The Inn Fashion Residence is under renovation but is not communicated anywhere. At my question about the floor and the presence of a lift they never answered. They didn't ask us for identification documents and they didn't leave us a receipt of payment, we gave them only cash and we pay also tax! To much money for this place.The apartment that you book is near the residence but it's a BASEMENT, without windows! There is only one door leading into a small courtyard outside. Although it is discreetly furnished it is damp and cold. The heating did not work and we tried to use the oven to warm up. The use of the oven made the water heater unusable and we did not have hot water. They never answered about our requests of assistance and they didn't come to help us!! It was simply horrible. I strongly advise against booking here!

APARTMENT - not the fashion in residence. Pics are very misleading. The cover photo is not even the building you are in. It is a basement apartment up the street from the hotel. As other reviews have indicated the location is awesome!I understand that you get what you pay for but we have stayed at many other 2 and 3 star places that were much nicer. It is in the basement, the ceilings are low, and it smelled like a basement. There was no 24 hour reception as indicated(none at all) and no balcony. There is a shared back patio but no balcony. There is tons of room and plenty of space for 4 people with the bunk beds. For 4 young people traveling alone looking for more of a hostel this would be perfect.

The flat we got was in basement w/o windows in any room. Canalization smelled when rained. No heating in the bathroom but the owner gave as electrical heater after our request. We left this place after 3 nights and moved to another hotel.

Local confortável, cama boa, chuveiro bom, limpeza no ponto, porém box do chuveiro pequeno e molha o chão do banheiro. Ar condicionado digital, fica perto de uma avenida grande com lojas de grife muito bonitas, praças com plátanos por toda a extensão. TV deixou a desejar, não funciona.

Small but nice and clean rooms. Excellent reception service. But it should have been mentioned the building is undergoing a heavy and noisy refurbishment.

Lo que ha de quedar claro que no es un hotel. Es un hostal. Por tanto tiene lo básico aún y así las habitaciones están renovadas, tienen un tamaño aceptable. El baño está renovado. Si buscas habitación con vistas no encontrarás, ninguna. Una relación calidad precio ajustada. Lo mejor es que su ubicación está muy céntrico y con boca de metro cercana. No tiene ascensor y la escalera de acceso se las trae... si vas con niños o equipaje voluminoso, busca otra ubicación. El wifi funciona a ratos si a ratos no...

The hotel has a very great location. The metro is 2 minutes away and the city centre is 5-10 minutes walk. Although its next to a crowded road it was quiet in the room. The balcony in our room was not useful since its surrounded by the neighbouring houses. The receptionist was really nice and we could easily handle the language barriers. If I ever went back to Lisbon, I would choose this place again.

I checked in with my daughter,got the room key,took a nap,freshened up and at 11 pm we were told that we had to leave the hotel. There was a mistake in the reservation and we were told we should pay another couples room in another hotel whom had also booked the same room. The owner telephoned the room and yelled Vacate The Room.His daughter also told us to vacate the room. Finally,we were fed up and took a room in another Hotel paying a doubled rate! It was midnight when we got to the new hotel.This has been a humiliating experience. Literally throwing out checked in guests!

This was an overnight stop on a TAP flight between NYC and Berlin, I chose it so I could spend a few hours in Lisbon, one of my favorite cities. Transportation was a snap with the metro (super cheap) running from the airport and connecting centrally to all 3 other lines. Hotel just steps from Restauradores stop. Inexpensive, no frills room (view of the wall of the building next door), no breakfast. Good bed, quiet night, bathroom fine. Didnt try to get online, but headed outside to the main road steps away, had a great espresso and a pasteis de nata, walked down to the riverfront and then set out for Ramiros -- amazing seafood house (huge lines, fantastic food).

Tiny room; walk-up. View of an air shaft. Incredibly difficult to find, even with GPS. Flat-screen TV was about 12. Parking nearby was a garage, with the previously undisclosed charge of about $15. If this is a three-star, I dont want to see a two-star! Walking distance to many restaurants.

Just stayed one night to avoid long travel to airport next day. Well located and the review is in the context of the price. So no comments with regard to the seize of the room and bathroom (sufficiently enough) Very friendly staff. One disappointment: I asked to book a táxi to the airport and it was offered @ EUR 18.50 to be paid at the reception (voucher system) I argued that I never paid more than about EUR 10,-; answer: that is impossible. We used the voucher and the taximeter showed at arrival at the airport a total amount of EUR 10.05, confirmed by the driver.PS.Handy that there is a communal kitchen

La stanza aveva un muro a due metri dalla finestra, vasca idromassaggio con bordo arrugginito, camera piccola. Scarsa pulizia soprattutto il giorno in cui sono arrivato. Fortunatamente sono rimasto solo 2 notti. Di buono ha la posizione.
