Terrible service, lying staff. I got a present from my parents and i did not fit the polo, so i asked if i could return the item while my parents was here and the people working there was smilingly telling me that i had 30 days to return the polo, with either the money back or to another item. when i then come there 2 days ago they will only give me the money back if i had the credit card of my mom which is in Denmark now, and there was nothing i wanted to switch with in the store, the people working in the store treated me like i shouldn’t exist on the planet earth. Typically Portugal to make strange rules, and super bad costumer service everywhere, what a shame for this beautiful city the attitude of its people.

Terrible customer services, customers get ignored, sales assistance is very rude. Springfield fashion is very good shame there is people it poor customer services representing the brand!
