It's a very dirty hostel. I stayed 2 months there due to lockdown. At the beginning it was good. But after 1 month when the Portuguese receptionist gone it's become so dirty,toilet bathroom not cleaned in a week, rooms are not cleaned in a month, kitchen is all time damp with water. All time dirty uncleaned dishes are there.So many rats in kitchen & and in room also.one Indian guy he is friend of that Indian reptionist all time screaming.Not enough food in breakfast because the reception and her friends make party with these hostel breakfast. There is no rules or no system. A very big No for this hostel!!

Even though, the room was pretty small, the curtains on the beds helped a lot in creating a sense of privacy.
The kitchen and bathroom were clean. Less emphasis was placed on the garden and the games room.
The reception was warm and customer-centric. I would definitely reccommend this place if you are small and travelling on a budget.

Staff gentil e prestativo, café da manha comum e um ambiente acolhedor. Localização boa.
É uma boa opção para quem quer ficar poucos dias sem pagar muito.

Simplemente me encanta, tranquilo, comodo limpio y buen ambiente. Mi habitacion es la de una sola cama, el espacio no sobra pero vale perfectamente y el baño al lado, la accesibilidad es muy buena, la gente super amable y buena convivencia, personas de diferentes culturas con las que intercambiar gastronomia etc, 100% recomendado

It's clean enough, they offer breakfast (I had to leave before though so I can't say if it's good or not), the main issue for me is that I didn't have a place to plug my charger on my bed. It's a bit tight for me too (I'm 6ft/1.82m) but for the price is good enough.

Os quartos possuem beliches de três camas, muito mal dividido a altura entre as camas da beliche. A cama que o hóspede vai ficar é escolhida por eles, então a pessoa pode ter o azar de ficar na cama de baixo que é extremamente apertada. Eu tive problema de claustrofobia nesse cama e não queriam me deixar mudar de cama mesmo as outras camas estando vazias. Só me deixaram mudar para cama de cima se eu abrisse mão da diária do dia seguinte, porque como eles falaram, eu não podia cada dia dormir em uma cama para não sujar mais de 1 lençol. Com isso, como eu não conseguia dormir na cama de baixo tive que abrir mão da diária do dia seguinte para conseguir dormir a primeira noite na cama de cima. E na minha segunda noite em Lisboa tive que pagar outro Hostel. Com isso NÃO recomendo esse Hostel para ninguém!!!

Gostei da minha estadia nesse lugar, os únicos pontos negativo foi dormir no terceiro leito de uma bicama, que o teto é baixo, me deu um pouco de falta de ar e ter que tomar banho segurando a ducha do banheiro. Tirando esses dois itens tudo certo, hostel bem localizado, limpo e tranquilo.

Хорошее место для того чтобы переночевать или для активных туристов, которым нужна только крыша и уют. Кухня и посуда в вашем распоряжении, включён завтрак в проживание - это плюс. Будьте готовы к тому, что за полотенце надо доплатить 2 €. В целом хорошее место, удобный подъезд общественного транспорта и мелких магазинов

Měli jsme dvoulůžkový pokoj, byl čistý, čisté povlečení, bohužel koupelny a WC s plísní, desinfekce jsem si nevšimla, používali jsme s obavami o zdraví. Příjemné ostatní společné prostory, i když maličké, a dobrá snídaně - ovoce, pečivo, vejce, džem, máslo, káva, mléko, džus. Příjemný personál, velmi hluční hosté - do půl třetí v noci

BED BUGS!
We had two nights booked and on the first night my friend was bitten by a bed bug. She managed to take a photo of the bug before she killed it.
In the morning we showed the pic to a receptionist and he promised to solve the problem. In the evening he confirmed that actions were taken.
Nevertheless on the second night same friend on the same bed was bitten again.
THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!
In addition to bedbugs this place is tiny. My 50l backpack barely made it into the locker.
Beds have 3 levels, u can’t even sit there. And when someone sleeps on the third level all the bed moves around so it’s impossible to sleep.

Amazing hostel! The host did an excellent job and was very polite and informative! Very budget friendly.
If space is a problem for you, I don't recommend. The bathrooms are super tiny and one of the sinks is literally the size of your hand. I didn't mind it at all.
For the most part it was very clean. There's a kitchen for the use of any of the guests. I found myself some pasta in the "free food" bin and was able to gather a few ingredients from the convenience store right across the street. Made some yummy family dinner for a few of the guests to break some ice!
All in all, Super cozy! I would have stayed longer but only had the pleasure to stay 1 night for an overlay. Definitely would return if I ever return to Lisboa!

Staff more than hour late to check in guests with the excuse of waking up late. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned too. General cleaniness not upto standard. Would not visit again.

Triple bunk beds are not stable and move around a lot with 3 people in them so not a good night's sleep. The problem with bedbugs has been fixed and the staff are friendly. The hostel is not spacious but good value for money.

BED BUGS!!! I asked the reception to confirm in the written form ( via email) and asked them in person when I arrived if the problem was solved. They said - yes, it was done twice 3 weeks ago and it’s solved.
After sleeping 1 night - I showed them my arms covered with bites and the said: “ Yes, indeed there are some bed bugs left - but you know, we can not keep the hostel 2 weeks closed to do the proper disinfection!! We had it 1 week closed and it was not good for our income?!”
So they know there are bugs and they still keep hosting without caring for guests!!!
The hostel smells really bad, bathrooms are dirty, very old and extremely small space. They don’t use a blanket covers, but will provide you a sheet on request - which is not hygienic!

Tes bonne auberges, voilà la deuxième fois que j'y séjourne un ans après la première. L'accueil est super, pour ceux qui voyage avec bmx ou skate ils autorisent de le parker dans la coure. c'est quand même plus rassurant !

I had a nice stay and was well received by staff. The top bunk was a little cramped. The only real downsides were a roommate who lay in bed talking on his cell phone until 2 a.m. and another roommate who got up in the middle of the night to close both the window and the interior door, creating a heat and asphyxiation chamber that was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Perhaps some room rules need to be created, such as no phone conversations in the dormitory.On the whole, good value and clean and acceptable lodgings.

The Hostel was infected with BEDBUGS , nobody told us untill it was to late, they knew it. .I habe an strong allergic reaction with dermatitis . Im going to sue the Hostel and Booking for the damages. The Hostel is very small and extrem dirty , thas the true , the positiv review are FALSE

O hostel no geral é simpático e acolhedor. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. Fica localizado à poucos metros do metrô Martin Muniz, e possui uma leve ladeira (chão de pedras). Café da manhã está incluído, porém é modesto. Considero pontos a melhorar a instalação de tomadas nas camas e armários que possam caber uma mala média pelo menos.

He leído 4 comentarios de personas que fueron picadas anteriormente por chinches y a mí me ha pasado lo mismo, tengo picaduras en brazos, piernas ,mano ,hombros , habrán sido los chinches de la cama..eso es un problema que puede pasar en cualquier lugar., pero ¡ hay que hacer algo y desinfectar las habitaciones ! el local es pequeño,el desayuno esta bien , lo mejor su situacion al lado del centro; cerca del metro,tranvias,buses y el staff amable

Nightmare experience. Heavily bitten by bedbugs!!! I saw a bedbug on bed before going to sleep but since it was hot and the window is open, I thought it just a normal insect. But the other morning I found red spots everywhere on my body! I asked my friends and then I was shocked to know it was bedbugs. I had to change to another place, get all my clothes washed and dried, get medicine for the bite, suffer from the itch and be anxious about the risk of bringing any bedbug or its egg to my own place.
I stayed in 1st floor room 2 and then found at least two other complains about the same bedbug problem at this room on Booking and Google Map. But they still welcome new travelers to this place! Do they ever respect their customers’ health? Or they only care about making money?
Besides the severe bedbug problem, the room is narrow and dirty. There are three levels of beds, you can’t even sit. First time in Europe seen this kind of bunk. The whole hostel has a strange unpleasant smell like decayed fruits. The neighborhood is dirty. The free breakfast is a joke. If you have a big suitcase, the locker place will not fit.

Este hostel es horrible y fatal en mi vida
porque cuando estaba en la cama he encontrado 3 chinche. Hospitaleros no quieren devolver fee casi 100euro y no quieren darme ninguna solución. Ademas ellos tardan mucho tiempo para responderme sobre mi correo electronico y llamada
제 인생에 최악의 숙소입니다. 침대에서 베드버그가 세마리나 나왔는데 환불도 안해주고 대체가능침대도 없고 알아서 하라는 식입니다. 숙소소개어플 측에서도 해결이 불가하며, 거의 100유로나 되는 숙박비를 떼먹혔습니다. 메일, 전화에 답변도 안해주고 나몰라라식으로 대처합니다. 추천하지않습니다. 근처에 더 좋은위치에 더 저렴하고 시설도 훨씬좋은 호스텔 많습니다 거기가세요.

Buon ostello, la struttura è abbastanza nuova, le camere sono però molto piccole per 6 persone e c'è pochissimo spazio dove lasciare bagagli e oggetti personali.

hostel difficult to find at first but after few misses found it. young man at front desk very helpful. breakfast great. only problem 3 ladies had to check out middle of night as many sightings of bedbugs in their room. hostel otherwise ok. NEED TO RESOLVE BEDBUG SITUATION

Disgusting place, dirty bathrooms and showers. The room, bedsheets and the whole hostel smelled really bad. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything and at night it’s incredibly noisy due to people hanging out on the inside terrace. We left this place before our booking ended because it was so terrible. They should charge max 10€ per night for this kind of conditions.
The only positive thing is that the staff is friendly.

Hostely jsou naše srdeční záležitost, ale toto okno se pro nás už pomalu uzavírá, protože člověk mezi lidi o tři desítky let mladší prostě moc nepatří. Tento hostel je velice dobře vedený, a pouze maličké pokoje a malé prostory obecně mi brání dát pět hvězdiček. Hostel je na dobrém místě blízko metra, tramvaje a Alfamy. Oba recepční byli naprosto skvělí a přátelští, a rádi nám pomohli. Předem zasílají polopatický návod, jak se do hostelu dostat. Pokoj, který jsme měli, patřil k těm nejmenším "ever", měl "balkónek" na zahrádku s grilem a posezením, ale ostatní hosté byli velice tiší, slušní a v noci nepopíjeli a negrilovali. Postele jsou pohodlné s dobrou matrací. Toalety a sprchy jsou sdílené, čisté stejně jako celý hostel. Snídani si musíte vyrobit z dodaných produktů. Pokud jsme mohli vidět, pokoje pro více osob jsou ještě spartánštější, to bychom asi už nedali. Jedna noc však byla úplně v pohodě, a zvládli bychom i víc.

Fiz a reserva pelo booking. Tinha visualizado boas fotografias do espaço parecia limpo r cuidado. Quando chego ao hostel entro na receção do hotel este não respeitava as regras da DGS por causa da situação do covid estavam 3 pessoas na receção sem mascaras duas a jogar sentadas num sofa que seria um dos donos do hostel e uma senhora a fazer o check in. Não me senti segura quanto a limpeza daquele espaço e os cuidados mínimos que existiam disse que nao poderia ficar ali. Fiz a reclamação para o booking em que referi que as fotografias não correspondiam minimamente ao espaço. O hostel nao me quis fazer a devolução da reserva posso compreender essa parte mas não compreendo a falta de higiene que existe neste tipo de estabelecimentos e alem disso serem aceites em plataformas internacionais e de referência. Fica o meu desagrado e a mensagem para que futuros hóspedes tenham em conta as referências.

FUYER FUYER!!! Très bonne équipe mais le logement est très médiocre. Pas de chauffage alors qu'on est en hiver, il fait un froid de canard, à cause de cela j'ai eu un grippe. Beaucoup de moisissures dans les chambres et salle de bain. manque de gel douche ou savon dans les toilettes et les salles de bain. Les lits sont instables. Tout les clients que j'ai croisé ont fuient après la première nuit.

Deben tener cuidado con los Taxistas son muy ladrones, me cobraron el doble y no me quiso dar factura.

A BIG NO!
The hostel is tiny. The stairs are diminute, as the room. I preferred leave my 23kg suitcase on the 1st floor, because the room was crowded.
Then, the shower; a broken glass covered with a shower curtain.
But the worst thing, the bunk beds. Triple bunk beds! I couldn't sleep a thing! Every time my room mate above moved, the whole thing shaked. I felt sick and really anxious. You can't even sit in your own bed.
There is no plugs around the bed, just a complete mess of dirty wires on the floor.
The location looks good on the map, but the neighborhood is quite hostile. Many guys smoking and standing over there.
At 2 am, I got my things, asked for an uber ride and left the place. The staff saw me, and nobody cared. Nobody even asked when I returned the keys on the desk.
I've been in cheap places, and never saw something worst. This should be illegal. Seriously, bring a blanket and sleep at the airport before this.

This place is cheap and it shows. The place feels unfinished with exposed plywood and has a faint smell (that you quickly get used to). There wasn't an outlet near my bed so I didn't feel comfortable leaving my phone out to charge that night.
However, it is super cheap and nothing's broken.

Es un lugar horrible, en un barrio muy hostil por las noches. Las habitaciones son pequeñas. Hay un olor extraño en todo el hostal. Las literas si tienes claustrofobia para ti será una noche difícil. No lo recomiendo para NADA.

Hostel is very nice place. Very peace pool garden. Staff barbara is very nice person. She is helping mind. Very clean and neatness. And another guy akhil is dangeres person. He asking more money for the customer. Sometime he sale beer in 3.50euro. Extra 1.50 euro. And he doesn't clean in kitchen and hostel.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Friendly staff. The beds do move quite a bit so if youre a light sleeper maybe get a private room. Bathrooms were redone while i was here and are very nice now. Will be staying here again in 3 months on my way back to the states

Saw a little bug on my bed and flicked it away and then woke up the next day with bed bugs all over my body ♂️. Got me itching all week. Also, it's terribly small and cramped, the beds shake completely when u get on or if someone hops on their bed after u (not bunk beds but 3 beds on top of one another). Noise at night may also bother you.

Chambre minuscule impossible de fermer la fenetre puisque les lits débordent de l'encadrement de celle lit superposé par 3.donc 6 couchage dans même pas 9 m2. Dortoir que pour femme ok mais 2 douches et 2 WC mixte sur le pallier alors quel intérêt d'avoir un dortoir non mixte. 1 des 2 douche était hs. Une seule douche pour toute l'auberge. Et c'était complet. Plutôt sale pt dej très basique.

Scary beds! I slept in an upper bank of 3 and everytime sb moved the whole thing was shaking. Plus the whole hostel smelled like rotten animal that was cooked in the kitchen when I arrived at nighttime. Unfortunately it was too late to find another place but I almost had to throw up. Plus, the whole design of the place is rather narrowing and nothing for people with claustrophobic issues or fear of heights. The rooms are dark with black curtains and the lockers super tiny!
1 star for the friendly staff and 1 for the location

Un trato excelente y profesional, por parte del personal, muy económico, lo que mas me ha gustado, es la zona común, en la que tienen unos sillones en interior, y un patio exterior, muy bien decorado y limpio, en ambas zonas puedes estar pasando el tiempo con tus amigos o los demás huéspedes, he conocido a muy buena gente, nada mejor que eso para tener una gran experiencia en tu viaje por Lisboa. Muy cerca del metro, del centro y las tiendas.
Sin duda nos volveremos a ver, solo puedo estar agradecido.

It was a pretty decent stay - the location is good and fairly priced. The beds were a little crammed but the curtains allowed some privacy. One bathroom was constantly flooded which was somewhat inconvenient and there were ants in the shower. Free lockers and towels were provided which was great. Also, the stay included a free breakfast every morning which was amazing.

1점도 아까운 호스텔.. 그냥 진짜 돈만 생각하시는거면 저렴해서 괜찮아요. 그만큼 시설도 안좋구 좁아요. 근처 치안도 불안해요. 특히 여성분들은 더 힘드실겁니다. 화장할 곳도 없구 밤에 혼자 다니시기 위험해요.
참고로 화장실이랑 샤워실 1평도 안됩니다 ㅋㅋㅋ
싼맛에 숙소 잡은건데 너무 싼 곳을 잡았네요..^^

Muy bien ubicado, te dejan leche,zumo y pan para que te puedas hacer el desayuno en la cocina. Espacios reducidos , pero gente muy respetuosa y amable, así como el personal del hostal. Por menos de 15€/persona y noche en pleno agosto, razonable elección.

We've stayed in a private double room in the hostel. It's in a good location - about a ten minute walk to town, and less than that to the nearest metro stop. The bed is comfortable, but the rooms are quite small. It's a relatively quiet area, but I have been woken up repeatedly by the doors to the toilets and showers, which are really squeaky! There is a free breakfast of toast with jams, and tea and coffee. Overall I would recommend staying here.

I know good hostels, but this one is absolute top for me. Staff are so nice and helpful and that makes so much. Location is really good, it is easy to get anywhere around, because every kind of transportation is so near. Even train station to Sintra is 10 minutes walk.
Space is quite straitened, but it is also clean.
There is kitchen, dinning room, living room with television with Netflix and garden with table football. It is easy to meet people and get to know with them, but also you can also hide in different room if you don't want to interact with them.
I hope owners and staff will continue in great job they are doing.

Best hostel I've stayed in Lisbon! Felt at home. The bathroom and rooms are clean. It has a cool space and there is a lot of interaction between travelers. The breakfast is good. I recommend!

O hostel é muito agradável. Eu adorei a equipe, me recebeu muito bem e foram bastante prestativos. O local conta com uma boa cozinha, sala de jantar, sala de tv, sala de leitura e uma área aberta. As camas são confortáveis e os banheiros limpos.

Hostel que eu posso chamar de segunda casa! Áreas comunitárias sempre limpas, cozinha completa café da manhã delicioso e variado, com frutas, bolinhos, pão, vários sabores de geléia, manteiga, leite, suco, café... Sala de Tv super gostosa, área externa com dardos, totó e churrasqueira. Piso tooodo com carpete, uma delícia! Estou em um mochilão e as experiências que tive nesse hostel (conhecendo pessoas incríveis dos mundo inteiro!) fizeram os 2 meses e meio de hospedagem parecerem pouco demais! Staff impprecis - Rogério, Amandine e Vincent estão sempre prontos pra ajudar com qualquer coisa que você precise (obrigada por tudo, pessoal! ).

Very nice and cosy place, first contact perfect with good energy and advice
Un super accueil avec petit tour de découverte, petit alcool local, plein de bon conseil pour commencer dans Lisbonne.
La clientèle est éclectique, très ouverte.
Enfin la position de l'hôtel est parfaite. En Plein dans la vieille ville. Le métro, parcs et mirador sont à quelques minutes de marche! Tip top.
Vous rajoutez à cela le petit dej inclus + gel douche + serviette de douche + plan ville + Netflix + internet pour un des hostel les moins cher de Lisbonne... R.A.S.
Manque plus qu'une piscine

This place was a great experience, the staff is always there for you, whether recommending places or helping you in anything you need to make your days comfortable. Everything for a really good price.Of course, it has some problems, but hey! Its a HOSTEL, dont expect 5 star accomodations. Anyway, if I ever go back to lisbon, this is the place Ill go to.

"Great place, great people!”
Definately my favourite hostel so far! The staff is really cool, helpfull and outgoing. They offered me a welcome drink at the check-in with a tipic portoguise liquor, what a great welcome! The hostel is not big but there's everything you need, for real backpackers, really cozy and even with a patio outside which is a great spot to meet other people at night. the position is perfect, metro station nearby and the city center can be reached walking. Suave Hostel and his staff made my trip in Lisboa amazing, I met great people from all over the world here and I look forward to staying here again! Thank you guys

Be careful. Possible fraud.
I booked this hostel for a friend after they had problems with his credit card and PROPERTY canceled his booking twice. You can find the confirmation screens at the bottom. It says: canceled due to problems with the credit card and the cost of cancellation is indicated 0. And also that we do not need additional actions, so we just booked a new bed from my account. At the time of check-in, they charged money from him and from me. They knew that this is the same person. I contacted Vincent and seems he just want to “earn” extra 80euro and don’t want to resolve this problem. Such people are capable of anything! Look for your things and actions on the CC, if you still decide to stay in this hostel.

jai passé un séjour très agréable. Le personnel est compétent, sympathique et de bons conseils. Jai rarement vu une aussi bonne cohésion dans une auberge.On na du mal à la quitter pour aller visiter la ville, cest dire...Le seul point négatif est lexiguité des lits, à trois étages. Je la recommande chaudement, vous en garderez de bons souvenirs !Un grand merci à Vincent et Rogério !

Tuve bastante mala experiencia en mi estancia allí. Me robaron el primer día;a mí y a la mitad de la gente que dormía en mi planta porque las habitaciones son tan pequeñas que las taquillas están en una habitación distinta a la que duermes. No tienen candados sino unas llaves de plástico que ni siquiera cierran bien. Me advirtieron que comprobara cada vez que las cerrara que estaban bien cerradas; lo que no me dijeron es que eran tan endebles que tirando de la puerta se puede hacer palanca y abrirlas fácilmente.
Ni siquiera nos dejaron ver las cámaras que hay en el pasillo, tan solo unas capturas de pantalla...pero según nos encontramos la sala parecía que había pasado un terremoto.
Después de ese día no volví más y me alojé en otro sitio. No me dio nada de seguridad y la zona no es agradable de noche.
Por cierto, la política de cancelación no devuelve el dinero bajo ningún concepto: ni siquiera cuando te cancelan tu reserva por error y te tienen que meter a cada uno de tu grupo de amigos en una planta y habitación diferente.

Excellent séjour ! Le staff est exceptionnel ! De belles rencontres, idéal pour échanger avec d'autres backpackers.
Un très bon rapport qualité prix avec un petit déjeuner à volonté.
Petit hic: L'odeur dans la salle des casiers
Je recommande. Je n'hésiterai pas à repasser

Auberge très sympa , pas cher et très bien située . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les conseils sur les petits coins sympa de Lisbonne donnés par l'hôte ! Je conseille pour ceux qui ont un budget serré .
petit point négatif , les lits superposés pour 3 personnes, ne sont pas très stables...

Très bon accueil. La philosophie « comme à la maison » était super. J’ai passé 3 mois sur place. Les hôtes vous conseilleront sur les activités à faire et les bons plans. L’accueil est ouverte jusqu’à tard le soir et vous pouvez rentrer avec un code apres. Les chambres sont très propres (nettoyées chaque jour), avec une lampe et une prise électrique par lit. Une station de métro est juste en bas de la rue et des commerces sont ouverts jusqu’à tard le soir dans le quartier. Je recommande fortement.

Une vraie auberge de jeunesse proche de la maison d'hôte avec un espace secret improbable au centre de la ville. Si vous aimez passer du temps avec des voyageurs dans un cadre onirique typique du Portugal.
Le staff très serviable. Différents services proposés à la reception : Surf vélo walking tour bagagerie taxi place de concert.

This hostel has a great location in the city of lisbon. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer different trips for example a free citytour or a surftrip for a good price. The hostel is very clean especially the bathrooms and the kitchen and it is lovely furnished. We had a great stay here and would love to come back again.
