Quelques manquements au niveau nettoyage, porte de salle de bain et toilettes avec traces (noircies), interieurs des différents tiroirs des meubles qui composent l'appartement et enfin le canapé du salon (grosses auréoles sur le tissu!). Autres détails, pas d'ascenseur pour accéder au 4eme étage sous les toits. L' apppartement est constitué de lucarnes et non de fenêtres en dehors de la cuisine. Le mode de chauffage est précaire, petit appareil électrique (radiateur soufflant). Néanmoins, Nous avons passés un agréable week-end (malgré le temps pluvieux).

Alles in Ordnung. War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt dort. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Great hospitality, our host was very helpful with providing tips for our vacation in Lisbon. Well equipped apartment , comfortable and clean. Some cardio is needed to climb the stairs :-)

Geweldig appartement voor een groep van 8 tot 12 mensen! Het is schoon, ruim en mooi ingericht. De kamers liggen verspreid in twee verschillende gangen met drie mooie badkamers in de buurt. Daarnaast een woonkamer, eethoek en een redelijk uitgebreide keuken. Voor een verblijf van 3 tot 14 dagen zeer geschikt naar mijn mening.

Really cold in January, my teeth were clinking and they only provided cheap, inefficient, radiators. Kitchen smells like garbage, bathroom door can't be locked, kitchen door won't stay closed, furniture is old and smells like.. old. The rooms along the long hallway have a big window above their door and every time someone has to use the bathroom during night and open the hallway light, the person sleeping in that room will be bothered by it. Only the living room is acceptable.

A beautifully appointed apartment, that took our breath away and had us scouring property online for something to buy in Lisbon! We booked this property for a week for a family holiday for 8 but it would easily accomodate 10 with five comfortable double rooms. The apartment is within a traditional early 1900's building with gorgeous high ceilings and 'Georgian' proportions (think 'Bath, England meets Valetta in Malta'). Original features, shutters and beautiful wooden floors are plentiful. The rooms are full of character and playfully decorated. Communal areas had everything we needed for shared meals and long evenings filled with laughter, chatting about our adventures. I dont think any of us would hesitate to reccomend this wonderful place to others.

Fabulous place, light and bright historic apartment with really lovely décor. Check-in was very smooth, and we were taken through some great local recommendations for the rest of our trip. We were a fairly big group – 10 people – and there was plenty of space in the communal areas, the lovely big dining table a real highlight. Location is lovely and quiet, but within a close walk of a decent supermarket, and 20 minutes to the centre of Lisbon. Would recommend Zenith nearby for Brunch.
