Mia Safie: Terribly unimpressed with the customer services here; I had asked for the best internet plan for someone who was only staying in the country for 3 months, one of the staff advised I take the rolling contract (which could be cancelled at any time) which was 30GB a month for €20. First disappointment was that it depleted within 4 days. So I returned and one of the staff was kind enough to advise me to get the unlimited internet for €30 without any need for a contract. So I returned almost 20 days later to cancel the contract to which I apparently had to speak to the NÓS sales reps and I was meant to tell them why I don’t want the contract anymore. I explained to the staff in store that I can’t speak Portuguese, they said it’s fine, all I need to do is ask for someone that speaks English and it will be okay. 3 separate calls later and not one of their telephone staff could speak a word of English and one of them actually raised their voice at me which I found to be extremely unprofessional. So, frustrated and angry I left and went to the NÓS at Alegro Mall in Montijo and the staff there were incredible. They were able to cancel the contract for me in minutes and I didn’t need to speak to anyone on the telephone either. The staff at Alegro mall were so pleasant and professional. I would definitely refer anyone with a NÓS problem to go to Alegro Mall and sort out whatever issue they’re having.

Tendo uma pick up na linha e um encontro com um esquadrão nerd, tive que explicar porque estava vindo para a loja para 5 funcionários diferentes. Cada interação era um interrogatório completo. Eles me tiravam 30 minutos do meu tempo e eu não podia entrar. O que é que eles estão a fazer? Não se preocupem sequer com este local. Agora tenho de cancelar a minha encomenda e remarcar a reparação do meu top hp, que também foi comprado na Best Buy. Ridículo!

Este é o meu lugar tranquilo para ir e fugir de tudo isso, eu vejo o meu jardim perfeito e todas as coisas que eu gostaria de melhorar em minha casa, então eu só tenho uma nova maçaneta da porta e um pouco de limpador de grelhados e volto para minha casa onde a realidade se instalou e eu ainda tenho o meu jardim menos que desejável etc......nice ti dream tho

Nunca mais vai comprar de vasos. Online disse que a arruela era 399,99 não honraria o preço mesmo que dissesse para pegar naquela loja por aquele preço. Falou com o gerente, o que também não foi útil. Disse que poderíamos trazer a arruela de volta, devolvê-la online e comprá-la de novo. Ele também disse que eles combinam os preços, mas não podem combinar os preços online. Eu comprei todos os meus aparelhos lá no passado e nunca tive um problema. O So nunca mais vai comprar os deles novamente.
