I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I waited inside at the counter for 2 minutes and not one of the three people working behind the counter addressed me nor made any eye contact. My partner then approached one of them to ask if it was table service, the lady didn’t even look up and said “order over there” with absolutely no pleasantries. They three were talking amongst themselves and completely ignoring the waiting customers at the counter, even after we had approached them. We ended up walking out and going next door.
If you’re going to have a cafe in a heavily tourist visited area, I suggest you try harder (or maybe just even try) to at least say hello when people walk in. Or maybe just don’t open at all.

A nice place for a sandwich, dessert or healthy snack, the only remark I could think of would be the customer service and the use of plastic cups for their products. I waited inside for a good 5 minutes without being addressed by any of the staff - not sure if it was self service or they just expect the customer to walk up to the counter and place an order. Despite that minor remark I would still come back again.
I had a small fruit milkshake and a medium Greek yoghurt + fruit and granola, which costed €8,50.

Place must to experience while walking around alfama. Great food and service. They serve home made icecream, cakes, pancakes, waffle, sandwiches. Good coffee. They have in and outside seating.

Great service, friendly staff, amazing ice cream, delicious pastel de nata and great cappuccinos. Cozy place with good sitting area to take a break while roaming around Alfama district.

La dependienta una auténtica borde. Mientras mi hijo y mi pareja esperaban en la cola intenté entrar en el baño, y sin más ni más me espetó, casi gritando, que tenía que ser clienta para poder utilizar el baño. Casi me desmayo del apuro que pasé. Mi hija no podía aguantar, y le expliqué que era una urgencia y que mi familia estaba en la cola para pedir....... Bueno.... aparte de eso... los helados no son caseros, como los publicitan, y la comida llega elaborada. Vamos... un fiasco de sitio.

Absolutely to die for ice cream. Was, by far, one of the best ice-creams I have had in my life and the flavours were delicious and excellent. Great service and had us going back for more.

The vegan ice cream are soooo delicious !!!! Pineapple mint is amazing, lemon honey rosemary too ! Dont hesitate and have one ! Or more !!! The prices are fair.

The gelato was extremely tasty and refreshing. The unique flavors helped make it feel uniquely Portuguese, rather than an attempted Italian knockoff. The fresh squeezed OJ was good as well.

superbe adresse pres du musée du Fado, les glaces sont originales et parfaitement réalisées, portions très généreuses, les jus frais et la limonade gingembre menthe sont parfaits pour se rafraîchir après toute une journée de marche

Boissons agréables et naturelles (limonade, jus mixés, milk shake). Les glaces avaient l'air très bonnes. Sympa pour une pause après une longue promenade dans l'Alfama. Une étoile en moins car service de piètre qualité où l'on vous donne l'impression de déranger alors qu'il y a très peu de clients.

Nous sommes tombés par hasard en debut de soirée et nous avons adorés leurs glaces aux saveurs atypiques et délicieuses. (Surtout leur sorbet citron/miel/romarin, un pure delice !) Je comprends pas les avis negatifs. Le service est impeccable et le choix est assez large !

Not as creamy as a genuine italian gelato, so a bit dissapointed by its texture. But still they make unique gelato with fresh local ingredients. Loved one with cherry and chocolate

Se quiserem comer um crepe de nutella (fake), caro e frio, é o melhor local. Para a proxima quando venderem um produto, que usem mesmo o produto que dizem e não um chocolate diferente de marca branca. Simplesmente burlado. Para nao falar de que foram pedidas duas crepes e uma chegou a um certo momento e a outra so 10min depois.

Wir hatten zum Frühstück einen latte macchiato, Rührei mit Tomaten, Sandwich mit Tomate und Olivenöl und den griechischen Joghurt mit Früchten und granola.
Der Kaffe war gut bloss etwas zu stark, Rührei war lecker und gut gewürzt, Sandwich war auch super und der joghurt auch.
Beim Frühstück gibt es nichts zu meckern.
Etwas teurer aber für Lissabon`ner Verhältnisse ok.
Tage zuvor hatten wir die pastel de nata, die ist hier viel zu überteuert!!!!(1,40)
Dann lieber die originalen von pastel de belem oder aus lissavon von manteigra.

Tardaron tiempo en servirnos. Sirvieron primero a uno de nosotros y sirvieron al otro tiempo después de haber terminado el primero. Además, es caro.

Nice place in the heart of Alfama. Some interesting gelato flavors. Friendly staff, but service is inconsistent. Can be very slow if you order anything that needs preparation.

Average service, ice cream tasted like it had melted and then been refrozen - icey taste and texture. Tables were not clean or cleared even though it wasn’t busy.

I wanted ice cream, some time to do some work, and good WiFi to do it.
The ice cream was ok.
The rest was nothing. They claim to have WiFi, but it's useless even for Facebook. It should be removed from their ads, as it only tricks people into ordering.

더워서 아이스크림 먹을까 하고 들어갔는데 커피도 있길래 같이 주문했는데 아이스커피 정말 맛있었어요. 젤라또도 가격이 나쁘지 않고 맛있었어요.
인테리어도 감각적이고 쉬어가기 좋은 곳입니다

It’s always refreshing to have gelato in summer. They had some. Ice flavors but so many were unavailable and things kept getting confused with the order.
If you’re in the region it’s worth a try but I wouldn’t go out of your way. Keeps the kids happy and then move on.

Resumen: bueno pero muy caro, ideal para turistas.
Desayunamos un croissant muy rico (pero muy caro, 3€), zumo de naranja natural, dos cafes, yogourt griego con fruta y granola (4'80€, en la carta ponía 4'5€...) Un huevo frito (al que no le pusieron ni una triste tosta para mojar la yema, creo q es un crimen). Total 15€

I heard about this place sometime last year during motelX, they had a small booth with samples there, once I tried a sample I just knew I had to come to the actual place and try it for myself. The ice cream here is just wonderful, the best I've had in Lisbon. Staff here are extremely friendly, from what I've gather it's a family run business and the ice cream is all made in house! I highly recomend anyone who wants some truly home made ice cream to come here!!

Das Gelato ist grandios, eine große Auswahl an aussergewöhnlichen Sorten und ein unglaublich netter Besitzer, der einen dazu einlädt, die Teils doch ein wenig abgefahrenen Sorten durchzuprobieren, bevor man sich entscheidet. Meiner Erfahrung nach das beste Eis in Lissabon und (trotz des Preises, der im Vergleich zu anderen hier dennoch ok ist) sehr zu empfehlen!

Ganz tolle Eissorten. Richtig witzige und leckere Mischungen - zum Beispiel- Honig/Zitrone/Rosmarin oder Vanille/Basilikum. Ich fand es sehr lecker und originell. Wir waren am späten Abend dort und haben Eis zum Mitnehmen gekauft. Bedienung war sehr freundlich und schnell. Preise sind natürlich überdurchschnittlich - 1 Kugel kostet 2,30 €. Es lohnt sich definitiv Eisvariationen.

Horrible. It took 40 minuets from we walked in the door till we walked out with our TO-GO food. Unbelievable. The woman in charge of making the food was also in charge of locking and unlocking the toilet door, and didn't change her gloves in between. When we pointed it out, she got mad. Discusting. Go anywhere else. Lissabon has so much lovely food. DO NOT EAT HERE.

The desserts might be nice but don't come for breakfast. Underwhelming food, burnt coffee milk. When ordering eggs if they ask "2 or 1" they mean whole tostadas not eggs. Deceptive.

This place has the best ice cream I have eaten in a long time. The flavors really explode in your mouth, I had the pleasure of eating the lime/rosemary and pineapple/mint flavors. The staff was friendly and funny, the owners (this is a guess) just started a romantic dance behind the counter as a beautiful song came on the radio, so the experience was complete. Very clean interior and fresh colors.
