A really nice apartment, clean rooms and comfy beds. There are three downsides though, 1. Only two rooms keypairs 2. Low passage between the living room and the first bedroom 3. No door between those two rooms.

Le canapé lit n’est pas bien adapté pour un couchage Pour accéder au wc et salle de bain il faut passer par la chambre. Et c’est un peu bruyant. Este apartamento é alugado para 4 pessoas, enquanto há só uma cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro. O sofá-cama não é adequado para dormir Para acessar o banheiro você tem que ir através quarto de casal. E é um pouco barulhento.

Positive: Great apartment in an excellent location close to the CIty. The apartment is located just off Rue Santa Gloria which has some great restaurants within a few 100 meters such as Quermess and Lucitania....much better value than some City Centre locations . Only a short 5 minute stroll to the heart of Lisbon

Positiva: La ubicación muy buena, el anfitrion muy amable y el apartamento cómodo. Negativa: La limpieza era muy básica en los baños y llamaba la atención al entrar el polvo tanto en el extintor como en el telefonillo.

Pozitív: Az apartman elhelyezkedése, hangulata és az esős időben nagyon hasznos volt a légkondi is.. Negatív: A hangos szomszéd, a törött csempe a fürdőszobában.

Positive: Facile l'arrivo dall'aeroporto con la metro, ottima posizione per visitare la città e vivere la notte , gentilezza e cordialità dello staff. Lo raccomando e ci tornerò sicuramente.. Negazione: Scala ripida e stretta però sono solo una ventina di gradini , materasso un po' rigido

Due fermate di metropolitana dal centro commerciale El Corte Inglés al cui interno grande supermercato. buona pulizia dell'appartamento anche se il riscaldamento ad aria crea polvere. spazi ottimi letti comodi. Host super gentile e diponibile anche se visto alla consegna delle chiavi e poi stop: massima libertà ed autoniomia. cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni. set di cortesia bagno (shampoo, bagno schiuma e saponetta). Ottime le informazioni fornite dall'host per eraggiungere la struttura. ascigamani viso e doccia uno a testa (no asciugamani bidet, ma all'estero si sa...). Negazione: cucina mediamente atrezzata ma mai utilizzata e poco pulita. Però ho capito che i turisti che visitano Lisbona anche se affittano gli appartamenti mangiano fuori. noi che volevamo cenare prevalentemente in casa pensavamo fosse più atrezzata: poche pentole per 6 persone. Comunque a magiar fuori ci si guadagna fra i costi del cibo e il tempo anche per la spesa: i supermercati sono molto diversi e decisamente meno presenti sul territorio. la ramazza decisamente da cambiare..... più che pulire sporcava. Non che non mi sia piaciuto, ma da sapere....... terzo piano senza ascensore con gradini alti.

Positif: Le logement est idéalement situé et nous a permis de visiter, de nous balader à pied. Le linge de toilette était changé régulièrement mais le ménage n'a jamais été fait . Le personnel est très serviable et sympa et le patron accessible facilement.. Négatif: .Seul bémol et de taille, éviter d'avoir des voisins au dessus, car c'est très mal insonorisé et donc très bruyant surtout si vous n'avez pas les mêmes rythmes de vie (ce qui a été le cas pendant plusieurs jours et à gâche notre sommeil et donc notre séjour)

Positif: Appartement tres bien situé. L'hote José est tres disponible. Donne des informations avant notre arrivée pour le transfert aéroport/appartement. Est présent à notre arrivée avec des conseils sur les lieux à visiter et a télephoné à un taxi pour notre retour. Merci. Négatif: La propreté est à améliorer. L'appartement du bas n'est pas adapté pour 4 personnes (2 couples), car les 2 chambres sont en enfilade : la premiere avec un petit lit et la seconde avec un lit double, et à suivre la salle d'eau avec wc. Il faut donc traverser les chambres pour aller aux toilettes. Le lit double et la banquette lit ne sont pas tres confortables. La douche doit être courte car ballon d'eau chaude de petite capacité. Attention le paiement de l'appartement est en espèces.

Positivo: O apartamento era exactamente como nas fotos. Um nadinha pequenino mas óptimo para 3 pessoas e muito pertinho dos transportes, estação Restauradores a 250m. Muito boa duche com agua quente e sem nenhuma falha o que é raro, cozinha muito bem equipada não faltava nada mesmo. A Mónica é uma pessoa muito simpática e explica bem qualquer pormenor. Recomendo. Negativo: A porta de entrada no prédio um bocado estreita e portanto sou magrote. As escadas muito a pique. O barulho da porta de entrada de acesso ao prédio e das escadas sobretudo de noite quando se está a dormir é um bocado incomodante.

Pozitiv: Mi-a placut faptul ca este in centru, am ajuns foarte repede la toate obiectivele turistice. Apartamentul este la cateva minute de gara Rossio (de unde se poate lua trenul spre Sintra) si de Barrio Alto. Apartamentul a fost curat. Intrarea este putin cam dificila daca aveti bagaje multe si stati la ultimul etaj pt ca scarile sunt foarte inguste. Monica, doamna care ne-a intampinat este foarte draguta, stie engleza si chiar ne-a facut recomandari de restaurante si obiective turistice. Este un mic restaurant langa pe care vi-l va recomanda. Nu va lasati dusi in eroare de faptul ca micul restaurant nu arata bine . Mancarea este foarte buna. Per total, experienta in apartament a fost una foarte buna.. Negativ: Uscatorul nu mergea.

Positive: l'accoglienza di Monica e la sua disponibilità per ogni nostra richiesta. la casa molto pulita, silenziosa e centralissima. città meravigliosa che consiglierei a tutti

Ottima localizzazione nonostante le scale esterne e interne. Problematico portare la valigia su per le scale. Pulizia approssimativa. Letto con due materassi ballerini. I doppi vetri garantiscono il silenzio.

Positief: Zeer centraal gelegen. Negatief: Hygiëne; appartement maakte een smoezelige indruk. Vlekken op bekleding. Veel stof en viezigheid. Muffe geur. Kapotte douchedeur en de host wist daarvan. Redelijk veel geluidsoverlast in de nacht, omdat het zo dicht bij het centrum ligt .

Very nice location. Not expecting commercial business as booked with airbnb but they were very helpful and premises were clean and adequate. Would have hoped for me family interaction but as a place to stay it was good enough.

Положительный: Большие апартаменты с 3 - да тремя кондиционерами.. Негативный: Узкие, низкие проходы, крохотные двери. Высокие люди будут биться головой (как я) Люди больших габаритов будут застревать в проемах.

Положительный: Отличное расположение дома, рядом кафе и магазины.. Негативный: Эти апартаменты подойдут для пары, но для четырёх человек данный вариант не совсем удобен так как ванна только одна и находится в спальне. Пятна на подушках дивана в гостиной.

Pozytywna: Super apartament w samym centrum.. Negatywna: Zapach w mieszkaniu, ale wystraczyło dobrze przewietrzyc.

부정적: 화장실이 가장 위, 그 옆이 침대, 계단 내려가서 싱글침대, 또 계단을 내려가서 부엌으로 되어있는 구조입니다. 화장실에서 나오면 물이 묻어 미끄러워서 자칫 미끄러지기 쉬운 구조네요. 아이들을 동반한다면 피하셔야 할 것 같습니다. 실제로 몇번 넘어질 뻔 하다가 급기야 신랑이 미끄러져 크게 다쳤습니다. 위치는 번화가 옆이라 이동이 용이합니다.

Céntrico, limpio y a buen precio. El tamaño correcto, pequeño, pero suficiente. Como aspecto negativo, las escaleras de acceso son muy estrechas.

Si la situation des appartements est assez bonne, ces derniers manquent d'entretien et de calme. Nous n'avons pas eu d'accueil et la propreté est vraiment à revoir. Douche sale et cheveux et poils au sol à notre arrivée.
