First: We had to try every apartment in the whole house after sitting 2 hours with our little child in front of the door. We had no info, which one is ours and we could not reach somebody. We booked our apartment with a pool. But we die not get any pool keys for the first two days from 7. We tried & tried to telephone somebody at the first and second day. No solution. In the evening of day 2 somebody put the keys in our apartment. No sorry, no excuse me..... We've had also a full wet laundry mashine. Somebody came on the third day to pick it up. In the end, I wanted to get back 70€ from round about 800€. And they were no ok with it and wanted to refund a joke of 20€. SHAME!

The power went off 4 to 5 times every night durning our stay, especially when you turn on the heater and use the kettle at the same time.

Espaço excelente para relaxar na baixa de Lisboa, apartamento impecável e cuidado.
