Die beste Location mit den besten Burgern, die ich bisher besucht habe. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp, den ich zufällig gefunden habe. Es gibt dort Steak in Brot, was sehr zu empfehlen ist und die Preise sind sehr gut.

Wahnsinnig lecker! Wir sind dort wegen der guten Bewertungen hingegangen und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Die Burger sind super saftig und wirklich sehr lecker! Die Knoblauchmayo und der hausgemachte Schokokuchen zum Nachtisch waren ebenfalls hervorragend! Die 5 Sterne hat sich der Laden redlich verdient!

I kept the whole house awake because of my excessive crying out of happiness after my first visit. Until this night I dream of this place on several occassions a week always waking up all sweaty and shaking, my whole body still shivering from the pure joy of the foodgasms I experience there every single time. Their burgers are the perfect depiction of what world peace would look like to your taste buds at a price point lower than the temperature of your soul. Go there.

Talvez por chegarmos perto da hora de fechar, mas assim que entramos perguntamos se daria tempo de fazer o pedido eles disseram que dava sim, diante disso resolvemos ficar (antes não tivesse ficado), dava pra perceber aquela agilidade no atendimento pra ir embora, lanches vieram faltando ingredientes (de acordo com oq estava no menu), os funcionários meio que em cima fazendo pressão pra comer logo (eu como devagar, pois sou operada e não consigo comer rápido), não gostei da experiência, se disseram que dava para fazermos o pedido, não deveriam ter pressionado pra comer logo.

Accompagnate da patatine fritte che non sembrano però " espresse ", e da una maionese al sapore di aglio della " casa " dal sapore molto intenso .
Locale piccolo e un po' stretto, ma nel complesso bella esperienza.

Sou cliente habitual e costumo sair satisfeito. O facto de atribuir uma estrela deve-se a grave situação que me deparei. Visitei o espaço acompanhado por uma pessoa vegetariana, alérgica a carnes vermelhas e fiquei estupefacto por ambos hamburguers estarem a ser confecionafos na mesma chapa. Alertei o empregado para a situação o qual alertou a cozinha para proceder a limpeza da chapa e refazer o hamburguer vegetariano. Parece ser uma pratica recorrente desta casa que não cumpre as regras de HACCP havendo assim contaminação cruzada o que pode virar um perigo para a saúde. Fica aqui o aviso!

We had the pleasure of dining at A Cultura do Hamburguer on a recent family vacation in Lisbon. After a full day of sightseeing (and eating and drinking - who can resist?), we got back to our hotel/apartment and decided to do something quick and easy for dinner. My wife decided to go to bed early so I agreed to venture out with my two adult children in search of a simple dinner. My daughter suggested McDonalds not only because it satisfied the "quick and easy" requirement but also, in her words, to see how different the menu might be from Canada. I had noticed a hamburger place nearby whilst doing a Google restaurant search a couple of days earlier and suggested we try and find it instead. My son did a quick search on his phone and found A Cultura do Hamburguer. What a stroke of brilliance (and luck). We enjoyed a delicious meal - some of the best burgers ever - in a delightfully quirky restaurant with super friendly staff and excellent service. A Cultura do Hamburguer definitley satisfied the "quick and easy" criteria but excelled in so many other ways as well. Highly recommended.

Hamburguesas impresionantes y trato excepcional.
Antes de nada decir que es la primera vez que estamos en este local.
Leyendo algunas reseñas que me parecen injustas a priori, he de decir como primer punto que el trato aún siendo turista ha sido excelente.
Se quejan de que no acepten tarjetas y me parece una tontería que lo hagan, hay una enorme cantidad de restaurantes que lo hacen y es para abaratar costes debido a los exesivos impuestos de tarjetas extranjeras que les imponen.
Respecto a lo que he leido de que la calidad es media tirando a baja estoy en total desacuerdo. Está muy por encima de la hamburguesería media española y pasa a hamburguesa de caché.
Muy contentos mi mujer y yo con la experiencia. Gracias

Sitio que me recomendaron... Una vez más la comida entra por los ojos, pero lo único que me pareció bueno, es el pan y la bebida de frutos rojos... Lo demás calidad media tirando a baja, la hamburguesa me decepcionó mucho, las patatas aceitosas y el postre de Lima sin más...
Todo muy bonito, pero muy poco satisfactorio... de precio, caro para lo que se ofrece.
Parece que hay demasiados sitios que viven de la imagen y del postureo... Si voy a comer, primero que todo, quiero que mi paladar y mi estómago salgan satisfechos... luego imagen y todo los adornos que se quieran poner.
Por cierto, lo de no aceptar tarjetas de fuera de Portugal... Vivimos en un mundo global... Ya es hora de abrirse un poco... Pero bueno, tampoco pretendo volver.

Wir hatten den veggie burger und einen burger mit bacon, Zwiebeln etc. Beides super. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Daumen hoch!

Muy recomendable.
Un lugar al que recomiendo ir cuando visitas Lisboa. Las hamburguesas están muy ricas, la carne de buena calidad y las patatas abundantes.
Para el precio quedamos muy satisfechos, no pudimos pedir postre.
El lugar es muy bonito y limpio.

Tem dois restaurantes próximos um do outro no Bairro Alto mas com áreas diferentes bem como nas decorações.

감자튀김도 완전 바삭하진 않지만, 충분히 괜찮은 편.
마요네즈가 제공되는데 감자튀김과 궁합이 잘 맞는다.
느끼하지 않고 자극적이지도 않고 버거 중에선 담백한 편에 속한다고 생각한다. 리스본에서 햄버거를 먹어야 된다면 이 가게가 가장 괜찮다고 생각한다.
가격도 비싸지 않다.
Dans l'ensemble, le hamburger est bien rangé.
Les frites ne sont pas croustillantes, mais elles sont assez bonnes.
La mayonnaise est également fournie et fonctionne bien avec les frites.
Je ne le sens pas, c'est irritant, et je pense que c'est l'un des hamburgers les plus légers. Je pense que cette boutique est la meilleure si vous avez besoin de manger un hamburger à Lisbonne.
Le prix n'est pas cher.

It's a very hidden place, like a shelter in the middle of the chaotic movement that Lisbon has, but you can find various flavour combinations and that makes this place worthy. If you are a burger lover, would 10/10 recommend this place.

El primer lugar que encontramos que podemos cenar agusto y sin encontrarnos el atraco "al extranjero". Teneis que venir aquí. Nosotros hemos ido desde bastante lejos por las valoraciones y seguramente antes de irnos volveremos a ir (si el tiempo nos deja).
Estoy embarazada y le pedí la carne hecha, la chica que me atendió se preocupó una vez que me la trajeron de que estaba como deseaba y otro chico tambien me preguntó si estaba bien. Las hamburguesas estaban increiblemente buenas, con su lechuga fresca y el postre (tarta de chocolate) muuuuy jugosa y riquisima. Me encanta este lugar ojalá hubiera en mi cuidad!!!

Os hambúrgueres são deliciosos!
São muito simpáticos, o espaço é acolhedor e interessante. Acho engraçado o facto de darem uma certa personalidade aos diferentes hambúrgueres que têm com os nomes de pessoas conhecidas e com características específicas. Pedi o Amália que me atraiu pelo facto de ter pão cor-de-rosa que é algo que achei peculiar pois pão preto já vi mas cor-de-rosa nunca. Quanto ao sabor, achei estranho um hambúrguer saber a pizza, mas era mesmo muito bom e a carne suculenta!
Achei também piada ao facto de terem no menu um hambúrguer chamado Eusébio cujo pão é preto, está giro, mas claramente é só para quem tenha algum humor na vida.
Quanto ao preço, é médio e acessível.

Bom no geral, mas cabem algumas críticas. Acho que as opções de bebida podem melhorar, hoje em dia o dueto hambúrguer com cerveja de qualidade é o mínimo esperado. A carta tinha apenas uma artesanal, e pelo que a atendente me disse, era a última. O pão veio frio, sem graça, como se tivesse acabado de ser retirado da embalagem... No mais, as receitas são todas muito interessantes, e o atendimento é muito simpático.

살면서 먹어본 햄버거 중에서 가장 맛있었다.
번이나 속재료는 평범하지만 부족하진 않았고 소고기의 향과 풍미가 느껴지는 패티를 담백한 마요네즈가 잘 보조해줬다.
햄버거와 감자튀김 때문에 느끼해질 즈음에 이곳에서 파는 새콤한 에이드를 마시면 입안이 정리된다.
게다가 가게 직원들도 친절하다.
가게 통째로 들어서 귀국하고 싶다.

Recomendo vivamente o espaço na Rua da Atalaia, 57. Fomos primeiro ao da Rua das Salgadeiras, que é mais pequeno e estava cheio já com lista de espera e subimos depois um pouco até à Rua da Atalaia, onde um espaço maior tinha mesa imediatamente disponível. Fomos atendidos por várias pessoas e TODAS sem excepção foram de uma educação, simpatia e profissionalismo que é raro encontrar. Houve um pequeno equívoco com as entradas mas que foi prontamente resolvido com uma atenção que já nem se espera que tenham. Os hambúrgueres são simplesmente deliciosos, bem confeccionados e cheios de sabor (optámos pelo Lx e pelo Salgadeiro), o serviço é rápido tendo em conta que é um produto confeccionado no momento e optámos por beber uma deliciosa limonada de frutos vermelhos. O pequeno equívoco foi suprido por uma das tartes de lima mais espectaculares que já provámos. Tenho pena por não conseguir deixar uma gorjeta se 1800€ como recentemente foi noticiado porque se pudesse certamente que era merecida.

La comida tardó muy poco en hacerse y estaba exquisita, sin duda una de las mejores hamburguesas que he probado. Los baños muy limpios. Very nice and cozy place in the neighborhood of Chiado. If you wanna grab a bite of hamburger after all the "bacalhau" in Lisbon you have definitely to come here.
The service is good and fast and the hamburgers are well cooked, with all the options you can have on the menu.
The lemonade made out of the lime is simply amazing and refreshing.
Definitely worth the visit and also the wait when it is overcrowded.

Sehr authentisches und gemütliches Restaurant. Alles ist frisch und vor den Augen der Gäste zubereitet. Die Auswahl der Burger ist super und die Bedienung trotz grossem Ansturm sehr freundlich.
Klein aber fein lautet hier die Devise!

Food was great, really good burgers and steak sandwiches, first gin cocktail we ordered was great but second one felt lacking well, gin, other than that everything was great! Just a note, as far as we understood, they only take Portuguese credit cards, so tourists, bring cash!

Muy buen restaurante con una relación calidad - precio genial. Fui por recomendación de un amigo y me gustó mucho desde que entré. No es muy grande pero tiene una decoración bonita y el personal fue muy amable en todo momento. En la carta no está escrito pero las hamburguesas se pueden pedir de pollo también (en lugar de ternera). Sinceramente salí muy satisfecho del restaurante y lo recomiendo mucho.

Las hamburguesas no son muy grandes (160gr), y cuestan entre 7 y 10€. La carne estaba tierna y el sabor era muy rico, aunque el pan estaba muy frío. La limonada casera (tanto de lima como de frutos rojos) está muy rica. El trato fue correcto. Las mesas están demasiado juntas (son mesas largas a compartir).

Que bela surpresa! Pedi o "Tudo Ao Molho" e é provavelmente o melhor hambúrguer que comi nos nos últimos tempos. O pão era macio, batata caseira, carne no ponto e suculenta e só tenho elogios a dar ao serviço e à decoração do espaço. Recomendo vivamente!

Las mejores hamburguesas del mundo después de las Cangreburguers y la pizza de Don Cangrejo que es la mejor, para ti y para mí.
Veníamos de una siesta reparadora y el hambre se apoderaba de nuestros cuerpos que solo desayunaban croissant con café por las mañanas y tiraban comiendo maní todo el día.
Pedimos una AMÁLIA en pan rosa que tenía queso, tomates cherries asados, salsa tártara, cebolla, prosciutto frito, pimentón asado y mayonesa de barbacoa; y otra hamburguesa que no recuerdo el nombre con pan negro que mezclaba ananá (piña, para los demás países latinos que me leen) con queso azul.
De verdad, un sabor interestelar y un ante baño fuera de serie con toallas de un solo uso (una caricia al medio ambiente lavando tantas toallas por día). Pero no me quejo, prefiero eso a las servilletas impermeables.
Si están en Lisboa y no quieren hamburguesa, vayan igual, después lo agradecerán.

Please guys: if you ever liked McDonalds and Burger King: instead go there and don't bother to visit this place.

Tasty burger for a fair price. They have a nice selection of burgers and sandwiches, there is also a veggie option with s bean/rice patty. Every burger comes with a side of fries. The bun itself is nice and soft with a nice texture. The patty was delicous and full of juices still trapped inside. Mine was saddly cooked all the way through but the taste was still there. All in all great place, great service, tasty burgers. Highly recommended if you're ever in Lisbon.

The food is decent. I had a spicy chorizo burger. It was okay but the patty fell apart as soon as I touched it. The fries tasted nothing at all. I had a cheese platter for appetizer. It was a lot of food and came with a good variety of cheeses, sliced pear and bread. Beware, it's a cash only place (in 2019).

Amazing . A must in Lisbon . It's very very very worth the climb. We ordered the TUDO AO MOLHO burger and it was amazing. The prices are super affordable compared to the quality of the meal. I had a lemonade that matched perfectly with the flavour of the burger.

Absolutely one of the top 3 burgers of my life. I never normally eat the top of the bun because I often find it dry and boring, but even the top of the bun here was divine! I had the one with bacon, manchego and caramelised onions and it was delicious. Chips are really good too. So happy we came here.

Good food. We tried the New York and the Vegetarian hamburgers. Both were very good. The prices of the hamburgers are between 7 and 10 Euros and all include french fries. We had to wait outside for 20 minutes approximately because the place was full but once inside the food was served very fast. We didn't like that the place is very small and full of tables and there is a lot of noise. Besides they want you to eat very quickly and leave the table. But in general the place is very good.

Testé ce restaurant lors d’un Citigroup à Lisbonne et vraiment une belle trouvaille. Situé dans les petites rues dans le centre. Cadre sympa pr le restaurant et équipe jeune et dynamique.
Peut être un très léger bémol pr le positionnement des tables qui laisse très peu de places pr quitter sa place à certains endroits.
Mais les hamburgers étaient super bons. La mayonnaise maison était super bonne avec un petit goût dont je ne retrouve plus l’origine.
Budget raisonnable comme un peu partout la bas.
Je conseille vivement pr manger un bon burger.

Pleasant ambience, good service and tasty food.
There was only one choice for a veggie burger but it was very good, the red bun with poppy seeds was an interesting idea and the use of beets combined with garlic mayo was a good choice. The chips were a slight disappointment, the taste of cooking oil overpowered, which is a shame because chips make the 40% of the combo.
The mixed berry lemonade was delicious and refreshing. Overall a nice place, with good food.

One of the best burgers I have ever had - and I had a lot ;-). They have a variety of brugers with self made bread and fresh ingredients. The beef ist very good, but also the vegetarian burger is worth a try. Each hurger is served with french fries and selfmade garlic mayonnaise. They also have good homemade lemonade! So when you are are in Bairo Alto and starving, try this place!

Thank God for Google having suggested this place to us. What an awesome place!!! Out of the way and quiet, which was a beautiful reprieve from the bustling crowd just one street over. We got the Piquante (which was by far the tastiest of the 3. The pasta de pimentão really stood out; it was perfectly spicy, perfectly juicy, and with the queijo da serra it was perfectly salty. Not overcooked in the slightest, with everything fresh and tasty. The XL Burger was also very satisfying. The tangy cheese worked really well with everything else. My picky eater of a father (who didn't believe in eating a hamburger in the capital of fish, actually enjoyed himself. We also tried the "a moda da mãe" which had a lighter taste to it but was also very tasty. Oh my God their garlic mayo was beyond amazingly tasty. I'm a fan of mayo with my fries and all other places have been giving me miracle whip instead; but this place was GOLD. Fries were also very tasty. I enjoy the taste of canola oil so what mattered most to me were crispy exteriors and soft, fluffy interiors. Everything was spot on. Even the waiters and cooks were incredibly friendly and looked like they genuinely loved their job. Oh, I strongly recommend the Key lime pie as well. Das Restaurant liegt mitten im Bairo Alto, hier kann man auch ohne Reservierung Glück haben einen Tisch zu bekommen. Die Auswahl der Burger ist sehr interessant und die Burger mit Pommes liegen bei etwa 8 bis 10 Euro (160g Patty). Die Knoblauch Mayonnaise war sehr lecker. Die Preise für Getränke fanden wir etwas überzogen. 1,50 Euro für 0.25 l Wasser ist doch etwas sehr viel und die Flasche reichte gerade mal um das Glas zur Hälfte zu füllen. Auf der Karte stand nicht welche Größe man bekommt. Zahlung geht leider nur bar oder per portugiesischer Bankkarte. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und zeitgemäß.

Such a fantastic place, service was wonderful and there were really good burgers and fries. Prices are reasonable. This place environment was really cozy. Burgers are handmade, flavours are exactly as they should be. Definitely would visit this place again. Its better to pay by cash there, if you pay with foreign card then there will be a extra charge.

Hamburgers de qualité, excellent et peu cher. Une carte simple mais efficace. L'intérieur est très propre et la déco très sympa. Un resto qui tranche vraiment avec l'esprit de la rue.

Très bon moment passé hier dans ce restaurant.
Nous n’avons en revanche pas encore eu le temps de tester les hamburgers mais rien que la façon de préparer les cocktails nous prépare au reste.
Allez y foncez les prix sont pas excessifs pour Lisbonne (7-9€ le hamburger, pinte à 3,8€ et cocktails à 5-6€)

Ottimi hamburger, sia in quanto a qualità degli ingredienti sia per l'utilizzo fantasioso di diverse tipologie di pane. Luogo informale, tavoli realizzati con materiale di recupero(vecchie porte o ante di armadi) e cortesia del personale. Buona birra e prezzi super accessibili ( 2 hamburger, 2 birre grandi e caffè circa 25 euro). Ci siamo tornati 2 sere durante il nostro soggiorno a Lisbona. All'arrivo ricordate di segnare il vostro nome sul taccuino appeso all'ingresso: vi chiameranno seguendo l'elenco. È possibile dover condividere un tavolo con altre persone, ma questo è anche il bello dello spirito di una vacanza!

This place was absolutely fantastic, by far the best burger we’ve ever had (and we’ve had our fair share!). We had one burger and one steak sandwich. Everything is cooked fresh and you can see everything being prepared and cooked at the front of the restaurant. The service was great, and the food was packed full of flavour and was enjoyable from start to finish. There’s lots of variety on the menu so caters for most tastes. Highly recommend a visit for any burger lover!

Arriving on a late Saturday night, 5 minutes before closing, I drove almost 40 minutes to visit the local Hamburger spot. During the hectic moments of Bairro Alto the staff where still cool and collected. Our waiter was sympathetic and Trilingual which amazed me, but wasn't surprised since this was a very tourist heavy area. The burger was the juiciest most meat burger I've ever tried in my life. Everything felt and tasted freshly made (including the fries and bun), there are no words to describe this experience. It was 100% worth the drive.

Great and interesting burgers but they don't take credit card and don't tell you before it's too late. Forced to go to an ATM and pay a fee which was the same amount as the food. Double up in price.

The tables are so close together there is little possibility to enjoy an intimate moment with friends or lovers. The regular burgers I'm told are very good but the veggie option comes in a beetroot coloured bun that screams at you rather than seduces you from the plate. The veggie burger comprises of a bean and rice filling that tasted bland and fell apart in my hands. Fries were home made and the usual selection of drinks were available on the menu.

태어나서 먹어본 햄버거 중 단연 최고입니다. Todo 버거는 꼭 드시길ㅜㅜ 고기패티 풍미에 취합니다. 크기가 조금 커서 들고 먹을 순 없지만 잘라서 먹어도 진짜 맛있어요. 버거 옆에 갈릭딥핑소스도 나오는데 버거에 찍어먹으면 녹아내립니다ㅜㅜ.그리고 애플이랑 시나몬이랑 배 섞은 주스도 상큼하고 좋았어요. 섹시비치라는 사진에 먹물 햄버거도 있는데 짭조름하고 좋았습니다. 드셔보세요. 가격도 비싸지 않고 리스본에 온다면 꼭 먹어봐야하는 햄버거에요. 저는 두번 먹었습니다.

Las hamburguesas muy jugosas y buenas. Tomé una limonada y estaba riquisima. El precio es asequible, entre 7 y 10€ las hamburguesas que incluyen patatas.

Fuimos por las buenas valoraciones pero realmente hemos comido hamburguesas mejores en sitios no especializados ni con tanta fama. Mi hamburguesa tenía el doble de pan que de carne y la carne de la hamburguesa de mi chico estaba muy poco hecha (no preguntan cómo la quieres). No vale para quienes están acostumbrados a comer hamburguesas grandes, aquí son pequeñitas y el sabor no fue nada del otro mundo, nada nuevo ni maravilloso. El sitio es muy pequeño y las mesas están prácticamente pegadas, no puedes cenar tranquilo porque los camareros se preocupan mucho de que ya hayas terminado para que dejes la mesa libre. A la pareja de al lado le trajeron la cuenta sin que la pidieran y fue un momento algo incómodo... Las patatas fritas no saben a nada ni parecen de buena calidad pero vienen con la hamburguesa y no hay otra guarnición para elegir.

Ottimo locale, kitsch, rustico/ricercato, personale giovane che si diverte mentre lavora. Ottimi panini, maionese fatta da loro, alcuni tavoli sono PORTE!
Organizzazione perfetta: siccome il locale è piccolo, ti iscrivi nella lista cartacea all'esterno (nr persone e un nome), così nessuno ti passa davanti!
