Our experience has been alarming. Kept substantial reservation deposit they assured would be returned. No answer to emails requesting return. No answer to requests for a reason for their keeping the money. Denial of knowledge on visit to office. Clearly illegal, but exploiting long, costly civil proceedings for recovery.

Their service seemed quite unprofessional; not entirely sure if this is a company wide thing, or only the agent we had to deal with. The experience we had was as follows: we gave them the reservation fee (one month of rent) they asked to secure a flat; the deal has failed, and the agent kept telling us that the money were sent back to us, avoiding in any way possible to give a proof of the transfer; after approximately 2 weeks since the agent told us that the transfer was made, we still didn't get the money; went to their office and asked to talk to someone else, and that person told us the same story that the money were transferred, and we asked for a proof of the transfer, and finally got one which showed that the transfer was made 2 weeks later than the agent initially told us - so the whole thing looked like a lie from the beginning.

If you want your money safe, stay as far away from this company as possible. Horrible experience, unprofessional people that lie to your face. So relieved to not have to deal with them anymore.

Daniel helped my wife and me find a new apartment in Cascais. Daniel guided us through many apartments, not all with INS, and gave us great insights into the advantages and disadvantages of each. When he found the right one for us he translated the rental agreement, walked us through it and set up an appointment with the landlord. Also, Daniel speaks excellent English. A big plus for us.
