유럽여행을 하다 밥과 따뜻한 국물이 먹고 싶다면 이 곳을 추천합니다. 예약 테이블이 많아서 예약하시고 가는 게 안전합니다. 계산하고 나올때 물을 3유로나 받아서 허걱했지만 분위기도 좋고 맛있어서 좋은 평점 남깁니다.

Trendy decor and scene. Good food. A bit too inventive on some of the 'unique' sushi.
'Unique' ice cream flavour when we visited was Ginjinha (sour cherry liquer), candied ginger and wasabi! So good! Best ice cream flavour combination of all time. Hope they have it when you go.

This place is absolutely fabulous. The quality of the fish is up to Tokyo standards and the special creations make the “Unique sushi lab” live up to it’s name. Don’t miss out on the Chef’s special cinnamon smoked salmon maki and all the other delicacies! The cocktails accompany this special meal perfectly and rest assured that the staff will surprise you with their professionalism, warmth and joy!

Personal super. Essen sehr lecker. Leider zu teuer. 9 Euro für einen alkoholfreien Cocktail (0,33 l), und damit man satt wird sollte man auch mindestens 20 Euro, eher schon 30 für das Essen einplanen.

Geweldig!! De bediening was top, kwam zich voorstellen en meerderemalen vragen hoe ons eten was en hoe onze cocktails (aanrader!) smaakten. Ook werd er bij elk gerecht de tijd genomen om het uit te leggen. De sushis waren bijzonder en mooi geserveerd. Als vegetarier kan je een apart menu nemen die ze zelfs kunnen aanpassen naar vegan! Heel lekker! Toen ik vroeg of het mogelijk was om nog wat vega sushi’s los te bestellen (dit staat namelijk niet op de kaart) heeft de chef ter plekke iets gemaakt. Als vegetarier is dit sushi restaurant echt een goede keuze!

Not just great sushi, but an overall great experience. The mixologist creates the perfect cocktail for your meal. The servers are friendly and truly care about your satisfaction . The music is awesome. After dinner I checked out their Spotify list. It’s a very reasonable price for a dinner you won’t forget. We discovered them at the end of our trip and went back the next night. It’s a beautiful small restaurant and you should make a reservation. Dinner starts at eight.

Espaço é muito agradável com jardim vertical, alguma luz natural, bar visível assim como a cozinha. A qualidade da comida no geral é boa, o peixe é fresco, apesar de apanhar sempre o polvo como pastilha elástica. Também acho estranho cada vez que lá vou o peixe do dia ser salmão com tanto peixe fresco que temos na nossa costa. O serviço não é espectacular e se há coisa que me desagrada e acontece em vários restaurantes de sushi é colocar três pessoas numa mesa de 2 quando têm metade do restaurante vazio. Percebo que se chegar gente e 3 pessoas estiverem a ocupar uma mesa de 4 é tramado mas acho um desrespeito enorme pelo cliente que tem em prol daquele que não tem. Quando formos número ímpar não voltarei a sugerir almoçar ou jantar nestes restaurantes que me tratam assim

Auf jeden Fall einen Tisch reservieren, wir hatten Glück, dass wir nur 15 Min. warten mussten ohne Reservation.
Die Qualität des Essens war perfekt, auch die Desserts (Mochi) sind sehr zu emfpehlen.
Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und professionell.

La comida muy correcta. Pedimos para compartir algo se sushi, además la camarera nos recomendó el plato del día que resultó ser muy muy parecido al que ya habíamos pedido, cosa que no entendimos. De segundo cada uno pedimos un plato y bastante bueno, los wasabi ball un descubrimiento.

Super expérience gustative avec des produits frais et qualitatifs. Nous avons opté pour les plateaux mixant différents sushis, sashimis et autres recettes japonaises. Cela permet de goûter à la plupart des préparations sans payer très cher. À la carte, les pièces sont d'un prix équivalent à un restaurant japonais en France. La décoration du restaurant ainsi que l'espèce entre chaque table permet une expérience plus intime que dans d'autres restaurants aux tables pratiquement toutes collées les unes entre elles.
A refaire si nous revenons à Lisbonne !

Großartig! Ich gehe oft Sushi essen und versuche immer neue Restaurants. Dieses hat meine Erwartungen total übertroffen. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, top Service. 1A Fischqualität, wunderschönes Sushi. Definitiv was fürs Auge. Es hat alles hervorragend geschmeckt. Es gab vor dem Sushi für 2 Personen, zwei warme Starter. Die Shiitake Pilze waren ein Traum! Hier gibt es wirklich gar nichts zu kritisieren. Könnte ich 6 Sterne geben, würde ich das tun.

Wir haben das Sushi Menü für Zwei bestellt. Das Essen war genial. Vorne weg gab es gleich 2 Starter. Die Shitake Pilze waren die Besten, die ich je gegessen habe. Das Sushi konnte da im Hauptgang aber locker mithalten. Fischqualität top. Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Insgesamt alles sehr gut.

Bella esperienza. Locale piccolo, ma molto carino. Situato in una viuzza secondaria che forse un po' lo penalizza. Un sushi un po' diverso da quello a cui sono abituata in Italia con sapori anche più marcati, che non mi è per niente dispiaciuto. Bella presentazione dei piatti. Meglio prenotare. La cucina chiude prima delle 23.30. Lo consiglio.

A experiência começa pelo ambiente. O espaço tem uma tamanho ideal (não é cheio de mesas, fica-se à vontade, sem ninguém ao lado a ouvir suas conversas), a decoração está muito bem conseguida (adorei a exposição dos tijolos originais do local). Para completar, há um bar, onde se pode pedir uma data de cocktails originais. A comida, é deliciosa (e diferente). É um sushi de fusão, mas que foge àquilo que normalmente há em outros restaurantes japoneses. Na minha visita, optei por uma sequência que incluiu o Ceviche Lab, o Poke de Salmão, o mix de salmão apimentado, atum com molho kikuchi (a finalização com a gema de cordonis é sensacional) e gunkans. O staff é super simpático e atencioso. Recomendo e espero repetir a experiência muitas mais vezes.

Excelent quality. Staff will send you out if you arrive 5 minutes before they open. On the other side, they opened with a 5 minute delay. This is improvable.

First of all, my rating bases on the relatively high expectation for sushi and it was not met in this Sushi Lab.
Negative: fish bone found in salmon sush, never seen it before. Nigiri rice was not properly: too hard pressed together, a bit sour, indicating not freshly made but preformed and let standing for too long. Gyoza was overcooked with complete blackening on both sides.
Positive: tuna, salmon was of great quality. mochi was good.
Conclusion: This restaurant might be top for lisbon, but on international scale its quite average.

I think our standard for sushi is a lot higher than what Lisbon has to offer. We’ve tried a few sushi places here already. All have been disappointing considering the price. Sub par, better then the rest we’ve tried here. Hoping it would be better from all the positive reviews. Our tartar was made incorrectly but instead of remaking it, they gave us a bottle of udon/ramen seasoning. I’m not much for complaining, I’m in the industry. I try and move on. Won’t be back.

Really great value with friendly and fast service. The fish quality was good but the rice was bit to cold, chewy and not very flavorful. I would definitely go back in the future. For 20€ I got a Tokyo platter which had 22 pieces of mix sushi with a good selection of fish. It included a 6 piece sashimi which was really fresh, 8 piece salmon roll with plenty of protein, 2 pieces each tuna, shrimp and octopus sushi and 2 salmon tartar spirals. If the sushi rice had been better this would be a five star review.

Doses muito pequenas para os preços praticados. O menu apresenta nomes sofisticados e apetecíveis, criando expectativas que depois não se concretizam, quando são apenas versões de shushi corrente que se encontra em restaurantes muito mais acessíveis. Idêntico para as sobremesas: um creme brûlée de chá verde, não passa de um leite creme vulgar que se encontra ao virar de cada esquina em Lisboa. Uma grande desilusão!

Good sushi at great value for a lunch menu. For about 16€ you'll have a good starter (chose the Chicken Gyosa), one out of 4 or 5 main dish options (chose the 14 pieces hot menu). The menu was good but very repetitive. Only one type of fish, salmon, and only two types of sushi pieces. The menu also includes a drink (wine glass) and coffee, which was decent and great value for Lisbon. Recommendation: a bit more variety will take you to next level.

Friendly staff, nice place and atmosphere. Found this place through several websites claiming it to be on of the best. To be honest, the food is okay. Definitely not one of the best sushi restaurants. Ramen not authentic, teriyaki chicken very dry because they made it from chicken fillets (chefs would know this doesn’t work) and sushi 5/10. It wasn’t bad and had a great time, but to be awarded with one of the best I’m not sure.

Great sushirestaurant, assessed as second-best in Europe! Still you can get a complete lunch (first course, second course, drink and coffee. For example gyosas, 22 pieces of sushi and sashimi, wine, coffee) for EUR 16! You will not get better sushi at that price anywhere!

Отличное место в Лиссабоне! Расположено на тихой улочке. Очень быстрая подача блюд. Доброжелательно настроенный персонал. Все готовят при тебе. Рыба свежайшая. Очень вкусное японское пиво. Был несколько раз. Администратор начал узнавать со второго раза и получил в подарок блюдо от шефа. Очень рекомендую посетить это место в Лиссабоне несмотря на нетипичную португальцам еду. Название соответвует качеству!

Very cosy restaurant but very pricy for this kind of menu and food.
We saw TOP 50 EUROPEAN SUSHI, that is why we had dining there. BUT Don't be wrong, this restaurant is NOT TOP 50 definetly.
Food was OK, service at the front desk is awful especially from the girl behind the screen. I mean if you do not want to work, let the work be done by someone passionate or at least professional.
For a +80euros restaurant for 2 persons, I was expecting much better from you guys. Even from the kitchen or service.
I can not say that food was not good but guys, top50 means a lot and I was disapointed.

Sublime experience
This restaurant has been highly recommended by a friend and I came with my family as like to try Japanese food in different countries. And I can safely say this has been the best Japanese fusion food I've ever tasted with an outstanding selection of drinks, staff is extremely thoughtful and the place offers great atmosphere with modern design, comfortable and excellent ambient music selection. Master Chef Johnny Goncalves and his crew delivers an exquisite out-of-the-box world class food experience living it up to it's name. This is a must go in Lisbon!

내가 상상하던 맛은 아님.

Ik heb wel meer dan 75 keer sushi gegeten in mijn leven (33 jaar) maar dit is toch echt het beste wat ik ooit heb geproefd en heb beleefd. Wat een beleving en wat een smaakexplosie! Enorm smaakvol, echt een aanrader. Buiten dat, is het personeel professioneel en buitengewoon vriendelijk en dienstbaar. Complimenten! The sushi is amazing. Probably the best restaurant I've been to in Lisbon. I would recommend the Magic Lab sushi creation.

We came here after booking through The Fork. The location is small but nice and peaceful, service was great as well as the food. A positive note: everyone spoke near perfect English. I truly recommend this place!

Excellente adresse à Lisbonne. La déco est très belle, les cocktails délicieux et les plats sont délicieux. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Un restaurant de sushi a Lisbonne...
Bon si vous avez envie de faire l'impasse sur les spécialités portugaises les de votre séjour faire un détour par unique sushis lab, vous ne le regretterez pas les sushis sont excellents et le chez teste de nouvelles saveurs en permanence.
Un super restaurant de sushis incontournable a Lisbonne !
Pensez a réserver le restaurant n'est pas très grand et souvent complet !

Overrated place with ordinary food. If you like sushi and ramen it's a wrong place for you. I used to live in Tokyo and believe me , I know how it should be on flavor.

Les meilleurs sushis que nous avons mangé !! Belle présentation des produits et le poisson est très frais. Les cocktails étaient aussi très bons et le personnel est sympathique : un des serveurs parle même en français.

The sushi is nice but nothing special. We were expecting unique flavours and something more adventurous but this failed to deliver that experience.

Um dos melhores Sushi de fusão que já comi! Muito saboroso, com excelente qualidade, nota-se que tudo é fresco e confecionado na hora. O preço acho justo dada a qualidade (pagamos cerca de 60 euros para 2 pessoas no menu de 56 peças com bebida e café).
Passou a ser um dos meus favoritos e irei voltar sem qualquer dúvida!

Restaurant japonais fusion, les Sushi sashimis son très bon. Par contre je déconseil les crevettes et légumes tempura cuisson pas du tout maîtrisé et choix de légumes pas adapter. Jolie cadre moderne et tout neuf.

Ambiente maravilhoso, jantar entre amigos... não deixem de pedir o wasabi ball, nhoque delicioso de batata doce com wasabi. Além disso o sushi tem uma perfeita combinação com os coquetéis da casa.

Fue nuestra última cena de nuestra escapada a Lisboa,y aunque venia avalado por la opiniones que habíamos leído,y sin duda colmó nuestras expectativas.Ambiente muy agradable,local estupendamente decorado,nunca piensas que en esa calle sin salida puedes encontrar este restaurante.
Nos recibieron ,luego el chef vino a saludarnos,y nos dejamos aconsejar.La experiencia es para vivirla,,superior,aconsejo a el que le guste este tipo de comida,que no lo lo deje pasar,no se van a arrepentir.Precios un poco más alto que la media de Lisboa,pero se merece pagarlo,-Pues tampoco es tanto-

Sushi selection is just delicious with fantastic fish quality and freshness. Great range of drinks too. Super friendly staff in a beautiful cozy space making you feel very welcome. When in Lisbon, Unique is on my top list of places to go back. Highly recommended.
