Badly informed about the season and not concerned about my safety. I reservated boots but they were not there. Very dangerous with low tide: a lot of rocks.

Just one private lesson at eXtra eXtra Surf school, but it opened a totally new perspective on the great feeling that riding waves gives you. Counting the days till next summer and hopefully next lesson!

Worst service ever. We rented 2 surfboards for 24 hours. After 1 hour we had to stop because my boyfriend injured his shoulder and couldn't paddle anymore. We directly went to the shop, asking if it would be possible to rent the boards only for a half day since we couldn't go surfing anymore. We were told that this was 'not the problem of the shop'. Big disappointment! Better go to one of the rentals at the surf bar Ribeira d'ilhas, they are all very friendly there and you are directly at the beach.
