Awful place; dirty, double booked. We had to move on and find alternative accommodation because one of our apartmentments already had occupants who refused to move, and Portugal Ways did nothing to help us.

Would not recommend. Although good location, matress had signs of bed bugs. Kitchen was advertised as self catering, but didnt have plates. Would spend a little more for a different place to feel comfortable and clean.

This particular flat was clean and spacious. Location was, however, not the best. Wi-fi seems available but they dont bother to let you know the password to connect despite several attempts to get in touch. Overall a good stay but customer service could be much better.

To be honest the apartment very clean and nice bed, I was amazed of the quality of the property, the only thing I would recommend from the owner is to improve the Wi-Fi quality there because it was really bad and I had to purchase my own internet to do my work.Otherwise I really recommend you to book this place. Well done good management.

The apartment was a about 2 km away from the action, which I knew when booking. However, we expected a few more comforts - there were 3 very thin towels provided for showers, no kitchen towels, hand towels or bath mat. There was no washing machine, which is more often than not provided. We were offered a clean and fresh towels after the 3rd night so that helped, but we didnt know to expect it. We really werent prepared for a drip coffee maker. Espresso is what we drink and we didnt expect to downgrade in Europe. A simple stove top espresso pot would have been ample. The neighborhood was loud at times and there were many arguments. At times the wifi was weak. Pillows old and need replacement. The couch is covered but old and saggy. I cant imagine getting a new one up those stairs! The apartment was fairly spacious, with a dining table and living room area and we had at least 3 windows with Juliette balconies. There is a partial view of the April 24th and Christ monument as well as the water. Well, not my favorite place but not awful either.

Lappartement que nous avons eu se situe au rez de chaussée de la Calçada Castello Picao, ce qui ne nous avait pas été précisé. Il ne correspondait pas non plus aux photos qui apparaissaient sur le site.La rue très typique se situe dans un quartier très agréable et elle est très animée, les gens y vivent et… y parlent beaucoup le jour et jusque tard dans la nuit. Ce qui peut être dérangeant vu que lon est obligé de laisser porte et fenêtres ouvertes selon la chaleur. Lappartement est spacieux mais pas lumineux et mériterait un petit coup de neuf, une déco plus cosy… histoire de ressembler aux photos que le site diffuse. Côté propreté rien à redire, un bon point aux serviettes de toilette qui ont été changées dans la semaine alors que le site ne le précise pas. Le personnel passe dans la journée sans avertir.Côté communication, vérifiez bien que le site vous a envoyé le code daccès 2-3 jours avant le départ. Le nôtre nous avait bien été envoyé mais nétait pas le bon… Léquipe est très réactive par mail, par téléphone aussi mais il faut parfois ressayer plusieurs fois avant que quelquun décroche. Si cétait à refaire ? Dans le même quartier oui, mais pas dans le même appartement.

Location is ok. I checked in at 6pm but the room not cleaned yet. I keep calling till they pick up and I have to wait for cleaning. The whole building are belong to this company so there are many guests walking around the whole night and the wall so thin that you can hear the sound surrounded the whole night. Towels were not provided so I have to call again asking for towels.

Ich habe für eine Freundin und mich das Economy Apartment gebucht. Bereits vor dem Check-In gab es Schwierigkeiten, da der angegebene Code nicht für die Tür, dafür für die Tür an einer anderen Hausnummer funktionierte. Als wir in das Apartment hineingingen, fiel uns direkt der sehr muffige Geruch auf, der bereits nach einigen Minuten ein Kratzen im Hals verursachte. Nach einer kleinen Inspektion stellten wir Schimmel im Schlafzimmer, im Bad und in der Küche fest. Es war allgemein nicht sehr sauber, alle elektronischen Geräte funktionierten. Die Fenster und die Tür waren annähernd ebenerdig, sodass man die Fenster auch nachts nicht offen lassen konnte. Nach mehrfachen Telefonaten mit Expedia und dem Besitzer des Apartments konnten wir dieses dann einen Tag später wechseln. Die neue Wohnung war um einiges besser. Die Apartments sind in einem Einheimischen-Viertel gelegen und es wurde nachts auch ein wenig lauter. Jedoch ziemlich gut gelegen, man konnte zu Fuß oder mit Bahn/Bus ins Stadtzentrum fahren. Trotzdessen würde ich dieses Apartment nie wieder buchen.

La location è in pessime condizioni, anche igieniche.
L'entrata da già l'idea di ciò che ti aspetta.
Ho occupato l'interno 22, che, non molto spazioso con una "cameretta" da letto, senza finestre e che nessun sito si preoccupa - ovviamente - di indicare. Le foto pubblicate sono create ad arte.
Siamo stati dal 20 al 27 agosto e ogni notte è stata un incubo. Irrespirabile e umida.
Pavimento in legno datato almeno trent'anni, muri sporchi, una cucina scarsamente attrezzata e un divano letto che, solo a guardarlo, ti infetta.
Per non dire delle pulizie.
La posizione in cui è ubicato l'immobile è abbastanza lontana dal centro (quasi 1,5 Km), quindi si devono utilizzare i mezzi pubblici, distanti circa 15 minuti a piedi (la metro) mentre l'autobus è a 5 muniti .
La gente del quartiere è abbastanza cordiale.
Consiglio vivamente di munirsi di adeguati disinfettanti prima di salire a bordo.
Il tutto viene, però, ripagato dalla città di Lisbona, meravigliosa, un pò antica, ma caratteristica.
Non ritornerei in questa location.

Los fotos que se anuncian en los web de expedia nada tienen que ver con la realidad. El llegar y no encontrarme con las estancias que esperaba supuso un chasco para mis vacaciones, ya que era incapaz de estar en el apartamento que carecian de ventilación, y donde se respiraba humedad y mal olor.Ni a mi peor enemigo recomendaría el portugal ways lisbon city.

The apartment building is up a steep hill, and a noisy bar is just across the laneway. Check in can be difficult if there is a problem with the pre-sent access code. Management does not answer phone calls, despite giving a contact phone number. The actual apartment was comfortable. The first afternon some Russian guests drank for hours, wandering in and out of the building, leaving the security door propped open. By evening they were shouting and arguing, then the police arrived and forcibly removed one of them. The arguing then continued in the laneway outside. I tried to contact management by phone and online to question safety and security but they did not respond. I didnt feel safe there and although it was reasonably priced I would not recommend it as a good place to stay

Appartamento con ottimi spazzi non di nuova costruzione ma con tutto quello che serve adatto a chi vuol visitare Lisbona ma anche luoghi circostanti c è qualche tratto di salita da effettuare la stazione metro e buss più collegamenti mare sono vicini anche il servizio taxi zona abbastanza sicura

I liked all the windows that gave a bright airy feel to the apartment. The last two blocks up the hill were a challenge at the end of the day, but those very hills are why one goes to Lisbon - you can’t have it both way. I loved the place.

Séjour sympa. Appartement correct, très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, très réactif au mails.Éventuellement changer les photos de l'annonce qui ne correspondent pas exactement à l'appartement que nous avions, mais sans doute à un des autres à côtes. Tout de même identique à quelque détails près mais c'est important je pense de montrer les bonnes photos...Bon séjour dans s l'ensemble dans une grande ville très dynamique mais agréable avec du charme parfois et de beau quartier...

Квартира уютная. В 10 минутах ходьбы от метро. Нуждается в небольшом косметическом ремонте. Есть утюг, полотенца, посуда. Работает микроволновка и плитка для приготовления еды. По вечерам немного шумно. Так как местные любят зависать и болтать громко под окнами. На случай холодов имеется обогреватель.

Negativa: Para empezar, la zona donde se encuentra no es nada buena y por la noche tengo q reconocer que me sentí bastante insegura. Fue muy desagradable abrir la puerta y descubrir que no tenía nada q ver con lo q reflejan las fotos. El apartamento es tremendamente oscuro, ya q la única ventana q tiene da a la calle y si la abres todo el mundo te ve (no hay una triste cortina). La decoración no podía ser más ausente, tanto que de aburrido pasaba a triste. Se ve muy antiguo y algo descuidado. Pero lo peor sin duda fue que había un olor muy desagradable proviniente tanto de la cocina como del baño. No lo recomiendo para nada.

LE FOTO NON CORRISPONDONO ASSOLUTAMENTE ALLA CASA!!!!!!!. La stanza da letto non ha finestra, l umidità era così alta che bagnava le lenzuola. Dopo una giornata fuori l unico modo per fare uscire la condensa e la muffa era aprire la porta di casa che dava direttamente sulla strada. La zona è ben collegata al centro ma il quartiere non è raccomandabile con diversi rumori notturni. esperienza orribile

Хозяин жилья должен был заранее выслать код открытия двери, однако код я не получил по почте. В день прибытия случайно столкнулся у входа в квартиру с русскоязычным работниками, работающими в соседних апартаментах того же хозяина. Они по доброте душевной позвонили хозяина и выяснили код. Иначе пришлось бы только приехав в незнакомый город, стоя под дождем у закрытой двери звонить по телефону агентства и выяснять код. Код доступа в интернет я так и не получил.

Positiv: Super Lage (15 min ins Barrio Alto), unkomplizierter Zugang.. Negativ: WLAN (ein geschlossenes WLAN existierte) hatten wir nicht. Zumindest haben wir keinen Code gesehen. Es lag kein Zettel/Infobogen aus und in den EMails haben wir dazu nichts gefunden. Da wir sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, war das jedoch nicht schlimm.

Leider sah die Unterkunft etwas anders aus als auf den Bildern. Wir wählten dieses Appartement, weil die Bilder einen Blick über die Stadt versprachen. Wir blickten hingegen auf eine enge Gasse, in der pünktlich um Mitternacht die Müllabfuhr vorbei kam. Das Warme Wasser reichte gerade für eine Person. Die Zweite musste kalt duschen. Dennoch reicht dieses Appartement als Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Man kommt ja eh nur zum schlafen hin. Das Bett war gemütlich und wurde sogar am 3. Tag neu bezogen.

Positivo: Facilidade no check in, cozinha bem equipada, apartamento espaçoso. Confortável. . Negativo: Muita dificuldade em arranjar estacionamento. Todos os estacionamentos na zona são pagos e com um máximo de 4h de permanência. O check out estava agendado para as 11h e uma hora antes um funcionário que não fala nada em português já estava a bater à porta para nos mandar sair. Apartamento com muita humidade a precisar de manutenção e com fraco isolamento sonoro. Wireless havia mas com sinal muito fraco. Recipiente do sabonete líquido completamente vazio. Banhos de água quente têm de ser a correr.

Positivo: Quarto agradavel e mesa de jantar tambem.
Boa iluminação.. Negativo: Porta de entrada estragada. A porta da entrada não fechava completamente, deixava uma breja,sentimo-nos menos seguros.
Casa de banho mal organizada como tbm a cozinha.
Para entrar na wc temos de passar pela cozinha.
O fogão só era só uma bica eletrica ... enfim e tinha poucos utensílios de cozinha nem condimentos.
O sofá estava estragado e desmontava-se todo... ah, o comando da tv não funcionava.
Precisa de muitas remodelações.

Positief: Fijne rustige locatie met leuke kleine restaurants in de buurt.. Negatief: Hygiëne had beter gekund en de douche was zeer matig. Was maar één kookpit aanwezig waardoor lekker koken haast onmogelijk is. Campingbedje was niet voorzien van een matras dus zeker niet comfortabel voor onze kleine. Had ook graag gezien dat wij onze koffers ergens konden droppen i.v.m. Inchecken pas om 14:00uur en wij al om 09:00uur in Lissabon aankwamen.

Positive: I thought this property was great value for money! Set in a perfect location, lovely view and just so cosy! Loved the sitting/ dining area space, it was so spacious and bright as the sun would shine through the doors.
Our bedroom was lovely, and the kitchen is intimate, but just big enough for two.
Overall, a lovely apartment and I enjoyed calling it my 'little home' for the week. I would definitely stay there again without a doubt!. Negative: An iron would have been great and I really needed a chopping board in the kitchen!

Positive: It was very cosy and close to everything we wanted to see. It was clean and reasonably well equipped. After reading reviews online we were a bit worried that it wouldn't be nice at all but it really exceeded our expectations. . Negative: The bathroom was really small and the shower didn't drain very well and the hot water ran out very quick.

We had no problems with the apartment. The stairs are a hell of a climb if you're on the top floor, but other than that everything was great. Nice and clean, comfortable and lots of light. Lots of restaurants in the area with great food, and right across the street from a shop. If you don't have a car, be prepared for some serious uphill walks!

I didnt stay at the hotel. When I arrived, I couldnt get into the building. I pushed the buttons and finally a maid opened the door but she essentially said go away. When I returned home, I saw that you had sent me the entry codes, but they arrived after I had departed on my trip. I dont have access to my computer from overseas--I dont have an Iphone.I booked into another hotel. In any event, I wasnt inspired by the Portugal Ways location in the city. I never saw the room.

Положительный: Хороший район, много кафе вокруг, до центра минут 20 мешком. Интересные виды из окна.. Негативный: Очень холодно было, зимой не рекомендую ехать, есть обогреватель, но он едва справляется со спальней, если запереть там дверь и самой лежать под одеялом. Вода горячая в душе очень быстро заканчивалась, однажды я осталась с шампунем на голове под струей холодной воды.

Quite cheap, but......
The bedroom was not dark because the "doors" were lying on the floor (photos), so it was difficult to sleep if you need darkness. It was VERY COLD, extremely cold and one old semi-burnt radiator was not enough at all...
Quite noisy at the street, the upper neighbours were very disturbing...
The bath was blocked and water did not go away for a long time.
Just one small window, zero air circulation with a lot of humidity.
Definitely not going back!!

Positief: Het oppervlak van het appartement en het hebben van eigen voorzieningen.
Zit dichtbij/in het centrum en uitgaansgebied (wanneer je hiervan houdt, is dit top).
Openbaar vervoer zit om de hoek, alles dichtbij.. Negatief: Helaas een aantal zaken:
Er zit vrij veel ongedierte in huis met name achter de boiler en tijdens het koken komen beestjes naar beneden. (slechts één kookplaatje aanwezig, niet voor een hele maaltijd handig)
Er hangt met regelmaat een wietlucht in de straat.
De voordeur is slecht beveiligd, er zitten kleine gaatjes in, waardoor dit onveilig aanvoelt.
De douche is slechts beperkt warm, vanwege een kleine (elektrische) boiler, maximaal 6 minuten douchen.
Het is daarnaast erg gehorig, waardoor je je bovenburen hoort lopen en de mensen op straat hoort praten, dit gebeurt ook 's nachts!
Overal is het betaald parkeren, maximaal 4 uur, dus je moet met regelmaat bijgooien. Daarnaast wanneer je kaartje verlopen is, of je hebt per ongeluk niet betaald, dan wordt je auto binnen 1 uur weggesleept en levert dit minimaal €130,- aan kosten op.
De status van het appartement is matig, gaten en kiertjes in de muur en het laminaat is slecht.

Das Apartement liegt in Madrugoa/ Sao Bento, einem gemütlichen Viertel mit netten kleinen Gassen, direkt um die Ecke vom Marionettenmuseum und auch nicht sehr weit von der Estrela. In nächster Nähe sind auch mehrere Supermercados, am nächsten Platz ein typisches Kioskcafe, Pastelerias, aber auch z. B. ein Nepalesisches Restaurant. Auch eine Galerie, sowie ein Secondhandshop sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Von meinem Zimmer aus hatte ich Zur Linken direkten Blick die Gasse hinunter, über die Häuserdächer bis auf den Tejo.Man ist zu Fuß recht schnell an den einschlägigen sehenswerten Platzen und Gegenden. Etwas lästig fand ich die, auf Grund des arg verzogenen Altbau-Holzes, schwergängig zu schließenden Fensterläden. Und ein Tropfen Nähmaschinenöl an den Metallteilen könnte sicher nicht schaden.Die Kochgelegenheit ist mit der einen Herdplatte, der Mirkrowelle und der geringen Arbeitsplattenfläche nicht unbedingt für komplizierte Gerichte und für s tägliche Kochen geeignet, sondern eher für Leute, die sich nur ab und zu selber verpflegen wollen.

Appartement conforme à la description, propre et correctement équipé. Pas de fenêtre à la chambre. Aucun accueil personnel, tout se fait par mail. Il est en haut d'une rue à forte pente mais proche du centre ville, du métro et de restaurants

I don't know where you got the photo from but it is absolutely NOT the flat I had to endure!!! The flat is unloved to say the least, although cleaned up (the only thing going for that place of doom) with paint peeling off and marks of mold.I killed 2 cockroaches and plenty more other insects running aroundThe bed was so uncomfortable I barely slept the whole time I endured this flat.The ONLY ONE window was at body heights level on the ground floor, so I could never open up the shutters (so you were in a dark flat ALL THE TIME).The door was flumsy and gave straight to the street which meant:1-you could hear everything in the street (traffic, neighbours shouting at each other, passing pedestrians...on top of the people staying upstairs)2-I completely felt UNSAFE that I ended up blocking the door with a chairFinally when arriving, there was nobody to check you in (fine because you are told so) but I was stuck in the street as the code didn't want to work. Emailed the company and called but NO answer. I was stuck there for 30min until someone who leaves in the street helped out.Hated hated hated the place!!!You should remove this accommodation from this listing until the landlord gets his game sorted!

Nice experience overall, nice location (although there was construction on the road leading to the place), no need for keys, nice rooms and views, got a very local feel. Had some problems with bathroom door handle (unusable), the shower head barely can be held by the handle. Climbing up the stairs with our luggages was a hassle since our room was on the top floor

El apartamento si se puede llamar asi... es cerdisimo.suelo sucio, sofa pa tirar era blanco pero ahora parece marrón, la puerta de entrada tiene una rendija ke puede entrar la mano de un niño, no abajo sino en el marco!las sabanas con pelos..... estamos afinafos en la habitacion porque el sofa es para prenderle fuego!!! En las fotos salia una cocina acojonante. Y nos hemos encontrao con un hornillo de enchufar.de 1 servicio. Osea para una cafetera. Este hotel es un timo. Llamamos al telefono de atencion y como es de portugal te cobran un ojo.. y no sabes si te duele mas llamar o el antro donde estas. El water no va. Y se me acabó el agua caliente en dos minutos. Me he duchado con agua fria. No vengais aquiii!!!!!!! Os arrepentireis!!! Nos han cobrado 370 euros .jajajaja suelo sucio mesa sucia.. butaca con manchones sospechosos... en fin me voy a dormir a la playa. NO VENGAIS. Las fotos son un engaño. No corresponden a donde entras. Ahhh y cuando entras hay unas escaleras que parecen el everest de lo empinadas que estan.pensé ke era una pared de madera.. si lo tengo ke puntuar del 1 al 10 : un menos11

Hotel très bien situé sur lisbonne mais il ne faut pas être au rdc trop bruyant. Le 3 em étage est parfait. appartement meublé propre sauf canapé .de la vaisselle à disposition . De nombreux restaurants pas trop chers sont près de l appartement.

Initially when booking, it seemed that the apartment would be closer to the city centre in a different location (apparently this location is where the larger apartments are).The apartment is in a residential location opposite a bar and hence quite load at night.The main problem however was the electronic locks, they were simple to operate, but also for the drunk local resident that tried repeatedly to break-in. The doors did not fit flush and did not seem to be very substantial. On phoning the company, as I was a lone female, they did not seem to be interested at all.

Lugar bastante céntrico, pero la zona ..... No es lo más adecuado para ir con niños pequeños. La habitación a nivel de calle, con todo el lío de coches, gente por la calle y mucha humedad, cada vez que entras hay que abrir la ventana para ventilar. Por lo demás lo suficientemente limpio

Positive: L'appartamento è comodo e dotato di tutto il necessario, è pulito e posizionato bene per la visita della città (ma chi viaggia in auto deve lasciare l'auto fuori città....).. Negazione: La mail mandata dai gestori dell'appartamento non spiegava che il numero civico era differente rispetto a quello riportato sulle loro comunicazioni. Non è così intuitivo che si tratta dell'appartamento al numero civico in fianco.....La zona è piuttosto disturbata da giovani che sono in giro fino a tardi e dai camioncini che ritirano l'immondizia la mattina presto.

Nice, big apartment. Not everything worked but it was clean and comfy. As said before Wifi doesnt really work. We were located on the second floor, it had a nice view and was quiet at night. The bar mentioned in previous reviews must have been closed, we didnt see any bar close to the building.

Frigo cassé, l'eau dans la salle de bain s'accumule en 30 secondes, les serviettes propres ont des traces noires dessus qui ne s'en vont pas au lavage, lattes du lit cassées. Pour ce prix là, c'est beaucoup trop de confort basique qui manque.

Положительный: Просторные апартаменты, светлые и чистые. Большой телевизор, оборудованная кухня: тостер, электроплитка, столовые принадлежности, холодильник. Удобная кровать. Если спуститься вниз по улице можно зайти в магазин или сходить в одно из множества кафе/ресторанов.. Негативный: На электроплитке ограничение на диаметр посуды. Долго не могли понять в чем проблема и почему она сообщает об ошибке, когда ставим на нее единственную в апартаментах сковородку. Оказалось, что слишком большой диаметр сковороды. Пришлось жарить яичницу в кастрюле.
Район довольно шумный. В первую ночь под окнами долго шумели местные.

ANY time of service or receptionist to help you. The flat is not bad but we was lost. The only number we got was the cleaner number. We did not know where to put the rubbish. No room service available. Bed uncomfortable. This apartment is not suitable for families with young children or disabled people.

Positiv: Die Lage war sehr gut, das Apartment ist mitten drin!. Negativ: Die Sauberkeit des Apartments ist ausbaufähig, das WLAN ist eher nicht benutzbar, die Austattung war ok. Nicht für alle etwas da es sehr laut ist in der Nacht

Dans un quartier très authentique proche de tout, propre et très bon rapport qualité prix. Lappartement est très confortable et dispose de tout. Super pour un long séjours ou juste un weekend.

Very nice and typical area. Nice and large appartment on 2nd floor for 2 persons. Furniture, equipment and decoration are basic. Noisy neighborhood mainly due to a popular local bar across the street. Service is responding and fine.

Pozitív: a lakas tiszta volt es elegge felszerelt, eleg jo helyen is. Negatív: legfobb panaszom hogy szuterenben volt az apartman, nehany lepcsovel az utcaszint alatt, ami nemcsak zajt jelentett de nem tudtuk kinyitni az ablakokat igy sotet volt, s kisse dohos is!

Face à un café dans un quartier populaire, on avait l'impression que les gens étaient dans l'appartement, les voitures et motos y passaient aussi. Canapé lit délabré sans housse. État vétuste des murs, portes, salle de bain avec moisissures, et pour tenir compagnie : des cafards...

Positiu: L'apartament era molt bonic i ben situat.. Negatiu: Mentien a l'anunci: deien que l'apartament era adaptat i no ho era -en tenien que sí. Hi havia unes escales impossibles de pujar amb cotxet. Vam demanar canvi però ens el van denegar.
No hi ha calefacció, només un petit radiador insuficient per tota la casa.

Die Zimmer waren schön und geräumig, aber sehr spärlich eingerichtet (z.B.nur ein Bruchteil einer WC Papier Rolle). Wlan Passswort und Zimmercode sollten per E-Mail gesendet werden, dies passierte aber nicht. Wir mussten leider mehrmals anrufen um alle Daten zu erhalten

Stayed for a weekend and really enjoyed the apartment and location. However my friend who I stayed with had a bad foot that weekend so the location made it abit inpractical in that sense as had to walk down steep roads to get taxi etc. without that slight set back I would say you could access most places like the square, timeout Lisbon , main train/ferry station, shops and pink bar street very easily on foot as long as flats or pay between 4-5 euro in a taxi. Marina was also near by on way out to Belem and was a lovely change to eating out at reasonable prices

Als wir die Bewertungen gelesen haben, waren wir zunächst enttäuscht, aber in Lissabon angekommen waren wir erstaunt wie schön die Wohnung doch ist. Hohe Decken, Holzdielen und schöne Fenster. Kleibigkeiten wie die Aufhängung in der Dusche sollten gefixt werden.

El apartamento se encuentra en un barrio poco turístico donde puedes inmiscuirte en el día a día de los lisboetas. Además está en una zona bien comunicada en la que hay mucha vida y las calles son curiosas y cuidadas, aunque empinadas.

Auf den Bildern ein schönes helles Appartment, was wir bekommen haben ist ein dunkles Loch!!!! Es hatte nur bei der Tür und im Wohnzimmer ein kleines Fenster! Man hatte das Gefühl begraben zu sein wenn man die Fensterläden schloss. Da es im Erdgeschoss war mussten wir abends die Läden schlissen wegen der Privatsphäre. WLAN ging gar nicht, es hiess jeden Tag ist in Bearbeitung! Bei Anruf in die Agentur von Portugalways sehr ahnungsloses Personal. Alles in allem nie wieder!!!

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad entsprach dem Angebot im Internet.Ebenso war kostenloses WLAN und ein Fernseher vorhanden. Es gab in der Umgebung Gaststätten, einen Fleischer, mehrere Bäcker und kleine Läden. Zur Straßenbahn und zur Bushaltestelle war es auch nicht weit.

Very disappointed in the location of our apartment. Noisy neighbourhood with lots of youngsters on the streets. Arranged a transfer from airport which never happened. Room was hot, no AC, which one needed. Bed was awful. Creeping and groaning at the slightest movement. Shower didnt work. So much so, we moved to an hotel after a very uncomfortable one and only night.

Mycket oväsen på gatan. Trasig mikro, kaffekanna, belysning under bänk kök, stopp i avlopp duch. Såg inte skymten av någon personal. Kod till port och dörren kom via e-mail. Udda porslin. Man bör besiktiga lägenheterna mellan varje gäst.

Lage in Mitten der Altstadt, sehr lebhafte Gegend. Erlebenswert. Jedoch sind die Treppen im Eingangbereich sehr steil, man muss also gut zu Fuss sein.

The apartment was fine (the furniture quite dirty though), very cosy, a 15 min walk away from the city center. The neighbourhood is nice, due to the bars nearby its noisy but I didnt care. Taking a shower was an adventure due to the extreme low water pressure but after a few times you get used to that.The last day I asked the staff to leave my bag for a few hours at the reception and they refused. I was asked to leave on time, at 11:00 in the morning.Even though next time Id be happy to stay here again.
