Fab hotel. Good food. Very clean. Oasis in luz really. Not a lot to do bar the beach 15 mins walk around small town couple of small bars n cafes. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in suburb. €9 Taxi to lagos 10 min. Bus 30 min.

Nosotros reservamos un apartamento de una habitacion y cuando llegamo nos dieron un duplex . La cocina enorme completamente equipada con tostadora cafetera etc.. te dejan 4 capsulas de cafe,azucar,te,leche y agua. Terraza enorme con vistas a la playa salon y habitacion grandes apartamento muy tranquilo. Sauna, piscina y jackuzzi gratuitos con horario de 8 a 22h. 3 piscinas exteriores 1 adultos 1 familias y otra niños. Personal atento y agradable repetiremos sin duda.

Lovely apartment hotel with both heated indoor pool and not heated outdoor pools, which was a bit too cold this time of the year but I can guess it is divine in a month or 2

Superbe appartement avec un vrai confort, une cuisine tout équipée, lave vaisselle, lave linge. Ménage impeccable, serviettes fournies. La réception avec un personnel souriant et serviable, au top ! Une piscine, un jacuzzi, hammam superbe !!

Séjour impeccable, nous avons réservé à la dernière minute une chambre et c'est un appartement que nous avions eu. la cuisine était très bien équipé, appartement avec vue sur la mer. En terme de localisation, c'est assez pratique, la plage et les resto sont à 5 min à pied , une supérette se trouve également à quelques mètres.

Hotel très conseiller personnel très sympa et à l ecoute

Nous avons logé dans un de leur appartement, il était magnifique et entièrement rénové. Le complexe est assez bien situé, à quelques minutes en voiture de Lagos. Il y a une piscine intérieure chauffée, un spa, un sauna et un gym inclus dans le prix. Très bien.

É essencial um resort para turistas estrangeiros (britânicos e irlandeses na sua maioria). No entanto o atendimento do pessoal é sempre bastante simpático, não descurando os clientes portugueses. Tem três piscinas exteriores, uma para adultos e duas para crianças, e uma piscina interior com jacuzzi. A distancia da praia é cerca de 10 minutos a pé. Não sendo este o tipo de locais onde costumo ficar é dificil comparar com outros, no entanto pareceu-me aceitável. A limpeza dos apartamentos é feita apenas duas vezes por semana.

We were given a warm welcome and directed to our studio room. The room was bright, airy, and very spacious. Even being a studio, with twin beds, there was still room for a full sized dining table with four chairs, two sofas (one two seater, one three seater), a TV unit, a coffee table and a side unit with a hi-fi on, and there was still plenty of room to walk around. The bathroom was beautifully presented, and fully stocked with fluffy bath towels, hand towels, a bath mat, first aid kit and a hairdryer, as well as Rituals bath products. The kitchen was equally well presented and stocked with milk, water, tea and a bowl of oranges on our arrival. The kitchen was equipped with both a washing machine and dishwasher, both of which were pristine and worked well. There was also an ironing board, iron and clothes airer. The balcony was clean with a table and two chairs, complete with cushions. No plastic patio furniture here!! We were in B1C, and had a sea view. Estrela da Luz is not a beachfront resort, so sea views will also incorporate views of buildings closer to the front. There are metal shutters on the patio doors and kitchen window. Amazing for total blackout and an excellent nights sleep. The room was air conditioned, which was very welcome. There was also free wifi in the room. Estrela da Luz is situated towards the top of the hill leading away from the beach, however, this was not a concern for us. It is a gated resort, requiring codes to get in. The entrance to B block was around the back of the resort. This meant that to access the pool and reception areas, we either had to cut through the underground car park, or go out of B gate and back in through the next gate along. This wasn't an issue for us, but if you have a young family, I would recommend asking to be placed in a block with contained access. We spent Friday near the 16+ pool. The whole area was clean, with plenty of loungers, and being out of season, it was fairly quiet. The inside spa area was beautiful. The jacuzzi was so relaxing, and the water in both the 16+ and the inside pools was warm. We used the gym on Sunday morning. Small sweat towels that smelt delicious were provided, as well as water coolers. There was a good selection of gym equipment, with plenty to go round. The hotel also offers fitness classes several times a week, including Pilates. The staff could not have been more helpful during our stay. We booked a trip to the grottos at Reception. We were given a hotel discount, taking the two hour trip from €22.50 to €17.50, and given a bus timetable, with the relevant stops highlighted, and directions to the bus stop in order to get to Lagos (25 minute bus ride and €1.60 per person each way, well worth a trip). On Sunday, when finding our transfer pick up time online was proving challenging, Reception came to the rescue, phoning them for us and tracking down our booking. Monday morning, our transfer was late. As it was early (0615), the reception staff had not started yet, so the only person around was the security guard. When he realised we'd been stood there for 15 minutes, he asked for our booking paperwork. He then rang the company to chase them up. We were assured that it would be with us in 15 minutes. This time frame came and went, and still no transfer. The security guard rang them another three times and was just explaining our predicament to the just arrived receptionist, when it eventually showed up an hour and 15 minutes late, at 0730. He told us whilst we were waiting that the hotel have a company that they deal with when it comes to transfers, so in future I would certainly let the hotel handle our transfers. There are two supermarkets within a 5 minute walk, the Spar in particular being very well stocked. Luz itself is small but perfectly formed.

Telewizor dosc stary i kiepska jakosc obrazu. Kuchnia slabo wyposazona w przybory kuchenne. Na plus polozenie blisko bardzo ladnej plazy i niedaleko do Lagos.

Lovely short stay. Studio is big and has everything you need. Shops and restaurants close by. Near the beach. Lovely pools.

Love the location and amenities available here, though off season, staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. 2 bedroom apartment unit was clean with thoughtful necessities bottled water, coffee, milk) provided. Plenty of space for family of 4, definitely recommended for a week or 2

Наверное лучший 4-х звездочный отель в Европе, в котором вы можете отдохнуть за 48 евро в сутки семьей с 2-я детьми! В номере 2 спальни, 2 туалета, отличная кухня, огромный зал и не менее огромный балкон на котором мы завтракали и обедали всей семьей! Отдыхали в самом начале января, людей не очень много, но бассейн с подогревом и спортзал работали. Стояла отличная погода, так что в отеле сидели мало, но вечером была отличная возможность поплескаться в бассейне и погреться в сауне. Мебель и техника в отличном состоянии, территория вся в зелени и очень тяжело было уезжать! В городе рядом есть 2 супермаркета и кафе но мы были с машиной так что сам город толком не смогли распробовать, ездили по окрестностям.

Lovely apartment within a beautiful and very well appointed complex. Exceptionally well equipped apartment - everything you could need. Staff and facilities onsite are superb from front desk staff to maintenance to housekeeping!

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Garaje cerrado para el coche, gym y spa totalmente gratis. Tienen todo el menaje de hogar y cocina necesario, ademas de una cama de matrimonio muy grande y colchón en buen estado. Y el personal de recepción muy atentos... seguro que repetimos porque nos ha gustado mucho.

Llegamos más tarde de lo previsto, tuvimos una acogida ejemplar, nos lo explicaron todo detalladamente, planos, habitaciones, garaje, servicios del hotel etc... La habitación ya tenía la calefacción puesta al entrar, algo que se agradece por el frío de estas fechas, no le faltaba ningún detalle además de la impecable limpieza, cocina diría que casi a extremar, equipada con todo el menaje que puedas imaginar y de calidad, además pastillas para lavavajillas, detergente para lavadora y por cortesía un brinco de leche, cápsulas Nespresso, y una botella de agua. El cuarto de baño inmenso igual que la cocina y la habitación, limpieza máxima, con todo lo que necesitas para alojarte, secador toallas, papel, un kit de bienvenida que ha sido el más completo que he visto y un gran botiquín de emergencia al detalle. Spa excelente con sauna turca, jacuzzi y piscina de nado con hamacas y el gimnasio con gran variedad de máquinas impecables. Silencio total, buena calefacción, cama gigante y muy muy cómoda con dos tipos de almohadas. Todas las personas del hotel muy atentas y amables en todo momento con nosotros. Le doy una nota infinita de buena. Venimos de Sevilla y no nos imaginamos que fuera todo tan perfecto. Repetimos seguro!!!!!! GRACIAS DE MANU Y NAZARETH

Pour nous tout s’est très bien passé! Accueil et personnel souriant disponible et discret. Appartement volumineux et très propre c’était un T3 avec mezzanine, une décoration plus moderne serait parfait mais c’est une histoire de goût! Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant et animation mais pour ce qui est des piscines et espaces vert tout est très bien entretenu. Nous étions en vacances avec 2 enfants en bas âge et le village de Luz est top pour des vacances en famille et bien situé. Merci pour ces vacances.

Absolutely loved this place, big, spacious and light apartments, everything you need in the fitted kitchens, our apartment was 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. They have 3 swimming pools and an indoor one and the area round the pools is lovely, plenty of sunbeds. The staff were brilliant and speak good english.

Spent s week at this fab complex, highlights included the great Hugo Beaty restaurant and bar, staff great and food great value for money. Love it!

Nice clean modern place to stay. It has three different pool areas to cater for adult or kids or both. The restaurant onsite and bar area's food was good and the service was good too. The staff were friendly and definitely try and make your stay a pleasant one. Definitely a good place to stay. It's also walking distance from the beach and walking distance from the shops and eating facilities.

Hotel had everything we needed. huge apartments. pool was great. fitness room was brilliant. short walk to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. we will be back !

LA ENTRADA ES A LAS 16:00h Y LA SALIDA A LAS 10h, me parece excesivo, hay una diferencia de 6h. También confirmo que les pedí salir un poco mas tarde y me dijeron que podía salir mas tarde, antes del medio día. Se que necesitan tiempo para limpiar, pero tienen que ver que nos levantamos a las 8:20h, desayunamos rapidito y teniendo las maletas echas de la noche anterior, no pudimos salir antes de las 10:45h. AGRADEZCO EL DETALLE Y LA VERDAD QUE ES PARA IR MAS TIEMPO.

Well kept, clean, secure and roomy. A big generic complex of condos with pool, gym and other extras. No ocean view,it's not too far to the beach. The beach is a walk all down hill.

Ferias em Novembro. -Boa localização perto de auto estradas, perto de lagos local sossegado e muito perto da praia. -Resort moderno com muito boas instalação como por exemplo (SPA, ginásio, piscina interior e 2 exterior 1 de adultos e 1 familiar, sauna, jacuzzi), funciona em regime de condomínio fechado onde tem garagem privada e as entradas são por codificação. -Atendimento atencioso com fornecimento das informação necessárias do hotel e da cidade sempre disposto a atender seja a que horas for. -É pena os pisos das entradas dos apartamentos não serem fechados. -Apartamento com muito boas áreas amplas vista para o mar e para os jardins com terraço. -O Apartamento onde ficámos era um duplex muito agradável. -Uma cozinha super equipada para cozinhar lá. -Uma sala super confortável onde tinha um router só para nós com tv por cabo Internet rápida leitor de dvd etc . -Duas casas de banho espaçosas e bem equipadas uma com banheira outra com duche com amenities da rituals. -Serviço de Limpeza de dois em dois dias mais ou menos. -Refiro que ainda havia ferro e tábua de passar, estendal da roupa, secador de cabelo portátil. Um local para repetir e recomendar.

BEST KEPT SECRET IN LUZ We had a wonderful time, accommodations are outstanding, clean, spacious, we enjoyed the indoor pool and Jacuzzi, on site restaurant, the beach is about 7 minutes walk, shops about 5 minutes walk, good restaurants nearby. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely do recommend this property. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay a memorable one.

Fabulous place to stay. Everything you could want for a self catering holiday. Close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beach. If you want to stay fit there is a well equipped gym, pools and a couple of coastal walks of around 4km each with climbs and downhill and some amazing views.

Tolles Appartement Hotel. Hatten ein ca. 80 bis 90qm großes Appartement mit zusätzlichem Schlafzimmer gebucht. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Küche sehr groß mit allem Comfort eingerichtet. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Herd mit Ceran und Ofen. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern. Komplette Ausstattung der Küche (Geschirr). Zusätzlich gab es einen sehr großen Balkon und einen kleineren. Anlage ist für jeden geeignet. Der Strand ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Zusätzlich gibt es aber auch Pools. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sprach allerdings nur Englisch. Nur Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Shopping) gibt es keine. Lebensmittel ja, zu fairen Preisen und gute europäische Auswahl. Diese Anlage ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!

Beautiful complex, our apartment was thoroughly arranged and equipped. Still the access between the units are sometimes awkward, and the swimming pools are insufficient for such a residence.

Was a great spot for a week long break. Has an adult pool for lounging in the sun all day. The beach is less than 15 mins away and it's really clean and not too crowded.

Nice hotel/appartement offer. Everything is very clean. The gardens are well maintained and a lot of different pools are available. The beach is not very close but still in walking distance. Personel is friendly.

Sehr scöne Appartmentanalage. Man kommt nur mit Schlüssel oder mit Code in die Anlage. Das große Hallenbad war im April der Hit für uns und unsere Kinder. Die Appartments sind gros, hell und sauber.

Both outdoor bars closed as well as restaraunt. €2.50 for sunbed towel and another 2.50 to change it..... a joke? Appartment immaculate but complex dead: no atmosphere at all. Receptionist cold and aloof. Very disappointed. Luz a beautiful relaxed resort, more than made up for the appartment shortcomings.

Stayed here for couple of nights in a 2 Bedroom apartment. The rooms were clean and spacious. Good views from our second floor apartment balconies. WiFi was good. There were many swimming pools. Didn't use the gym but looked nice and big from outside. Staff were nice. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Parking was a bit tight. There was access control all around the property, seemed very safe.

Hotel was good overall, but earned a 1/5 star for charging €5 per baby per night for a travel cot. When staying 2 weeks with 2 children under 2 to be hit with this surprise bed tax is ridiculous, as I either have to pay through my nose or be up regularly at night to check my 2 year old hasnt walked out the apartment through the unlockable door.

Appartement immense, cuisine avec lave linge, lave vaisselle, frigo-congélateur, machine à café, etc...! Lit kingsize, climatisation indépendantes, terrasse avec vue sur mer, 3 piscines, 600 m de la plage, parc arboré, bars et restaurant, région splendide, on ne voulait plus partir!

Lovely place with everything you needed. So nice to wash clothes before you come home! Staff friendly and helpful. Need a car to get around properly. Cleaners should come more frequently than twice a week though and their job wasn't that thorough.

Zeer fraaie accomodatie, keurig verzorgd. Aardig personeel. Prachtige appartementen. Qua accomodatie een aanrader. De buitenunits van de airconditioning maken op een aantal plekken lawaai. Ligging ten opzichte van het strand is niet optimaal, ivm hoogteverschil.

Modern and new appartment complex, attentive and couteous staff. Big apartment with reception room, bed room , kitchen and bathroom, wonderful terrace with sea view. Excellent cleanliness, loved the adults only pool. Restaurant choice and quality was sufficient

After the pleasant surprise of the high ceilings on our 3rd floor apartment there were little niggly things that dragged the experience down. The TV was very tiny for such a large living room. We had to move the furniture closer to watch TV. The headroom on one side of the loft master bedroom was inadequate (Im 6 tall). Not enough light in the large ensuite. The dishwasher door needed to be forced to close properly. All this small stuff that was wrong kept popping up - its like the design wasnt thought out 100%, just got to 90% instead.

Could not fault this complex. The apartments were spacious and very well equipped, clean and the staff were very helpful. This complex impressed us so much that we are intending to return at the end of the season for another week of relaxation, comfort and good food..Local buses to take you to other resorts in the area.

Great ! Got upgraded to a larger apartment. Arrived very late but security guard was waiting for us at reception. Short walk to the beach , Church , restaurants and the Spar supermarket .

I stayed on my own for five nights at the beginning of Dec, excellent roomy apartment , very well equipped, good underfloor heating, just two slight negatives ; the bed was a little hard, but as it was warm I slept on top of the duvet which was more comfitable also there is very little hanging space in the basic apartment, ok for me on my own for a short stay but not so good for a couple on a longer trip. I had a look at the one bedroom apartments while I was there and that had an excellent full size wardrobe, when I go back with my husband I will defiantly pay the extra an book that instead of the basic apartment . The position of the hotel is ok, five min walk to the beach but quite a step hill to come back, not too bad if your fit. A fair amount of reasturants/bars near by plus two good size supermarkets if your self catering. Luz itself is a pleasant village that has a brilliant beach and is just a short bus ride away from busy Lagos. Overall a really nice break.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Apartmentanlage , grosse Apartments , viele verschiedene kulinarische Möglichkeiten in Luz essen zu gehen , nicht zu weit vom Strand entfernt, nächste grössere Stadt Lagos in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar.Würden gerne wieder kommen.

Obwohl anfangs Oktober, tagsüber noch recht warm und im Meer angenehm.Appartement sehr gross, gut eingerichtet mit genialem Balkon.Hotel für Familien mit Kleinkindern eher ungeeignet, da ein Pool und der Spabereich erst ab 16 und 18 Jahren erlaubt sind.Leider sehr harte und unbequeme Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und erholsam.Wir haben ein Studio gebucht und ohne Aufpreis ein Appartement mit extra Schlafzimmer bekommen.Super. Die Küche war sehr gut mit Waschmaschine,Geschirrspüler,großem Kühl-Gefrierschrank und Cerankochfeld ausgestattet.Das W-Lan war sehr gut nur auf unserem großen Balkon war der Empfang dann nicht mehr optimal.Es gab in der ganzen Wohnung Klimaanlage und elektrische Jalousien.Es gab auch ein Bügeleisen ,Wäscheständer und Bügelbrett.Die Handtücher wurden regelmäßig ausgetauscht.

Second time in this hotel, although stayed in Praia Da Luz many times before. Very happy with facilities, service and especially location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and bars, shops etc. Its a great base to explore the Western/Central Algarve region and we will be back again!

This complex did not live upto *5 star status. I could not use the balconies due to the high winds, they never eased.Informed by management it was due to the wind direction, for the 1st time ever, changing direction.I checked via weather websites nothing supported this claim, the direction of the tree trunks also suggested the wind blew towards the Atlantic Ocean. The internet is poor, every time I entered a site it crashed, I need the internet when on holiday,I could not even view my security cameras from the complex. Had to walk down the hill every day to local pubs for a good internet signal, this resulted in additional costs as I needed to purchase a drink every time I visited.The desktop computers at reception did not work.The complex has 2 outside pools (1 for families & 1 for over 16yrs).There was a constant noise around the pools which sounded like a jumbo jet in the distance taxi-ing down a run-way which was very annoying.I discovered the noise was coming from the family pool area, there was 3/4 large condensers located at ground level, the noise was a lot worse at the lower pool, not ideal for families in my opinion. We decided to use the local beaches rather than the complex pool. De Luz is a quiet location, if you need lots of bars & restaurants you need to travel to Lagos which is a 20min bus ride or 10min drive.In my opinion this is a good 3*+ complex with 5* prices.This complex is off my list to re-visit or recommend

Very friendly, helpful staff. The apartments, pool areas and beautifully laid out gardens are well maintained and clean. Theres also a great restaurant with a good choice of food.

un peu loin de tout, hotel à 7km de lagos, pas grand chose à faire le soir, les restos sont pris complets le soir à partir de 19h à faire attention les anglais mangent tôt

Third visit to Estrella, staff are amazingly kind and helpful, love the spa facilities - even in the middle of summer you can still find a quiet space. Great to have underground garage parking out if the sun; good access to explore Algarve - wonderful beaches, coves, scenery and history everywhere.

Hotel was very clean,and apartments were fantastic.Pools were very small and pool staff very unfriendly,children were not allowed any floating device in pool and even playing ball was prohibited.There was an ongoing problem with the lock on the apartment door,which took several days to sort,resulting in our family being locked out of our apartment on numerous occasions.

Apartment was really big, very clean and had everything you would need right down to powder that you might use for the dishwasher and washing machine, some bathroom toiletries and even a first aid box! We had a 3 bed apartment and the balcony was huge, with loungers as well as a table and chairs. Easy to walk down to the prom and beach area. Pools were lovely. Two food shops very near - Spar and Baptista. Lovely restaurants nearby. Great holiday.

Great place allowed us to check in early, which is quite helpful when travelling with a Baby. Staff extremely helpful, apartments spacious, clean and comfortable. Good location. Overall no complaints.

Fantastic apartments and complex. Good for families, couples, golfers, whatever. Pools, spa and gym all excellent. Great location within easy walk to beach, shops, restaurants and bars. This was our first time and well be back.

Great flats, good restaurant, good pool and gym facilities. Very quiet but close enough to the beach location. will come again! Cleaning could be more than twice per week

Fantastic resort! Heated indoor pool and spa makes it stand out and a perfect back up plan if the weather was going to be poor. But the weather was wonderful as well. Walking distance to a surfable gorgeous sand beach! And tennis can be booked for free! Only 10 minutes to a the oldest city of the Algarve - Lagos.. and only 15 minutes to the most werstern point of Europe (Capr d s Vicente). fantastic place! Will absolutely come again!

Our one bedroom apartment was very large, beautifully clean and well furnished. There was a large living area, excellent fully equipped kitchen and bedroom complete with ample fitted wardrobes and large comfortable bed. Add to this a wonderful balcony with a view over the swimming pools towards the sea! A 15 minute stroll to a beautiful beach. Recommend Hugo Beatty restaurant within the complex, fab food and friendly service. Car hire recommended, lovely places to explore! During our one week stay, the apartment was cleaned and towels changed. Hire beach towels from reception, they are very keen to help in anyway they can. Highly recommended!

Magnifique appartement avec beaucou d espace

Bon emplacement à 500 m de la plage, résidence assez calme, propreté au top, rien à redire si ce nest la piscine difficilement accessible car prise dassaut dès le matin. Impossible de trouver un fauteuil disponible tout au long de la journée car les résidents sapproprient les fauteuils dès le matin et nenlèvent jamais les serviettes...Personnel très agréable et compétent, disponible, poli.Pas de ménage à faire en fin de séjour, non négligeable.Appartement spacieux pour 2, bien agencé avec même des pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle, de la lessive pour la machine à laver...En somme, nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Le séjour aurait été parfait sil y avait eu moins de bruit. Les appartements sont très bien équipés mais très mal insonorisés.Nous entendons les voisins du dessus marchés et faire beaucoup de bruit et ceux dà côté parlerImpossible de trouver une voiture de location afin de faire les visites des alentours

Bel endroit, super propre, confortable et bien placé. Acceuil exceptionnel.Belles piscines, garage intérieur sécuritaire.Prés de la plage ( à pied) et dun marché dalimentation.

appartement 3 chambres 2 salles de bain. Proximité de nombreux restaurant et bord de mer. Nous avions loué une voiture pour profiter de la région et plages de surf. très bien pour les familles.

Todo muy limpio, nuevo, instalaciones cuidadas y modernas, excelente trato del personal, todo tipo de comodidades. Repetiremos seguro!

Tout est juste parfait ! Salle de sport, piscine chauffé, tennis, proximité plages, douches, jacuzzi, resto, etc.....

Hemos estado allí cinco días un estudio muy bonito y con todas las comodidades;una de las piscinas solo para adultos;bastante cercano a lugares de interes;si podemos volveremos

Nada mas entrar en la habitacion nos encontramos con un extraordinario salon con todas las comodidades (la tv satelite no iba muy bien, y el wifi es un poco malo). Una cocina con todos los detalles que puedas imaginar, no le falta de nada. Dos terrazas y un habitacion muy bonita y amplia. Todo esta muy nuevo y cuidado. De las demas instalaciones no puedo valorar porque no las utilizamos, nos movemos mucho, pero la piscina tenia pinta agradable y estab muy limpia, y el gimnasio era muy completo. El tema de limpiar las habiaciones durante la estancia algo flojo, ya que pasan ciertos dias durante tu estancia y no lo hacen a fondo, pero si decente. Nosotros volveremos seguro, nos quedamos muy satisfechos.

Second stay. Great experience. Wireless internet was provided at no cost this time. New feature. However, we were not able to connect any of our tablets or smartphones during our 5-day stay. We asked for reception assistance several times and they were not able to solve the problem.
