Com uma vista expectacular para a Praia de Olhos de Água,1 piscina coberta que estava com temperatura de água a 24' graus o que agradou imenso aos miúdos e ainda uma Paz que foi muito reconfortante para quem precisa de descanso e para terminar funcionários(restaurante e limpeza) muito simpáticos e prestáveis.
Fim de semana a repetir.

Mooi complex met 2 zwembaden en locatie top. Dichtbij de strand en lekkere restaurants. Strand en de kustlijn zijn heel mooi. Het ontbijt is goed en eenvoudig maar alex en lenny maken overal iets mooi van. Alex kan je overal mee helpen en is een gezellige man. Wij zaten in 13a met zeezicht en balkon. Groot appartement met 2 slaapkamers en badkamers. Niet nieuw maar eenvoudig en goed.

Beautiful, spacious apartments in a stunning location! Free WiFi and the covered pool went down great with the kids. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even sent a bottle of wine to our room for my partner's birthday! Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Heerlijke accommodatie. Rustig (niet te grootschalig) Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Vlakbij het strand. We zijn net terug van onze 4de keer in deze accommodatie, het zal zeker niet de laatste keer zijn

De lokatie is top, restaurants, strand en winkels zijn op steenworp afstand. Zoals in andere reviews ook valt te lezen was ook ons appartement aan een flinke renovatie toe het is allemaal een beetje gedateerd en oud maar niet onveilig en zeker niet vies, de appartementen worden goed schoongehouden. De bedden zijn kneiter hard dus houd er rekening mee dat je een paar keer wakker wordt met pijn aan je rug. Ontbijt was goed en personeel is erg vriendelijk. De openingstijden van de receptie was een beetje jammer omdat deze pas om 9:00 open ging stonden wij bij aankomst een uur te wachten met een baby en een koter en na een lange reis is dat wel een tegenvaller. De receptioniste had een ochtendhumeur en gaf ons nauwelijks wat informatie mee dus dat voelde niet als een warm welkom. Onderaan de streep scoren ze hier toch ruim voldoende Do Parque heeft 3 sterren en dat krijgen ze ook van mij. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden ook met kleine kindjes.

Zeer leuk verblijf gehad in dit park appartement wel wat gedateerd en de bedden waren vreselijk personeel spreekt wel goed Nederlands schone zwembaden en een goed restaurant/snackbar en redelijke prijzen.
Winkeltjes /supermarkt en restaurants en strand allemaal op loopafstand.

Im Appartement C41 2 x Schlafzimmer 2 x Bad 1 x Küche 1 x großer Vorraum und ein Wohnzimmer mit großer Terrasse. Bäder schon etwas Älter aber Okay. WLAN ist auch auf den Zimmern. Parkplatz auf der Tür auf der Straße und am Gelände. Massage auf Wunsch möglich. Teilmassage 25 Euro Ganzkörpermassage 45 Euro.

Dirty apartment
Self catering... no dish washing liquid or sponge, mold in fridge, smell of damp
Small soap in bathroom, for two for week nothing else (like shampoo)
Flat needs massive repair/new furniture...because the way it looks, seems that nothing had been done since 1960

Muito satisfeita com a localização com o apartamento e com o staff. Uma vista lindíssima e a poucos passos da praia e dos bares e restaurantes. Foi me oferecido um upgrade de apartamento sem estar à espera,recebi um T2 pelo preço de um T1. O serviço ao cliente é da maior simpatia, desde a recepção ao serviço de quartos. Pet friendly e estacionamento grátis. Recomendo e voltamos outra vez e todas as vezes que ficar nesta localidade escolho esta unidade hoteleira

Excellent location. Close to Intermarche Supermarket and beach. Friendly staff. Quiet and peaceful. Apartment had proper cooker with oven, kettle, toaster, iron and clothes pegs on outside drying frame. Wonderful view from window/balcony which gets sun most of the day.Downside was the snack bar - The meals we tried to order from the basic menu were met with a response of we dont have (salad; cheese and tomato omelette) and seemed to just cope with folk that wanted burger and chips. However as Intermarche was so close by we could manage without the snack bar! Hope to return to these apartments soon.

Bel emplacement facile d’accès avec un parking où nous avons toujours trouvé une place. Belle vue sur la mer depuis notre appartement. L’ensemble est maintenu en bon état et est propre. La piscine est très agréable avec le bistrot à côté tenu par une dame très sympathique. Séjour parfait

Massive, beautifully clean apartments with two fully equipped bathrooms,ours had a large balcony and an almost uninterrupted sea view, on site bar which offered snack and ice creams,two good sized pools one of which is a designated quiet area the complex is virtually connected by a short path to the lovely sandy beach(when the tide is out you can walk for as far as the eye can see) various eateries offering many different culinary styles and experiences and the obligatory gift shops, two minutes drive in the other direction and your on the main road which connects to anywhere you'd like to go and nicely stocked supermarkets... A very relaxing break that was thoroughly enjoyed by all, would recommend to anyone looking for a few days away from the madness of everyday life.

Visited this place now twelve times, and I think that says enough, all very nice appartments, a perfect place to explore the Algarve with all its beautiful towns and villages or just to relax on the beach. In the village there are multiple good restaurants, but its no problem to cook in the apartment too. The swimming pools are good, and it's not a long walk to a supermarket. Summarised: a very good stay

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Pool is covered up, so not too cold to swim in when the weather is cooler. Only 1 tv channel in English to watch. Couldn't fault the staff, they were very helpful.

Pedi para me enviarem um objecto que deixei por esquecimento. Prontifiquei-me a pagar os portes porque era algo que tinha valor sentimental. Enviaram em ctt normal, e nunca a recebi. Dizem que nunca lhes foi devolvida. Isto já aconteceu há 6 meses...

Es un sitio fantástico,para mi...en comparación a otros sitios que e estado en Portugal es genial,apartamentos grandes...vistas inmejorables,la atención es magnifica,volvería sin dudarlo de hecho ya tengo pensado volver...la playa esta cerca...quizás...lo que falla es que la restauración de la zona es...algo...carilla...en otros sitios de Albufeira se come mas económico...pero súper bien en general.

Excelente localização a 5 minutos a pé da praia.
Boas piscinas.
Facilidade de estacionar.
O apartamento que nos calhou, no piso 2, tem uma magnífica vista para o mar de que desfrutámos sobretudo na deliciosa varanda da sala.
Únicos aspetos negativos um dos quartos é interior com janela para a escada e as casas de banho sem janelas e com ventilação deficiente.
Será uma opção séria para um eventual regresso a esta área.

Wij zijn er nu en zijn blij verrast. Ruime appartementen met groot balkon,2 slaapkamers,2 badkamers (3 kamerapp) keuken misschien beetje onhandig omdat het lang en smal is maar grote koelkast, oven, magnetron,broodrooster, we hebben nog niets kunnen ontdekken dat er niet was (ja kaasschaaf misschien ;-) hartelijk ontvangst door Nederlandse. Verschillende restaurantjes op loopafstand. Ook supermarkt vlakbij. Aan de weg boven nog een grotere supermarkt(Supermarche) die echt van alles heeft. Ook bakkertje en overdekte markt ,kapper enz aan dezelfde straat. Mocht je iets vergeten zijn dan is er een Chinese winkel die echt van alles heeft (soort Action) aan de overkant van de weg. wij waren een lader voor de (wat oudere) ipad vergeten , daar hadden ze m. Bij het strand ook leuke restaurantjes , 's avonds vaak live muziek, en gezellige drukte. Rond 21 uur is het topdrukte bij de meeste restaurants. Wij vermaken ons prima en genieten van alles!

Fantastische lokatie. Het appartement is een beetje verouderd, maar dit wordt ruimschoots goedgemaakt door de fantastische ligging, de rust aan het zwembad en de grootte van het appartement

Do Parque is een prachtig complex met fijne zwembaden/terrassen en in juni genoeg bedjes. Het is er erg rustig. De appartementen zijn met alles erop en eraan. Schoonmaak is prima in orde. Bedden zijn wat aan de harde kant. De trap met 120 treden naar het strand is makkelijk te doen vanwege de vele vlakke stukjes in de trap. De boulevard, het strand en de dwarsstraat hebben maar 6 restaurants, 1 bar en 2 winkeltjes. Een Portugees restaurant is er eigenlijk niet, die zul je in het dorp Olhos d'Agua moeten gaan zoeken. Wel 3 Italiaanse restaurants! Dus door straatjes flaneren, zoals in Turkije is er niet bij. Om 11 uur 's-avonds is het al snel een stille boel. 's-Avonds is het aan de frisse kant dus neem een vest of trui mee. Voor de boodschappen moet je de straat voor Do Parque uitlopen en dan einde straat rechtsaf en dan zie je het supermarktje op 200 meter liggen. Do Parque is prachtig!

Wanneer het te warm is aan het strand dan is het heerlijk aan het zwembad in het park en geeft de wind een aangename verkoeling.

Overall an amazing stay.
Yes, apartments are slightly old and need extra things in kitchen such as washing up liquid, salt, cooking oil etc as they all, in my opinion, are 'necessities'. And bathroom has only one bar of soap. So you need to bring/buy shampoo etc. But, location! Location overweighs them all. Great view from all balconies, close to all amenities, restaurants, Reception helpful and will help you to book tours.. To wake up with the sound of waves and to drink your morning coffee with a view of peaceful beach, 5*!

Gisteren aangekomen, kamer was meteen klaar. Nr 11a, met 2 slpkmrs en 2 badkamers, zeezicht, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bedden vallen erg tegen, voelt de spiralen erdoorheen, ik heb het ligmatje van het ligbed buiten gepakt. Lekkere zwembaden waarvan 1 nog overdekt. Strandpad is niets voor oudere mensen, verder prima te doen.
Snackbar ook super, tosti(€2.50) broodjes, salade(€4,50), pizza(€8), kan allemaal. Drank is goedkoop, Radler (1,50), sangria 1/2 liter ( 4,50) grote pul (2,50) stadje is 1 straat zover we gezien hebben met restaurants en winkels. Tot nu toe prima, maar we hebben dan ook super weer!

This was our second visit to Apartments Do Parque and we were again impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the great location and amazing view.A perfect position on Olhos DAgua beach within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants.

Comfortable, clean, spacious, 1 bed apartment with kitchen, bathroom, lounge. Linen provided. You will need your own washing up liquid, soap etc. Do not forget to take your room key when you go out or you will lock yourself out (but night staff obliging). Helpful service throughout. Reception has shelves full of books to borrow no charge - best ever seen. Also limited beach toys to borrow.No WIFi coverage in our room -needed to go to reception area. Nearby access to beach - and we had superb weather at end of October, lovely sand, warm sea - perfect!

This hotel is a keeper. The location looking over the beach is superb. The rooms are large, airy and bright. The hotel is very clean and maintained perfectly. It is 114 stairsteps and a very short walk (approx. 100 meter) to the beach and the cafes and restaurants there. It is a 5 minute walk to the towns main street and the grocery store and cafes there. This hotel is a keeper for us and we will return.

il periodo è stato confortevole; appartamenti dotati di piscina, di cui una coperta e semi-riscaldata; posizione molto bella con semi-vista sul mare. Camere grandi, con area condizionata; dotazione cucina appena suffciente. Pulizia non sempre impeccabile (cambio delle salviette ogni 3/4 giorni). vicinanze con centri di vita notturni e possibilità di raggiungere la spiaggia in 1 minuto a piedi. nessuna connessione a internet (nè tantomeno wireless) e obbligo di spostarsi di alcuni km per la navigazione via internet.

l'appartamento che ci è stato riservato era sito proprio sopra la zona piscina. essendo inverno non era utilizzata e quindi non c'era il probabile caos e relativo rumore che ci potrebbe essere d'estate. l'interno era spazioso ma piuttosto sporco ed anche le pulizie lasciavano a desiderare. la biancheria viene cambiata solo un paio di volte alla settimana. la cucina era scarsamente fornita. abbiamo prenotato questa struttura perchè dotata di riscaldamento. già dal primo giorno non funzionava e ci era stato promesso che sarebbe stato riparato. in 14 giorni nessuno si è presentato per aggiustarlo! ci hanno consegnato dei caloriferi elettrici. per fortuna il periodo è stato caldo e non abbiamo avuto freddo. nota positiva la bella vista mare e la posizione rispetto alla spiaggia di olhos de agua. 2minuti a piedi scendendo una scalinata. oltre a ciò è presente una piscina riscaldata con una struttura che la ricopre e quindi può essere utilizzata anche in inverno.
