A central hotel a little away from the areas of Lisbon that attract tourists. While served by the metro the nearest station is large and finding the correct exit is very hard. The rooms are comfortable and well fitted though there were problems with the hair-drier. Breakfast is good but there is no other food available in the hotel. However, the staff were able to not only recommend a superb traditional Portuguese restaurant nearby, but also provide with that recommendation a free drink of port at the restaurant. A good hotel provided there is a willingness to take time to travel into the centre.

Not really better. The breakfast for 8,50€ is a bad joke.
There are better hotels around in that area. For a price of 100 €/night I expect much more. The staff is not very friendly, the room is ok but it smelled bad. It is unusual you have to pay in advance.

Three star hotel NOT Four Star.
Aircon not working .
TV with hardly no sound .
Supply only one bottle of water each . After that you buy your own. No tea or coffee making in room.
Breakfast tea no milk : cold bake bean served . hot bacon and scramble eggs .
Staff very helpful and nice. Clean room . Location 30 min walk down hill to baxi area. Tax back 6 euros .

Je laisse très peu d'avis négatif, mais j'ai vraiment était déçu par cet hôtel...
Une chambre mal isolée (on entendait tout ce qu'il se passait dehors), une clim qui ne fonctionnait pas, une baignoire trop petite., les couloirs sont étouffant tellement il fait chaud (5ème étage) et le petit déjeuner n'était pas de qualité pour le prix... Ah oui et 2 pauvres bouteilles d'eau ne sont offertes que le 1er jour à l'hôtel et c'est cela qu'il appelle mini bar !
Les hôtels 4* aux alentours paraissent beaucoup attrayants et agréables.

Anything was perfect. Picoas- and Saldanha- Metro-Station 5 minutes away, two shoppingcenters in front of the hotel, very clean room, and friendly staff. Absolutley recommandable.

This is not a 4 star hotel, you will only be disappointed! DO NOT STAY HERE
I will start with the positives- wifi is good and rooms are clean. That's where it stops.
We arrived to check in for 3 nights and were greeted with what we could only assume was a little bit of confussion and panic as they attempted to find a room for us (we booked through flight centre) there was swearing under their breath as they tried to sort something out. They found us a room on the 1st floor, very small but clean- we figured ok not what we were expecting but sure. The bathroom door/wall is a large piece of frosted glass- this is not fancy this is uncomfortable especially in a room so small- there are certain things you want privacy from . Then the issue's began, had a shower the first night (with the most un appealing shower curtains for a 4 star hotel, when you got out of the shower the entire floor was flooded and with no drain it just pooled. We told downstairs and they came and cleaned it up. Next morning the same thing happened. We went out for the day and on our return for the 2nd night were told 'you have to move' no explanation as to why- was it that the bathroom was beyong fixing or was it that they were moving us into our rightful room.
We moved into the 2nd room- broken bathroom door- told them downstairs and they said its ok its just hanging down from the hinge (so that you cant even close the bathroom door) they said if we wanted to move again the next day we could. The door had obviously been broken for some time as the floor is well worn from its dragging. We quickly found out that not only was the bathroom door broken, the shower head was broken-we had to duct tape it into place, the toilet flusher popped off the wall every time you pushed it and the cupboard door was hanging off as well.
We didn't move for our final night as we didn't know how much worse it would get.
The emergency exit sign on the door glows in the dark- it is so bright it is like a torch on the wall!!
There are several lamps all over the rooms because there is no light over the bed only at the front door.
Bed side switches only one on one side would work.
There is also no mini bar or room service as advertised on their website.

Lo más destacable del hotel es que esta muy bien ubicado cerca de parada de bus y metro que conecta directamente con el aeropuerto,esta en una zona de oficinas y al lado de un centro comercial pero el centro histórico queda algo lejos para ir a pie por lo que hay que hacer trasbordo en metro,la limpieza del hotel muy bien aunque le falta algo de remodelación por lo que yo como máximo le daría un 3 estrellas,las recepcionistas tienen un problema con la sonrisa,hotel para pasar una noche de negocio,mejor coger un hotel más céntrico porque la diferencia de dinero la gastas en metro y el tiempo que se pierde haciendo trasbordos

Muy lejos de zonas de interés . De VIP , sólo su engañoso nombre. Personal desagradable, la ducha funcionaba mal ya que no escurría el agua y llegaba a casi las rodillas. Resrvada más de 1 mes antes y nos dieron camas separadas...al solicitar cambii nos dijeron que no había otra habitación pero de repente lo solucionaron al quejarnos. Mejor no miren la instalación eléctrica detrás del colchón ....no se incendia de casualidad. Sigo?.... 7 canales de televisión, tuve que bajar a buscar yo un adaptador de corriente y dejar 5 euros en consigna siendo casi la medianoche....y les recuerdo que es un 4 estrellas. La única manera de solucionar lo de la ducha fué que intervenga la agencia de turismo porque insistían en que era un tema nuestro no saber los trucos de ña ducha....en fin... si quieren quedar mal con alguien , recomiéndele éste hotel.

Bien situé à Saldanha : beaucoup de commerces et restaurant , liaison facile avec le réseau du métro.Inconvénient pour les voitures car stationnement difficile ou coûteux ( mais cest ainsi dans le centre de Lisbonne)

Pros : Good location . Easy access to central Lisbon with all its attractions . Also close to train station that gets you to Sintra.
Nice staff that were always willing to help.
Cons : This is not 4 . A max 2 .
There is parchet on the floor but they do not have slippers. Very inconvenient when you just got out of the shower . If you don't want to be barefoot you need to bring your own slippers ( or buy new ones from the mall next door) .
The rooms are in very bad shape...even though they try and hide it.
( Our one had cracks in the walls , mould on the bathroom ceiling , a door that you had to push open/closed with all your might , a tv that did not work , no heating , the ac and fridge made really bad noises ) .
The American breakfast was very poor . You basically had scrambled or boiled eggs, bacon and cheese every morning ....and a lot of sweets ... If you are vegan I am so sorry but you will starve .
All in all .. it was not worth the money (100 euro a night ) .

El hotel está en malas condiciones de mantenimiento. No cuelan ni los lavabos ni la bañera en la habitación 108. En la 5° y en la 6° planta se estropeó la calefacción y se pasó frío 2 días. Las puertas de los armarios se han salido de las guías. El personal muy muy amable

Pésima experiencia. Llegué y no tenían anotada mi reserva, me tuvieron 30 min esperando hasta que dieran con ella. Luego, me dan una habitación la cual no funciona la ducha, inaudito. Me tienen que cambiar a otra habitación. Luego, vienen a decirme que no, que la ducha no está averiada, que tiene un “truco” por que alguien ha dañado el manillar (?) y me enseña cómo encenderla. De VIP solo el nombre.

Not entirely sure what is "VIP" or executive about this hotel (I especially don't understand the 4 star designation). Location is fine, service is mediocre, but my largest complaint was with the quality (or lack thereof) of the hotel itself. The hallways are extremely dark, the rooms were filthy, many things needed repair in the rooms, or they just didn't function. In one room, the AC didn't work at all (and with city noise, opening a window was not an option). Parking is not free anywhere around the hotel with the exception of a few spot on a side street.
The only that I liked at this hotel was the location, and the airport car service offered for an additional, but reasonable cost. Otherwise, this place is filthy, and hardly anything close to a higher-end hotel.

This is an ordinary hotel situated in a good place. The reception was unhelpful. The breakfast was OK. The bathroom doors cannot be locked. My young daughter kept entering the bathroom again and again. The views for the room are unimpressive too.

Fraco para 4 estrelas. 2 tomadas penduradas de cada lado da cama. Não tem comando para ar condicionado. Ar condicionado barulhento. Atendimento mediucre ao ponto de uma das vezes encontrar 2 funcionárias as discutirem uma com a outra. Fraco isolamento de som do quarto.

Hôtel très sympa et bien placé, en face il y a une place avec énormément d'endroit pour manger le soir ! Bien placé au niveau des métro et bus et pas très loin de l'aéroport. Les personnes à l'accueil sont très gentilles et le service est correct.

Fantàstica ubicación en el distrito de Saldanha, ideal para ir con coche. Personal muy atento y educado. Habitaciones reformadas salvo la bañera que tiene una cortina de baño detestable. Es el único pero del hotel. Ése y si vas con maleta antes de llegar al ascensor tiene 3 escalones. Del resto maravilloso. Tiene acceso para silla de ruedas, tiene un centro comercial justo en frente.

Très bien situé. Quartier daffaire calme. Très bon petit déjeuner excepté le café qui na de café que le nom.Quelques bémols : rallonge lampe rafistolée, coffre défectueux ( à changer à 2 reprises en 6 jours), tringle à rideau de douche tenant au plafond par un crochet plastique de douche.

Chambre moderne mais petite, climatisation directement sur moi (pas capable de dormir les 2 premiers soirs), déjeuners dispendieux (café 8,50 euros), porte de salle-de bain brisée (enjeu de sécurité), douche-fontaine qui revole partout, panne électrique dans la chambre, personnel unilingue.. malgré la bonne localisation, le personnel serviable, lachat dexcursions sur place !

O hotel não corresponde à categoria 4 estrelas. Quando entrei no apto a roupa de cama não havia sido trocada, tive que pedir. As toalhas de banho são velhas e com aparência encardida, desgastadas. O ponto de localização é excelente, perto de várias conveniências e transportes. Café da manhã (pequeno almoço) não condizente com a categoria 4 estrelas. O serviço de recepção é bom, mas não corresponde à categoria indicada. São prestativos. Mas não voltaria a hospedar-me neste hotel.

There was no air conditioning on the fifth floor, to which we were assigned. After asking about the lack of cooling (on a 92 degree day), the initial response refused to acknowledge that the air conditioning was out, and furthermore, stated that there was no other room available. All we obtained in compensation was a fan, which we had to ask for, and two vouchers for the continental breakfast.

Ho prenotato a giugno 2018 per 3 notti a settembre per due persone (QUINDI TRE MESI IN ANTICIPO). Appena arrivati, la receptionist ci dice che l'albergo è pieno e che quindi, se per noi non era un problema, potevamo soggiornare al 5 piano (senza aria condizionata) . In cambio ci hanno offerto la colazione. Per non parlare del fatto che le signore delle pulizie, finito il loro lavoro, hanno lasciato aperta la porta della stanza e noi ce ne siamo accorti la sera al nostro ritorno. Per il resto albergo pulito e abbastanza centrale.

Im still there, by the way. I extended my stay for four more days. Before coming here, I had to do a lot of things at the last minute and for that reason forgot to bring a few things. The desk people at the hotel were helpful in helping me find places to buy them, ordering a taxi, etc.

The place was ideal and close to a shopping mall. Only about a 30 minute walk to the Arch and downtown. Room was warm and did not have air conditioning. Windows were able to open. Lighting in the hallways was very dark not used to such dim hallways. Check in was easy and staff was great

Удивляюсь тем людям,которые пишут плохие отзывы,можно подумать,что они всю жизнь жили в пентхаусах.Нормальный бюджетный отель за ваши деньги,есть ванная и биде,но нет тапочек,халатов.Очень простая четвёрка,номера чистые,убирают каждый день и меняют полотенца и средства гигиены.Завтраки полноценные, но однообразные,хотелось бы больше овощей и смену блюд,так как есть 8 дней одно и тоже надоедает.Зато отличное расположение, все рядом,3 торговых цента,рынок Меркада и фудкорт напротив ,а также в пешей доступности метро,ElCorteIngles,основная смотровая от памятника МаркизуPombal.Отличное транспортное сообщение,так что простота отеля этим компенсируется.Отличный персонал,всегда поможет,так что смело бронируйте,не пожалеете,если вы хотите познакомиться с Лиссабоном

Great location near major metro station, restaurants, groceries. Nice large bathroom. However, certainly not a 4 star hotel as they claim, due to the following issues:Should be a ramp to roll heavy lugguge up to their elevator. Bedroom was nondescript / without character.Fluctuating shower temperature.Room pass card kept malfunctioning.Air temperature control was overly complicated, could not maintain room comfort.Small TV /Remote need updating.Cable channel package was very limited.

All staff except checkout were great. We told checkout mould in bathroom was told ya. No coffee pot supposed to be 4 star not upto standard. ight staff said all 4 star have coffee in room but not there not willing to pay 8 euros for coffee in morning. Had to pay cash for morning shuddle to airport not licence company but he was good driver.red light flashing all nite in ceiling, signs on door to bright to sleep.

Our stay was overall, very positive. The room was bright, airy and clean. The daily room cleaning was very thorough. The location was great for getting around by metro and buses. And there were convenient supermarkets etc near by for snacks and anything you missed in your packing. Check in was a little slow and bizarrely the hotel had no forks when we ask for one following a take out order after a long day of sight seeing (while they don’t offer room service, they do offer a breakfast [which we didn’t have] so thought this was a bit odd/unhelpful). Overall, we would stay again.

La chambre était correcte et propre. Nous avons pu récupérer la clé dès notre arrivée à 11h (alors que l'heure de chek-in indiquée est 14h), ce qui était très appréciable. Nous aurions apprécié d'avoir au moins une bouilloire et du thé à disposition dans la chambre.L'établissement est relativement proche de l'aéroport (environ 20 minutes en métro), et à 5 minutes de la station de métro la plus proche.

Gostamos muito do atendimento do staff, principalmente de Ágatha, que nos sugeriu um passeio pela noite em Lisboa, com direito a jantar e show de Fado e danças típicas portuguesas, simplesmente maravilhoso e inesquecível (Obrigado Agatha). Café da manhã tipo continental, não espere nenhum buffet de café da manhã estilo hotel de gramado (quem conhece sabe o que eu escrevo). Localização excelente, preço justo. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o chuveiro da casa de banhos, como dizem acá, que não era de boa qualidade.

Sehr guter Empfang und Service im Saldanha gegen Mitternacht. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Klimaanlage in unserem gebuchten Zimmer nicht funktioniert und ein Umzug ins Picoa angeboten. Taxi wurde gerufen und bezahlt. Über das Saldanha kann ich deshalb nicht mehr sagen, aber das vip executive Picoas ist unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer lies leider mehr als zu wünschen übrig!! Da nützt auch die moderne Einrichtung überhaupt nichts. Schmutzige Bettlaken, lange schwarze Haare in der Dusche, im Bett, auf den Böden und ein kleines schwarzes Haar auf der Klobrille. Der Müll im Bad war ebenfalls nicht entfernt. Trotz Beschwerde und anschließender Reinigung des Zimmers dennoch schwarze Haare auf den Böden und schmutzige Bettlaken.
Der Frühstücksraum war sehr schön, Frühstück an sich war ausreichend aber auch hier hätte ich bei „VIP“ und 4 Sternen mehr erwartet.
Vom Hotel aus kann man die Sehenswürdigkeiten gut mit dem Taxi (welches viel günstiger ist als in Deutschland) oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Die Taxistation ist direkt um die Ecke und direkt neben dem Hotel liegt ein Supermarkt. Natürlich war der Aufenthalt in Lissabon wunderschön, aber da mir persönlich die Sauberkeit der Zimmer am wichtigsten ist und diese im Zwecke eines 4 Sterne VIP Hotels überhaupt nicht gegeben war, gibt es leider diese schlechte Bewertung!

Staff is rude. As a regular client although I knew the booking was nonrefundable and I had to check out earlier for personal reasons asked not to be refunded but to change the night one week ahead. Said was impossible as a revenue manager in an hotel i know it’s possible as a deal with decisions like that all the time. The receptionist i spoke on the phone hoping for the hotel to be flexible and reasonable as so rude that actually hang up the phone in my face. Totally unacceptable cliente for a frequent client now imagine for a non frequent client?

A nuestra llegada la ducha no funciona bien. el dia siguiente lo hemos comentado y nos ha cambiado para una habitacion mas grande y con ducha funcional. el hotel est localizado a 3mn del metro picoas. frente hay un centro comercial con una zona de restaurante. la estancia en general ha sido agradable. el unico hic es que por la noche el personal de la recepcion no habla ingles.

Great hotel for price value. Travelling alone I felt safe, hotel is clean, comfortable. I could check in at 10 am, which was great after a long flight. Lots of restaurants, stores and food markets around the hotel. Walking distance to Center. 2 min to Metro. Personal at the reception were nice, polite and very helpful. I would go back anytime.

This hotel has very good and average rooms. I stayed in average at first 209 and then moved to 402. Very good! Highly recommend!!! Breakfast is reasonably priced. Location os great!

Kein 4 Stern Hotel, wir waren vor 4 Jahre im Alif Hotel mit 3 Sterne. Dieses war besser als dieses. Morgenessen war nur mässig, Kaffee war nicht gut, Dafür jeden Morgen frischer Fruchtsalat. Lage ist jedoch Top.

Un peu cher par rapport a la chambre, emplacement intéressant proche du métro et a 25 mn a pied du centre. Un hôtel classique avec un accueil 24h qui peut être utile. Chambre très propres et service agréable. Le bruit de la ventilation un peu trop présent dans notre cas même éteinte.

Gutes Mittelklassehotel. Zimmer ausreichend groß für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ganz gut, 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt, eine Metrostation ist ganz in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war ganz ok. Der Kaffee sehr gut. Es gab verschiedene Säfte, Brot, Brötchen, Kuchen, Stückchen, Cerealien, Joghurt, Schinken und Käse.

Está muy bien, habitación doble muy amplia y baño completo pero poco discreto ya que tiene puerta de cristal. Los desayunos están muy bien, el buffet es completo. Las recepcionistas eran amables, se pueden dejar las maletas en consigna. Está a unos 30 minutos andando del centro, en frente hay un centro comercial con muchos restaurantes. Tiene wifi gratis y funciona bien.

If you're arriving at night on a weekend, do not expect the front desk people to greet you. They will not help unless you demand assistance. It is unfortunate since they pride themselves to be a business Hotel. If such is their brand, then the expectation is of high calibre business clients which will be saddened by reality when you arrive. To get to the elevators are steps so if you have luggage, better be ready to lug some more since they will not help you. Room has flattened pillows so be creative in using towels to create height. They will provide restaurant suggestion if you ask them only to realize they get a cut from those restaurants so be aware. Food was good at where they suggested tho-better feeling for me if I didnt know there was some dealing behind the scenes. How do I know? The restaurant person said so. The Hotel has no services like laundry facilities but they will launder your clothes with a per item cost. Did you see where they put my towels? In the urinal!! If they can't find space in the bathroom because my clothes were hanging hen out the towels on the bed not the urinal. Disgusting! Overall a horrible experience.

O primeiro quarto que me deram, nada funcionava, trocaram por outro.
Os atendentes são bacanas demais, mas o hotel parece que está meio largado pelo dono, devia ser um bom hotel a alguns anos atrás.
Uma pessoa de dentro do Hotel, me disse que coisas não funcionarem não são novidade.
Café da manhã péssimo para um Hotel 4 estrelas.

Limpeza dos quartos não era das melhores , o inspirador de limpeza encontrava-se a porta de entrada para os quartos, canais mao designados, para carragar o telemóvel tive de desligar a luz do candeeiro, só assim consegui ligar o carregador ! Ocorrendo-me uma situação muito desagradável quando ia para tomar um banho e encontro o chuveiro totalmente desgastado , o tubo do chuveiro estava roto , o que fez que ao ligar a agua , a agua saisse por la e assim nao consegui tomar banho , participei ao rececionista do hotel onde me respondeu que podia trocar de quarto para tomar banho caso algu estivesse desponível , e que após terminado poderia regressar ao meu quarto ! Achei ridiculo, passei p fim de semana sem poder tomar um banho que fosse! Ao sair do hotel no dia seguinte , voltei a chamar atenção do rececionista, desta vez pessoalmente , ao qual nao se interessou minimamente, sem um pedido de desculpas , que acho que fica bem em qualquer situação menos agradável ! Assim posso confirmar que por experiência, que foi o pior hotel que estive em lisboa principalmente nao se justificando o preço para estas condições !
As 4 estrelas nao se justificam para a qualidade do hotel.

Es un hotel de cuatro estrellas muy bien ubicado junto a la plaza de Saldanha y frente al centro comercial Atrium. Tiene a menos de cinco minutos dos estaciones de metro Uno de la linea amarilla y otra de la linea roja ( aeropuerto) Pero tiene un gran inconveniente : no tiene personal de mantenimiento. El verano pasado en cinco dias nos tuvieron que cambiar cuatro veces de habitación

was quite nice, views from hotel aren't that great... also the breakfast has almost everything you can ask for.. but no sausages or mushrooms, or hash browns or bake beans... they do have great scrambled eggs and bacon.. even brought out some delicious marble cake amongst other desserts..

Cet hôtel est vraiment charmant, les chambres sont propres, la salle de bain est très propres toute fonctionne, sauf le sèche cheveux, mais bon j'utilise pas de sèche cheveux. La chambre sent bon , la literie est confortable, les draps propres , lieux clame.
Les femmes de ménage font bien leur travail.
Le petit déjeuner est certes copieux mais assez cher pour ce que c'est.
Wifi gratuit dans les chambres.
Le lieux est situé près 2 stations de métro pour rejoindre des quartiers comme chiado , alfama.

Boas instalações, quarto bem decorado, porém quando fui o ar-condicionado não funcionou, o quarto estava muito quente e não foi dado nenhum desconto por conta do problema e a TV poderia ter mais canais disponibilizados.
Good installments, room well decorated, but when I went there the air conditioner didn't work, so the room was extremely hot and they didn't give any kind of discount in reason of the problem and the TV could have more channels available.

Pros: The breakfast buffet is good, very centric location, clean rooms,and great internet (you can stream!). Also they have friendly front desk and it is located across two shopping malls with food courts and ATM service.
Cons: It is a lottery to not get a room that will stink like sewer every afternoon. After staying in it for two days thinking it may be something that will fix itself, I reported it to the front desk. they sent a maid with some air freshener. She confirmed that it is a problem as it is a problem with the hotel's sewer pipes and that they know about but won't resolve. If you room stinks, ask for a new one right away. It won't get better. My friend had the same problem so it is more than two rooms with this issue.
Cons: I have stayed here for almost three weeks (mid April-first week in May). Weather is getting warm but they won't change the building's thermostat from heater to Air Conditioning. The front desk can't do anything either. It is centrally controlled and until "some man decides to come at a time he decides to change it", they will let you sleep in a warm room. Also, no fans will be available to make you feel more comfortable.
I hope they fix these two major problems and then they can be a 4 star hotel.

Only 15mins away from the airport via the bus. Less than a 30mins walk down to the water front. Great location for transport links. Only downside was that not many places around the hotel to eat late at night.

El hotel está en una zona de negocios agradable y tranquila, cerca del metro y a pocas paradas del centro. Las instalaciones son buenas y las habitaciones modernas. El punto negativo se lo doy al personal, bastante seco y poco resolutivo. Hubo un problema con la conexión de WIFI en nuestro tercer día de estancia, no funcionaba, y en recepción no nos dieron solución al problema, y la actitud de la persona que atendía al teléfono era de un pasotismo absoluto. Es una lástima que un hotel tan agradable tenga un personal de recepción que lo desmejore.

Hôtel bien situé par rapport au centre et bien desservi (15 mn de laéroport en métro, lignes de métro et de bus, 20 mn à pied des places centrales). Très propre, récent, bien insonorisé et calme, wifi ok, personnel aimable. A part la vmc qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la salle de bains, nickel. Nous navons pas pris le petit déjeuner (8€): il y a partout à côté des pastelaria où il coûte entre 3 et 5€. Nombreuses cafétérias au niveau -1 au centre commercial juste en face de lhôtel.

Lisbonne a été une excellente surprise. Ville remplie de charme et dhistoire où les activités à faire y sont très nombreuses. Lhôtel était à 20 min à pied du centre ville ou à 2-3 arrêts de metro. Le personnel quant à lui était antipathique, pas du tout souriant ni serviable. La chambre était correcte. Je retournerai sans doute à Lisbonne mais pas dans cet hôtel.

Le personnel est accueillant et très professionnel, la chambre est très calme même si la climatisation peut gêner quelques personnes. Il y a deux stations de métros sur deux lignes donc lhôtel est très accessible.

Staff really helpful. Upgraded my room to a better room just because old one did not have safe. Will especially commend the day staff working while I was there. Right in the city centre and metro was 2 minutes away. Overall definitely recommend and plan on going back myself.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist modern. Leider waren in meinem Zimmer bei Ankunft zu viele Defekte.Major: Die Steuerung der Heizung war defekt, es war zu kalt. Ich habe das gemelder, passiert ist nichts.Minor: Safe defekt, Nachttischlampe defekt.Ausserdem war zu Beginnn keine Fernsteuerung fuer den TV vorhanden.

Located in the mixed commercial/residential neighborhood of Saldanha, this hotel feels largely commercial though its clientele is various. My room was small but quiet and comfortable. Lobby is a bit knocked-around, front desk staff is adequate (unlike WiFi). Saldanha METRO station is convenient bothe from the airport and to the old town. Ill stay here again. BTW: this is a 3-star, not a 4-star facility.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel recht zufrieden und haben dort für 7 Nächte gewohnt. Die Lage ist gut. Metrohaltestelle fast gegenüber vom Hotel, von dort ist man mit einmal Umsteigen in ca 20 Min. mitten in der Innenstadt. Gegenüber vom Hotel befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum wo man morgens gut frühstücken kann und auch bis 23:00 Uhr einfach aber gut und preiswert essen kann. Die Zimmerausstattung war gut, wir konnten in den Betten sehr gut schlafen. Das Personal war freundlich und konnte auch immer Auskunft geben, es fehlte uns einwenig die herzlichkeit und Freude an ihrer Arbeit vorallem das weibliche Personal. Das Hotel ist ein sehr gepflegtes und recht modernes Haus und wir würden es auch immer wieder nehmen und auch weiter empfehlen. Viel Spaß in Lissabon!!

He estado allí durante mis últimas vacaciones en abril del 2013. La verdad que el hotel parecía más grande en las fotos, pero la habitación era espectacular y el servicio de limpieza muy bueno, te cambiaban las toallas todos los días.
Nosotros cogimos sólo alojamiento. Existe una cafetería nada más slair del hotel, en el que puedes desayunar zumo natural, café un croissant mixto por sólo 2€.
El metro está al lado. Puedes bajarte en Saldanhs que comunica directamente con el aeropuerto o en Picoas.
En definitiva, buena calidad-precio.

Neben der Nächtigung bitte kein Service erwarten. Die Bar hat nicht mal Wein für zwei Gläser! Frühstück ok für den Preis - Kaffee unbrauchbar. Wenige hundert Meter bei der U-Bahnstation Saldanha gibt es das Kaffee Versailes (Kaffee und Süßspeisen sind dort fantastisch!!!)

Hat mir sehr gefallen und kann ich weiterempfehlen. Es kann zwar nachts mal die Müllabfuhr vorbeikommen, aber das ist üblich in Lissabon. Ansonsten sehr sauber und das Hotel ist im neuwertigen Zustand.
