Don't bother! Over priced, rude staff, food is disgusting, just a complete RIP off. By the way when they serve you what appears to be a complimentary starter, be warned it costs 9.00 euro. It is served without being ordered and you are only told don't feel obliged. They only tell cash only once you finished your dinner, don't assume you can pay by card.

Unfriendly service, rip off, food tastes bad, does not serve port tonic but instead serves you red port and tonic without prior notice. Very loud fado music, makes it impossible to have a conversation.

Fuyez, fado nul, repas pareil, attrapé touriste. Go out, fado is zero, meal too, catch tourist. ha !!! si j avais pu mettre une note négative !

A lire absolument avant d’y aller ou de se faire attraper. A fuir absolument ou sortez de là avant de commander ! 2 grands miroirs, pour donner l’illusion que la salle est grande. Lumière tamisée pour donner l’impression d’une salle intimiste... ça m’a surtout donner l’impression que la facture d’électricité n’a pas été payée ou de cacher quelques choses... Pas de photos, ça n’en vaut pas la peine, les quelques photos qu’il y a...représente bien la déception. Côté restauration... Super cher pour plats insipides ! Pour info, on a dépensé 50€ pour 1 entrée, 2 plats, 1 pression a 6€ et une bouteille d’eau gazeuse à 5€. Si, vous deviez chercher un restaurant pour touristes, je conseillerais l’avenue principale de l’Arc de Triomphe... Au moins, c’est fréquenté, du monde, éclairé et des policiers qui nous assurent la sécurité. Le meilleur restaurant qu’on a mangé pour l’instant est le Sai Prego.

Horrible experience! First, awful service - the waiter stated a menu fixed price at the beginning and presenting a bill with 40€ of difference with an excuse of "I was confused", taking away unfinished dishes while a client was still finishing eating (half of the food was still in the plate!) and putting a piece of plastic in a customer's glass of wine. Second, the food - tasted like frozen food. Giving 1 star just for the effort the Fado singer made, everything else was really bad. Tourists - Don't go! Portuguese food and service is completely something else, don't get fooled by the "fado" description, it's just an excuse to make you pay more for something that doesn't even taste like Portuguese or even nice.

Comida pobre y precio caro. La de bebida es de botellas de litro del supermercado. Hemos pedido dos Coca Cola Zero y una normal, y hemos podido ver cómo nos echaba cola de una botella a los tres. Después, nos la sirve diciendo: "una zero, otra zero y normal". Cada una de ellas a 5 €. La comida muy muy floja. La carne dura y seca, con mucha salsa para disimularlo. Luego cada plato casi a 20€. El espectáculo de fado que ofrecen deja bastante que desear. En resumen, la broma te sale por casi 100€ y te vas con hambre. Por cierto, no llegamos a pedir postre.

I was scared of the bad reviews but this was an amazing night! The fado singer and musicians were great and the food was pretty good. Maybe a bit on the pricy side but given the experience, nothing we regret.

DECEPCIONANTE!! El sitio es acogedor,la música pasable.. pero la limpieza brilla por su ausencia,la comida muy normalita para los precios que tienen y lo peor es que nos cobraron 6 euros por una copa de cerveza y encima era de litro al igual que los refrescos...

Horrible!!!! Comida malisima y carisimo. Nada aconsejable...

Tout simplement nul Je mets une étoile car il n'est pas possible de mettre 0 Serveurs désagréables, la nourriture n'est pas bonne et la chanteuse de Fado hyper désagréable et agressive. Restaurant à éviter.

Para uma noite em Armonia, com as elegantes cordas da guitarra portuguesa, nas mãos de Rui do cabo e sua fantástica voz. Acompanhado por Marta Soares, e Alexandre Silva. De igual modo um fantástico serviço de mesa, com os mais elegantes de sempre.

¡¡ESTAFADOS!! Nos han clavado 65 euros por un plato de bacalao para compartir, una tapa de guacamole y dos copas de vino de la casa!!! Además te cobran 7.25 euros por cada persona . Que sinvergüenzas y encima me devolvían 15 euros de menos!!!

I put two stars instead of one because my partner and I are still laughing about our time here two months later. It's laughably bad in every way. The singer glares at people who insist on speaking while she sings songs and brags about being the best. On a brighter note, during one song she put a fake plant on my head and made me balance it there. The food, meh. Overpriced. And like everyone else says, they don't take cards and don't bother to advertise that. Still laughing that we ended up in the literal worst-rated fado place of them all.

I only drank wine here, but it was one of the best moment Ive spent in Lisbon. The only bad thing I can say about this place is that one of the waiters was not very friendly. All the rest.. Fabalous!

REPULSIVE. Do not go here, absolutely disgusting food that is not fresh in the slightest. The staff are rude and disrespectful, if I could give zero stars I would. On top of it all they were overpriced and refused to make any concessions on payment despite multuple people in the restaurant complaining. We ordered piri piri chicken which was just a plain piece of chicken which would have been tasteless if it wasn't smothered in sauce. The "ravioli" was actually tortellini pasta which was clearly pasta from a packet. The "paella" was worst of all; there was barely any rice, it was swimming in a weird gravy type sauce. The rice was completely unseasoned. There was no chorizo/sausage even though the menu said there would be.

Nie wiem od czego zacząć. Obsługa nagabuje przechodniów na ulicy, zachęcając muzyką fado na żywo- tak daliśmy się „złapać” :) Stoliki mają tabliczki „reservation” co w praktyce okazuje się nieprawdą, taki chwyt marketingowy. W międzyczasie dzwonią po swoich żeby zrobić w środku tłum dla lepszego odbioru, że miejsce jest świetne. Nie pytając, stawiają przed tobą przystawkę, za którą liczą potem 11 euro! Jedzenie bardzo słabej jakości, przygotowywane z półproduktów. Uwaga! Toalety bez drzwi!! :D I jeszcze słowo o koncercie fado! Hahaha! Albo pozostawię bez komentarza! To trzeba przeżyć! Na koniec rachunek na 70 E za 2 osoby! Długo nie zapomnimy tej kolacji :D PS ładnie zrobione zdjęcie, prawda? :)
