Ample and well furnished appartments. Confortable bedding. Good airco system. Ample and clean bathroom with shower. Good water pressure. Decoration and amenities are perhaps a bit spartan (no information booklet about the appartment or the surrounding area, no cushions, little storage space despite appartment being fairly large, no bed-side tables). Good windows and isolation. Very central in the lower part of Barrio Alto (you avoid climbing to get home). Close to bars and amenities but fairly calm street (unlike others). Possible to rest at night. Elevator and good staircase. Close to public transport, including to and from airport. Good choice overall.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Die Wohnung ist auch schön, allerdings gab es keine Küchenhandtücher , Schwämme zum abwaschen und vom Geschirr, bzw. Küchentutensilien nur das nötigste. Für uns hat es gereicht, aber wer richtig kochen möchte , da wird es dann etwas schwierig. Das Zentrum, sowie der Bahnhof sind zu Fuss wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das einizge Negative ist, dass es keine Gepäckaufbewahrung in dem haus gibt. Stimmt also nicht überrein mit der Beschreibung auf Expedia. Man hätte für 22,- p-P. den shuttle Service zum Flughafen buchen müssen, dann wäre auch ein Gepäckaufbewahrung inklusive. Dieses Wart vor der Buchung leider nicht ersichtlich . Sehr schade. Das hat uns ein wenig verärgert.

Newly renovated, very attractive building. Nice modern bathroom and kitchen. Loved neighborhood it was in. Had very high ceilings and beautiful tall windows. Very attractive wood looking floor. However it was very spartan. Bedroom had 2 twin beds and no other furniture. Desperately needed night tables. Bathroom needed shower mat and a bar of soap for shower would have been nice. We were provided 2 towels and 2 hand towels for the 2 of us. They pleasantly brought 2 more. Down side was that renovation was going on on both sides of us. Very noisy. Wish I had known this in advance.I would rate our stay there an 8. If they would spend a little more and add night tables, towel bars and hooks in bath along with shower rug and soap, bedroom and living room end tables it could easy be a 10.

Este tipo de apartamentos debe haber una cama de matrimonio.Ruido de obras, el sábado también trabajan. Estan haciendo obras cerca ( estan rehabilitando muchos edificios que estaban abandonados, en toda la ciudad), sin embargo, el apartamento está bien insonirizado.

Logement récent et propre. Équipement électroménager neuf. Peu de vaisselle. Mitigeur de douche cassé. Femme de ménage bruyante venant travailler avec leurs enfants qui pleurent et crient. 2 immeubles en travaux : face et à côté du bâtiment de location donc repos impossible en journée.

Lappartement N° 23 que nous avions était immense.Une grande chambre de 16m² une autre avec 2 lits denviron la meme taille. Une grande entrée avec beaucoup de rangements. Une cuisine équipée avec lave-vaisselle / frigo / plaque / micro-onde / grille-pain / bouilloire / etc... Une grande salle de bain (ne se vérouille pas !!! et la plinthe au sol est décollée). Climatisation dans toutes les pieces. Entrée de limmeuble sécurisé spécifique par appartement (meme code entrée et apt). WIFI.Au RDC il y a un restaurant de hamburger que nous avons essayé et il y a un arret de bus CONDE BARAO avec lequel nous pouvons prendre les bus 714 ou 25E pour aller dans le centre (que lon peut faire à pied).BREF très bon appartement dans un quartier qui est en travaux (nbx immeubles en cours de rénovation mais pas de bruit de chantier).Nous recommandons.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Bars und caffes direkt vor der Haustür. Wohnung war gross und geräumig. Ausstattung in der Küche ok. Küchentuch fehlte jedoch. Einrichtung eher spartanisch, einfach jedoch total ok. Haus sehr ringhörig. Man hört alles. Für uns kein Problem. Kommunikation war nicht wirklich vorhanden. Da die check-in Zeiten standen, sind wir davon ausgegangen jemanden vor Ort zu finden. Hatten zuvor keinen Eingangscode und Zimmernummer bekommen. Die Hamburgeria direkt unten dran hat den Vermieter angerufen wonach kurze Zeit später ein Mitarbeiter vorbei kam und den Vermieter nochmals telefoniert hat wegen des Codes. Hatten an 2 Tagen kein Warmwasser. Die nette Putzfrau die wir im Treppenhaus getroffen hatten zeigte uns was wir machen sollen wenn der Boiler rausspickt. War im grossen und ganzen ok

Très bon accueil + commerces et restauration à proximité.Par contre, le ménage nest pas fait tous les jours et plusieurs locataires manquent de respect en parlant très fort et en mettant la musique très très forte. Il ny a pas suffisamment déquipement pour que les locataires fassent le ménage (aspirateur, serpillière, torchon pour la vaisselle).Il serait bon de mettre un affichage pour rappeler les règles de bon voisinage.

Struttura nuova, comoda, confortevole e silenziosa nonostante la prossimità a molti cantieri edilizia. Nelle vicinanze ci sono pasticcerie e fermate di autobus. Unica "pecca" : poca biancheria da bagno fornita (2 asciugamani per ciascuno), per cui consiglio di portarne qualcuno in più :)

It’s a a really beautiful newly renovated apartment in Alto Barrio, 5 minutes walk to the Time out Market.it’s huge- had 6 French windows which made it always full of light. High ceilings- 12 feet ! New kitchen appliances, nice shower. The communication was very easy, self - check in and out. They arranged the airport transfer- easy and pleasant. Some suggestions for improvement: provide access to fresh towels every day, we don’t have time to do laundry when on vacation. Provide more than 2 towels and better quality. Strongly recommend!

Новые, красивые апартаменты. Удобное расположение, у нас был большой балкон с видом на трамвайчик.
Рядом две стройки, но они работают с 8 до 20, поэтому спать не мешает. Хуже дела обстоят с межэтажной звукоизоляцией - слышно каждый шаг соседей сверху, и в спальне почему-то идёт треск по вентиляции. Нам не повезло, т.к. сверху жила семья с ребёнком, который переставал бегать не раньше 23 часов, поэтому высыпаться не удавалось.

Très bon appartement, très grand avec tout à disposition même un sèche cheveux, couvert, serviette, réfrigérateur, four et lave vaisselle. Petit problème au niveau de l’isolation car on entend les personnes marcher au dessus et il n’y a pas de lampe au plafond dans les chambres du coup la nuit c’est compliqué si on veut charger notre téléphone on est obligé de débrancher la lampe de chevet et donc on a plus de lumière dans la chambre.

Decepcionante!!!
Estivemos no ways Santos em junho de 2018 e foi uma experiência ótima. Tão boa que resolvemos voltar! Pra que? Muito melhor termos guardado a experiência anterior. Chegamos às 18h30 do dia 2/1/19 nos dirigimos ao apartamento de número 12 e lá nos deparamos com uma sala escura, com apenas um candeeiro. Uma penumbra. Impossível tentar ler qualquer palavra. Para completa, o quanto só tem dois candeeiros laterais as camas, os quais, NÃO ACENDEM!!!
AÍ vem o arremate: reza a lenda do e-mail que nos mandaram que o atendimento é até 21 horas. Pois bem: tenta varias vezes antes das 19h e nada de alguem atender. Lamentável! Tudo inaceitável!!! Decepcionante! Uma enganação! Falta de respeito com o hóspede. Não recomendamos a ninguém!

The apartment was perfect. The only thing strange for me is the fact that we have a code for entering and leaving the apartment and, in any moment, we tolk or saw anybody. But it is a simple comment because really the apartment was perfect and we dont have any problem.

Un endroit charmant !
J'ai vraiment apprécié de pouvoir faire le check-in tout seul, a l'aide de codes.
L'appartement en lui même est très propre, le ménage a été fait de façon impeccable, je n'ai rien eu a reprocher. Du linge de maison à été fourni, des verres, des ustensiles, de la vaisselle... Pour découvrir Lisbonne, l'emplacement me paraît idéal !

Ottima struttura nuova e con ascensore, ho preso la mezzanina con 6 letti e l'appartamento è enorme; posizione non centralissima rispetto a Rossio e Chiado ma molto comoda per Pink Street, Cais do Sodre e Ascensor da Bica. Consigliato per chi conosce già la città e si muove bene con i mezzi

Unmöglich!!! Telefonservice mehrfach nicht erreichbar. Stromversorgung schlecht gewartet. Nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage. Temperatur im Zimmer um die 50 Grad Celsius. Mussten neues Quartier buchen, haben keine Kostenrückerstattung bekommen. Das Mieseste, das mir jemals passiert ist! Den einen Stern möchte ich auch aberkennen!!!

I was booked for 4 person but my friend canceled Only 3 of us When i was booked they Said free cancelation and When we arrived at appartment we Will paid but reality is not they took my money already about 1 week after wE arrived here last night .We was here wE check again the address wE When the appartment twice coz wE called the reception no didn't answer So wE asked Taxi driver tO help us and When wE there in from of the appartment was hade Police after That wE Knock the Door for 30mnt after some of customer Caming and told us That's Did u have a code for gate ?i told Her tha't No coz they didn't send Me any code they just take our money and gone No code n wE don't know our room no too !Was No Wi-Fi ,no tea or coffee also they said breakfast included but we didn't hade any breakfast even tea or coffe Nothing so poor service and really bad apartment .

Appartement sympa, moderne et très propre. Bien situé dans Lisbonne. Beaucoup de bruit car les immeubles voisins sont en travaux pour plusieurs mois encore. Aucun accueil dans l'établissement, lorsque qu'il y a la fête la nuit dans un appartement personne n'est là pour réguler le bruit ! Dommage.

I would not recommend Portugal Ways as a service or this particular location to anyone. We did not enjoy our stay here for several reasons. To begin with, the managers of the apts chose to take our linens and towels and give them to another tenant. when we checked in, we were unable to shower or settle in. There is no one you can reach when you arrive late for things like this so we were forced to email them and wait until the next morning. Not only did they not address this right away, we had to email again and wait for them - more than half our morning was gone before we could even shower after a long overseas flight. The hotel advertises toiletries but gives only soap from an industrial dispenser. There is no shampoo, conditioner, the toilet paper is cheap. The apt is spacious but lacks proper lighting, has not even one full length mirror, and not enough outlets. When I emailed for extra linens & blankets - we got no response. When I asked for a grace period for late checkout (we needed 1-2 Hours extra max) there was a generic response to store our luggage elsewhere at their office or to use an extra car service. There was no humanness and no reasonability in this for a simple request.The wi-fi was a joke. We ended up using an overseas plan bc the connection was nonexistent.This place has a lot of potential - it has great appliances and room for storage but the service is absolutely terrible and they do a bare bones job of giving you what you need to get by.

We we're in apartment 41 on the fourth floor up a narrow set of stairs. When booking, our unit number was not advertised nor were we advised of a lack of an elevator. The pictures advertised were not of unit 41 which is a much smaller room, similar to a North American attic with angled ceilings. Anyone of average height will have to be careful not to hit their head - taller people, stay away. There was no washer/dryer as advertised. When we arrived the a/c was on but not blowing cold. We put some refrigerated items in the fridge, put some devices to charge and left for the day. When we returned, the refrigerated goods had spoiled because the main fuse had tripped. The main fuse would trip within ten seconds of plugging in anything in addition to the a/c. We settled by turning it off completely and leaving the window open at night accepting the risk of bugs coming in so we could charge our devices. The shower was great for one minute and then the hot water progressively disappeared.

Das Zimmer war ordentlich. Genügend Platz, nicht nur zum Schlafen. In der Gegend wird gerade viel gebaut, aber die Fenster isolieren Lärm gut. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt.

Voisins très bruyants qui ont prouver l'absence d'isolation phonique.
Très grand logement mais peu de vaisselle. Par contre il y avait des placards immenses partout. La salle de bain était de belle taille mais il manquait de supports pour les serviettes. L'ascenseur était en panne. Aucun document dans l'appartement pour indiquer le code du WiFi.

I was very disappointed with the service. I had booked an appartment but could not go due to Corona shut down. I tried to get in contact with them before the stay by e-mails and phone but they did not react.The appartment charged me the whole money without any refund although it was forbidden by law to go to Lisboa.

Big rooms, good location near tram station. Good to have a washing machine. However there are no toiletries and the apartment needs maintenance. Lighting is greatly insufficient. Noise insulation is also very bad, you can hear each step of the person upstairs walking in their room, and it sounds very very heavy that it’s sometimes annoying at night.

Plenty of space, but the furnishing was very spartan. The TV on the wall was tiny, it was dwarfed by the large empty wall and looked completely out of place. Other than that, the apartment was very clean and well maintained. The location was very good, walking distance to the commercial center of Lisbon.

Mi dispiace molto scrivere note negative, ma arrivare in un posto e comunicare con codici per aprire le stanze, e trovare 4 asciugamani per 4persone 3 notti, nulla per fare la doccia tappeto asciugamano doccia, abbiamo chiesto se potevamo portarci altri teli, ma tramite SMS, forse non hanno capito perché abbiamo trovato sempre asciugamani piccoli al nostro ritorno.... Non lo consiglio assolutamente

Almost perfect! I guess 100% if just coffee or tea and slipper would be serviced.
I enjoyed the stays for 9 nights. It is a romantic accommodation where you can see the Lisbon Tram passing under the window every day. The windows are big, so it's good to ventilate.

Das Appartment war viel grösser als erwartet. Das Bad, Küche etc. sah sehr neu aus und war äusserts zufriendenstellend. Am Preis kann man nichts aussetzten. Wir waren mitten im geschehen und fühlten uns sicher. Wir hatten nur ein bisschen laute Nachbarn über uns, welche sehr oft Stühle umstellten.

This property was in a decent location, close enough to walk to most of downtown Lisbon. The apartment was very spacious and affordable. Access to the apartments was also. very easy. Unfortunately, the towels provided were small, no one came to clean our rooms/take out trash/change out towels. Although spacious, there is little in the apartment to make it seem comfortable. The walls and floors are bare throughout giving it a very sterile feel. There was no contact person to discuss our problems with. Also be aware that there is no assigned parking for this building and street parking can be a significant challenge.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt. Zu Fuß ist der zentrale Platz in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Busse und Straßenbahn halten vor der Tür.Dadurch tagsüber Straßen- und Baulärm (wo nicht in Lissabon), nachts ruhig.Wir haben in den Betten auch gut geschlafen.Wohnung ist groß, hell, schlauchartig. Leider keine Tür zwischen Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer. An Geschirr ist das Notwendigste vorhanden. Zum Kochen fehlt es an Töpfen. Aber es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee.Im Bad fehlen Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern etc.. Die Dusche läuft schlecht ab. Es gibt keinerlei Hinweise für die Bedienung von irgendetwas oder wo man z.B. den Müll platzieren kann. Personal haben wir nicht angetroffen.

In terms of location, the apartment was great. Within walking distance or a short bus ride to all the local attractions. Some great cafes just across the street. And great restaurants right around the corner. It was very clean and comfortable. The only reason I am not giving it a 5* is because it was missing some simple amenities such as a dish towel, bathroom mat and only had 4 glasses. Still, I recommend it!

Extremely clean & spacious rooms, comfy beds, towels provided, beautiful view and short walking distance from food and attractions. Elevators are available. Our only problem was the washing machine was leaking water on to the floor so we had to turn it off.

El apartamento esta amoblado de manera minimalista, de pronto mucho...ubicacion buena para llegar sin mucho esfuerzo desde Cais do Sodre. Falta un poco de mantenimiento (no cierra la puerta del baño y los armarios de la cocina estas flojos) y las almohadas son muy pobres. Para estar poco adentro y recorrer mucho.

Die Lage des Appartements ist super! Sie ist in der Nähe der Metro Station Cais de Sodré. Also sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Appartement war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider fehlt für uns Frauen ein großer Ganzkörper Spiegel und die Matratzen waren leider nicht ganz Dir bequemsten.

The internet does not work. Or only sometimes. And then so slow that you can greet every bit personally. Also they knocked on the door before 10am to pressure us to leave the apartment on check out day. Sucked. And you don’t have a possibility to hang your clothes / laundry.

il y a un très bon " café "pas loin et si vous arrivez tard il y a un restaurant de hamburgers juste en dessous que vous êtes bien contents de découvrir .
S il vous manque quelque chose(comme des oreillers) vous pouvez joindre l établissement et le personnel fera le nécessaire très vite.. Négatif: L isolation phonique est moyenne .il manque des pateres dans la salle de bains et une grande glace.
Il serait sympa d avoir un peu de café ou thé pour le 1 er matin

Positive: The property was beautiful and full of light. We stayed on the second floor in number 24. It had open windows and balconies all the way around. It had character, charm and it had a great energy. The property was very big and it was located in the heart of the city. A real gem to find.. Negative: I would highly recommend this apartment to stay in but I did feel that it was missing a few touches like,
Tea towels in the kitchen
Small shower gels, shampoo and conditioners in the bathroom
A bath mat for outside of the shower as the floor is quite slippery
A full length mirror
Lockers downstairs for luggage with a pin code would be an added extra and a commercial advantage for the company.

Positiv: Insgesamt recht gut gelungene Anlage. Relativ gute Lage. Gut bis sehr gut ausgestattet.. Negativ: Leider sehr hellhörig, sodass diverse Nachbarn u.a. im Loft (Dach) die ganze Nacht zu hören waren und nicht an Schlaf zu denken war. Da man aber nicht in der Nacht überall klingeln möchte....
Sauberkeit nicht ganz zufriedenstellend, da einige Flächen (Glastür Bad, Balkon) nicht gereinigt waren.
Bei dem sehr hohen Preis muss man von einem Top-Zustand ausgehen dürfen. Im Detail nicht alles so wirklich gut gelöst (Bad-Tür schließt nicht richtig, Tür zur Küche dito, Gar KEINE Tür zwischen Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter nur unpersönlich per email. Eine Tourismusabgabe muss separat per Überweisung vorab geleistet werden, sonst gibt es kein Öffnungscode, obwohl das App. Monate vorher schon bezahlt war: Leider alles nur per Vorkasse, das heißt man zahlt sofort, auch wenn die Reise erst in 4 Monaten beginnt. Zur Gesamtfläche wird der sehr große Balkon entlang der Fassade voll zugezählt. Das App. selbst hat nur etwa 50qm. Daher nicht wieder.

Perfetti e molto accogliente. Ambiente essenziale ma fornito di tutto. Pulito e molto caldo. A poche centinaia di metri dal centro, di fronte ci sono diversi bar x fare colazione (anche se aprono decisamente tardi) e proprio sotto c'è in buon ristorante. Nella zona poi ci sono, a parer mio I migliori ristoranti caratteristici della città. Vicino c'è anche il McDonald e difronte c'è la fermata del caratteristico tram 28

Location was good with a tram and bus stop almost directly outside, train station a 5mins walk and metro 10mins walk away.You quickly get used to the keypad entry and it means not having to carry keys around with you.There are a selection of shops nearby and a very nice affordable hamburger restaurant below the apartments. Also, a Pingo Doce supermarket just 400m away if you prefer eating in.the Miradoro Santa Caterina is just 10mins walk uphill or Praca de Commercio and downtown Lisbon about a 20minute walk away.I would be more than happy if the apartment i stayed in was my own personal property!Nicely decorated (if in a minimalist style), timber flooring, quality Bosch appliances and nice sanitaryware - although the wash hand basin us only good for a quick wash of the hands.Only down side was no soap in the bathroom and only one smaller bath towel & pillow per person.Would happily stay there again

No podemos haber estado mejor. El apartamento muy cuco, sin ruidos, calentito y súper confortable. A pesar de q en estos momentos hay una obra en frente no nos ha molestado el ruido en absoluto. La segunda noche entró algo de olor por la cocina pero fue un rato y no volvió a pasar. Nuestra valoración en general es execelente y cuando volvamos a Lisboa desde luego nos vamos a hospedar allí.

Das Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen und verfügt über eine gute, wenn auch sehr bescheidene Ausstattung. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und schöne Cafés uns Restaurants sind in einigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr nah gelegen. Leider funktionierte aber das Internet in unserem Apartment trotz Anruf beim Hotelservice nicht.

Pozytywna: Czysto,przestrzennie,odpowiednie wyposazenie kuchni i łazienki, wygodne, duże łóżka, bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania miasta. Bylismy w styczniu i potwierdzam, że było ciepło i sucho. Na letnie upały jest klimatyzacja. Godny polecenia! Dobra cena!. Negatywna: Wokół budynku remontowane są inne kamienice i rano słychać hałas, ale to dotyczy wielu miejsc w Lisbonie.
W mieszkaniu czuć było zapach smażonego oleju z restauracji na parterze.

A FUIR !!!
Malgré notre demande lors de notre réservation 3 mois auparavant (loin des ascenseurs et étage élevé) nous avons eu droit au 1er étage, au plus près de l'ascenseur !!! Réclamation téléphonique, réponse "on vous rappelle demain". Pas de réponse le lendemain, donc envoi de mail qui restera sans réponse. Il n'y a aucun responsable sur place, tout se fait par téléphone ou par mail. Les voisins du dessus sont rentrés tous les soirs au milieu de la nuit, en claquant les portes et en tapant bien les pieds. Insomnie totale durant 4 nuits. En outre, vue infâme sur un immeuble en pleine destruction, avec des travaux dès 7h30 du matin et la bétonneuse juste sous notre fenêtre (odeur de fuel dans tout l'appartement). Bravo au "service client" pour son inefficacité et son manque de respect de la clientèle !!!

J ai mis une étoile car je ne peux pas mettre moins... Déçu, car ce n est as la prestation que nous avions vu sur le site! En arrivant nous avons vu le bâtiment principal qui paraissait plutôt pas mal mais on ! Nous étions dans la rue dégueulasse derrière le beau bâtiment principal! dans un studio de la rue travesa dos pescadores au dernier étage de l édifice, franchement decevant par rapport à la prestation annoncée sur le site internet. Au quatrième étage sans ascenseur avec un escalier hyper pentu! Une fois arrivé à la chambre l horreur continue, appartement hors d âge, moisissures, cheveux partout dans la salle de bain, porte de douche déglinguée.... Franchement l horreur

Das Appartment fanden wir im ausgezeichneten Zustand, wurde vermutlich neu renoviert. Sehr bequeme Betten, schönes Bad, insgesamt sehr großes Appartment mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche (sogar mit Waschmaschine). Insgesamt sehr positiv beeindruckt!

酒店的熱水器壞了, 立即聯絡agoda customer service, 要求替我聯絡房東, 其後, 房東致電給我, 經檢查後, 熱水器仍無法修復, 在她的安排下, 我們一行7人步行前往其公司名下的另一個apartment, 距離若12mins 路程, 安排仍可以接受, 房間非常大且床很舒適, 我們可以到就近的time out market 買海鮮及火腿做晚餐，ＡＰＲＡＲＴＭＥＮＴ 有２個房及角樓，一個房是一張５米床，另一個房有３張單人床， 角樓有４張單人床， 小朋友睡角樓， 大人在房間睡， 空間仍有很多。

Un vero schifo. Prenotato su booking ma all'arrivo le foto visionate prima della prenotazione si sono rivelate un vero bluff. Una inserviente ci ha accompagnato dalla sede principale del presunto hotel in una struttura attigua dove, ridendo, ci ha informato che il nostro alloggio era al quarto piano senza ascensore. La stanza era piccolissima, dello specchio (o almeno credo fosse lo specchio) vi era solo la cornice sul muro. A nulla sono valse le nostre proteste con booking perché in loco , a parte l'inserviente dei primi 5 minuti, non si è mai visto nessuno. Le scale sono ripidissime e pericolose, per rendere l'idea mia moglie 37 di piede doveva scendere le scale di lato perché il piede non entrava nel gradino. Di motte impossibile dormire con la finestra aperta per il baccano fino a tardissima ora e dovete accontentarvi del condizionatore diretto verso il letto con le conseguenze potete immaginare. Un luogo da evitare a tutti i costi!

Schönes frisch renoviertes Appartement mit sehr angenehmem Ambiente, guter Ausstattung und guten Betten. Der Türcode kam frühzeitig per Mail, so daß wir keine Wartezeiten hatten. Die Fenster zur Straße sind neu und halten den Lärm so draußen wie man es erwarten kann. Altbautypisch ist das Haus durchaus hellhörig, man hört also z.B. Schritte von der drüberliegenden Wohnung.Straßenbahn, Busse, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch die Metrostation Cais du sodre ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft empfehlen

This is not a hotel. It is an apartment, which is fine except for the lack of service. They charged us almost a hundred euros extra because we had two children, but they didn't provide bedding or towels or anything at all for our children. They provided no housekeeping, which means the four of us shared 2 towels for 3 nights, one of which was shredded and had holes in it. While the apratment's interior was nice, the beds were very cheap and uncomfortable. The location is okay if you don't mind using uber to get everywhere as the only public transportation nearby is a bus that doesn't show half the time it is scheduled.

This apartment is ideal for the tourist who wants to be close to everything in the old quarter of Lisbon. It is in easy walking distance to everything. The apartment is a minimalist refurb in appointments and furnishings but has enough to make your stay comfortable. If you do not mind the the rebuilding activity within the old quarter this is the apartment and location for you

The location is great, easy walking distance to transport, cafes and shops. You can walk to the tourist double decker bus from the apartment. Also the Time Out Markets are 5 min walk which are amazing to visit. Also highly recommend the cafe across the road for great food and coffee and the friendliest staff!The room was lovely, modern & clean & has plenty of room. The bathroom was also really nice and new. The only issues were the lighting in the apartment wasnt good, the living area and bedroom only had lamps making it quite dark. Also the Wifi was not good and made it hard to access the internet while we were there.

Fräsch, ljus, lyxig och stor lägenhet med nya köksredskap, spis, micro, kyl och fryser samt tvättmaskin och diskmaskin och hårtork. Minimalistisk och rent. Vi hade lägenheten 1 vecka och den städades 1 gång under den tiden. Ljud från gatan kan vara störande om man är ljudkänslig, lägenheten är också lyhörd, ibland kunde vi höra grannarna prata mitt i natten och det gick också att höra när de gick hårt över golvet. Tänk på att under juni månad så är det festivaltid i Lissabon och lägenheten vi bodde på vette ut mot det lilla torget där det var mycket hög ljudvolym av musik (t.ex. techno) och festande människor fram till kl.03.30 på natten. Portugals nationaldag är den 10 juni och då är det fest och långhelg tom den 13 juni. Detta innebar för oss att de sista två dagarna (natten till fredag och lördagen) så var det mycket svårt att sova pga. hög ljudvolym från det lilla torget. Annars så var det en mycket fin lägenhet och vi rekommenderar den men välj gärna ett rum mot baksidan av huset om ni är ljudkänsliga, välj framsidan om ni inte störs av trafikljud och vill ha ljusinsläpp.

Pozitiv: Pozitie centrala, apartament foarte mare, curat si confortabil. Exista o cafenea la 20 metri. Excelent. Primesti foarte mult pentru putini bani. Il recomand!

Wir waren zufrieden mit dem Appartment, sehr stylisch und sauber. Es fehlten nur einige Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht hätte.Es gab zu wenige Kleiderbügel im Schrenk (zwei für jeden)Es fehlte eine kleine Garderobe für die Jacken. (Harken hätten gereicht)Im Schlafzimmer fehlten kleine Nachttische, um etwas abzustellen. (kleine Tischchen hätten gereicht)Im Bad fehlten auch Harken, um zusätzliche Handtücher, oder Kleidung aufzuhängen.In der Küche gabes keine Geschirrtücher und zu wenig Geschirr, so dass man unnützerweise täglich die Spülmaschine anstellen musste. Wie gesagt,nur Kleinigkeiten. Noch ein Tipp: Oropax nicht vergessen.Nachts doch sehr viel Lärm im Umfeld.
