I have been there for 4 night with my wife.
Excellent location , clean and quiet.
There was a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules.
The air conditioning was excellent , used it at our first day , that was a hot day at noon.
The WiFi is bad :(

Parfait appartement pour visiter Lisbonne, emplacement idéal. Très fonctionnel, bien décoré, conciergerie. Quelques bruits remontant des rues commerçantes, mais rien d'anormal. L'indépendance et le service : recommandé !

Appartement très agréable et bien situé.
Comme tout logement en centre ville, il faut s'attendre à un peu de bruit mais l'appartement est bien isolé.

Great apartment well situated. Only downside was no housekeeping for first five days. Otherwise if only for a couple of days I would highly recommend

Si se quiere pagar más... es cómodo y céntrico. Cerca del metro y plaza del comercio...lo que no sabia es que el pago se hacia al llegar y solo con tarjeta...

-정말 최고의 위치, 주요 여행지의 중심에 있어서 움직이기도 편했고 중간중간 들어와서 쉬었음
-근처에 마트, 레스토랑, 베이커리, 쇼핑, 기념품샵 모든 게 다 있음
[숙소]
-요리에 필요한 웬만한 도구는 다 있음, 걸어서 10분거리에 있는 아시안마트에서 장봐서 햇반에 불고기도 해먹었음
-맨꼭대기층인 501호 배정받았는데 분위기 있고 쇼파에 앉아 바깥을 바라보는 뷰가 넘 좋았음
-문 닫으면 조용해서 꿀잠 잤으나 이불이 몸에 촥 감기는 느낌은 다른 숙소들에 비해 덜해서 좀 아쉬움
-거울이 큼직하고, 라디에이터도 있어서 넘넘 좋았음, 수압이 세서 좋았으나 물 트는 게 넘 힘듦, 특히 손에 비눗물 있는 상태서 물틀려고 하다가 손바닥 빨개짐ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-포르투에서도 아파트먼트에서 지냈는데 거긴 우산빌려주면서 편히 쓰라고 했는데 여긴 스태프가 본인 우산을 빌려줘서 서로 난처해했음, 관리자들이 아파트먼트 숙박객 전용 우산을 구비해뒀으면 함

Central, clean, but fails on responsibility and service. There were no hot water for two nights in a row. Staff explains it is the gas companies fault but two nights in a row is just too irresponsible. Would NOT reccomend. The other place we stayed had no issues: Portugal Ways Baixa Original Apartments

It's very central and there is a Metro station only 3 min walk from it. It has a kitchen so if you felt like cooking for yourself you can. The person running the place is very helpful. For its location it is great value around €84 a night. I would happily stay here again.

위치도 나쁘지 않고, 호스트도 매우 친절합니다. 내부 가구들도 편안하고, 와인따개를 비롯한 간단한 가전제품도 있어서 안에서 해먹을 수도 있구요. 화장실도 깔끔하게 관리되고 물도 잘 나옵니다. 위치도 바이샤 역과 가깝고 주요 맛집들과도 가까운 편이라 좋습니다. 창문 닫으면 소음도 크지 않아서 좋습니다. 강력추천하는 숙소입니다. 작지만 엘리베이터도 있어서 편리하구요.

Beautifully appointed right in the old town surrounded by great cafe's. Close to the citadel and a short walk to the waterfront.

L'appartement est très bien centré et facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport en métro! La déco de l'appartement est très sympa il y a même les carreaux typiques les "azulejos" Il est bien isolé (important car il y a de nombreux restaurants dans la rue) et proche des transports publiques pour visiter la ville!

Apartamento na justa medida para 2 a 4 pessoas. Apesar de não ser tão perto do metrô como o Garrett 48 é bem localizado. O chuveiro não estava esquentando muito e o isolamento acústico não é muito bom (escuta - se os passos de quem anda no andar de cima). A cozinha é ótima!

Amplios y con mucha luz, limpieza impecable, totalmente equipados con todo lo necesario, hasta dispone Nespresso con 4 cápsulas, también disponen de wifi.
La situación es inmejorable, relativamente cerca, donde el elevador do Castelo hay un parking por 20€ el día.
