Mia Safie: Terribly unimpressed with the customer services here; I had asked for the best internet plan for someone who was only staying in the country for 3 months, one of the staff advised I take the rolling contract (which could be cancelled at any time) which was 30GB a month for €20. First disappointment was that it depleted within 4 days. So I returned and one of the staff was kind enough to advise me to get the unlimited internet for €30 without any need for a contract. So I returned almost 20 days later to cancel the contract to which I apparently had to speak to the NÓS sales reps and I was meant to tell them why I don’t want the contract anymore. I explained to the staff in store that I can’t speak Portuguese, they said it’s fine, all I need to do is ask for someone that speaks English and it will be okay. 3 separate calls later and not one of their telephone staff could speak a word of English and one of them actually raised their voice at me which I found to be extremely unprofessional. So, frustrated and angry I left and went to the NÓS at Alegro Mall in Montijo and the staff there were incredible. They were able to cancel the contract for me in minutes and I didn’t need to speak to anyone on the telephone either. The staff at Alegro mall were so pleasant and professional. I would definitely refer anyone with a NÓS problem to go to Alegro Mall and sort out whatever issue they’re having.

Entrei com a minha filha de 2 anos a reboque para comprar lâmpadas fluorescentes, sobre as quais não sei nada. Tirei uma foto do que precisava e, num minuto depois de estar em frente às lâmpadas, apareceu um funcionário simpático e ajudou-me a escolher a correcta. No registo, a minha filha de 2 anos espiou os doces e foi buscar alguns... A mulher da registradora (para a qual não houve espera) a distraiu deixando que ela ajudasse a tocar os bulbos. Empregados simpáticos e simpáticos!

Muito boa experiência! Os funcionários foram extremamente úteis! Banheiros limpos! Sempre um + no meu livro! Ótimos preços para pequenos projetos! Encontramos exatamente o que estávamos procurando. O funcionário da secção de jardim, teve uma atitude absolutamente fabulosa! Você precisa mais dele! O meu marido queria que eu desse 10 estrelas.

Estive lá dentro várias vezes e sempre me afastei feliz. A loja é muito limpa e há um orgulho evidente de propriedade. Os caras são educados e profissionais, e eu os vi lendo muito bem vários clientes e dando-lhes os conselhos que eles precisavam no nível em que eles precisavam. Os ARs da marca Triton são um valor excepcional. Grande loja, boas pessoas, Merica!
