Отель удобно расположен в центре, достаточно просторные номера, хорошие завтраки. В ресторане есть небольшая терраса. Есть сейф, чайник и капсульная кофемашина, халаты и тапочки. Цена для этого района вполне приемлема.

Je suis très déçu de cet hôtel.. Climatisation et chauffage qui marche pas.. Propreté à revoir.. Personnel et réception qui partent aucun mot français.. Petit déjeuner 100% porc.. Le seul point positif c'est qu'il est bien situé..

Ein sehr schönes, neues und sehr modernes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind top, das Badezimmer ist sehr groß und auch top ausgestattet.
Der Frühstücksbereich (Auch Abendessen) im 5. Stock ist eine Sensation.

Belle expérience, de la chambre au petit en passant par l'accueil tout était au niveau de nos attentes.
Chambres spacieuses et salle de bain encore plus
Literie confortable et bonne insonorisation.
Pour le coffre il faut passer à l'accueil pour demander l'ouverture.
Des boissons rafraîchissantes sont disponibles dès l'entrée à l'hôtel et vue les températures de ce mois de mai ca part vite
Petit dej copieux avec du choix, charcuterie, fruit frais et légumes, qq spécialités tout y est.
Enfin accueil chaleureux, rien à dire, quartier calme et métro proche, moins de 5 min pour la ligne bleue, mais la jaune et la rouge ne sont pas bien loin non plus.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés et profiter d'une belle terrasse au 5ème étage

O hotel é novo, bem localizado. Perto da Marquez de Pombal e com linhas de metro perto. Rua tranquila sem muito trânsito. Tem supermercado perto para pequenas compras. Instalações novas, banheiro muito bom, quarto de bom tamanho e roupas de cama sempre trocadas e muito limpas. Bom armário para colocar as roupas. Camareiras muito atenciosas. Pequeno almoço excelente, equipe ágil e simpática. A equipe da recepção é muito atenciosa. Ajudaram na escolha de tours, melhores trajetos para se chegar a um ponto turístico ou cidade vizinha. Wifi disponível, precisava apenas fazer o login. Alguns funcionários são brasileiros e com parte dos hóspedes também. Recomendo, com toda certeza.

Positiv: Top Lage, edle Ausstattung, Preisleistungsverhältnis sehr gut, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, Zimmee wurde immer geputzt und aufgeräumt.Negativ: Aussicht in den Innenhof, aus dem WC kam ein sehr schlimmer Kanalisationsgeruch. Wir konnten das Bad nicht mehr betreten!

This is a very new hotel, a few weeks maybe a month old. It is so modern, new and nice that one doesn't want to leave it. Staff members are very attentive and responsive, willing to do that little extra just to make you feel better. The rooms are big and every cm is used with a purpose. Beds are comfortable, pillow selection is very good. The restaurant has a good choice of options that varies a little from day to day. I would say there have been hotels with better choices for breakfast in my life, but this one is not bad at all. Please take the chance to enjoy THE VIEW from the restaurant ad it is located on the 5th floor and has a good viepoint. There are fresh drinks at the reception (matcha tea, ginger and lemon water, etc) just perfect after a walk on a hot day. The hotel has also a very nice bar at the reception area with comfortable bar chairs as well as sofas and tables to sit in a small group for a talk. Ask the reception for help and recommendations around the town and they would gladly help you. The area is very quiet, the hotel has high security and is perfect for couples, single or family travelers. I definitely recommend it!

Someone called our room telephone at 04:30 in the morning and knocked on our door. Woke us up and made us worried, we thought we have to evacuate because the hotel is burning down, we didn't have time to answer the phone or open the door because you know it's 04:30 IN THE MORNING!
Reception admitted it was a wrong wake up call! Whoever did that had only one job and it was to call the right room!
Room is nice and comfortable but the toilet needs a better ventilation!
Average breakfast.
Nice and helpful staff.

Hôtel bien situé a moins de 5 minutes de la station de métro. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses et la literie confortable. Par contre très mauvaise note concernant le service, nous étions en panne de coton ce qui peut quand même arriver, nous demandons donc à l'accueil qui en dispose de nous dépanner mais la réponse du responsable est incroyable : "demerdez-vous il y a un supermarket a côté".
Un comble pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, sens du service zéro. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas assez varié a mon goût, pas beaucoup de choix c'est pour cela que j'ai préféré le prendre a l'extérieur et là il y à pas mal de choix

Es sind sauberer und ausreichend große Zimmer mit TV, Fön und freien WLAN. Alles war sehr sauber. Frühstück war Gurt. Jeden Tag reichlich frisches Obst und Pastry. Super freundliches und hilfreiches Personal.Die Lage ist recht gut. Nahe an zwei Metro Stationen. Dicht am El Corte Ingles. Nette Restaurants in der Nähe.

Nous étions en panne de coton nous en avons demandé a l accueil qui en disposait, l hôtesse a demandé la permission a sa responsable qui nous a indiqué qu'il il fallait nous démerder, pas top pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et surtout juste pour du coton...

Hotel is centrally located, and it takes approx. 30 minutes to walk to the centre and old town. Hotel is very conveniently located to the airport LIS with the subway. Definitely recommend and we would definitely stay there again.l

Das Hotel liegt mittig von drei Metro-Linien, sehr gut für City-Urlaube. Das personal ist nett.Leider hatte das Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank, was im Februar noch ok ist, im Sommer Probleme für kühle Getränke oder Lebensmittel (Obst, Joghurt...) sein wird. Die Badlüftung brachte eher unangenhemen Fäkaliengeruch ins Bad rein statt raus. Das Zimmer war großzügig, aber ein Tisch wäre gut gewesen. Leider ließ sich die schöne Dachterrasse nicht nutzen: abgeschlossen nach der Frühstückszeit.

Nytt och fräscht med välutrustade rum i bra storlek. Serviceminded och trevlig personal och hotellet ligger bara 2 min promenad från 2 olika metro-stationer och med välsorterad livsmedelsbutik runt hörnet. Alldeles för enkel frukost är det som drar ned betyget från full pott.

Die Lage war super, ohne Mühen konnte man entweder in die Altstadt laufen, oder mit Bus und Bahn (Haltestelle 2 Min. zu Fuß entfernt) dorthin fahren. Das Hotel ist neu renoviert und somit in einem sehr guten Zustand.

New Hotel in relatively quiet location but within walking distance of restaurants and bars. City sightseeing buses about 10 min walk away. Butchers Steak Restaurant just across the road is excellent and very reasonable. Bedrooms very comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The quality of the hotel is definitely 4 star. The people at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. I had one small issue regarding room cleanliness but it was quickly resolved. The rooms are very cheery and of a good size for Europe and they are modern and clean although they might consider adding modern art on the wall in the rooms. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices but I didn’t like the coffee or the juices which seemed watery to me. I decided to drink bottled water instead. There is a food Market alongside the hotel which I discovered later in the trip that was very convenient. It is located near some good restaurants a laundromat the Parque metro stop a pharmacy and a large higher end department store. The heat and A/C work well as did the free WiFi. What I liked best about the hotel was the very comfortable firm bed and the good linens and thick towels. They had facecloths too which some hotels in Europe lack. I would stay here again if in Lisbon.

El restaurante en el piso cinco es un espectáculo, con una terraza formidable. Pero la comida no da la talla. Solo tenian mantequilla con ajo y perejil (?), el jugo de naranja aguado e insípido (en serio? en Portugal?)...y la peor maquina de café que hé usado. Ni café de sobre reconstituido porque la leche caliente de la máquina era horrible. Mejoren el desayuno amigos, tienen un hotel de primera

We spent 4 nights of our honeymoon at this hotel and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The room was clear and cleaned up daily. The restaurant is at the 5th floor with a beautiful view and good breakfast. They are more flexible with the breakfast and check out times than other hotels. We even got a little attention from the hotel to celebrate our first night.

Hotel de patru stele pe care le merită din aproape toate pdv. Doar că, cameristele nu cunosc altă temperatură la aerul condiționat, înafara de 17 grade. La plecare era lăsat pe 23 grade iar la sosire seara era pe 17. Trebuia să ne îmbrăcăm cu pulovere și să deschidem geamurile să intre caldura de afară. Micul dejun este pe toate gusturile.

The hotel is new and clean, the staff are helpful and friendly, location is good, close to everything and far from crowd, u just walk 30 min and are in the middle of the city. Breakfast needs to be better, it’s not what it should be in a 4 star hotel. I also had a little problem with the bed sheets and pillow covers because of the smell of detergent. This needs a big notice as it gave me headache and it feels like too much chemical in the bed. In general we were really happy with the hotel and we will be back there for sure

I really enjoyed my stay on this hotel. The room was very comfortable and bright, overlooking a quite road. Bathroom was also pretty convenient. I had a problem with the hot water in my room but after reporting it, it was fixed in 20'.
Breakfast is a bit "basic" but it has options for many tastes.
Would recommend it and would stay there again at my next business trip.

We stayed 4 nights and booked 2 rooms. Location is okay, but not too convinced. Breakfast is just very simply, not too many options. Friendly staffs. However, I lost a hair comb next to sink of the bathroom. My sister who slept at other room which lost a deodorant at the bathrooms table after we came back to the hotel. We believed its the cleaning crews mistakes. As of the 4 stars hotel, the poor thing is they dont have individual iron facilities that can provide customer for free at the room. If you need to iron cloth, you would need to pay for the service.

El hotel es fabuloso, zona céntrica y a la vez tranquila. Hay buenos restaurantes cerca. A 10 minutos en metro de Baixa-Chiado. Ideal para descansar y relajarse. Solo un inconveniente, en la reserva deberia especificar claramente si es o no es con desayuno.

Esse hotel é maravilhoso. Fomos muitos bem recepcionados, o quarto é espaçoso e o banheiro nem se fala. A ducha com banheira é coisa de Deus! Rsrs
Primeiro dia tivemos problema com o ar condicionado, mas eles resolveram. A recepção é linda! O Café da manhã tem um espaço lindo com várias espreguiçadeiras, café gostoso mas um pouco caro. Na recepção tem serviço de bar com vários drinks e comida. Recomendo muito a estadia nesse hotel. Tem metrô , mercado, padaria tudo perto.

空港から地下鉄一本で来られます。徒歩10分以内に駅が二つあるので観光地にもすぐに出られ、とても便利です。
室内は明るく、インテリアも洗練されており、アメニティが充実していました。バスルームが広くて清潔です。
7月に2泊しましたが、寝ている間ダニと蚊に悩まされました。ダニは前の宿泊者の荷物に付着していたもので、蚊は掃除の際に窓やドアから入ってきたもので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、できればもう少し念入りに駆除してほしいです。蚊は7、8匹いたと思いますが、捕まえるのが大変でした…。
ホテルのスタッフはみなフレンドリーで、とても親切でした。

Alles war in Ordnung. Sehr gute Zimmer, freundliches Personal usw. Wir durften sogar aus 3 Zimmern wählen, weil wir Lärm-empfindlich sind.

VIP only in name! The rooms are crazy small, and the view is on other rooms a couple meters away, so overall the place feels very claustrophobic. However the hotel is relatively new so everything is in good condition and clean. Overall, I would prefer other hotel options around Saldanha to this one.

ruhiges grosses Zimmer, grosses Bad, Kleiderschrank mit Beleuchtung , Safe konnte man einfach bedienen.Sehr gutes Frühstück.Einzig zu wenig Kleiderbügel, aber die hätte man sicher bestellen können.

Hotel totalmente nuevo. Habitaciones simples, sencillas y limpias. Cuenta con lo suficiente para pasar una buena estancia. Baño muy amplio. Recepción y Bar muy llamativo. Buena atención del personal. No cuenta con Parking propio y se paga parquímetro en la zona. Cuenta con 2 parking a menos de 50m cuyo precio diario oscila entre los 10€-15€ en el hotel te informan de los mismos. La zona es tranquila, en taxi al centro son 5€. Si te gusta quedarte en el centro de la ciudad no es tu hotel. Si te gusta andar o coger el taxi, muy económico en Lisboa, lo es sin duda.

Hotel situado en la parte alta de Lisboa.
Habitación totalmente reformada, está casi nueva.
Muy buena limpieza, colchón de alta calidad.
Baño cómodo y amplio.
Todo perfecto.

Great find! Convenient to metro station so easy to get to / from airport. Room spacious, clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast reasonably priced but average selection. Would stay again.
