Muy limpio, bien ubicado y muy amable la atención.

Die Wg-Wohnung war sehr modern und sauber eingerichtet. Leider hatten wir unser Zimmer außerhalb weshalb wir um das WC nutzen zukönnen immer in die wg kommen mussten. Das Zimmer war klein und etwas kalt.

It was good at first until the last day. I was informed that it was okay to stay late in the afternoon before I checked out. However, they later said there was miscommunication and I had to pay 10 euros for every hour after 12pm. I had to pay 30 euros before I can leave. Not a pleasant aftertaste.

The guest house is so well situated just off the Praca Principe Real, which is a posh historic neighbourhood high on a hill. Consequently, there is a historic elevator in the building which is great (and unusual for old buildings in Lisbon) since the guesthouse is on the 4th floor. I got the least expensive room and I had a river view. Unfortunately I did not have air con or a private bathroom, as is available with the more expensive rooms. But I had an excellent breakfast every day, served by the lovely Ju, and access to the kitchen. The guesthouse is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Hopefully the owner will be able to address the issue with the plumbing, which means one is not able to flush toilet paper and it needs to go in a bin next to the toilet. The bathrooms are regularly cleaned so it was not a problem while I was there for 5 days, and I wished I could have stayed longer

The guest house is nice and clean and in a great location. Its only walking distance from some of the popular tourist areas. Breakfast was ok. Could have had more options, but you get what you pay for. Rooms are very clean and nicely renovated. However the rooms are a bit small, although that seems customary. Staff is quiet and maybe could be a little more social. But overall its simple and clean.

Execelente lugar, casa limpa, cafe ótimo, arejado, camas boas, cozinha ótima, foram 7 dias maravilhosos e muito especial a Sra. Márcia que tem uma atenção especial com todos, nos deixou se sentindo em casa, para Botinc Views por ter uma pessoa humana como ela. Obrigada por tudo.

Estive hospedada uma semana nessa casa com uma amiga. Ficamos muito satisfeitas com as acomodações, localização privilegiada, pois é bem perto de tudo. O atendimento foi excepcional. Quero agradecer em especial a funcionária Marcia que nos tratou com muita delicadeza. Deixo meu muito obrigado.

Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre avec des lits jumeaux, lun deux était sous la pente du toit, impossible de sy asseoir.

The shared spaces are the most interesting part: a nicely-furnished kitchen, living room, and a delightful upstairs loft space with desks overlooking the rest of the apartment. Lots of places to relax. Its a modern yet homely multi-room setup in a renovated 2-storey attic flat. Bright and cheery. The windows in the main area look out both directions, with a decent but somewhat limited view. There are about 6 guest rooms branching off the main area; mine was a cheaper one with two small beds, a window, and a little bit of other space for my bags.

Bad experience overall because we never received information on how to get in the guesthouse. It was a bit difficult to find, and when we arrived supposedly during checkin hours no one answered the buzzer. For almost 2 hours we waited, tried to get in, walked around the building several times on the street and repeatedly rang all of the buzzers to see if we could get in. We also stood on a busy street waiting for someone to come in so we could gain access. No one did so we looked to the confirmation, at the email from hotels.com saying all is fine proceed to the location, then the fine print in the policy and saw that after trying to get in for hours, it was then after 7pm final checkin hour so we would not be able to stay there or get a refund so we had to find and pay for another hotel that night. The next day I emailed the property and said I was coming back to stay in the morning during open hours. Later I received an ok see you soon, still no instructions. This time we waited about an hour and followed someone who was going in. We walked up every floor and found the guesthouse in 4th floor. We tried to buzz in but no one answered. We saw another guest go into their room and asked how to reach someone. They entered the code and we went in. We finally checked in, but they didn’t give us the code then so in the evening our key got us in the front door, but we had to buzz again until someone let us in then they gave us the code. Terrible experience and waste of much money.

Cómo en tu propia casa recomiendo el desayuno incluido. Está en una zona que toda las noches hay muy buen ambiente en la calle justo a 200 metros en una plaza habían casetas con comida música para bailar al aire libre. Mis niñas pequeñas por la noche se lo han pasado genial bailando. Justo delante de la plaza hay un japonés muy económico.

The place is in a good central area. When we checked in we found that the advertised Air Conditioner did not exist, there was no TV in the common area, the floor boards creak so loud that you can hear people walking to their rooms and the doors where warped and took a lot of effort to close. The bathroom lacked a shower curtain, after a shower the bathroom was under water no matter how careful you were. We did not have a view and when we opened the window on a weekend we were treated to all kinds of fumes from the restaurant below. The room we had was extremely small and we had to remove a clothing rack to make room for our suit cases (about 100sqft). The breakfast was very nicely done and we enjoyed it.Mohammed was very helpful in in finding the parking spot that we had asked for.
