My husband and I had peace of mind during the whole process, because we knew that Cátia Silva had our best interest in mind. It was a real pleasure working with her. She made the tiring process of organizing a wedding into a really pleasant experience! We live in Germany, and preparing a wedding in Portugal is not an easy task. Cátia was always easily reachable, very communicative and, most of all, always provided us great ideas and a sense of calmness. We could enjoy our wedding day in full because we knew that everything was being taken care and that Cátia was there to help us make this day amazing! It was really awesome how Cátia understood so easily what we wanted for our wedding – brunch + tea time!! If you’re hesitating – don’t! We highly recommend Cátia, she did a wonderful job!

Não encomende online! Não há como falar com alguém sobre o cancelamento de uma encomenda, mesmo que o site exija que você envie um e-mail ou ligue para ele. Ninguém atende o telefone!!! Eu liguei várias vezes e até pressionei diferentes opções cada vez só para ver se alguém atenderia e NÃO. Nem uma única pessoa. Isso desliga em você. Eles também não lhe telefonam a tempo através do e-mail. Eles esperam até que seja tarde demais para cancelar o seu pedido e dizem, oops desculpe é tarde demais para cancelar (: Estou a escrever esta crítica para avisar os outros que estão a considerar encomendar online.
