Ein frisch renoviertes Haus mit mehreren sehr schön eingerichteten Apartments die über alles verfügen was man braucht. Tolle freundliche Gastgeberin, die gern hilft wo sie kann. Die Lage ist nahe des Kreuzfahrt-Anlegers und perfekte Ausgangslage um Lissabon rundum zu erkunden. Alfama bietet eine Menge kleiner schnuckeliger Restaurants und Cafés, über deren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis man sich jedoch besser vorher online informieren sollte. Top-Lage!

The apartment was really nice but we did not appreciate being told to pay 45euros as cleaning fee on top of the already expensive cost of it. We actually discovered that once the reservation has been made. This also seemed too much for the small apartment and we had to leave it in cash with the owner threatening to "call the authorities" if we refused to pay.

Дом используется под дешёвую гостиницу. Комнаты неплохие, но одно маленькое неудобство лестницы очень крутые и поднимать в квартиры чемоданы не очень удобно.

Clean and spacious, easy check in, with great location. We had a hard time finding it at some points but that's due to the typical Lisbon layout. The city tax isn't included so you have to leave that in cash which is a bit strange.

We stayed in The Lovely House unit, it's perfect for couples. Newly renovated, simple design, spotless clean, it's got everything you need. The location is also perfect, ocean view right at the corner, few minutes walking distance to local restaurants, train station, coast. Tips for travelers: it's an old building with narrow stairway, it will be difficult to carry big luggage to go up higher floors.

Well placed in Amfama and we had a lovely river view from our balcony. Lovely apartments well laid out with everything you need.

Dobra lokacija apartmaja v srediscu starega mestnega jedra. Primerno predvsem za mlade, saj je stanovanje dostopno le po izredno strmih stopnicah in je v zgornjem nadstropju. Zakonska postelja je se dodatno v mansardi, iz sedezne v dnevnem prostoru je moc pripraviti lezisce za dva. Kopalnica, v njej je vse kar potrebujes, je izredno majhna, skrajno neprimerna za ljudi malce mocnejse postave. Stanovanje je na spletu s strani lastnika korektno opisano. Priporocam predvsem kaksnemu mlajsemu paru.

Piccolo appartamento, nuovo e pulito. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile. Non posso dare 5 stelle per via dell'ubicazione al piano strada. Tutti i rumori entrano in casa e senza inferriate non puoi dormire con le finestre aperte.

Квартира очень маленькая, но отремонтирована. Всё необходимое для жизни есть. Нет кондиционера. Место необычное и очень аутентичное , но имейте ввиду, что никакого общественного транспорта нет рядом и огромное количество ступенек-это тяжело .

Apartamento muito bom, muito bem equipado e perto de várias atrações do bairro Alfama que é o mais antigo e um dos mais típicos bairros de Lisboa. Bairro com ruas cheias de labirintos que acaba por proporcionar caminhos não programados, uma atratividade a parte. O bairro é muito seguro e possui grande charme por suas ladeiras, vários cafés e lojas com bebidas e produtos artesanais. Único ponto de atenção é fato de não ter acesso para veículo. O carro chega no máximo a uns 300 metros do edifício.

My family and I stayed at Alfama Right Point for 5 nights in July. The location was perfect for exploration and it was easy to get to other places such as Sintra, Cascais, and Evora. Checkin was very easy since I was sent a code to get the key from a lock box at the property. Irina was great in checking that everything was ok. She even brought an extra fan since there is no air conditioning. With the fan, the climate of the apartment was very comfortable. I would definitely recomment this hotel and hope to stay there again sometime.

We loved our stay at Alfama Right Point. It was clean, well equipped and felt very safe and the view from Panoramic House was amazing. A huge bonus was the Fado music wafting up to our apartment in the evening each night. Irina was very helpful and responsive and we recommend her highly as a host!

Situato nello storico quartiere di Alfama. La zona è tranquilla e si gira facilmente. Ci sono anche diversi locali tipici dove poter mangiare e anche ascoltare musica (Fado). Nota un po' dolente sono le salite e scalinate. In più, parte della zona è a traffico limitato perciò ci si arriva in taxi o piedi. Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento era essenziale ma ben fornito. Unica pecca, l'insonorizzazione tra un piano e l'altro, sembra di avere la gente che ti cammina in testa.

Cet appartement est très bien situé au coeur de l'Alfama, quartier sympathique et ancien où le tourisme est bien présent mais sans excès. Situé en face d'une petite église, il est juste à côté d'un superbe Belvédère qui permet d'admirer le Tage en contrebas. L'accès à l'appartement est compliqué: la montée est imposante et vos valises rouleront difficilement sur les pavés. Une fois arrivé à l'entrée, et armé du code pour récupérer les clés dans le petit coffre extérieur, il vous faudra grimper un escalier extrêmement raide pour gagner les chambres. Nous étions au 1er étage avec un balcon qui ne permet pas de poser ses deux pieds. L' appartement est propre et équipé mais la salle d'eau, la cuisine et la chambre n'ont pas de fenêtre. Il faisait assez froid et il n'y a aucune commande de chauffage possible. Nous nous sommes réchauffés avec le soufflant de la salle de bains ... L'appartement est extrêmement sonore. Vous entendez tous les mouvements des autre appartements. Selon l'horaire de départ des voisins, vous pouvez avoir quelques heures de sommeil au calme ... Le raide escalier peut être dangereux pour les touristes un peu festifs ... Bref, je ne recommande pas cette adresse. Seule la vue sur le Tage est sympa. La petite bouteille de vin en accueil est bien agréable mais c'est le seul véritable contact que nous ayons eu durant nos 5 nuits. Précisons que le ménage est fait au départ et à l'arrivée mais pas pendant le séjour.

Positif: La situation géographique au coeur de l'Alfama et proche de tous les sites à visiter. Le logement très propre à la déco moderne.. Négatif: L' isolation phonique car malheureusement nous sommes tombés en même temps que des locataires très bruyants la nuit.

Positif: Super Appartement dans le quartier d'Alfama, le cœur de Lisbonne ! La localisation proche des lieux touristiques est idéale. L'appartement en lui même est confortable, bien équipé, moderne et propre. Il convient parfaitement pour un couple ou un couple avec un enfant en bas age. Irina est serviable et compréhensive.. Négatif: Bien que centrale, la localisation du bâtiment n'est pas facilement accessible en transports publics. Les 40 marches d'escalier pour atteindre l'appartement sont très raides, un peu effrayantes avec des enfants.

Positive: La struttura è abbastanza nuova. Pulizia ottima. All'interno c'è quasi tutto quello che serve dalle stoviglie al carico di asciugamani puliti. La zona è ben collegata da pullman e da metro a 6/7 min di cammino. Un supermercato grande all'interno della stazione di Santa apollonia, nonché tanti piccoli minimarket vicini. Ristoranti a non finire nelle vicinanze.. Negazione: La palazzina non ha l'ascensore, quindi se siete al secondo piano vi aspetta una scalinata stretta e ripida... Si comincia sin da subito a salire e a scendere per l'Alfama l'ubicazione è ottima per il panorama molto meno per i 50 scalini da fare per arrivarci unica nota dolente, l'appartamento per tre non è altro che un appartamento con una stanza da letto e un soggiorno con divano. Il divano si trasforma in un mezzo letto, ma non è assolutamente confortevole visto che non è dotato di materasso e presenta una scomodissima fessura centrale. Quindi se si è in due l'appartamento è l'ideale.

Positiva: El piso está genial situado, en el centro de Alfama. Está reformado y tiene de todo (la cocina muy bien equipada). El sofá cama es hasta más cómodo que la propia cama. La ducha estupenda.. Negativa: Al ser un bajo que da directamente a la calle, hay que dejar puertas y ventanas casi siempre cerradas (y solo hay un par, pequeñas) para evitar robos, así que huele bastante a humedad si no ventilas. El baño un poco pequeño.

Positiv: Unterkunft war sehr sauber und in Top Lage. Kommunikation war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und um einen guten und schönen Aufenthalt bemüht.

Positiv: Das Appartement war sehr schön und komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage war perfekt um Lissabon zu erkennen, direkt im Zentrum aber in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, sodass man seine Ruhe hatte. Die Vermieterin war sehr, sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten.. Negativ: Das Appartement, welches wir gemietet haben, war für 3 Leute bestimmt, die dritte Person musste jedoch auf einem Schlafsofa schlafen, welches nicht sehr bequem war. Für ein paar Tage aber durchaus aushaltbar.

Положительный: Если вы хотите увидеть настоящий Лиссабон, обязательно ищите жилье в Альфаме: рестораны на каждом шагу, фаду, паштелерия, 28й трамвай, средневековые улочки, отличный фитнес (лестницы, вверх-вниз). Негативный: Из-за холода было ощущение сырости в апартах, особенно неуютно было залезать под одеяло. Но это единственный отрицательный момент, если придираться.

Pozytywna: Instrukcja przesłana przez właścicielkę - jak dojechać, jak odebrać klucze. Gorąca woda do kąpieli. Ekspres kapsułkowy do kawy . Ogrzewanie. Internet.. Negatywna: Rozbawiła mnie łazienka, z której musiałem wyjść, żeby zapiąć ubranie.

Positiv: Gute, zentrale Lage in der Altstadt. Funktional eingerichtetes, sauberes Apartment mit einem schönen Badezimmer. Lissabon lässt sich von dort gut zu Fuß erkunden.. Negativ: Die Belüftung des ebenerdigen Apartments war schwierig; es staute sich Feuchtigkeit. Die Küche ist gut geeignet, um Tee zu kochen oder Brote zu schmieren; richtig kochen kann man aber nicht, zumal es keinen Tisch gibt, sondern nur eine kleine Theke. Das Bett war in Ordnung, aber nicht übermäßig.

Espaço ideal para sentir e usufruir do bairro de Alfama. Um equilíbrio entre o rustico e o moderno, fazem cada canto um espaço acolhedor e agradável. Super recomendo.

Positief: Alles was nieuw, zeer schoon en op centrale locatie.. Negatief: Het huis heeft meerdere appartementen, het was redelijk gehorig als andere mensen rondliepen/praatte. In het weekend kan het 's nachts op straat wat lawaaierig zijn. Het appartement was wat aan de kleine kant maar uitstekende prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.

Недалеко находится транспортная развязка - железнодорожная станция + метро + автобус. Поблизости множество ресторанов, баров, магазинов. Атмосфера района Алфама завораживает.... Негативный: Очень крутая лестница. Маловато посуды для приготовления пищи.

Positive: la camera si trova in un quartiere storico che noi abbiamo trovato molto carino è accogliente. La camera in se era pulitissima e il gestore è stato molto cordiale, pronto a darci una mano quando abbiamo avuto difficoltà a ritirare la chiave (per colpa nostra) nonostante fossero le 11 di sera. Situata a pochi passi dalla fermata del tram che porta al centro. Nonostante la camera desse sulla strada e la finestra ad altezza uomo, la zona era particolarmente tranquilla , non abbiamo riscontrato alcun trambusto deurante le ore notturne. Negazione: camera molto piccola e l'umidità era sempre costante poichè dando sulla strada era sconsigliabile tenere la finestra aperta e non avevndo una finestra in bagno, la camaera restava sempre umida. Gli asciugamani ad esempio non si asciugavano mai

Positive: L'appartamento è comodo e confortevole. La cucina è ben strutturata e fornita anche di lavastoviglie e della lavatrice. La zona, il quartiere di Alfama, è un posto tranquillo e si trovano facilmente ristoranti, negozi di generi alimentari e souvenir. Nelle vicinanze, a pochi minuti a piedi, si trovano la Chiesa di Santa Engrácia (Panteão Nacional) e il Castello di São Jorge. Scendendo verso il fiume a 500 mt. c'è la stazione dei treni e metropolitana di Santa Apolónia.. Negazione: Purtroppo, nota dolente dell'appartamento è l'insonorizzazione. Se hai la sfortuna di avere qualcuno al piano di sopra, magari particolarmente rumoroso, si sente rimbombare il pavimento.

Great place to stay. Completely new, refurbished. The area looks much better than on StreetView. It is difficult though to reach by taxi, impossible with uber, and also tricky on foot. The sound proof of the doors are not strong. It is quite a busy flat with 7 other apartments, guests coming and going all the time.

Positiivne: Asukoht super! Üldiselt vaikne ja mugav (kui ei pelga kitsaid ja kõrgeid treppe). Vaatamisväärsused, vanalinn, restoranid ja poekesed kõik käe-jala juures. Ühistransport lähedal kättesaadav. Muretsev ja hooliv perenaine.. Negatiivne: Põrand oleks saanud pisut puhtam olla ja naaberkorteri remonti ei oleks pidanud suruõhuhaamriga kell 9 alustama, kuid tegelikult polnud see väga hull. Saan aru, et see ajutine ja tulemuseks väga hubased korterid, millises ka meie ööbisime :)

En extra bonus som vi uppskattade var fado-sång från en restaurang, granne med boendet, om kvällarna.. Negativ: Kanske kunde man beskrivit att trapporna upp till Light house är branta, och inte helt enkla för den som har lite svårt att gå (äldre) t.ex.) Vi hade svårt att hitta. Hade inte mobil gps, utan sökte oss fram. Vore bra om vägbeskrivningen anges från närmaste metro.

Kladný: Vybavení bytu bylo perfektní i umístění bylo velmi dobré. Komunikace s majitelkou byla výborná. Líbila se mi vyhlídka na město, která byla 20 metrů od apartmánu.. Záporný: Vedle apartmánu je restaurace, z které jde občas slyšet velký hluk.

Très bel endroit Appartement extrêmement bien entretenu et soigné. Petit mais parfaitement pensé et fonctionnel. Surtout ne pas avoir peur des escaliers, très raides pour le coup. Mais c'est le charme de l'alfama. Pour très Grand et facile d'accès penser à un autre quartier de Lisbonne!

Pozitivno: Apartma je vseboval zelo kakovostno opremo za bivanje. Odlična wi fi povezava. Bil je tudi zelo čist in na odlični lokaciji, v idiličnem starem delu mesta, kjer večere popestri fado. Lastnica je zelo prijazna in odzivna.

Pozitiv: Totul a fost excelent. Locatia este langa terasa unui restaurant de unde se aude linistit muzica fado specifica Portugaliei. Totul in interiorul apartamentului este absolut nou. Asezarea in centrul cartierului Alfama da posibilitatea vizitarii pe jos a majoritatii punctelor de atractie turistica.. Negativ: Datorita situarii in centrul cartierului Alfama, toate locuintele sunt mici ca dimensiuni, iar acest apartament tip garsoniera nu face exceptie. Dar tot te simti minunat aici.

Θετικό: Το κατάλυμα ήταν κοντά στα κυριότερα αξιοθεατα. Αρνητικό: Η πρόσβαση ήταν αρκετά κουραστική,...σκαλιά ,ανήφορες, αρκετό περπάτημα για metro.

Pozitív: A házigazda figyelmessége.Egy üveg borral várt bennünket.Az apartman tiszta,szinte új volt.A konyha teljesen felszerelt,mosógép,mosogatógép,kávéfőző.Izlésesen berendezett,mint egy igazi otthon.A kulcsátvétel nagyon jól megszervezett,kódszámmal ellátott kis dobozban.Kilátás a Tejó folyóra,s az Alfama negyedre.Mellettünk étterem,egész éjjel lágy Fadó zene szólt.A Sé és a Centrum gyalog megközelíthető.Mi a St.Apollónia pályaudvart használtuk.Mellette mindjárt Pingo Doce bolt volt.Lisszabon gyönyörű hangulatos város,visszatérünk még.. Negatív: Ilyen nem volt
