The apartment is spacious, all of the facilities in the apartments are ready to use (they even provide washing machine detergent & softener if you want to wash your clothes). The whole apartment unit is clean and homey, the tv have a lot of tv channel for you to chose what to watch. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay in this apartment again when I come back to Lisbon.

Very good located central Lisbon. Apartments are excellent with all you need. If you have kids, they even put toys for them to play. If you have a car they have a parking but don't recommend the park if you are claustrophobic.. all in all very good.

Loved our stay at Lisbonaire....not only for the location but also for the well organized, clean and comfortable apartment. Even have facilities for recycling! Will stay there for our next visit! The only issue and it is no fault of management, is the street noise from people coming back from the bars but easily remedy with earplugs.

It was extremely difficult to locate this place by driving. It’s on a back alley street cuts off and you are unable to drive through. The GPS says you have arrived when the street name shows up 3 blocks away. Took me 45 minutes after multiple going arounds and asking local businesses to find this place.

Es un apartamento muy amplio, está muy limpio y ordenado, la cocina muy cómoda con todos los electrodomésticos que se necesitan, el baño completo....
El personal muy amable y atento. Tuvimos un pequeño problema y enseguida nos buscaron una solución.....
Esta en una calle muy tranquila y céntrica, a pocos minutos andando del centro de la ciudad.
Totalmente recomendable.

The bedroom part of the apartment was very small. However, the apartment had a good size kitchen with a big fridge, a stove and a dishwasher and a good size bathroom. Everything was new and modern, it was very clean and included all you need for a short stay in the city. The building is close to cafes and restaurants and in the downtown area, it has public transportation near by and is on a quiet street. It was March so I cant say if in the Summer months it is as quiet. The reception area has someone there most of the day to answer any questions. They even offer a safe storage space for luggage, if necessary and a large lounge area in the basement. Over all I recommended The Lisbonaire.

We really liked the apartments, everything there was very convenient, the kitchen was great, there were enough power outlets on the walls, great refrigerator, nice facilities overall. the only problem for us was that it is located a little bit outside of the main historic area and to get to it we needed to go up the street. But this is only because we are older, for younger people it would not be a problem at all. The people at the front desk were very polite. Overall, great place to stay.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. Beds are comfy, the water boiler provides unlimited hot water. Dishwasher and washer supplies are restocked regularly. It's in the heart of the the city centre. Considering all that, the price is very reasonable. The also have some common areas for the guests and you can book parking with them cheaper then anywhere nearby. Highly recommend!

Really clean and spacious. Great with a toddler! Baby bundle was free and included a high chair, baby bath and box of toys. Lots of children's books to look at in reception. Space and toys to play with in the basement. Centrally located and very close to good, reasonably priced restaurants. Lots of playgrounds within 10 mins walking distance so perfect with little ones.

Location excellent, room excellent, unfortunately noise from the street is clearly heard in the room and its very loud, the double glazing doesnt seem to work at all even though I made sure the windows were closed properly with the latches in the correct position, the street is a dead end but taxis turn around in the road all night and doors are slamming into the early hours, then the bin men come every night at 3 to 4 in the morning and they are very loud, we asked to move room but were told all rooms faced the road I dont know if this is true, I am back in work next week but could do with a weeks holiday to get over this. I only assume reviews which say this hotel is quiet have had rooms which dont face the road

El apartamento está muy bien situado, el personal es muy atento y el tener parking en el edificio es una ventaja añadida, aunque la primera vez que se accede es un poco complicado porque hay que bajar el coche en ascensor.

Stayed in the Lisbonaire Apartments with my hubby and 2 kids for 4 fabulous days. They turned the sofa into two beds for the kids hubby and I had a bedroom to ourselves downstairs. We were able to make breakfast/tea coffee in our kitchen. And there were loads of places to eat on our doorstep. We found our flat to be clean, spacious and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location cannot be beat. All in all it’s a great place to stay!

The Hotel is set in a very average looking back street so when you reach, you are wondering what to expect! However, once you start walking, you understand the value of its great location! This along with its friendly and helpful staff, clean and well furnished rooms makes your stay and extremely pleasant one! Great choice!

My experience was great , it’s closer to everything shops , cafe , spacious , clean , staff were very helpful, safe . The great things for us was having our own washing machine in our own room , if not using dryer a clothes airer was provided. Definitely stay there again !

Great place to explore and enjoy Lisbon from. Located close (bit not on) the waterfront near lots of attractions, restuants, cafes public transportation including a train station. Nice clean large rooms with Portuguese words and phrases on the walls. The folks at the reception are super nice and helpful. There is a clothes washing machine in every apartment and a tumble dryer downstairs. Downstairs is also a lounge area with pool table, exercise area and beer, coffee, and soda for sale cheap. Room service was great. There was lots of hot water and even a dish washer. This place is an outstanding value. We will be sure to stay here when we return.

Not a bad spot. Good location, helpful staff. It’s noisy though. If you’re a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs and a white noise track. I could hear the baby screaming next door through the wall, and the trucks at night were awfully loud. Nothin luxurious, but a reasonable place to stay in Lisbon.

Apartamentos muy amplios con espectacular ubicación y en calle muy tranquila. Los trabajadores te ayudan en todo lo necesario.
Para acceder al edificio y a tu apartamento, necesitas unas claves de acceso. Existe una zona en común donde puedes servirte café, agua, etc... Y las galletas son gratis, todo un detalle.
La cama muy cómoda, y la cocina cuenta con todo tipo de menaje.
Muy recomendable!!

Excellent place! We stayed with our baby and have no complaints whatsoever. The location is quite but in the middle of town we walked everywhere from there. The checkin and everything else works seemlesly. It was spacious and clean and they even put a box full of toys for our baby in the apartment, how considerate is that! The parking garage is adventurous but easily manageable even with a small SUV sized car (VW Tiguan). Always again!

The location is really good. close to main attractions, restaurants and shopping. The apartment is very spacious. The front desk staff are really friendly and they helped every time I need to move my car in/out from the building. However the bathroom has sewer smell and they don't clean the apartment especially the bathroom well.. For the price you pay, I feel that there are many other options out there.

The apartment has a fantastic location. It is in a very centrally locates and safe area.It’s a very comfortable apartment - we were a family of 4- 2 adults and 2 kids. The sofa individual beds in the living room are comfortable to sleep in and the small bedroom is very cosy. There is ample storage also. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. There is daily housekeeping also- this however could be better- the cleaning was very ok.

Está bastante bien situado al lado de la estación de Restauradores, al lado del tranvía que te lleva a la zona alta.El apartamento es espacioso, nuevo, limpio y cómodo, y hacen limpieza diaria.En general me pareció silencioso, excepto el sábado noche que había abajo unos borrachos que hicieron mucho ruido, pero no es una zona de bares así que no creo que sea habitual.Tuvimos un pequeño problema de comunicación pero ni lo cuento porque fue un error que puede tener cualquiera.

El apartamento está situado al lado de Rossio, muy céntrico. El personal es muy servicial y agradable y las instalaciones están muy cuidadas. Dispone también de una zona social para relacionarse con los demás huéspedes, cosa que es de agradecer. Totalmente recomendable.

Enfin, des prix en fonction du temps passé au parking pourraient être établis plutôt qu’un forfait journalier.

Positive: Fantastic place - central location, big modern clean rooms, well equipped with everything one may need (coffee machine, fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery, dishwasher and even a washing machine in the apartment) reasonable price. Entry is with the electronic codes sent to you prior to arrival - very comfy. Liked that there was a coffee machine, but would suggest to provide compatible capsules, even if for extra fee - otherwise difficult to use (bought some at the store, but they were not suitable - difficult to guess which ones would be ok). Parking in the street is scarce and paid (coins only), but was lucky to find a spot nearby; there is also an underground parking around the block, should there be no spot on the street.. Negative: Nothing really. Would return next time in Lisbon

Positive: Excellent location for exploring Lisbon. Perfectly equipped for a young family (2 adults, baby and preschooler). Hotel staff were helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed (washing machine, fridge, stove, table and chairs, high chair, safety deposit box). Tem estacionamento que, apesar de caro ( 15 euros a diaria) é um luxo em Lisboa.. Para quem chega antes da hora do check in tem local com conforto para espera e local seguro para guarder malas.

Awesome designer apartment, very tidy and clean, fully equipped and very central. We did not even have to use the metro much since it is a walk away from the city center. Visit the basement, it's a great place to hang out.

La disponibilité et la sympathie du personnel ; et la facilité pour prendre les "clefs" , à presque une heure du matin et les rendre à la fin du séjour. Terrasse sur le toit avec une belle vue sur la ville.. Négatif: Le confort du lit double: j'ai senti toutes les nuits une sorte de barre au milieu du lit, comme un canapé-lit déplié. L'humidité de la salle de bain.

Tolle Lage: zentral gelegen mit div. guten Restaurants in naher Umgebung. Leider mit Auto kaum erreichbar.Wohnung: gute Größe, bestens ausgestattete Küche und grosses Bad. Unsere Wohnung im 3.OG befand sich allerdings direkt neben dem Liftmotor, welcher laut zu hören war. Der Parkettboden in unserer Wohnung war stellenweise defekt und abgenutzt, ansonsten Zustand gut.

Pozytywna: Spokój i cisza. Wygodny apartament. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.. Negatywna: Był problem z kodem wejściowym. Podobno miał przyjść mailem ale nie mogłam tego kodu znaleźć. Na miejscu było przez chwile nerwowo kiedy nie mogłyśmy wejść do budynku.

Положительный: Красивые, удобные, современные и стильные апартаменты. Квартира большая и светлая. Отличное расположение. Очень удобно, что до приезда присылают код от апартов и не надо разыскивать никого если приехал ночью, это огромный плюс. В квартире есть абсолютно все необходимое, вплоть до стирального порошка и таблеток для посудомойки. Есть кофемашина, утюг и гладильная доска. Отличная, очень удобная кровать. Горничная убирает каждый день и выносит мусор, не надо метаться и искать баки. Отличный сигнал интернета, у каждой квартиры свой. Понравилось абсолютно все, если вернемся в Лиссабон то остановимся снова здесь.

My girlfriend and I both enjoyed our staff at the apartment. We were in the perfect location to explore Lisbon; a short walk to Bairro Alto, a short walk to the station to which you can travel to Sintra, and a short walk to the coast. The rooms are well equipped: kettle, toaster, oven and hob, cutlery and cleaned daily.The staff are friendly, approachable and happy to help. All in all, a lovely stay and would recommend these apartments!Ben

Olumlu: Konumu çok iyi. İlk defa bu tip bir apart otelde kaldık ve bizi oldukça memnun etti. Mutfak eşyaları oldukça yeni ve temizdi. Bir evde olması gereken tüm temel eşyalar vardı. Lizbona tekrar gidersek yine burda kalabiliriz.. Olumsuz: Banyo biraz daha iyi olabilirdi.

The apartment is on a side street so the location is quiet and easy walk to transportation. You can make your own meals and safe some money, too. The apartment was spacious and had all the comforts of home. I recommend.

Super chiques, modernes und sauberes Apartment, in dem man gerne länger bleiben möchte. Die Lage ist top, da sich in unmittelbarer Nähe das Barrio Alto mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars befindet.
Check-in funktioniert total einfach und unkompliziert. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Positivo: Adoro o Lisbonaire!!! A cama é maravilhosa, a localização muito boa, muito discreto, vista linda e são muito simpáticos. Recomendo. Tem uma cozinha boa e muito bem equipada com maquina de lavar roupa, microondas, etc. Dá para poupar dinheiro cozinhando e não em restaurantes. Optimo WC com banheira.. Negativo: o quarto onde fiquei desta vez era um pouco apertado...mas nada de mais.

긍정적: 전반적으로 깔끔하고 모던한 분위기가 좋았고, 위치도 이동하기에 그럭저럭 괜찮았던것같습니다. 스페인에서는 샤워실 수압이 약해서 고생했는데 여기는 좋았네요. 오래되고낡은 분위기가아니어서 더 좋았던것같습니다.. 부정적: 룸이 1층이었는데 창끝커튼틈으로 바깥이 다가려지지않고 보여서 신경이 많이쓰였습니다. 편의시설은 괜찮은편이었는데 금고가 없어서 불편했습니다.

Het eerste wat opviel als je binnen kwam is dat het er zo lekker rook (detail met geurstokjes) het was ook een prettig gevoel dat alles met een code ging (complex/studios).. Negatief: Harde bedden. En het was snachts vrij rumoerig (bv vrachtwagens die vuil ophaalde om 3/4 u snachts) maar dat was niet een dealbreaker ..

긍정적: 다니기에 교통이 편리했고, 무엇보다 여자 스텝분이 너무 친절하셨다.
지하 라운지, 루프탑까지 숙소 외에도 이용할 공간이 많아서 좋았다.
청소도 매일 깔끔하게 해주시고, 숙소가 아주 넓진 않았지만 세탁기까지 필요한 것들은 다 갖추고 있어 불편함이 없었다.. 부정적: 나라의 특색인 것 같긴 한데.. 냄비가 2개 있는데, 하나는 너무 크다..
중간 사이즈가 있음 좋겠다고 계속 생각했다^^

Ottima sistemazione, confortevole, pulita. La dotazione degli appartamenti è più che completa. Pulizia e riassetto quotidiani.La posizione ideale per qualsiasi tipo di vacanza. Metro a 2 min., Stazione a 2 min., Ufficio turistico a 2 min., Supermercato a 5 min. e via dicendo. Certo volendo risparmiare si potrebbero trovare alternative più economiche, ma non altrettanto comode e funzionali.

Pozitiv: Foarte buna locatie, in plin centru, acces facil. Am reusit sa vizitam multe locuri de interes mergand pe jos. Suprafata camerei confortabila, curatenie, amabilitate la receptie. Am primit sfaturi utile, orientare in vizitarea unor puncte de atractie. Ne-a placut mult locatia, o recomandam.. Negativ: Nu avem de reprosat ceva.

Hemos estado 1 semana en el piso de la tercera planta , nos ha encantado la situacion y el hotel .nos limpiaban todos los dias la habitacion incluso fregaban los platos , bruno quien nos atendio varias veces encantador y nos informo y ayudo en todo lo que le consultamos .Volveria a repetir sin pensarlo.NOTA el parking perfecto lei comentarios que me asustaron y nada tengo un 4x4 y entro sin maniobra ni problemas.

Très bien situé et fonctionnel. Manque cependant de service puisque la réception n'est pas souvent ouverte. Je comprends le concept d'appartements, mais même pour régler la chambre ce n'est pas simple.

При этом в нем предусмотрено все, чтобы гости чувствовали себя как дома - от гладильной доски и полного набора посуды до шампунем и моющих средств для посуды. Тихо. Чисто. Очень важно, что зимой есть отопление. Очень комфортное проживание. Такое с удовольствием рекомендуют друзьям.

Place was very clean and on a quiet street. But just 1 block over is the hustle and bustle of one of the main streets in Lisbon. Definitely recommend this place for casual travellers. This is a self serve type hotel so don't expect too much. WiFi is excellent and just around the block is the tourist info centre that can also book tours. Have fun!

Kladný: Plně vybavené prostorné apartmány vhodné hlavně pro delší pobyt v centru a přitom a v klidné části. Pěší dostupnost do historického centra města. Přístup přes elektronické kódy zaslané předem, takže check-in kdykoli.... V suterénu malé fitnes, kulečník, fotbálek, selfservice nápoje v pohodových cenách...... Příjemní a ochotní správci - recepční.. Záporný: Pozor pouze - vjezd a hlavně výjezd z podzemního parkoviště přes výtah - vyžaduje zručného řidiče nebo malé auto :-)

Lisbonaire Apartments. We loved this place. The prices were quite reasonable compared to hotel stays. We loved the design elegance of the apartments from the group of Portuguese architects who renovated a mid 20th-century building into 19 one-bedroom and studio apartments. Our studio apartment was large - probably 350 square feet - with a dining table, a lounge chair and a full kitchen. Everything in the building is by code - entrance door, room door, storage room door, safe, etc. So, no keys to carry! Everything is spotlessly clean and works flawlessly. The building has a roof deck with a great view if you want to hang out there. The basement - about 2,000 square feet - is set up as a lounge with couches, pool table, kids play area, library and small gym. The drinks in the refrigerator are available to take - with a box to leave money per the honor system. The front desk is staffed except at night. The staff were helpful with recommendations and have a small gift shop with Portuguese gifts. The studios work well for couples - I expect that their one bedrooms would work for a small family. There is no restaurant or breakfast at the Lisbonaire but you can stock the fridge or, if you want, you can go to any number of nearby places for breakfast - and, of course, for lunch/dinner. The local cafe is 2 minutes walk and has omelettes and pastries and coffee. Or you can sit outdoors at the Mirodouro outdoor cafe - about 5 minutes walk uphill - and take in the view.

Autogestion para todo, llegas y no hay nadie para atenderte tienes que estar leyendo donde estan las cosas, preguntas a mujeres de la limpieza y no saben nada, tuvimos un problema de gotera en el baño y tuvimos que esperar unas cuantas horas (que perdimos de disfrutar Portugal) y el responsable con aires de superioridad dudaba en todo momento de que el problema de la gotera fuera cierto... Pésimo. Si no tienes problemas con el servicio o la habitación pues bien, pero como tengas un problema te tratan mal y son muy lentos para arreglarlo.

Jákvætt: Los estudios estan bien equipados con vajilla heladera.Correcto. Negative: Los estudios economicos son en el ultimo piso ,hay que subir un piso por escalera con el equipaje y no lo avisan.La TV con pocos canales y no buena.Cuando preguntamos nos dijeron que era un problema con el servidor.El personal amable pero no pudieron resolver los problemas.Lo mas grave fue el frio en el cuarto.Nos tocaron dias de frio y lluvia.Volvimos al apartamento.El aparato de aire acondicionado claramente insuficiente y el baño helado.El ultimo dia alguien nos toco insistentemente el timbre a las 0.00hs.Ya dormiamos y nos asustamos.No abrimos y no sabemos quien fue.No pudimos conversarlo con nadie ya que el domingo cuando nos fuimos no habia empleados en recepcion

חיובי: דירות חדישות ונוחות במיקום סבבה, עם מכונת כביסה ומדיח. גם חדר משחקים עם שולחן ביליארד היה מאוד נחמד.. שלילי: - כנראה שעובד נחמד משנה את התחושה לחלוטין - כשהגענו קיבל את פנינו "בחור" לא סימפטי במיוחד, עם פרצוף של "אתם מפריעים לי לעשות משהו ממש חשוב" - בהמשך התחלף לעובד נחמד ונכון לעזור, מה שבהחלט שיפר את הרגשתנו הכללית.
- קיבלנו דירה בקומת הקרקע ופונה לרחוב, והומלץ לנו ע"י העובד במקום לא להשאיר את החלונות פתוחים בלילה ולהשתמש במזגן לאוורור. חדר השינה היה למטה במדרגות - למעשה בקומת המרתף, וללא חלון.
- איכשהו המחיר ששילמנו (הוספנו גם 15 יורו ללילה חנייה) יצא גבוה מאוד לטעמי. יש אפשרות שמשתמשים בעוגיות ומשחקים עם המחיר, או אולי מתמחרים לפי ביקושים בעיר - שימו לב!

Olumlu: Otelin yeri çok güzel, her yere yürüme mesafesinde (turistik yerlere de gece hayatına da). Odalar çok rahat, çamaşır makinası, bulaşık makinası dahi bulunuyor (deterjan ile birlikte). Temizlik her gün yapılıyor. Fiyatı da bir çok otele göre çok uygundu. Kesinlikte tavsiye ediyorum. Everything was perfect. The location is wonderful, we were able to walk everywhere. The room was comfortable and includes everything that we needed (even washing machine). Our room was cleaned everyday. The price was also great considering quality of the hotel and the room.

Non è un albergo, ma affittano veri e propri appartamenti con tutte le comodità, aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da stiro. Tutto insomma. Pulizia nella media. Biancheria inclusa. Insomma tutto ciò che serve e tutto nuovo. Ve lo consiglio vivamente. 3 notti per 4 persone 480€ tasse incluse.

Der Apartmentkomplex ist relativ neu (2011) und dem entsprechend ist die ganze Ausstattung. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war sauber. Im Keller befinden sich Gemeinschaftsräume wie z.B. ein Billardtisch und ein kleines Fitnessstudio (Nutzung jeweils kostenlos). Die Lage ist optimal, zwei Minuten zu Fuß von dem zentralen Platz Restauradores. Vom Flughafen bringt einen Bus 91 für 2 € in ca 25 Minuten direkt an diesen Platz. Von dort sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar oder man nimmt die Tram. Die U-Bahn haben wir nicht genutzt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Buchung, Zubuchungen, Service und Empfang durch die Mitarbeiter waren perfekt. Die Lage im Zentrum ist optimal, Appartmentgröße und Aufteilung ebenfalls. Geschmälert wird der sehr gute Gesamteindruck leider durch die nicht so gute Schallisolierung.Insgesamt aber ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, der zum Wiederkommen verführen wird.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana, y nos encantó. Los apartamentos son muy grandes, y totalmente equipados, y el concepto de la zona común también nos pareció genial, mis hijos se lo pasaron muy bien en esta zona del edificio, sobre todo jugando al billar.
El trato fue exquisito, y muy familiar.
Lo recomendamos.

Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen. Um das Gebäude und die Zimmer zu betreten, benötigt man Codes. Hat alles gut funktioniert. Wir hatten ein Duplex-Apartment, was sehr geräumig war. Jedoch fühlte ich mich überhaupt nicht wohl, da es recht dunkel war und das Zimmer im Untergeschoss ohne Fenster. Zudem war das Bad schimmlig und auch sonst lies die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.

Juste une étape dune nuit mais je la recommanderais pour des séjours plus longs. Très belle reconversion dun immeuble de construction récente et sans charme. Appartements avec cuisines totalement équipées, même un lave-linge. Déco dans un style industriel, tout semble neuf.
