Poor customer service, very uncomfortable mattress, bedding was old and heavily used, dirty and tiny shared bathrooms.
Location was decent, but there are better options nearby for a similar price.
Strongly recommend staying away from this hostel.

We were deceived by the pictures and some of the good reviews. This hostel is awful. First, the receptionist was rude and did not help with any of our requests. He forgot to tell us that the reception closes after midnight so we almost got locked out at night! Thank goodness someone was walking by. Our key cards took 5 minutes to work. The room is ugly and dirty, the sheets grossed me out. The bathrooms are dirty and poorly lit. Overall terrible experience. We got a beautiful hostel for the same price at the other side of town.

Horrible Hostel. Pictures are very deceiving, as they only depict the 10th floor. 8th floor looked absolutely disgusting, with broken windows, holes in walls full of dirty spots, blinds that didn’t work and over all dirtiness everywhere. Bed sheets are dirty and full of holes. Once you tell the staff about it, they don’t try to help or even believe you, even though one can see all the faults. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Una caja de carton es mejor en comparacion con este hostel es como un palacio. Una recomendacion que hago a futuros clientes que busquen otro hostel

Everything was ok, especially atmosphere. I, however, have a complain. There in only one mirror in girls bathroom and it is in the darker corner. So taking contact lenses on and of is a nightmare.

Não sei bem quais essas reclamações para aqui postadas ...nem o maior homem do mundo (Jesus) agradou a todos...
Eu estive por mais de mês por la aonde conheci pessoas do mundo inteiro e pude aprender novas coisas como ensinar também
Foi meu lar e recomendo a todos , os funcionários são muitos prestativos receptivos, sem uma boa comunicação e informação seria impossível chegar em outro país e poder ter nos acomodar .eu particularmente agradeço de todo coração Obrigado amigos e família pois é assim que agradeço a vcs minha família ....

Best hostel i have been in in Lisbon. Very nice people, very nice living room where you can play games (SNES) karaoke, wacht tv and Netflix. Hang out etcetera

O PIOR HOSTEL DE LISBOA, A PROPRIETÁRIA DEBORA GRITA COM OS HOSPEDES, CAFÉ DA MANHÃ PÃO PRESUNTO E QUEIJO E TODA HORA ACABA E TEM QUE FICA PEDINDO MAIS. DEIXEI MINHA JAQUETA NO HOSTEL E SIMPLESMENTE DESAPARECEU E DISSERAM QUE NÃO ESTAVA LÁ, PESSOAS DESONESTAS E SEM CARÁTER. OS QUARTOS É UMA ZONA DE GENTE AMONTOADOS NAS CAMAS, AS CAMAS BALANÇA IGUAL GANGORRA. NUNCA SE HOSPEDEM NESSE HOSTEL, PROCURE PELO BROTHERS ROOMS EM ARROIOS. TE TRATAM IGUAL ANIMAL, NÃO RESPEITAM NINGUÉM. E AINDA FUI AMEÇADO DURANTE MINHA HOSPEDAGEM QUE IRIAM CHAMAR A POLICIA PRA MIM PORQUE UMA HOSPEDE ESTAVA DANDO EM CIMA DE MIM.

Shocking customer service. On the day of check in, I received a (crappy) email after 13:00 (while on the way to the hostel) stating that they had overbooked! - a phone call would have been more decent. Oh, and I wanted to stay in a hostel (obviously!) Not a guest house that you booked me into.
Not only did I book that over 1 month before our arrival, but they didn't even have the decency to apologise.
I went to the hostel after I arrived in Lisbon to collect €10 that they were giving me back. The so-called "manager" ignored us and didn't even want to speak to us or apologise.
I wouldn't bother with this hostel if I was you. It's run by amateurs that have not got a clue!
I have attached a copy of their rubbish email to this review.

Cama doble malísima, nos hundiamos en el medio. Muchísimo ruido. Con el desayuno si te levantas tarde te quedas sin el y además es exageradamente escaso, toca a una loncha de jamón y otra de queso por persona (así aparece escrito en el comedor) ponen que tienen parking pero es mentira, es de pago

The hostel was rather cheap (9€/night for a 10 people dorm +1€/night for tourist tax). Equipped with a decent kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, microwave). However the bathroom was really small : 2 showers and 1 toilet for women. Cleanliness was ok. Main advantage is the distance to the city center (15-20min). Had a bad experience because of the noisy room mates.

HORRIBLE!!! DIRTY!!! And the breakfast is the worst part, the people who have some money spend the night end up there, otherwise they would sleep on the street.
Cheap and awful. DONT CHECK-IN !

C'est le pire de tous ceux dans lesquels je sois jamais allé, ça sent mauvais, le petit déjeuner ne contient que du pain blanc et du jambon et céréale. Il y a des cafards. C'est un appartement divisé en chambres, beaucoup de bruit, très mauvais lit, impossible de dormir la nuit. Sur le site Web est une chose et en réalité est une autre.

Pessoal agradável e prestável. Casas de banho limpas e com bastante água quente. Dispõem de cozinha e loiça para cozinhar, microondas, e frigorífico com congelador só para hóspedes. Com ampla sala de jantar, sala de televisão, WiFi funcional e gratuita. Serviço prático para quem viaja sozinho. Econômico.

Me hospede en el hostel durante 4 días, incluía desayuno, los cuartos estaban limpios y los baños también. El staff me ayudo con información de la ciudad y fueron super amables, lo recomiendo totalmente. Saludos

Definitivamente o pior hostel que estive. Os pontos positivos foram apenas a localização e a água quente do duche.
Falta de higiene no quarto de dormir (cheiro insuportável) e a cama muito desconfortável.
A casa de banho muito medíocre com alguma falta de higiene e a porta desta não dava para fechar. Muito barulho de madrugada (entrada e saída de pessoas).

O pequeno almoço não é o melhor, além de haver pouca variedade de escolha a comida não é a mais fresca. As casa de banho deixam muito a desejar, os chuveiros não têm água quente algumas vezes, e as portas não fecham. As quartos são razoáveis, talvez a limpeza destes não seja a melhor. Staff muito barulhento durante a noite toda.

Boa localização e água quente. De resto, péssimo! A limpeza deixa muito a desejar (fiquei numa "camarata" e a primeira cama a que me diriji pareceu-me ter lençóis utilizados - pelo menos estavam cheios de pêlos/cabelos), o pequeno-almoço é medíocre e não há reposição suficiente, não há espaço nas várias divisões que suporte o número de hóspedes que acolhe, as casas-de-banho têm péssimas instalações (portas não fecham, apenas 2 chuveiros encerrados por cortinas, não há privacidade), péssimo atendimento e desrespeito pelo período de descanso dos clientes (staff barulhento durante toda a noite). Apesar de ser barato, não recomendo.

Sucio, espartáno, falto de comodidades, que no se pueden intuir en las fotos que publicitan. Como la existencia de unos aseos comunes para todas la habitaciones, que pata colmo estaban utilizables cuando llegamos.

Good location, but the showers were broken we were 30 for 2 showers and 1 toilet, a shame that nothing was offer to us, just the free use of the washing machine !
If you book and finally can't come, you will have to pay, everything is good to make money !

It's a friendly hostel place with a beautifull view from the 8th floor on Eduardo II Status. The only problem I faced is that it not clear where the hostile is!! No signs on the road or outside the building.

Conheço alguns hosteis, mais este é sem dúvida o pior que já estive,camas sem conforto nenhum e pior tudo sujo, experiência à não repetir aliás,Casás como esta era fecharem todas.
