Mia Safie: Terribly unimpressed with the customer services here; I had asked for the best internet plan for someone who was only staying in the country for 3 months, one of the staff advised I take the rolling contract (which could be cancelled at any time) which was 30GB a month for €20. First disappointment was that it depleted within 4 days. So I returned and one of the staff was kind enough to advise me to get the unlimited internet for €30 without any need for a contract. So I returned almost 20 days later to cancel the contract to which I apparently had to speak to the NÓS sales reps and I was meant to tell them why I don’t want the contract anymore. I explained to the staff in store that I can’t speak Portuguese, they said it’s fine, all I need to do is ask for someone that speaks English and it will be okay. 3 separate calls later and not one of their telephone staff could speak a word of English and one of them actually raised their voice at me which I found to be extremely unprofessional. So, frustrated and angry I left and went to the NÓS at Alegro Mall in Montijo and the staff there were incredible. They were able to cancel the contract for me in minutes and I didn’t need to speak to anyone on the telephone either. The staff at Alegro mall were so pleasant and professional. I would definitely refer anyone with a NÓS problem to go to Alegro Mall and sort out whatever issue they’re having.

Muito gerenciamento na cama nesta época de Natal . Eles só tinham uma fila aberta com 10 ppl à espera do check-out . E 3 ppl incluindo o gerente estava no balcão de atendimento ao cliente falando e rindo e no telefone . Eu tinha apenas 1 coisa para verificar e manger rudemente me disse que ela só pode levar um cliente se eu tiver um retorno e quando eu lhe perguntei por que você não pode abrir outro balcão ela disse que não queria . Então rota e não-profissional.

Tivemos que vir de Canyon para Amarillo depois das 17h em um domingo à noite porque nossa máquina de lavar roupa quebrou sem aviso prévio! Ficamos muito gratos por encontrar a American Freight aberta. Sherri nos ajudou a encontrar exatamente o que precisávamos, nos colocou com uma garantia, nossa nova máquina de lavar embrulhada, e fomos carregados e voltamos para casa logo após as 18:00 horas!!! Nossa nova máquina de lavar é muito legal e está em perfeito estado!!! Esta foi uma das mais fáceis e rápidas compras de aparelhos grandes que eu já fiz!!! Nós definitivamente voltaremos no futuro para mais compras de aparelhos grandes!!!! Se eu pudesse dar mais de 5 estrelas eu daria!!! A Sherri foi absolutamente fantástica!!! Os homens no armazém foram muito simpáticos e prestativos, pois carregaram a nossa máquina de lavar na nossa carrinha.
