Serviço péssimo e funcionária brasileira de nome Beatriz mal educada! Tentei registrar o número no site desta empresa e não permite ao mesmo devido a um erro! Liguei ao apoio ao cliente e a “Beatriz” diz que é preciso fazer um “truque” para registar o mesmo! Ridículo e de baixo profissionalismo! Liguei uma segunda vez porque o “truque da Beatriz” não funciona! Mal educada e não deixa os clientes falar! Pedi para falar com o supervisor e qual o espanto que “estava ausente”! Mais um esquema de uma empresa que poderia prestar um bom serviço mas com gentinha desta não vai muito longe!

Gostaria de poder abrir minha conta apenas utilizando minhas senhas,sem ter que comprovar onde estou a abrir a conta.

O que está acontecendo com lycamobile desde ontem não está o serviço não está a funcionar ????

Poor Service ,customer services not good Lisbon. Registered SIM some time not working. Call to customer service counter 1632 ,they are not good services and behaviour.

Worked well in UK but couldn't get sim working in Lisbon even though purchased bundle was supposed to work in the EU. After numerous unsuccessful attempts and contacts with Lycamobile it was suggested that sim card was corrupted (less than 4 weeks old) and I should replace it with a new UK sim card, however as I am not a resident of the UK and not going back through the UK before returning home this was not possible.

First of all, I couldn't find the place. I think they've moved yet they still have their old address on the internet. When I call the customer service, they don't have anything better to say.

Péssimo serviço. Comprei e paguei em Londres. Lá com muito custo fiz funcionar. Saindo do local de origem pode jogar fora e comprar outro SimCard de outra marca. Aqui em Lisboa procurei um representante físico . Encontrei pelo google um endereço já encerrado. Te deixa na mão. Bad service. Sure I recommend it to hell.

Habe eingezahlt bekomme trotzdem keinen Anschluss. Mehrere Beschwerden blieben unbeantwortet.

Service is really bad, only available in Portuguese on the phone. You have to go through hell in order to activate your sim card and you also lose miney. Not recommended at all.
