Muy buen apartamento, limpio moderno y en el centro. El único problema es que la bomba de calor no es suficiente para calentar todo el apartamento

Está muy bien situado en el centro y con un parking cerca que no es caro para la zona que se encuentra. La habitación que nos toco estaba bien, con vistas a la calle. Las toallas les faltaba una renovación y el cuarto de baño una reforma, pero para dormir perfecto

Literie dur, trop mal insonorise, salle de bain pas trop nickel, pas de check avant arrivée puisque absence de télécommande pour chauffage donc première nuit assez fraîche et une serviette pour deux pour la première douche....point positif gentillesse de l accueil et réactivité rapide pour les points évoqués...

very bad, I do not recommend it. the owner confirmed the reservation, after which he canceled it just before arrival. as part of the assistance, he offered a twice expensive apartment. if you made a mistake then you should take responsibility and not ask extra money from the guest. This is a big abuse.

The location of the apartment was good and the building was nice however the bed was extremely hard so after the first night we slept on the sofa bed. It was more comfortable but turned out to have bed bugs. We noticed the bites after a day or so and more appeared each day. We initially thought it was from mosquitoes/other insects when we had been out in the evening but the pattern of bites and the delayed appearance of them and the extreme itching was a telltale sign of bed bugs. The mattress in the bedroom was wrapped in clingfilm which indicates the presence of bed bugs was known. We realised this on our return home and contacted the apartment straight away, I have now sent several emails over the past few weeks about the matter to the apartments and haven't had any response what so ever! Hopefully they will get in touch soon.

Muy mala y poca limpieza,con bichos....

Vorsicht: Bettwanzen! Wir sind nach einer Nacht ausgezogen, da wir Bettwanzen in unserem bett hatten. Kosten wurden uns erstattet, jedoch nicht die Differenz für eine andere (natürlich teurere) Unterkunft. Ansonsten fanden wir die Unterkunft in Ordnung, Zimmer und Geschirr war aber nicht sehr sauber. Lage natürlich sehr gut.

No son como en la foto...se oye todo los de arriba y los de abajo...lo bueno la ubicación perfecta y la chica muy simpatica

Can't say I enjoyed my stay here - the bed was as hard as rock, and both my husband and I had a restless and uncomfortable night of sleep. After requesting a refund for our remaining nights so that we could change hotel, our request was refused and we were advised that we could sleep on the sofa for the remaining three nights of our booked stay, so that's what we ended up doing. The hotel is also right next to a loud construction site that starts making noise at 8AM. It might seem like a good value hotel in Lisbon, but it's not worth the savings - I'd recommend paying a little more for a nicer place where you'll actually get a decent night of sleep!

Lo mejor es que está en el centro y cerca de todo. Si vas a pasar unos días en Lisboa y alrededores y solo vas al apartamento a dormir,es perfecto.

Não dou 5 estrelas pois dentro dos quartos ouve-se tudo. Durante a noite ouvia tudo que acontecia no andar de cima. Localização excelente. Não tem TV no quarto.
