Your Good News email was gratefully received: We were counting our Portugal booking as a financial write-off as we expected little if any chance of getting our money back, but you have kind of ‘made our day’ and we thank you for the opportunity to rebook later in the year. That was good news.

We are just back from another holiday in the beautiful Porto de Mos and as per the previous 5 years this apartment was as good as any we have stayed in unfortunately we did have a few issue during our stay. Although sun loungers were provided (hard plastic not mech) there were no cushions, I also noticed the sweeping brush was broken so texted Villa Full Stop as I thought they may be in storage in the garage. The response to my request was to use towels that no one else had ever requested cushions! Eventually after several texts back and fort they agreed to provide cushions but it took 6 days before they were dropped to the apartment (& I never got the brush)! I also take issue with their policy on the refundable breakage deposit for which I only received a partial refund not due to any breakages or damage but due to bank fees I'm told being deducted! I should not be liable for any bank fees when I am being refunded just as VFS will not accept any shortfall in payments. Great location, lovely apartment/complex but would not recommend Villa Full Stop.

We had a partly good vacation in a Villas Full stop apartment i Lagos in the summer of 2018. The apartment were fine as expected, but the hot-water tank in the apartment did'nt work. As we arrived on a friday, Villas Full Stop declined to solve the problem till monday, because they were off in the weekend. We werent able to shower from friday to monday, so we had to take a trip to Slide & Splash in algarve to get all cleaned. Totally unacceptable service from Villas Full Stop! Not even a compensation for the bad service is recieved from Villas Full Stop!
