buena localizacion, el trato del personal muy bueno. Nos guiaron sobre la ciudad, que hacer y como movilizarnos. Queda en una calle que de noche queda muy sola pero se ve segura. El ascensor tiene muchas fallas ademas de ser diminuto

Não tenho como descrever tudo de ruim que passei lá. Hotel em obras, hospitalidade zero. Para turistas é uma armadilha. Comecei minha viagem à europa por portugal, mas se pudesse voltar atrás, excluiria esse hotel dela.

3박 했는데.. 캐리어 끌고 400m가량을 오르막, 내리막 가는데 힘들었습니다. 방은 쾌적하나 거울이 없어 화장하는데 욕실을 왔다갔다하는 불편함이 있었습니다. 그리고 도시세를 이중으로 받아서 바우처보다 숙박료가 3유로 더 나왔어요. 도시세를 왜 2중으로 받는지.. 찜찜했어요. 그리고 조식은 선택을 안하시는게 좋을 듯 해요. 먹을 게 별로 없네요. 아침부터 딱딱한 빵을 먹으려니 힘들었습니다.

Bon accueil, petit déjeuner simple mais consistant, équipements originaux (fatboy, balançoire) qui renforce l'aspect chaleureux. Chambre propre et confortable. Petit point négatif cependant : un spray automatique dans la salle de bain avec une odeur un peu forte (on fini par l'oublier mais en rentrant dans la chambre c'est un peu entêtant), et les murs sont un peu fins, mais les voyageurs étaient des adultes de plus de 25 ans et nous n'avons eu aucun soucis de bruit.

Cet hôtel au demeurant sympathique a un personnel qui vous conseille bien et parle soit français soit anglais. Il est admirablement situé proche du centre de Lisbonne. Mais… les chambres ne sont faites que pour dormir, car elles sont petites et chose rare, dépourvue de télévision. Il ny a rien à dire sur la propreté et la salle de bain est à limage de la chambre, dune grande sobriété. Lemplacement est parfait.

Great place to stay and located at heart of main city area of Lisbon. Most popular place are near by and also most public transport means too are close by. Rooms are small but that's fine if you just need room to spend night. Hostel staff is cordial and hospitable and also nice in guiding you to do tour of Lisbon. Morning breakfast starts at 7.30 and it's kind of fix menu. But is filling. Should not be issue if your stay is for 2 to 3 days, since the menu is same all days. Rooms are well maintained and clean. The place also provide luggage storage space if you check out early. The best feature of this Hostel is its location....from this place one can travel to any part of Lisbon and out of Lisbon to other Portugal areas as well. And considering this advantage, the Hostel tariff is pretty economical. The location is safe as well. When you check in you have to deposit an additional 5 Euro towards room key security. This is refundable amount. Near to this Hostel there is a supermarket from where you can buy some light eatables, just in case one wants to munch stuff while at the room. Rooms are bit creatively designed to have trendy and cool look. Most popular city tourist spots are close....for example... Castle de Jorge i.e. the city main castle...is just 15 minutes walking plus climbing distance (there is a elevator from supermarket); place like praca do commercio and also the Rossio square are at walking distance of 5 minutes; the popular Lisbon Cathedral is 5 minutes walking... Further the Blue and Green line Metro / subway main stations, Rossio Railway station, tram station and city bus station, sea port are all located pretty close by. Also one can travel to outskirts places like Sintra and Cascious by train through nearby railway stations. The Hostel staff can also arrange and book for you City tour including hop in hop off city tours, if plan to not to explore city on your own. But nice place to stay with reasonable budget. Pls. Pls do not forget to try nearby areas walking around especially during evening.....it is happening particularly during last 20 days of December month or otherwise as well...... Bonvoyage/Happy Journey!!!!!

Nästan alla handdukarna hade stora ingrodda fläckar varje gång och några ingrodda fläckar i badrummet. Badrummet ser fräsch och modernt ut tills man tittar noga helt enkelt. I den ena sängen kände man fjäddringen, medan den andra var mjukare och skönare än vad som brukar vara standard på hostels. Stort plus för mig som annars får så himla ont! Mycket trångt rum. Men läget var jättebra med gångavstånd till nästan allt, frukosten likaså och personalen trevlig.

Es wurde mit schöner Aussicht geworben, die hatten wir aber definitiv nicht - Blick auf Hauswand gegenüber. Dem Personal war das auch vollkommen egal. Frühstück sollte es bis 10.30 Uhr geben, würde aber ab 9 Uhr nicht mehr nachgefüllt.Auch ansonsten war das meiste Personal sehr desinteressiert.

Lokalizacja świetna praktycznie centrum Lizbony. Warunki w pokoju nie są jakieś super ale jest bardzo czysto co moim zdaniem jest najważniejsze. Jeśli chodzi o śniadania to są monotonne i produkty nie zbyt dobrej jakości. Jednakże bardzo dużym plusem jest aneks kuchenny z którego można korzyść i samemu zrobić sobie śniadanie/kolację.

Das Gebäude ist ringhörig. Die Klimaanlage relativ laut. Die Kanalisation in der Altstadt ist schon älter, der Duft kann durchaus ins Zimmer gelangen.
Ideale Lage zum erkunden von Lissabon. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurant wenige Meter entfernt. Metro, Bahnhof und Bus zu Fuss erreichbar (mit Gepäck Gefälle der Strasse und Pflastersteine beachten). Klimaanlage ist schon in Betrieb, wenn man kommt. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Flughafentransport wird zuverlässig und pünktlich organisiert, auch wenn in ganz Lissabon die Taxis streiken. Die Zimmer sind nicht so klein, wie die Rezeption meint. Zwei grosse Koffern haben Platz in einem Doppelzimmer. Gutes Frühstück.
Wenn man einen Rat oder Hilfe braucht, die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt.

Segunda vez que me hospedo aqui. A localização é muito boa. A rua tem um aclive e um declive muito acentuados. A melhor maneira de chegar é sempre se utilizando do elevador público e gratuito que leva ao castelo na rua dos Faqueiros que é plana.
De 2016 para este ano percebo que o chuveiro não vaza mais e o cheiro do banheiro está melhor. Melhor custo X benefício que encontrei e gosto muito daqui. Retornarei com certeza. O horário de check in poderia ser mais cedo. Acho 14h muito tarde, mas tudo bem.

Es pasable, lo peor de todo es que para acceder a las habitaciones has de salir de recepción a la calle y volver a entrar, si vas con maletas es muy incómodo. Lo bueno, la atención de los trabajadores.

Super schönes Hostel direkt im Zentrum! Nicht weit von Alfama, Baixa und Bairro Alto entfernt. Das Wasser ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, ein Supermarkt ist auch direkt um die Ecke! Gegenüber ist auch ein sehr leckeres portugiesisches Restaurant!
Die Mitarbeiter im Hostel sind alle super nett und zuvorkommend!
Die Zimmer sind sporadisch eingerichtet, trotzdem alles sauber und in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war für ein Hostel auch sehr gut :)

Es ist Ok, aber definitiv nicht perfekt. Einige ecken in dem Zimmern sind echt herrunter gekommen, badezimmertüren lassen sich nicht vernünftig schließen, wasserhahn ist lose, abfluss in der Dusche fließt nur mäßig ab, jedoch und das ist unsere Rettung gewesen: die Klimaanlage, die vernünftig von Draußen luft ansaugt und den Raum sehr gut runterkühlt. Diese war bei bezug des Zimmers sogar schon an, sodass das Zimmer von anfang an sehr angenehm kühl war

Et meget hyggeligt og rent hostel i Lissabon , hvor vi, som planlagt, tilbragte en nat. Det ligger meget centralt i Lissabon. En ung mand på stedet var yderst behagelig og hjælpsom og anviste en elevator, idet jeg er dårligt gående - mange tak til ham! Morgenmaden var tilfredsstillende og rigelig. Som forventeligt var der en del trafikstøj. Vi var meget glade for at bo på HOSTEL 4U og kommer gerne igen.

Ótima experiência!!! Fomos super bem atendidos pela Suelen (uma brasileira) e pelos demais funcionários do local, muito simpáticos e prestativos! O Hostel fica em uma localização excelente, foi perfeita para nós! Há poucos minutos de caminhada da Sé de Lisboa, do Castelo de São Jorge, do Chiado e suas lojas, da Praça do Comércio e Arco da Rua Augusta. Boas opções de restaurantes e mercados próximos, café da manhã simples e gostoso, quarto com sacada e vista da rua, amamos e recomendamos de olhos fechados! Tronou nossa estdia em Lisboa ainda mais incrível.

Essenziale, ma comodissimo per visitare Lisbona. Stanze piccole e pulite. Non ci sono piani di appoggio ed armadi, bagno cieco ma con box doccia grande e funzionale. Colazione compresa nel prezzo soddisfacente.
Ottimo staff. Giovane disponibile e preparato. Lo consiglio a chi cerca una sistemazione senza tante pretese.

第一晚到葡萄牙的住宿，離地鐵不遠，去程是下坡，回程是上坡，到旅館的中途需經過一個電梯，是很特別的體驗，拉大行李的人可能要考慮一下合不合適，離街邊很近相對的滿吵的，但我有使用耳塞，加上遠程飛機所以睡的滿舒服的，服務人員英文很好，早餐很棒，是在葡萄牙三間旅館中評價最高的，check out後還可以寄放行李，有專門一間的行李收藏間，服務人員會幫你放進去。

겨울에 히터가 되지 않아 직원을 부르니 처음엔 맥시멈 온도가 23도라고 하더니, 나중에 내가 히터 온도가 내려가는건 되는데 올라가는건 안된다고 했는데 자기도 방법이 없단다. 우리방에 와서 몇번 눌러보고 충분히 따뜻해 난 더워~ 이러는데 열받았다. 보스에게 연락해달라 했는데 지금 보스한테 전화 못한다 그리고 여분 히터도 없다고 하고 충분히 덥다 이러는데 추워서 옷을 몇겹 껴입고 잤다. 정말 비추비추 절대가지마세요. 이 겨울에 17도로 히터 맞춰놓고 자는 사람이 어딨어요? 뭐라고 하니까 Fan을 low로 하지 말고 high로 해보라는데 애초에 그게 되지도 않고 다른 모드는 찬바람만 나오고 히터로 하면 작동도 안되고, 방도 안바꿔주고 가격대비 별로니까 절대가지마세요. 0점도 주고 싶지 않고 웬만하면 이런거 안남기는데 열받아서 남깁니다.

Everything just seems to not be working properly: The blinds broke and were never fixed. The key to the bedside cabinet did fit & work properly. I missed out on the breakfast coffee one day because I had to leave early and wanted one in the evening, but they charge 1 euro. Its young management, so they need to learn that little things make a difference to the customer. The front desk staff did the best they could and they were nice, but I should not be asked if I knew how blinds work because I have the same window blinds at home. I am on holiday, I shouldnt be trying to make the key fit into the lock and then try to fix the window blinds. I dont want to worry about repair issues while I am taking a break from regular life.

Hostel, jednostavan, uređen, uredan, tuš/wc svaka soba, najuži centar Lisabona. Na brdu, ali se može koristiti javni lift (zgrada ELEVATOR). Po izlasku iz lifta, preko ceste odličan kiosk s najbolje ocjenjenim bifanasima u Lišbou. Desno se spustite do obližnjeg 4U-a. Simpatično osoblje hostela. Švedski stol za doručak. Automatski stroj za napitke, kavu ili po izboru trošite u neograničenim količinama. 5€ polog za ključ id sobe (!). Relativno povoljne cijena noćenja. Svakako preporučujem, sigurno ću se opet vratiti.

À mi- chemin entre la place du Commerce et celle de Figuera.. literie confortable.. mais pas idéal pour les seniors : escaliers étroits pour accéder au 1er étage où se trouve l'ascenseur, difficile avec les bagages.. circulation nocturne très bruyante.

Una muy buena opción para visitar lisboa. El hostal es muy céntrico, esta limpio y personal amable. El desayuno no es gran cosa pero por el precio que pagas es más que suficiente.

O quarto não corresponde às fotos.
Não tem elevador para levar as malas da recepção ao quartos. mau aspeto nos quartos com as mesinhas de cabeceira.(caixas de madeira oxidada sem verniz)
Paredes com fissuras mesmo a frente da cama.
O bancos das mesas para o pequeno almoço revestidas com plástico de ambalage.
Sem televisão.

Отличный вид из окна на крепость. В номере тепло и чисто. Своя душевая и туалет. Завтрак: 3 вида булки, колбаса, ветчина, сыр, яблоки, груши, бананы, йогурт (так себе), кукурузные хлопья, молоко, масло и джем для тостов, кофе из автомата очень вкусный, сок из автомата тоже очень хорош. Всё в неограниченном колличестве. Круглосуточный ресепшн. Очень приветливый англоговорящий персонал. Только в душевой вентиляции нет, очень влажно. Постиранные вещи не сохнут. Надо либо окно настежь открывать, либо брать вещей столько, чтобы не стирать. Фена нет. Парковка на улице днём вся платная, ночью бесплатно с 20 до 8, либо с 19 до 9 утра. Смотрите на знаки.

Propre et personnel sympa. La chambre petite sans meuble ni aucune place pour déposer les vêtements. Chambre super humide en décembre malgré la bonne température extérieure. Vetements et serviettes de bain tjours humide. Trop peu de place assises au pt dej qui se déroule dans le hall d'entrée. Il a fallu débarrasser les assiettes des autres pour pouvoir déjeuner. ...

Comfortable bedroom with heaters and aircon, nice breakfast, the staff was very helpful and friendly! Very good value for money!

Positive: The staff that attends the hostel very nice, although when making a claim because I did not like the conditions of the hostel, I had to wait for a person to come who knew how to cancel my reservation. The name is Libania, excellent resource within the hostel.Negative: Room is small, nothing to do with the photos they show. The bathroom very uncomfortable, stained shower and the bathroom in general had an unpleasant smell. It has no closet, no safe, no TV. There were two machines that I think one was for the air conditioner and one for the heating, both took up a lot of space in such a small area, and they do not identify you for what they are, if you do not know them you do not know how they are used. Noisy room, because the windows are normal and not sound proof, being the street where is one of a lot of traffic. Walls unpainted, peeling and dirty. The curtain of the window dirty and battered. Important, people with disabilities should not stay in this hostel, to access the elevator they must climb a very narrow staircase. Kitchen furniture looks very old and used. You listen to the conversations in the other rooms. It is not a place for obese people. Elevator can only fit two people. Although from the moment I arrived I indicated that I did not like the room, they indicated that they could not offer me anything else. Immediately I informed that it would only be one night, they charged me two days which I think is unfair, because what they offer is not reality.

Super Lage, Innenstadt und einige Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hostel liegt aber auch an einer lauten Straße, die Wände sind dünn und die Zimmer spartanisch eingerichtet. Das Bad ist groß mit Dusche, dessen Abfluss aber nicht ablief (Waschbecken auch) und die Tür zum Bad ließ sich nicht schließen, da sie aufgequollen war. Frühstück einfach gehalten, TV nur unten beim Empfang mit Chillecke. Personal freundlich.

Bem localizado, no entanto, há algumas dificuldades, como aconteceu no dia em que passamos (estávamos em 3) o dia todo fora a passeando e, quando voltamos, faltava uma toalha de banho. Informei na recepção e foi-nos dito que nada poderia ser feito pois a pessoa não poderia sair dali naquele momento e não havia mais ninguém para nos arranjar outra toalha. Eu insisti e disse que falaria com as pessoas que eventualmente chegassem e a pessoa teve a falta de respeito de perguntar se eu falaria todos os idiomas possíveis dos turistas. Respondi que não, mas que podia falar alemão, espanhol e inglês e, com isso, atenderia a maior parte do público. Achei o argumento desrespeitoso demais e totalmente desnecessário, até porque, provavelmente a pessoa também não falava tantos idiomas assim para se achar indispensável e pensar que eu não poderia me comunicar com outros hóspedes para pedir que aguardassem um momento. Isto é decepcionante e me faz ter a imensa vontade de nunca mais aparecer neste local.

에어컨을 켜지않으면 하수구 냄새가 날때도 있었지만 그것만 빼면 나름 다 괜찮았던! 항상 청결한 상태를 유지해주었고 매일 타월을 갈아주고 장기간 여행이라 조식도 중요한 부분이었는데 과일(바나나 사과등) 빵 (햄,치즈)요거트 등으로 든든히 할수 있어 좋았다 리셉션 직원들도 매우 친절했다;)

CUIDADO CON ESTA ELECCIÓN.
Si te toca una habitación a la calle es imposible dormir por la cantidad de ruido del tráfico. Sirenas de ambulancia, de la policía, de los tuk tuk, que han proliferado como setas......Quien lo haya pasado me entenderá. Así que, por esta razón, las VENTAJAS que ofrece PIERDEN VALOR.
Si te cuesta dormir o te desiertas rápido no te conviene. Da igual lo céntrico que está.
Y ojo, imposible encontrar aparcamiento. El parking nos costó desde las 14.00 hasta las 8.00 del día siguiente 39 euros.

Hemos cogido una habitación doble con baño privado. Es un poco cochambrosa… y para llegar a ella hay que subir desde un bajo a un portal, y ahí ya son puertas de pisos

für eine Nacht ok, nicht länger. Zimmer sehr alt und abgenutzt. in dem Zimmer meines Sohnes lag noch eine Spritzennadel. Die einzige Reaktion darauf war eine kurze Entschuldigung und man würde sauber machen . Was bis zu unserer Abreise nicht passierte. Die Nadel lag immer noch im Bad. Im Treppenhaus lag über die Tage eine Lederpeitsche was auch niemanden interessierte, diese mal weg zu räumen. Kann dieses Hotel leider trotz der tollen Lage nicht weiter empfehlen.

Не е точно хостел, а е евтин хотел. Стаите са изключително тесни и всяка стая си има санитарен възел. Много е шумно, улицата е еднопосочна с голям наклон и движението е в посока нагоре, колите се форсират и се спи трудно, а прозорците не са изолирани. Изолацията между стаите също не е много добра. Цената е много добра, локацията също. Закуската която е включена в цената е изобилна и разнообразна.

Very well located hostel in Lisbon's shopping and restaurant district. Rooms are very simple, but clean. A basic breakfast/coffee is included.
The price you pay for the central location is a lot of street noise throughout day and night. With only single pane windows, some of the trucks and motorcycles racing up the street in front of the hostel seem to drive straight through your room. I may have slept only 3 hours, but only after the guests in the neighboring room stopped talking at 2 am. We heard every of their words through the (closed) connecting door.

Ascenseur bruyant surtout la nuit.

Muy bien para el precio que tiene. Muy bien situado. El personal muy amable. Lo negativo es que no está nada insonorizado y el baño estaba descuidado, tenía humedades, pero estaba linpio.

Ótimo Hostel com localização excepcional, perto dos principais pontos turísticos do centro de Lisboa (Castelo de São Jorge, Rossio, Praça do Comércio, Baixo Chiado). A equipe também é muito prestativa e disposta a ajudar. O café da manhã, apesar de simples, é uma boa para começar o dia.

Upon arriving at the Hostel, I was greeted by Libanya. She helped me with my check in, explained the ins and the outs, etc. The moment she gave me my set of keys, I knew that my experience at this place will be magical. The free breakfast is a bonus as well. They offer a decent selection of items. For drinks- they have a machine that dispenses americano, lattes, cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate, etc. They have a good selection of tea as well. They have a juice machine that dispenses orange and pineapple. They have cereal, yogurts and a fruit basket, bread and Jam. They also have a cold cuts and cheese section. Anna and David also were amazing. If I have questions on where to go and what not, they are always willing to help you out. Shout out to Anna, Libanya and David- they made my sojourn in Lisbon one for the books!

Das Hostel hat mich sehr überrascht und auch die Zimmergröße (Dreierzimmer) war wie angegeben und daher großzügig! Wenn man mal von der Sauberkeit absieht, dann kann man dieses Hostel trotzdem wirklich sehr empfehlen!

Sencillo, trato agradable, habitación sin tv ni grandes lujos. Limpio. Como pega destacable el aire acondicionado tipo pinguino que hacia mucho ruido y refrigeraba poco, mal instalado salia calor por los tubos traseros.

Portable AC is very loud but effective. Really nice staff that allowed us to leave our baggage there even though we hadn't been staying there for a few days while in Porto. 1 euro beers during promos. Breakfast is fine. Quiet hostel, not many loud groups or anything.

Unsere Meinung ist, dass das Hostel eine super Lage hat. Das Zimmer war klein wie gebucht, allerdings war unser Zimmer mit einer Durchgangstüre in ein anderes Zimmer ausgestattet, was nicht so ideal war, weil das Hostel ist sonst schon sehr ringhörig und die vom anderen Zimmer hat man praktisch Wort wörtlich gehört. Das Badezimmer hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch und hatte in der Dusche Schimmel und die Schale für das Shampoo hing einfach so runter, dass man nichts reinstellen konnte. Allerdings muss man sagen, dass der Preis und die Lage super waren.

In an easy to get to location, this hostel is excellent. It was clean and comfortable and my room was services daily so more like a hotel than a hostel. The staff were very friendly and provided good information about what to do and where to go. I would definitely stay here again.

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, da man viel zu Fuß machen kann und die Verkehrsverbindungen in alle Himmelsrichtungen vorhanden sind. Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch und ansprechend, allerdings auch recht hellhörig, was aber bei einem Hotel, das sich bescheiden Hostel nennt, auch nicht anders zu erwarten ist. Der Service war sehr freundlich und engagiert und ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt.

The Hostel4U hostel in Lisbon is a great place if you are looking for somewhere to crash for a really good price. On the other hand, this place is missing many of the classic hostel features that we were looking for, specifically the community of other travellers looking to meet up and socialise, and a lack of evening events.
I found the staff generally unfriendly and uninterested in us, apart from one guy (black hair, comes from Alfama). Not so much as a "oh hey, where have you been exploring today" from most of the reception staff.
The rooms are good, cleaned daily, and a great size. Plus we requested a balcony and the staff organised that for us that was nice. However, the air conditioning unit in the rooms are as loud as jet engines, and walking down the hallway, you can hear them blasting through the doors.
One thing to note and that needs fixing is that the lift often does not work, and is turned of late at night and early in the morning (10pm - 5am). Sometimes, the lift will take you to the floor you need and then will just not open the doors. Don't panic as you can press another level and get back out again.
Breakfast is included which is nice but I found this very dull and uninspiring in the mornings. The thickest bread slices I have ever seen for toast, yogurt that is lukewarm so it has split, very sweet coffee from a coffee machine, and horrid juice drinks. If you can be bothered, their a supermarket further up the hill that serves good pana-chocolate if you want to buy those the night before and eat them in the morning for something with a little more flavour.
Overall, this is a great hostel for the price, but lacks many of the little extras that you would expect from a hostel.

Para quem procurar no Google maps vai ver somente um prédio de esquina típico de lisboa fechado. Mais a realidade é que tudo é um capricho. Na chegada vai encontrar uma recepcionista portuguesa que esbanja simpatía e te faz se sentir em casa. As áreas são muito bem planejadas para que possa descansar e interagir com as pessoas. Café da manhã muito bom .Os quartos eram limpos todos os dias .A localização é ótima, próximo a supermercado, farmácia e diversos restaurantes. No tempo que estive hospedado tudo ocorreu perfeitamente bem. Há uma lavanderia self service ao lado.
