My stay here exceeded my expectations for a place so cheap. Would recommend it for a budget traveler looking for decent standard.

Nette Vermieterin, für unsere Zwecke, absolut ausreichendes und sauberes Zimmer mit Bad und Dusche. Absolut kein rollstuhlgerechter Eingang, sehr steile Treppe.

Situato nel pittoresco Barrio Alto, nel cuore della movida (e degli schiamazzi notturni), in Rua Da Barroca 129. A parte il problema del rumore notturno (sperimentato solo venerdì - mercoledì e giovedì non abbiamo sentito nulla - e nel week end eravamo già altrove) la struttura è accogliente e pulita, la camera piccola ma fornita di tutto. Il WiFi c'è e funziona bene. Occhio alle scale piuttosto ripide. Se avete bagagli voluminosi i taxisti della zona hanno il pass per entrare nella zona a traffico limitato. Uno spazio cucina ben attrezzato è in comune con i coinquilini del piano. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è simpatica, molto disponibile e pronta a dare dritte e spiegazioni utili.

El lugar está bien. La ubicación es perfecta si disfrutas de la noche, el ruido y los tragos. Abajo hay muchos vendedores de sustancias... los servicios son adecuados.

Nice friendly staff and very good location but super noisy in the evenings/nights. Remember ear plugs! Good value for price.

Posizione cemtralissima e oste molto disponibile! Un'esperienza indimenticabile! I doppi vetri della stanza non lasciano passare rumori, nonostante la zona vivace. Consigliatissimo!

古いが清潔で綺麗。ホテルの外観は落書きだらけでちょっと怖い建物の二階部分。緑のドアで番号は129番。チェックインは20時まで。部屋にバスルーム、トイレあり。部屋の外に共用キッチンあり。部屋にエアコンなし。オイルヒーター、扇風機は貸してもらえます。アメニティなし。ドライヤーあり。まわりは飲食店が多く楽しいエリア。が、現地で使えるスマホを持っていない人は泊まらないほうがいいと思います。なぜなら、ホテルまでの道も複雑で看板もないのでGoogleマップを見ながらでないとたどり着けない可能性があるのと、スタッフが常駐していなく鍵の受け渡しの時だけ来るが、鍵の受け渡し時間ちょっと前にホテル前に着いても誰もいなく、受け渡し時間ちょうどにやっと窓から声をかけられホテルに入ることができたため、スマホがないと、待ち合わせ時間より早く着いたり遅く着いたりしたときに連絡が取れなくて鍵の受け渡しができない可能性もあり。ホテルに入れなくて困っている人を2組見ました。 あと、坂道が多く石畳なので駅からスーツケースを引っ張ってくるのはかなり大変だし、メトロはエスカレーターがないところが多い。Uberだと空港から10€でホテルまで来られて便利です。

The biggest advantage of the rooms are I location, situated at Bairro Alto. We have no complaints about the proximity to major tourist attractions. However, the condition of the facilities are barely acceptable. There are smell in the hallway, we found mosquito in the room and worst of all the refrigerator in the share kitchen alarms all night for no reason and we didn't know where the sound was coming from on our first night so we barely got any sleep. We only found out the sound came from the fridge the next day when the cleaning lady came over and she just unplugged the fridge (which means you can't really use the fridge if you want to sleep). The toilet was clean with adequate hot water, however the shower is very clogged so you need to stop the water every few minutes. But given the cost of the room is affordable for budget travellers, lower your expectation would be my best advice.

Ottima posizione. Buona la pulizia della camera e del bagno. Comoda la cucina comune per un pasto veloce. Gli schiamazzi notturni della strada vicina sono attutiti discretamente grazie alle finestre isolanti.

Lugar simples com quartos confortáveis e limpos. Excelente para quem quer conhecer a noitada portuguesa pois está arrodeada de bares e restaurantes

A parte wifi che non si prende in camera, ho dovuto uscire in terrazzo o in corridoio, abbastanza bene il resto. Molta musica con volume altissimo fino all'una di notte.

Pulizia e gentilezza. Camera accogliente. Consigliatissimo per chi ha voglia di vivere la movida portoghese nella zona più "loca" di Lisbona

Good accommodation for the price. Very noisy street. Party all week - Monday till Sunday, but the good isolation was good so we could sleep. The bathroom is very small and the water in the shower was clogged. nice little kitchen with the fridge and coffee machine. I would recommend it!

Nice position to walk around town, a little to high though.. The noise from the street will keep you up at night, but gives you a good vibe. The only negative point would be the temperature in the room, no way to heat it up :)

A very pleasant host waited for us to check-in very late, since our flight was in 10pm. She gave us very good and useful advice about locations to visit, and was very kind and helpful. This place is on very good location in bohemian quart Bairro Alto and from here you can go anywhere you like. Clean room, cleaned every 2nd day, new clean towels and bed sheets, hygiene was 10+. We are more than glad and satisfied for staying here!
