et des mugs pour boire un verre d eau ou un jus de fruit ...pas trop pratique.
La TV ne fonctionnait pas ils ont mis 2 jours pour la changer. Sinon le lit n était pas fait.... pas de drap dans l appart.........
Je les ai appelé et 2 jeunes gens sont venus faire le lit . Problème : Je suis rentrée au bout de 4 nuits couverte de piqûres de puces !
Voilà sinon c est bien situé mais c est tout .

If I could give them zero stars I would. So many bad experiences with this place. I don't even know where to start? My wife booked a package deal with Expedia. This was one of the options on there. They probably have multiple rentals but the one we stayed at is located on Rua Cais De Alfandea Velha 41 Lisbon 1300-598 Portugal. Once we got there about 9 am we were told that we could leave our luggages at the place. But when we got there no body was there to meet us? We knew that check in was at 3 pm, but we're told ok to leave luggages. We called them and they said that we were mis informed, and for us to drop off our luggages at their office. Which was not even close by. After all the chat somebody rode their scooter to the place an hour later. Joanne met us there and let us in. She did not even apologize for the wait and was more concerned on the cleaning fee and another fee for a something else. She asked us to pay her 43 Euros Cash. We were too tired to argue from the 14+ hour flight from LA. As soon as we got it my daughter sat down on the main bed and it collapsed on her. It was one of those cheap IKEA beds with moving base board. Could not even find the bathroom and asked Joanne where the bathroom was at before she left. She said it was by the entrance. I kid you not it was a "Harry Potter" size closet door and the bathroom was inside! I had to see and could not even stand straight. I had to tilt my head to my shoulder just to pee and had to do this the entire trip. Either that or pee sitting down. The following day noticed that there was a couple of ants it the dining area. Thought nothing of it at first but by the second day it got worse! I called them and told them about the issue. They told me that they had something for the ants and for me to use it on the ants. Tried to look for it under the sink and nothing found. The Third day, ants were in the main bedroom and on the bed. Messaged them and told them that it was getting worse, by this time also there were Nats that started appearing in the bathroom. I told them that my profession is in the pest control industry back home and that I should not have to deal with pest on my holiday. Mind you on a daily basis the bed would also collapse on different occasions, while we were dealing with this and issue. I went ahead and kicked in my knowledge regarding ants. It turns out that they have a major trailing infestation exterior of the building. Not only our building but the other two next door! I told this to them via messenger and they said that they would contact me the following day but never did. I had to kill ants in our room with my flip flops the entire time there. It was horrible. Not only that, there is no AC and they only had one portable fan which we just kept in our daughters smaller room. My wife and I just left our windows open to let the cool breeze in. We needed to wash dishes as well. We called them to inform and they sent a somebody over with a used sponge that was cut in half and smelled. How tacky is that? Speaking of smell. The washing machine smelled like mold, the hallway leading to our main door was filthy and reeked of urine. It was or pretty bad. This was also the case outside of the building as well. They only gave us 2 sets of bath towels and had to call them for a 3rd towel. We had to wash the towels in the moldy smelling washing machine with no dryer. Had to hang dry them as well as our clothes. We also had to throw away our trash our selves down the local dumpster. My family travel out of the country almost on a yearly basis and have stayed in a ton of Air B&B's and by far the worst ever. Even though we had an excellent time in Lisbon. This experience with this place is the worst out of our trip. I have attached a photo of one and on my arm while I was in bed that kept collapsing. I would never recommend this place to my family and friends. Heck! I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy. That's how bad it was for us.

Lo mejor sin duda la localización, muy céntrica.Sin embargo tiene varias cosas negativas.
Primero de todo nos hicieron llamarles para concretar la recogida de llaves y nos dijeron que vendrían al apartamento a dárnoslas, pero al llegar a Lisboa nos dijeron que teníamos que ir a las oficinas. Al llegar allí,no tenían nuestras llaves y nos hicieron ir al apartamento a recogerlas ... un gasto de tiempo y de dinero en transporte. La información de que es un 4º piso sin ascensor debería ser más clara ya que está bastante escondida...Además la cocina es compartida, cosa que no se menciona. Por último para el precio que tiene, deberían mejorar algunos aspectos: la tele no funcionaba, algunas luces no funcionaban, una cortina estaba rota, además de que no tapan suficientemente la luz, y el ventilador en pleno Agosto es insuficiente...

Esta empresa son unos estafadores. Alquilamos un apartamento para pasar las vacaciones y, para empezar, no se correspondía con las imágenes. El piso estaba muy muy muy sucio. El colchón y las sábanas tenían manchas de sangre y orina, entre otras cosas. Faltaban tablas en el somier (3 en concreto) por lo que se hundía el colchón. Había suciedad por todas partes, insectos varios y en concreto, había hasta cucarachas. El menaje de hogar era totalmente inutilizable. No había nada para poder limpiar, así que tuvimos que empezar por comprar de todo y dedicarnos a hacer una limpieza. Un lujo de vacaciones vaya...
Ahora llevo días solicitando la factura. Cuando al final me han enviado una, no coincide con el pago. Nos cobraron unas tasas de limpieza que tampoco aparecen registradas.
Y no contestan a los correos.
Esta empresa es una estafa.

Nous avons été plutot bien accueillis par l'agence homing . Par contre brève et vague indication pour se rendre a l'appartement.Nous avons marché une demi heure pour s'y rendre en poussant nos valises. Arrivés à l'appartement nous avons constaté qu'il était au 4 ème étage sans ascenseur. Ce n'était pas indiqué dans le descriptif. Nous avons subi l'odeur nauséabonde de refoulement de la salle d'eau toute la semaine.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans un des hébergements homing au 4ème étage sans ascenseur, obligé de traverser une boutique pour savoir qu’au fond une porte accède au escalier d’un immeuble pour atteindre notre hébergement mais encore faut t’il le savoir en arrivant. Pas pratique d’aller chercher les clés à un autre endroit que celui où nous pose le taxi. Il serait bien de prévoir quelqu’un à l’arrivé pour éviter une perte de temps surtout quand on ne connaît pas. Pour l’hébergement en arrivant pas le lit fait dans une des chambres pas de chauffage mais des petits chauffages d’appoints qui font disjoncter le compteur électrique quand on les allumes ! L’autre chambre un avec un velux n’a pas de rideau du coup réveillé par le jour la première heure ! Et pour finir une cuisine partagée avec d’autres appartements pas spécifier lors de la réservation. Donc déçu de cette location seule point positif une vue directe sur l’ascenseur de Santa Justa et très bien placé

El apartamento tuvo mejores tiempos.Le falta mantenimiento general y tiene humedades. La primera sorpresa fue que es un bloque sin ascensor .Escalera muy empinada con escalones muy altos y estrechos. Nuestro apartamento en la última planta no tenía luz en la escalera. Los interruptores de las luces del salón está fuera del apartamento, en el descansillo¿?. En el baño había una toalla apulgarada y sucia y los azulejos de la bañera llenos de moho negro. El techo del baño tiene una gran pompa de humedad. El frigorífico estaba sucio y olía mal. Tampoco había mandos para la tv y para la tdt.
Tuvimos una muy mala primera impresión .Además estábamos rendidos de cansancio porque como no te dan las llaves hasta la 15h y hay que ir a la oficina de homing a recogerlas, estas todo el dia andando por la ciudad luego vuelves a la oficina y luego a buscar el apartamento que no estaba muy cerca que digamos.
Lo positivo es que llamamos,tuvimos que insistir y finalmente vinieron unas personas muy amables y encantadoras a limpiar , poner las bombillas nuevas y a traer los mandos de la tv y tdt.
La cama muy comoda y puedes disfrutar de netflix cuando llegas agotado.

L'appartement que nous avons loué durant 5 jours dans le quartier Alcantara à Lisbonne aurait pu être agréable si la douche avait été étanche (inondation assurée après chaque douche), si l'équipement de la cuisine avait été plus complet (que 2 petites cuillères, pas de grille-pain, pas de cafetière, pas de torchon), si la lampe de chevet avait eu une ampoule, si nous avions pu avoir au moins 2 serviettes de bain, s'il n'y avait pas eu de moisissures dans la salle de bain et les mauvaises odeurs, si on nous avait prévenu qu'il fallait retirer les clés à 4 km, si la table de salon avait eu ses 4 pieds, si l'évier avait eu un robinet complet et fonctionnel (il est à changer !) ...

Nos ha encantado haber reservado con Homing, el apartamento cumplió ampliamente nuestras expectativas, su ubicación inmejorable, era practico y tenia todos los elementos para una estadía cómoda.
La única pega es que cuando fuimos a pagar no les servía el terminal para punto de venta, por lo que tuvimos que pagar todo en efectivo lo que nos resulto un poco engorroso, por lo demás todo genial. Seguramente volveremos a reservar con Homing.

Please pay attention: the total price that you can see on booking.com is not correct. We found out when arrived at the location that have to pay extra 2 eur/ night/ person, city tax. We've travelled very often in all Europe and everywhere this tax been included in the total booking.com price, as they say in the booking confirmation. The hotel staff try to explain and excuse themselves, but we've paid 56 euro extra. Maybe it is a misunderstanding between them and booking.com, the bitter taste remains.

HOMING HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I travel in Europe a couple of times a year for business and pleasure and our stay in Lisbon by Homing was, hands down, the worst place I have ever stayed. Our "villa" was awful, dirty, and had minimal furnishings with the beds being hard as a rock. First off, the lack of heating during the winter was unacceptable. They provided space heaters for each bedroom and that was it. However, we had all 4 space heaters plugged in at night and it kept tripping the electrical breaker, as it was too much for it to run. My husband and I had to unplug our heater so that the rest of our family could try and stay somewhat warm during the night. The light in one of the bathroom did not work, but just flickered every now and then. The downstairs bathroom was dirty and had mold growing in it, along with a random shoe that someone had left. I'm not sure how they expected someone to use the bidet in the downstairs bathroom, as the hot water heater came down on top of the bidet. After being on the phone with their emergency number two different times in the middle of the night because the electricity kept cutting off, I told them we would be at their office first thing the next morning. After speaking with Francisco and going over all of the issues with our villa, he said he would speak with his boss and find us somewhere else to stay and would call me in a couple of hours. Four hours passed and no one from Homing called me, so I called them. They informed me that they had nowhere to put us and that we would need to find our own accommodations for the remainder of our trip (4 nights). Francisco stated he would wait on Orbitz to contact him and that they would refund our money. We were just notified from Orbitz that Homing denied the request for refund, although they stated to me that they would refund the money since the accommodations were so terrible. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH HOMING if you want to have an enjoyable stay.

En plus d’être nul à la location, vous êtes incapable de prendre vos responsabilités.
Ça fait 15 jours que je demande un dédommagement financier suite aux nuits passées chez vous avec ma femme et notre bébé de 13 mois mais vous fuyez Booking et mes questions restent sans réponses et donc sans compensations.
Vous êtes des minables de la location et ne pensez qu’a faire de l’argent.

If you want your vacation horror story: book through Homing. Made a booking for Christmas vacation for 4 adults and a baby - 120 m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms. 24 hours before the trip they cancelled our booking and replaced it with 60 m2, 2 bedroom apartment on two levels (mind the baby!), for the same price! The flat was amazing but not intended to be used as 3 bedroom apartment as Homing sold it to us - my brother sleeping on a sitting couch in a living room. Yes, they sold us "living room" as a 3rd bedroom, convincing us that a person can sleep on it (it wasn't even a pull out sofa, and there wasn't even a top-mattress to make it at least a bit comfortable). We called multiple times, never managed to get the same person to speak twice - always different agents, requesting to repeat everything from the beginning. No one ever apologized or offered refund or compensation. In the apartment they prepared 2 sets of towels (for 2 adults and not 4), and when we called for the 4th time to remind them to bring the remaining towels one of the employees said - yes, you need to raise your voice otherwise we forget to do it! SERIOUSLY???? Worst agency ever! Absolutely unprofessional, unreliable and disrespectful.

Nous avions réservé 3 nuits avec ma femme et notre bébé de 13 mois.
On nous a donner un autre apparemment en dernière minute soit disant mieux que celui que l’on avait réservé avec un lit bébé.... grosse déception de cet appartement pas du tout conforme en ressemblance (moderne) à l’initial et en plus sans lit bébé, on demandé à changer.
On nous a redonné un autre appartement 30 min plus tard plus conforme (moderne) à l’initial mais sans chauffage, sans frigo, sans lit bébé, sans poubelle et un volet roulant qui ne fermé pas dans la chambre. Avec le carton et les plastiques sur les grilles du four et de la hotte....
2 dames sont venues faire le ménage en 10 min devant nous !!!!!!!
Après avoir demandé un chauffage, un frigo et un lit bébé (cassé) et l’ayant obtenu en 2h de temps, on ne pouvait pas brancher le tout en faisant la cuisine car cela faisait sauter le disjoncteur !!!!!
Une odeur nauséabonde (égouts)sortant des tuyaux de la salle de bain était insupportable dans cette pièce...
Cet appartement nous a été loué alors qu’il n’était pas du tout prêt à la location !!!!!
Dernier jour (jeudi 02/01/20), le disjoncteur a sauté et impossible de le remettre. J’en ai informé l’agence qui s’occupe de cet appartement dès 10h30 en leur disant que l’on avait un bébé de 13 mois et qui nous fallait absolument du chauffage pour la journée et surtout la nuit.... A 15h30 rien n’avait été fait, il faisait 17,5 degrés dans l’appartement, j’ai envoyé un message à l’agence.
En plus l’appartement était très mal isolé.
Avec insistance de ma part, il décide de nous changer d’appartement donc nous redéménageons encore une fois avec notre bébé de 13 mois pour un autre appartement à 18h !!!!
3 nuits et 2 déménagements avec un appartement pas prêt pour la location. Tout ça avec un bébé de 13 mois donc je vous laisse imaginer le confort pour nous et surtout pour notre petite fille !!!!!
Alors même si une solution a été trouvée à chaque fois car à force d’insistance de ma part pour que les choses bougent, le service n’était pas du tout au rendez vous.
C’est une honte.

Tivemos problemas na comunicação, pois o site com o anúncio, não tinha o telefone para confirmar a reserva, chegamos no local e ficamos perdidas, mas depois de uma hora, localizamos em outra página e conseguimos ter um ótimo atendimento... Apto na Rua Quintinha, Lisboa... ótimo, tinha tudo para deixar Nossa estadia perfeita... Muito bom!

Tive que colocar esta estrelinha para poder fazer a avaliação, de outra maneira minha nota seria ZERO. Nunca fui tão maltratada na minha vida, foi uma experiência traumática, mas é uma história tão inacreditável que não vou entrar em detalhes aqui pois o texto seria imenso, só posso dizer que a empresa, além do mau atendimento, não é nada confiavel.

Comecei por fazer eu a gestão do apartamento para evitar pagar comissões. Com pouco tempo e o stress acumulado com limpezas e check-in/check-out, decidi entregar a gestão à Homing! Fiquei espantado com o resultado porque poupei tempo e paciência ao mesmo tempo que aumentei a rentabilidade do apartamento. RECOMENDO!!!
