Mia Safie: Terribly unimpressed with the customer services here; I had asked for the best internet plan for someone who was only staying in the country for 3 months, one of the staff advised I take the rolling contract (which could be cancelled at any time) which was 30GB a month for €20. First disappointment was that it depleted within 4 days. So I returned and one of the staff was kind enough to advise me to get the unlimited internet for €30 without any need for a contract. So I returned almost 20 days later to cancel the contract to which I apparently had to speak to the NÓS sales reps and I was meant to tell them why I don’t want the contract anymore. I explained to the staff in store that I can’t speak Portuguese, they said it’s fine, all I need to do is ask for someone that speaks English and it will be okay. 3 separate calls later and not one of their telephone staff could speak a word of English and one of them actually raised their voice at me which I found to be extremely unprofessional. So, frustrated and angry I left and went to the NÓS at Alegro Mall in Montijo and the staff there were incredible. They were able to cancel the contract for me in minutes and I didn’t need to speak to anyone on the telephone either. The staff at Alegro mall were so pleasant and professional. I would definitely refer anyone with a NÓS problem to go to Alegro Mall and sort out whatever issue they’re having.

Todos foram simpáticos e prestativos. Estávamos lá por alguns itens diferentes e os funcionários com quem falamos eram muito conhecedores. A única reclamação que tenho é que não me foi oferecida uma garantia sobre nenhum dos produtos eletrônicos que compramos e 1 foi um presente dado hoje! Por isso, ou terei de o aceitar de volta ou dar-lhe-ei o recibo para voltar e receber a garantia.

Que experiência e um tesouro este lugar é. Levei a minha mulher e os meus filhos para aqui porque o nosso velho forno a gás precisava de um ventilador de substituição, o acionado por cinto tinha quase morrido e eu pensei que os tinha visto aqui antes. Eu tirei uma foto da placa do motor elétrico e combinei o melhor que pude em um soprador de acionamento direto estilo mais novo, usado por apenas 40 dólares. Os meus filhos, claro, estavam interessados nos brinquedos que pareciam excedentes de alguma coisa ou outra e a senhora, que parecia ser talvez uma dona ou gerente, era suficientemente gentil para dar a cada um dos meus filhos um bom camião de despejo de brinquedos. Eles ficaram animados por dias depois e significa muito para mim como pai que alguém seria gentil o suficiente para fazer um pequeno gesto como esse pelos meus filhos ao invés de ficar chateado por haver crianças pequenas tocando em toda a mercadoria.
